This study examines the moderating effect of HQ-subsidiary cooperation on the relationships between standardization and on-time completion of new product development (NPD) and international new product rollout (INPR). It was empirically tested by a Korean sample to verify the validity of the research framework. The results show that the higher the HQ-subsidiary/agent cooperation, the stronger the effect of NPD timeliness on INPR timeliness. However, HQ-subsidiary cooperation does not moderate the relationship between standardization and INPR timeliness. Under conditions in which the subsidiary and headquarters have a positive relationship, open communications, and regular interactions, more successful new product development in terms of planned time schedule is strongly associated with a much faster introduction to overseas markets.

In this study, it is purpose that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence in northeast asia.. Because of the change of domestic industrial structure, Japan's super hub port plan, Yangshan Deepwater port open of china and domestic port logistics industries are faced with competition among northeast asia countries. Decreasing export volume of changed domestic industrial structure and two countries: japan, china, make a new port policy and build new ports will affect domestic port logistics industries because these industries depend on container throughput at Busan port. Now, we cannot get a lot of profit from container throughput more than before and in the future China has more ports most ships direct calling in china's port to handle china's cargo volume to get more profit at that time our plans to become a hub port in northeast need revision. Finally, we need a new strategy which is value-added-logistics strategy. But it considers cooperation and coexistence among northeast countries. So this paper suggests that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence to live in affluence together in the future.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among Social support, Self-concept and Ego-resilience as perceived by middle-school students. A survey was conducted to 699 middle school students who live in Seoul area. The results showed significant correlations among social support, Self-concept and Ego-resilience. Most importantly, the variable of Self-concept was stronger predictor for Ego-resilence than Social support.

We proposed models that can implement RFID/USN in terms of teaching-learning part, facility management part, teacher and student management part in primary and secondary school in this study. To support these models in school network, we also proposed a new wired network model and a new wireless network model. A new wired network model is derived from existing wired school network that can apply to all sorts of models presented above. And also a new wireless network model is derived from existing wireless LAN that can solve space restriction problem. We calculated communication bandwidth according to school size and network capacity.

Mathematics is among the most important subjects in the middle school curriculum, yet the most hated subjects by students. The present study investigated the role of perceived executive functioning on the middle school student's mathematics achievement, after controlling for other psychological factors. Results showed that the students levels of executive functioning was predictive of their mathematics achievement test scores, even after motivational and attitude variables were controlled. The impact of the executive functioning was especially noticeable for the low achievers. On the other hand, for those whose scores were high, biological variables were the only significant predictors of their scores. The results of the present study imply that the intervention programs for improving mathematics achievement of middle school students should consider the different effect of cognitive and psychological factors on their achievements.

This paper investigated the impacts of theme, genre, and existence of originals on the number of visitors of children performance. Especially, we focused on the interaction effect of school periods with these variables. Using 954 performance data between 2010-2011 at Fantasia Theater run by Bucheon Culture Foundation, we found that entertaining performance, musical performance, and performance with existing originals had more visitors than others. Also, these impacts strongly existed during school periods. In result, this study found that school period should be considered seriously for the success of children performance.

This study was to examine the effectiveness of neurofeedback training by observing the pre and post brainwave measurement results of about 50 (experimental group 25. comparative group 25) subjects who have shown attention and school achievement motivation. The study took place at neuro-training center B, in between the months of Jun. 2010 and Dec. 2010. The objective of this study was to prove its scientific effect through experimentation. As the brainwaves are adjusted by time series linear analysis. The result confirmed the differences of both attention quotient, brain quotient and school achievement. The result of the study suggest neurofeedback technique's possibility in positively affecting the subjects' attention and school achievement motivation.

The purpose of the study is to examine teachers', students', and parents' perception on the five-day-work-week school system, and to suggest ways of effective implementation. For the effective operation of the five-day-work-week school system, the curriculum should be reorganized based on current conditions, and based on problems of the actual condition, social infrastructure should be expanded. These will be contributed to taking root the five-day-work-week school system in a transition period.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among high school physical education class satisfaction, school life stress, and school violence tendency. A total of 550 questionnaires were gathered from 4 high schools in D city and 83 were discarded because of missing values. By analyzing the total of 467 questionnaires with the SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistics programs, this study reached the following conclusions. First, high school physical education class satisfaction had a significant influence on school life stress. Second, school life stress had a significant influence on school violence tendency. Third, high school physical education satisfaction had a significant influence on school violence tendency mediated by school life stress.

The purpose of the study was to examine cooperative education between industry and school recognized by tentatively called managers of cooperative education, teachers in charge of cooperative education between industry and school, in vocational high school in Incheon Area. In order to accomplish the study purpose, the study conducted a research through questionnaire and examined their recognition for cooperative education between industry and school focusing on curriculum (purpose and content), operational system including supporting system (establishment and operational level) and educational type (process, effectiveness, problems and reinforcing measures). The study conducted a survey using Likert 5 score scale and analyzed the survey results using technical statistics such as frequency, average, standard deviation, etc. From the comprehensive results from the survey, it was found that although outcomes from industry-school cooperation are relatively high, participation is insufficient and intermediating organizations connecting concerned parties and mediating them are not enough because recognition and will of interested parties of industry-school cooperation are not sufficient. In addition, policies, legal and systematical and financial infrastructure for activation and efficiency of industry-school cooperation are not established perfectly, therefore, there are a lot of things to be improvement in operation. In particular, it was observed that establishment of internal organization and infrastructure for the number of workers in vocational training organizations are decisively inadequate.
