This study is to investigate how security organizational mentoring type and mentoring function affects organizatio nal commitment. This study had selected security from 5 different security organizations of 2010 which are located i n capital area. Using judgment sampling method, 198 security were drawn for the final study. The survey used in th is study is composed of 37 questions. To practice frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and regre ssion, a program called SPSSWIN 18.0 was used. The value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, which shows the reliability of the stud y, appeared to be over .622. The result is: First, security organizational mentoring type affects mentoring function. T hat is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, friendship protecting function, career managing function and sociopsychological function are promoted. Second, security organizational mentoring type affects organizational commitmen t. That is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, organizational commitment is promoted. Third, security organiz ational mentoring function affects organizational commitment. That is, increased friendship protecting function, career managing function, socio-psychological function and role model function results in increased organizational commitment.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation between health behavior and public health center utilization among lower income families who earned half of the average Korean family income. The cross-sectional descriptive survey research we conducted was a nationwide randomization sampling among lower income families. The data was collected from July 12 to August 7. 1999 and the total sample was 5.819 household members 1,735 households). There were, three major findings according to these studies. 1. In health behaviors, 26.5% of respondents had a health examination. Among them, 41.5% were in a poor condition of health. In health promotion behaviors, only 37.3% of respondents were doing activities for health maintenance or promotion. 2. In the results of the public health center utilization for the past year. 57.4% of respondents visited one or more times. In addition, 46.2% of respondents wanted to use a visiting nursing service. 3. In the results of multiple logistic regression, we found that less education, larger family size, and medicaid affects more utilization of public health center. In addition, older age, living without a spouse, less education, larger family size, lower family income. and public health center usage affects requests for the visiting nurse service.
Purpose: In recent years, the problem of runaway youths, which is rapidly increasing and worsening in nature, has emerged as a serious problem to individuals, home and the society as a whole. Against this back drop, this study was designed to illuminate the danger signals through extensive analysis of factors influencing the running away of middle-school students and, on this basis, build a forecast model on runaway middle-school students. Method: The subjects of this descriptive survey on the causal relation were 592 subjects enrolled in middle schools selected through convenience sampling. The data collected from June 19 to July 19, 2003 were analysed through the SPSS 10.0 program. The differences between the runaway group and the non-runaway group were determined through chi-square and t-test. Also logistic regression analysis was conducted on the basis of the purposeful selection method for constructing the forecast model. Result: The findings are as follows: Individual-related factors predicting runaway middle-school students were smoking experience, delinquent experience, psychosomatic symptoms and stress. A home-related factor was attachment to family. A society-related factor was the number of delinquency friends. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that a broad intervention program should be provided to middle-school students' culture related to runaway group. It is also recommended that a variety of individual, home and society-related programs should be developed for the runaway group.
In this study we conducted a questionnaire survey by purposive quota sampling(n=566) by status of workers(permanent workers, temporary workers and business owners) and age group(20-59 years old) for single households engaged in economic activities in order to compare the health behaviors and health checking by employment type and age. By employment type, the sleep time of permanent workers was significantly less than that of other groups(p<0.001), and the rates of health and oral examinations in permanent workers were significantly higher(p<0.001). By age group, as the age increased, the oral condition was worse(p<0.001), but the rates of not taking oral examinations were significantly higher(p=0.023). This study can be meaningful as basic data for making a healthy living environment according to various characteristics of single households.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of store benevolence for impact on store loyalty of store environment and store personality. For this study, data were collected through questionnaires. The survey ran from March to May, 2011, the total of 330 respondents was used in analysis. The subjects consisted of adults living in the Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do region, and convenience sampling. For statistical analysis, SPSS 19.0 were used to verify the study model. The major results of the study show that store benevolence may play a linkage role of store environment, store personality on store loyalty. The store benevolence variable has the effect of partial mediation. The analysis of relationship between the variables of store environment (convenience, information service accessibility, accessibility, variation) and the store type show significant differences store environment (convenience, information service and the store type). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of dental technicians on demand for this occupation, their occupational satisfaction and factors affecting the supply and demand of dental technicians. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out by having convenience sampling as 200 dental technicians who work in Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do Province, Chungnam-do Province from September 26, 2016 to October 15. An analysis of the collected data was computationally processed by using SPSS Win 19.0 program. An analytical technique was made by using statistical techniques such as frequency & percentage, T-test, One-way ANOVA or ANCOVA analysis. The following are the analytical results of the collected materials. Results: When the occupational satisfaction of the selected subjects was analyzed, there were significant differences according to academic credential, marital status, duties in charge, position and monthly income. Their preference for this occupation as a lifelong job significantly varied with age, academic credential, duties in charge, position and monthly income. Their turnover plans significantly differed with age, position, career and monthly income(p<.05). As a result of analyzing what factors affected manpower supply and demand, they placed a lot of importance on the areas of required time and satisfaction, and they attached a less importance to the areas of interpersonal relationships and workload. Their total average score in these areas was 3.06. Conclusion: As a result of research, the manpower supply and demand factors that exerted significant influences on occupational satisfaction were pride. required time and the appropriateness of the number of workers, and the manpower supply and demand factors that had significant impacts on job preference as a lifelong occupation were satisfaction, pride and the appropriateness of the number of workers. The aim of the study was to analyze the distribution of dental filling materials for carious permanent teeth of school children in a city. The study was designed as time-serial study, using the data of the dental survey for children aged 8-, 10- and 12-year children living in Gimhae city. The samples were selected by stratified clusters sampling. The number of surveyed samples in depth-analysis for types of dental filling materials were 567 in 2009 and 331 in 2013, respectively. They had dental restorations on one or more teeth. The changing pattern of used dental filling materials was analyzed between 2009 and 2013. Statistical analysis was conducted according to variables related to dental filling material type; DMFT and DMFS index, number of fissure sealed teeth and surface and surveyed year. Amalgam filling rate decreased from 27.9% in 2009 to 18.8% in 2013, while filling rate of tooth-colored materials increased from 56.1% in 2009 and 68.9% in 2013. Amalgam filling rate was a negative correlation with filling rate of tooth-colored materials or gold and number of fissure sealed teeth and a positive correlation with DMFT index. Filling rate of tooth-colored materials was a negative correlation with filling rate of amalgam or gold and DMFT index and a positive correlation with number of fissure sealed teeth. The light-curing composite resin should be included in the reimbursement range of National Health Insurance to solve an inequity of dental health care services.
In korea, Freight generation models developed in korea were estimated by spatial unit method which predict freight flow by traffic zone. But it is difficult to predict freight generation using these models, because there are the difference of the totality method of sampling data on freight volume and the variability of the variables by these models on each case study, This study developed new estimation model to predict freight flow which is generated from each company using the characteristics of each company such as the freight outbound & inbound volume, the number of employee, sales, gross area, land area. This model is simpler than the that of spatial unit and can apply to the other region. The subjects of study were companies in metropolitan area and types of model were exponential regression models. The adequate explanatory variable in the models were sales. this study have a uniqueness apply micro research method to estimate freight generation not use spatial unit method but use flow unit method by each company unit.

This study was designed to investigate organizational culture and emotional intelligence as predictors of job performance among library personnel in Edo state, Nigeria. The survey research design was employed for the study with a population size of 181 library personnel in the 15 academic libraries under study, and due to the manageable population size, total enumeration was adopted as the sampling technique. The questionnaire was used to elicit data from the respondents. Of the 181 copies of the questionnaire administered, 163 copies were retrieved and found valid for analysis constituting a 90% response rate. Four research questions and four null hypotheses (tested at 0.05 level of significance) were formulated to guide the study. The tool used to analyze the research question was descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation and multiple regression) for testing the hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed that there is a high level of job performance, good organizational culture, and high level of emotional intelligence among the personnel. Organizational culture and emotional intelligence jointly and significantly predict job performance of personnel. There is significant positive correlation between organizational culture and job performance. The linear combination of emotional intelligence and organizational culture predict job performance of library personnel in the academic libraries under study. The research concludes that there is a need for high job performance in libraries which is predicted by the organizational culture of the library and the level of emotional intelligence of the library personnel.

This study aims to assess habitat feature on the large-scale spawning ground of the Boreal Digging Frog Kaloula borealis in Daemyung retarding basin of Daegu, and to analyze the relationships between species abundance and meteorological factors for each habitat. Fifty-seven(57) pitfalls were installed to collect species abundance of 4 survey regions, and high-resolution satellite image, soil sampling equipment, digital topographic map, and GPS were used to develop habitat features such as terrain, soil, vegetation, human disturbance. The analysis shows that the frog is most abundant in sloped region with densely herbaceous cover in southern part of the retarding basin. In the breeding season, lowland regions, where Phragmites communis and P. japonica dominant wetlands and temporary ponds distributed, are heavily concentrated by the species for spawning and foraging. Located in between legally protected Dalsung wetands and lowland regions of the retarding basin, riverine natural levee is ecologically important area as core habitat for Kaloula borealis, and high number of individuals were detected both breeding and non-breeding seasons. Temperate- and pressure-related meteorological elements are selected as statistically significant variables in species abundance of non-breeding season in lowland and highland regions. However, in sloped regions, only a few variables are statistically significant during non-breeding season. Moreover, breeding activities in sloped regions are statistically significant with minimum temperature, grass minimum temperature, dew point temperature, and vapor pressure. Significant meteorological factors with habitat features are effectively applied to establish species conservation strategy of the retarding basin and to construct for avoiding massive road-kills on neighboring roads of the study sites, particularly post-breeding movements from spawning to burrowing areas.
