In this paper, dc link ripple currents for three-phase ac/dc/ac PWM converters are analyzed in a frequency domain. The expression of the harmonic currents is developed by using switching functions and exponential Fourier series expansion. The dc link ripple currents with regard to power factor and modulation index are investigated. In addition, the effect of the displacement angle between the switching periods of line-side converters and load-side inverters on the do link ripple current is studied. The result of the do link current analysis is helpful in specifying the dc link capacitor size and its life time estimation.

The increasing global average temperature and the emergence of various abnormal climate phenomena are already being experienced in reality. The problems arising from climate change are expanding and becoming catastrophic, despite the efforts of various organizations to prevent them. In order to avoid climate issues from becoming black elephants, we conducted interviews with emergency planning officer from various institutions to identify potential X-events caused by climate change. The results of analyzing the anticipated X-events by these emergency planning officer revealed a chain of ripple effects associated with their occurrence. This implies that once an X-event happens, its influence is broader and more significant. Through this study, we aim to share the understanding of the ripple effects of climate X-events with many people, raising awareness of the severity of climate issues. We hope that this will serve as a starting point for more institutions, individuals, and nations to make efforts in resolving climate problems, turning X-events into opportunities rather than crises.

The useful method for determining parameters of weighting functions used to design the $H_{\infty}$ current controller for attenuating the current ripple due to saliencies which SPMSM(Surface Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) also incorporates is described. To analyze the effect, the current ripple due to the structural and the saturation saliencies, the SPMSM model with nonlinear inductance function depending on the two independent variables, rotor position and stator current is simulated. After analysis, parameters of the weighting functions for $H_{\infty}$ current controller is selected to satisfy the robust stability, robust performance and specific performance in time and frequency domain by using the PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm in the linear SPMSM model. Especially, the robust performance is proved that the selected weighting functions play a role in reducing the current ripple caused by the saliencies of SPMSM at the desired frequency range by the simple experiment.

본 논문의 목적은 2000년 대형산불 발생지역인 강원도 내 삼척시, 고성군, 동해시를 대상으로 산업연관분석을 이용하여 산불피해 복구를 위한 정부지원액이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하는데 있다. 생산유발효과는 세 지역 모두 건설업을 제외한 모든 산업에서 직접 생산유발효과가 간접 생산유발효과보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 소득유발효과는 생산유발효과와 비슷하였고, 고용유발효과는 세 지역의 모든 산업에서 간접 고용유발효과가 직접 고용유발효과보다 크게 나타났다. 동해시에서 전체적으로 삼척시, 고성군보다 생산유발효과 및 소득유발효과가 더 효율적인 것으로 나타났고, 삼척시에서는 고성군, 동해시보다 고용유발효과가 더 효율적으로 사용된 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, the performance of a direct current (DC)-DC buck converter is analyzed in the presence of non-idealities in passive components and semiconductor devices. The effect of these non-idealities on the various design issues of a DC-DC buck converter is studied. An improved expression for duty cycle is developed to compensate the losses that occur because of the non-idealities. The design equations for inductor and capacitor calculation are modified based on this improved expression. The effect of the variation in capacitor equivalent series resistance (ESR) on output voltage ripple (OVR) is analyzed in detail. It is observed that the value of required capacitance increases with ESR. However, beyond a maximum value of ESR (r_c,max), the capacitor is unable to maintain OVR within a specified limit. The expression of r_c,max is derived in terms of specified OVR and inductor current ripple. Finally, these theoretical studies are validated through MATLAB simulation and experimental results.

국가 과학기술 경쟁력 향상 및 창조적 부의 원천 확보를 위해서는 지능화된 시맨틱 기술을 통한 정확한 정보 제공과 고품질의 정보 제공이 필요하다. 시맨틱 기술은 정보를 의미적으로 연계 및 통합하고 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 기술이며, IT전반에 걸쳐 파급효과가 매우 큰 핵심기술로서 다양한 산업분야에서의 기술적 경쟁력을 확보하고 이를 성장동력화 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 시맨틱 기술이 국내 차세대 웹 시장을 통해 경제 각 부문에 미치는 효과를 한국은행(2009)의 산업연관분석을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 수입유발효과, 취업자유발효과로 나누어 경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 시맨틱 기술에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

This paper proposes inserted core type of slotless Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) to improve its low thrust density. However, by inserting the core between windings of each phase, detent force is generated and it acts as thrust ripple. Furthermore, linear motors generate end effect making thrust ripple. So, this paper applies the neural network to minimize detent force and to maximize thrust. Also, sub-poles is placed at the end parts of the mover to compensate end effect. To confirm of calculation method's validity, the calculated results are compared with experimental results.

본 연구에서는 제주내항 재개발사업에 따른 경제적 가치와 경제적 파급효과를 추정하였다. 경제적 가치는 어메니티(Amenity)관점에서 경관개선, 환경개선, 레크레이션효과 등 비시장재화의 가치를 추정하였다. 추정결과, 모집단은 제주도와 기타지역으로 구분하여 개인의 지불의사금액을 조사한 결과, 제주도는 2,952.9원, 기타지역은 4,722.8원으로 추정되었다. 한편, 제주내항 재개발사업에 따른 경제적 파급효과는 사업기간중과 사업완료 이후의 경제적 파급효과를 추정하였다. 추정결과, 사업중에는 생산유발가치는 84,387백만원, 부가가치 유발효과는 37,292백만원, 고용유발가치는 (직접고용+간접고용)효과를 합치면 5,846명으로 나타났다. 사업기간 종료이후에는 2022년 기준으로 외국인 관광객 518천명이고, 부가가치 유발효과는 약 149,885백만원으로 추정되었다.

본 연구에서는 도시 재난 관리를 위한 소방종합정보시스템(119 Integrated Information System) 구축에 따른 지역 경제적 파급효과에 관하여 연구하였다. 연구대상 지역으로는 경상남도를 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 산업연관표(Input-Output Tables)로부터 산출되는 투입계수를 기초로 한 산업간 상호의존관계분석으로 RAS방식을 통해 도출된 중간거래표를 이용 지역경제 산업간, 지역간의 연관관계를 파악 정책적인 외생변수의 변화에 따른 지역경제 파급효과를 생산, 부가가치, 고용 등으로 구분하여 지역경제 구조에 대한 실증적 분석을 시도하였다. 예상 투입액을 3가지로 구분하여 도출한 결과 생산유발효과에서는 약 287억원${\sim}$424억원, 부가가치유발효과에서는 약 75억원${\sim}$114억원, 고용유발효과에서는 약 103명${\sim}$157명, 소득유발효과에서는 38억원${\sim}$57억원의 지역경제 파급효과가 발생할 것으로 예측되었다.
