Approximate Constant Shear Angle Theory is usually used to take a transversal shear deformation of thick plate into consideration, which cannot be effectively considered the influence of transversal warping of cross-section with an increase of thickness. It right be the best way to represent the exact warping of cross-section. In this study, the derivation of warping function is attempted, and the effect of shear deformation and transversal warping is to be considered through the nolinear analysis of plate.

Several authors find all the derivations of an algebra [1], [3], [7]. A Weyl type non-associative algebra and its sub algebra are defined in the paper [2], [3], [10]. All the derivations of the non-associative algebra $\overline{WN_{0,0,s1}$ is found in this paper [4]. We find all the derivations of the non-associative algebra $\overline{WN_{0,s,01}$ in this paper [5].

Worst-case state estimation will be proposed in this paper. By using the worst-case disturbance and worst-case state estimation, we can obtain right/left constrained coprime factors. If constrained coprime factors are used in designing a controller, the infinity-norm of closed-loop transfer matrix can be smaller than any constant .gamma.(> .gamma.$_{opt}$) without matrix dilation optimization. The derivation of left/right constrained coprime factors is achieved by doubly coprime factorization for the plant constrained by the infinity norm. And the parameterization of stabilizing controllers gives us easily understanding for H$_{\infty}$ control theory.ry.

Let R be a ring with an endomorphism σ and a σ-derivation δ. R is called (σ, δ)-Baer (resp. (σ, δ)-quasi-Baer, (σ, δ)-p.q.-Baer, (σ, δ)-p.p.) if the right annihilator of every right (σ, δ)-set (resp., (σ, δ)-ideal, principal (σ, δ)-ideal, (σ, δ)-element) of R is generated by an idempotent of R. In this paper, for a given Ore extension A = R[x; σ, δ] of R, the following properties are investigated: If R is a σ-rigid ring in which σ and δ commute, then (1) R is (σ, δ)-Baer if and only if R is (σ, δ)-quasi-Baer if and only if A is (${\bar{\sigma}},\;{\bar{\delta}}$)-Baer if and only if A is (${\bar{\sigma}},\;{\bar{\delta}}$)-quasi-Baer; (2) R is (σ, δ)-p.p. if and only if R is (σ, δ)-p.q.-Baer if and only if A is (${\bar{\sigma}},\;{\bar{\delta}}$)-p.p. if and only if A is (${\bar{\sigma}},\;{\bar{\delta}}$)-p.q.-Baer.

For a ring endomorphism $\alpha$ and an $\alpha$-derivation $\delta$, we introduce ($\alpha$, $\delta$)-skew Armendariz rings which are a generalization of $\alpha$-rigid rings and Armendariz rings, and investigate their properties. A semi prime left Goldie ring is $\alpha$-weak Armendariz if and only if it is $\alpha$-rigid. Moreover, we study on the relationship between the Baerness and p.p. property of a ring R and these of the skew polynomial ring R[x; $\alpha$, $\delta$] in case R is ($\alpha$, $\delta$)-skew Armendariz. As a consequence we obtain a generalization of [11], [14] and [16].

Let K be a commutative ring with unity, R a prime K-algebra of characteristic different from 2, d a non-zero derivation of R, I a non-zero right ideal of R, f($x_1,{\cdots},\;x_n$) a multilinear polynomial in n non-commuting variables over K, a $\in$ R. Supppose that, for any $x_1,{\cdots},\;x_n\;\in\;I,\;a[d(f(x_1,{\cdots},\;x_n)),\;f(x_1,{\cdots},\;x_n)]$ = 0. If $[f(x_1,{\cdots},\;x_n),\;x_{n+1}]x_{n+2}$ is not an identity for I and $$S_4(I,\;I,\;I,\;I)\;I\;\neq\;0$$, then aI = ad(I) = 0.

Let n be a fixed positive integer, R be a 2n!-torsion free prime ring and $\mu$, $\nu$ be a pair of generalized derivations on R. If < $\mu^2(x)+\nu(x),\;x^n$ > = 0 for all x $\in$ R, then $\mu$ and $\nu$ are either left multipliers or right multipliers. Let n be a fixed positive integer, R be a noncommutative 2n!-torsion free prime ring with the center $C_R$ and d, g be a pair of derivations on R. If < $d^2(x)+g(x)$, $x^n$ > $\in$ $C_R$ for all x $\in$ R, then d = g = 0. Then we apply these purely algebraic techniques to obtain several range inclusion results of pair of (generalized-)derivations on a Banach algebra.

When concurrency is integrated to programming language, problem more than inheritance remains yet. Because more than inheritance happens by collision or cross fire between synchronization and inheritance of same time object, when synchronization code is not detached properly from method code about same time object, it makes expanded of code to make derivation class change synchronization code of super class and method code. In this paper, minimize right of inheritance method, When subclass is introduced to new synchronization limitation condition, wish to solve problem more than inheritance of three types that happen in same time programming embodying C++ class that do so that can avoid alteration of method reed.

Chomsky (2001) and Kitahara's (2002) suggestion that object shift occurs prior to movement of the νP-subject to SPEC-T is not on the right track with respect to the Merge operation. According to the Merge operation, TP is necessarily created earlier than CP. Chomsky (2001) suggests that the probe-goal relation between T and SUBJ is evaluated in the CP after it is known whether the position of as has become a trace losing its phonological content. However, the FocP is not a phase (CP). So, Chomsky (2001) and Kitahara's (2002) suggestion is not correct in the case of the movement of OBJ to the spec of Foc in English, either. The aim of this paper is to show that the νP-subject must move to SPEC- T prior to the consecutive movement of the wh-object to SPEC-C via object shift in English. This derivation obeys Chomsky's (2001) so-called probe-goal matching condition.
