In this paper we will propose the methods for finding the non-invertible ideals corresponding to non-primitive quadratic forms and clarify the structures of class SEMIGROUPS of imaginary quadratic orders which were given by Zanardo and Zannier [8], and we will give a general algorithm for calculating power of ideals/classes via the Dirichlet composition of quadratic forms which is applicable to cryptography in the class semigroup of imaginary quadratic non-maximal order and revisit the cryptosystem of Kim and Moon [5] using a Zanardo and Zannier [8]'s quantity as their secret key, in order to analyze Jacobson [7]'s revised cryptosystem based on the class semigroup which is an alternative of Kim and Moon [5]'s.

암호시스템에 사용되는 알고리즘의 기본적인 안전성 평가 항목은 난수성이다. 미국의 표준기술원 NIST는 차세대 암호알고리즘 AES를 선정하는 과정에서 블록암호의 난수성을 통계적으로 평가할 수 있는 패키지를 제안하였다. 이 패키지는 입출력 길이가 동일한 함수인 블록암호에 적합하도록 구성되어 있으므로 대부분 확장된 출력 길이를 갖는 키유도함수의 난수성 평가에 그대로 적용하는 것은 무리가 있다. 본 논문에서는 입력 길이보다 확장된 다중 블록을 출력하는 대표적인 암호 구성 요소인 키유도함수에 적합한 통계적 난수성 평가 방법으로 NIST의 방식을 개선한 것을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 방법에 의하여 3GSM과 NIST에서 표준으로 권고하고 있는 키유도함수에 대한 통계적 난수성 평가결과를 제시한다.

본 연구는 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에서 제시하고 있는 핵심역량의 반영 특성을 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정에서 분석하고자 하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량 범주에서 일반적인 특징은 기능, 태도, 가치 영역은 46.5%로, 학습 개념 프레임워크 영역은 17%, 역량 개발 사이클 영역은 24.2%, 복합 역량 영역은 12.5%로 나타났다. 전체적으로 교육과정 항목에서 성취기준(59%), 성격(16.1%), 교수·학습 평가 방향(9.4%), 내용체계(8%), 목표(7.6%) 순으로 반영되었으며 학습 개념 프레임워크의 역량은 성취기준에 가장 많이 반영되었다. 둘째, 핵심역량 항목은 중학교 교육과정에서 행동, 문제해결, 의사소통, 존중, 창의적 사고, 갈등해결, 공감, 비판적 사고, 자기관리, 학생 주체성 순으로 나타났다. 고등학교 교육과정에서 행동, 공감, 문제해결, 예측, 글로벌 역량, 자기관리, 학생 주체성, 지속가능 발전을 위한 리터러시, 반성, 비판적 사고 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 열지도를 통해 3, 4단계에 해당되는 역량의 반영 정도가 높게 나타나 핵심역량의 효과적인 실천을 계획하고 지원할 필요가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 미래를 위한 학습 안내자의 역할로 OECD에서 강조하는 핵심역량과 가정교과 역량 간의 상호관련성을 파악하고 실천 교과로서 개인의 총체적인 역량 함양을 도울 수 있어야 할 것이다.

Purpose - This study is to verify the impact of the documentation of key audit matters on the value relevance of accounting information in accordance with the revised accounting audit standards in 2017. Investors will be able to identify the company's significant financial risks through key audit matters and use them to make investment decisions. Design/methodology/approach - From 2011 to 2019, the final sample is 290, based on the December settlement of accounts listed on the securities market. Ohlson (1995) was used to verify the incremental link between net income and the book value as a determinant of corporate value. Findings - First, the key audit matters in the financial industry was found to have a negative (-) effect that was significant to the value relevance of accounting Information. In addition, the value of the interaction between the key audit matters and the net income is a significant (+) relationship with the share price and the value of the interaction between the key audit matters and the book value is a significant (-) relationship with the share price. This means that the key audit matters is the determining factor of corporate value, positively reflects the accounting information in net income and negatively reflects the accounting information in book value. Second, among the key audit matters, the fair value assessment of financial instruments and the adequacy of premiums reserve have a significant impact on the value relevance of accounting information. Research implications or Originality - The results of this study suggest that investors recognize key audit matters as information about the company's major financial risks and reflect them differently in the value relevance of accounting information.

1982년에 Akl 등이 준순서 집합으로 구성된 위계집단에서의 암호계를 제안하였는데, 키 생성 알고리즘이 사용자가 많아질 경우에는 안전하지 않기 때문에, 이 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 1985년에 MacKinnon 등이 협동 공격을 피하면서 그 암호계를 최적화할 수 있는 암호계를 제안하였다. 2005년에는 Kim 등이 복소 이차 비최대 order의 Clifford 반군에 기반한 일방향 hash function을 이용한 키 분배 암호계를 제안하였다. 분 논문에서는 Kim 등이 제안한 암호계를 분석하여 그 취약점을 개선한 효율적인 암호계를 제안하려고 한다.

Twenty South Korean tiphiid species are taxonomically reviewed. Among them, Tiphia burrelli is new to Korea. Based on the observation of the holotype, Tiphia seoulensis Tsuneki 1986 is synomymized with T rufomandibulata Smith 1873. Male of T koreana hitherto unknown is newly described. Revised key to species, recognizable characters and digital images are provided. Genital structures of several species hitherto unknown are also given.

The genus Gonia (Diptera: Tachinidae) is revised for the Korean species. We recognize four previously known species (G. chinensis, G. divisa, G. foersteri, and G. klapperichi), three newly recorded species in Korea (G. distinguenda, G. olgae, and G. ussuriensis) and a species new to science (G. nigricoma Lee and Han, sp. nov.). We here provide a key, descriptions, photographs and illustrations. We also inferred the phylogenetic relationships of the representative Palaearctic species using cladistic method.

Pyrgotidae is a small acalyptrate family including about 370 species worldwide and little attention has been given to their systematics until recently. Latest changes in taxonomic status of some of the Korean species made this review inevitable. In the present study, the Korean pyrgotid species are reviewed with discussion of their taxonomic status. We also provide a revised key to all 14 Korean species (seven Adapsilia, three Eupyrgota, two Parageloemyia, one Porpomastix, and one Tephritopyrgota species) supplemented by digital images to facilitate accurate identification.

Korean species of the genus Scolobates are reviewed. Three species, Scolobates nigriabdominalis (Uchida, 1952), S. ruficeps (Uchida, 1932), and S. testaceus (Morley, 1913) are newly included in Korean fauna. A revised key to the species, redescriptions and photographs of all Korean species are provided.
