  • This study is to investigate the relationship between the communication type recognized by members of organization and the learning transfer climate in the organization, and when it comes to the type of communications within organization set as independent variable, four variables such as communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication were proposed and regarding learning transfer climate which is a dependent variable, four sub-parameters such as supervisor support, colleague support, transfer opportunity and organizational compensation recognition were selected. 116 copies of the statistical data excluding statistically insignificant surveys were used for 150 participants who participated in the 2015 core competency curriculum for SMEs and 3 months have passed, in order to achieve this study's objective. Meanwhile, the research hypothesis was verified with the collected data through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, technical statistical analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis by using the statistical package program of SPSS 20.0. Results of this study have shown that firstly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook communication all showed a positive (+) significant influence on the superior support in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and supervisor support which is learning transfer climate. Secondly, communication type in organization doesn't appear to affect colleague support of learning transfer climate. Thirdly, communication with supervisor, media quality communication, and organizational outlook except for communication with colleagues have shown a positive (+) influence on transfer opportunity in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and transfer opportunity of learning transfer climate. Lastly, communication with supervisor and communication on organizational outlook showed positive(+) influence in the influence relationship between communication type in organization and organizational compensation recognition of learning transfer climate.

  • This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the learning organization's structural characteristics, learner's characteristics, and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational knowledge creation. also the POS is tested as a moderator on the relationship between learner's characteristics including learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy and organizational knowledge creation. the results are as follows. for main effect hypotheses, both connecting the organization to its environment and establishing systems to capture and share learning system representing learning organization's structural characteristics have significant positive impact on organizational knowledge creation. the POS also has a significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. However, learning goal orientation and learning self-efficacy have not significant impact on organizational knowledge creation. for moderating effect hypothesis, POS moderates the relationship between learning goal orientation and organizational knowledge creation, which means if the POS is high then learning goal orientation has more significant positive impact on it. Based on our findings, we conclude that structural characteristics of learning organization provide organizations with an opportunity of knowledge creation. in particular, interconnectedness of organization with environment and organizational knowledge sharing systems determine the ways of behaving that are related to learning within organizations. however, learner's characteristics did not have a significant effect on organizational knowledge creation, which could be interpreted due to the fact that employees are not motivated to create new knowledge if they are rarely required to involve challenging works, generate new knowledge, or share preexisted knowledge with others.

Because they are charging various coastal crimes and safeties by using war vessel at ocean, it was expected that in case of coast guard officers, the impact on organization commitment for each trust factor within organization has the differentiation with other administrative organizations. Core of results by conducting positive research is as following: It is indicated that for coast guard officer, organization trust factor most strongly impacts on organization commitment, and of social trust factors, colleague trust factor more impacts relatively than boss trust factor. Then, when searching the difference of trust factor recognition depending on population sociological properties of coast guard officers, it is indicated that the one having the experience of working at war vessel has more trust to its colleagues than the one having not and executives more trust their boss than non-executives. The reason why the trust to colleague is higher than to boss is recognized that it is caused from deep relationship with colleagues who work and live together when considering working conditions of security vessel.

  • The purpose of study was to test the effects of CEO' transformational leadership and learning organization on innovative behavior in the Knowledge-based Service Organization showing the characteristics of convergence service and the moderating role of learning organization between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. For this study, the data were collected from 348 Knowledge-based Service industrial employees in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that both of CEO' transformational leadership and seven learning organization building factors had a positive effect on employees' innovative behavior. And also found out the only four out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Create continuous learning opportunities', 'Promote inquiry and dialogue', 'Encourage collaboration and team learning', 'Provide strategic leadership for learning' had the moderate roles between CEO's transformational leadership and employees' innovative behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were presented.

  • Government intervention, industry cooperation, new vendors, and foreign competition are all factors that exert a powerful influence on the information technology, marketplace, and on the individual IS organization. When these influences need to change an organization, it is likely the culture or identity of the organization will be targeted for change. Because an organization is also composed of cognitive frameworks, there is an implication that the existing cognitive structures are in jeopardy. Thus, the cognitive component is important in how all members of organizations react and respond to change. This paper defines cognitive process and its related research history, introduces organizational change matters, tries to solve conflicts in organizational changes, and applies this topic to the information systems field.

Data were collected from 52 NMT implementation projects of 45 machine tool, metal component firms. The emprical relflts indicated that adaptation requirrnents, organization characteristics were significantly related to organizational adaptation efforts and adaptation efforts can significantly improve implementation perfomance, but the moderating effect of adaptation requirements on adaptation efforts and implementation performance was not supported.

  • Efficient scheduling for software development is a major concern for software engineers. A industry simultaneously performs a variety of projects with the limited resources without overdue. A way to overcome the limitation of resources is sharing of the resources through the projects. This study discusses the matrix organization for software development. A scheduling for matrix organization is a special case of project management problem. The ultimate goal of scheduling problem in this study is to reduce the overall duration of the multiple projects. A genetic algorithm is presented to solve the scheduling problem of the matrix organization and is substantiated with numerical results.
