본 연구는 이공계열 대학원생들의 영어논문 작성 능력에 관한 실태를 조사하고 연구 윤리에 대한 인식을 조사하고자 수행되었다. 이공계열의 경우, 학위 논문을 비롯한 학술지 논문을 영어로 작성하는 것이 일반화된 환경에서 이공계열 대학원생들의 영어 논문 작성에 대한 경험과 준비 정도, 실태 및 연구 윤리와 표절에 대한 인식 정도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 이공계열 대학원생의 연구 윤리에 관한 인식이 매우 부족하여 이에 대한 교육이 시급히 강화되어야 함을 확인하였다. 특히 참고 문헌의 인용 범위에 관하여 정확히 모르고 있는 경우도 많아서 인용 범위와 방법에 대한 교육과 훈련이 요구된다. 본 연구 결과는 추후 이공계열 대학원생들의 영어논문 작성 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 학교에서 제공할 교육과정과 지원 방안을 모색하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷 확산으로 기존 윤리와는 다른 인터넷윤리가 하나의 학문으로 인식되고 있다. 초중고를 포함하여 대학에서도 인터넷윤리가 교양과목으로 자리잡고 있으며, 본 연구자도 이 과목을 수년째 강의하고 있다. 컴퓨터과학자로서 인터넷윤리를 학생들에게 효과적으로 전달하기 위하여, 인터넷윤리 관련 동영상을 활용하고 일부 시범 실습을 실시하는 수업을 진행하였다. 최신 UCC 제시 및 이에 대한 토론도 진행하여 학생들의 인터넷윤리 이슈와 문제점을 인식시켰다. 수강생 대상의 설문조사를 통하여, 제시된 수업방식이 학생들의 관심 유도에 효과적이며 미래 인터넷윤리 실천의지 향상에 도움이 됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 인터넷윤리 주제들을 대학생들에게 효과적으로 전달하는 수업 사례를 제시했다는 의의를 가진다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the educational needs of research ethics among nursing researchers. Methods: Convenience sample of 161 nursing professors and 262 master or doctoral nursing students participated in the study. Data was collected with self-reported questionnaire from June to August 2009, and analyzed with descriptive statistics using SPSS WIN (version 14.0). Results: Among 161 nursing professors, about 31.7% has educated nursing ethics in the postgraduate course. The most common course was nursing research or methodology (62.7%), and median education time was 2 hr. Areas that showed difficulty in understanding was the conflict of interest and plagiarism for professors and falsification and fabrication for graduate students. Average knowledge on the research ethics was 75.4 points for professors and 61.6 points for students based on the 100 points. Conclusion: Educational needs of research ethics among nursing professors and students in the postgraduate course was high. We recommend both basic and advanced research ethics educational programs for the nursing researchers. The basic course should be at least 6 hr and include various cases and something to discuss.

최근 한국 사회는 학문 공동체에서의 연구위반 사례에 대해 잘 알게 되었다. 날조와 표절 등 연구윤리의 스캔들과 연관된 황우석 교수, 전 교육부 장관 김병준, 전 고려대 총장 이필상과 같은 이들에 의해 연구윤리는 중요한 사회적 이슈가 되었다. 먼저 서울대학교 황우석 연구자는 2005년도에 발표된 논문에 데이터의 날조와 변조 활용에 대한 책임을 완전히 시인하였다. 본 논문에서는 황우석 사례를 통해 배운 중요한 교훈으로 데이터의 날조 및 변조의 문제뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 연구윤리 규정의 필요성, 올바른 저자 표시와 공로배분 및 공동 연구자들의 책임감, 인간 인체 대상 실험과 불충분한 보호, 이해갈등이란 연구윤리의 문제 등을 제시하였다. 황우석 사건 이후의 중요한 연구부정 사례로서 김병준 사례가 있다. 김병준 사건의 교훈으로서 표절 자기표절의 기준 문제, 과거 표절 청산과 표절 기준 적용 시점의 문제 등을 제시하였다. 보다 최근의 고려대 이필상 사례는 연구부정행위의 조사 절차와 후속 조치의 문제, 연구지도의 문제, 바람직한 내부고발의 문제 둥을 교훈으로 제시하였다. 이러한 사례들의 개요와 교훈에 대한 결론적 고찰을 통해 다음과 같은 교훈을 제시하였다. 첫째, 연구윤리와 관련된 제도적 정비의 계기 마련이며 둘째, 언론 및 미디어의 역할 제고이다. 셋째, 연구윤리교육의 필요성과 방향성에 대한 모색이다. 정부나 대학 그리고 연구기관이나 학회들은 황우석 사건 및 그 이후의 사례들에서 보이는 여러 연구윤리에 대한 문제점들과 교훈들을 배우고 연구윤리를 위한 교육 프로그램, 가이드라인 그리고 제도적 방책들을 마련해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 사회복지 안팎의 윤리에 대한 관심이 고조되는 현실에서, <사회복지윤리와철학>교과목으로 대표되는 사회복지 윤리교육의 현황과 그 효과성을 조사해 보기 위해 진행되었다. 윤리교육 현황파악을 위해서는 사회복지교육협의회 회원교들을 대상으로 윤리와철학 교과목 개설현황 및 운영 방법을 조사하였고, 윤리교육의 효과성은 윤리적 민감성에 초점을 두어 윤리와철학 교과목 수강 여부와 수강전후의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지 제도교육 체제에서 윤리교육에 큰 비중이 주어지고 있지는 않지만, 이런 상황 속에서도 실제 이뤄지는 윤리교육은 윤리적 민감성을 제고하는 효과가 높으며 이는 여타 요인들에 비해 윤리적 민감성에 더 큰 차이를 가져오는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지 교육에서 사회복지윤리와철학 교과목의 위상 강화와 사회복지윤리와 관련된 인력 양성 및 연구의 필요성을 제시해 주는 것이다.

ICT의 발전으로 인해 삶의 형태가 빠르게 변화되고 있는 정보화 사회에서는 새로운 규범의식 즉, 정보 윤리의식이 필요하다. 정보 윤리 의식은 교육에 의해 극대화될 수 있다. 이러한 정보 윤리 교육에 대한 교육 필요성과 함께 급변하는 정보화 사회에서 새로운 기술의 발전과 사회 환경의 변화로 인하여 교육 과정을 새롭게 구성해야 할 필요가 발생하였다. 따라서 한국정보교육학회에서는 정보 교과의 내용 체계에 대한 개정안에 대하여 연구하였으며, 정보 교육 내용을 '소프트웨어', '컴퓨터 시스템' 및 '융합 활동'의 세 영역으로 구분하였다. 또한, '융합 활동' 영역을 '정보 윤리', '생산성 도구' 및 '로봇'의 세 주제로 구성하였다. 이에 따라 '정보 윤리' 주제에 대하여 초등학교 1학년부터 중학교 3학년까지의 교육 내용을 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 '정보 윤리'에 대한 국내외 교육과정 및 연구 결과와 새롭게 대두되는 정보 윤리 이슈들을 분석하여 학습 요소를 선정하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 성취 기준, 교수 학습 방법 및 평가 방안을 학년군 별로 세분화하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 '정보 윤리'에 대한 학습 요소들은 정보화 사회의 역기능에 슬기롭게 대처하고 미래 사회에 필요한 올바른 인재 양성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The amount of wood waste from furniture production is increasing. Wood waste is diverse and ranges from wood-splitting residues to leftovers from furniture production. Wood waste occurs in companies, household-based industries, and other forms of business where waste accumulates; therefore, an environmental and ethical policy is needed. The aim of this study was to identify products created using wood waste and describe government regulations related to environmental policies. We analyzed the management of wood waste for use as a new product so that it is useful, does not become waste, and complies with policies related to environmental ethics. A case study design using qualitative methods was used. This research focused on managing wood waste in Jepara's furniture and crafts industry for the 2010-2021 period, using 23 sources from primary, secondary, and other supporting documents. Data were collected through observation or gathering information related to research needs, conducting closed-door interviews with research sources, documenting data to strengthen research findings, and using online questionnaires to corroborate information related to wood waste management. This article presents wood waste products designed with optimized environmental ethics and awareness of environmental laws in wood-based industries.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, Cyber world has become a part of daily life. On the other hand, the adverse effects of Internet, such as abusive comments, illegal harmful contents, rumor diffusion, infringement on a right have emerged with the increase. Researchers recognized the important of cyber ethics as an effective means of coping with the adverse effects on Internet. But, Little empirical research has been related to cyber ethics in management information systems. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify multidimensional motivation factors that cyber ethics awareness and compliance behavior Intention. For this, this study investigated the factors that might influence Internet users to compliance cyber ethics. Using university students as a sample, one hundred and ninety six are collected for further analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, self-esteem, Moral Obligation, self-control, cyber ethics education and Social Influence are significantly related to cyber ethics awareness, while punishment is not significantly related. Second, cyber ethics awareness have a positive effect on cyber ethics compliance behavior Intention. Third, the moderating effect of ego strength is also significant. This study is significant in that it established a behavior model to understand the compliance of cyber ethics with internet user in Korea.

On the grounds of Diane Vaughan's pioneering study into the Challenger Disaster, STS(Science and Technology Studies) scholars have recently argued that most engineers seldom face an ethical situation, in which the boundary between the ethical and the unethical is absolutely clear, and for which a serious moral decision such as "whistle blowing" is urgently needed. They have instead suggested that engineering ethics needs to address engineers' everyday routine practices, which, if accumulated, may have some impact upon the overall performance of the technological system. However, such studies have not completely resolved the tension between STS that emphasizes contextual elements in which the everyday practice of engineers are done, on the one hand, and engineering ethics that stresses individual engineer's moral decision of an existential kind, on the other. By discussing various works on the Challenger Disaster and related issues over technological risks, this paper attempts to establish an interface between STS and engineering ethics, and proposes some practical implications for the effective education of engineering ethics to engineering students.

정보화 사회의 발달로 우리의 삶은 더욱더 편리해지고 윤택해졌지만, 반대급부로 역기능이 발생하였다. 이러한 역기능은 특히 10대 청소년들에게 두드러지게 나타나고 있어 그 문제점이 커져만 가고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 정보윤리교육을 강화해야하는데 교육의 주체인 정보윤리 담당교사의 전문성이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보윤리 담당교사의 전문성 구성요인을 살펴보고 평가도구를 개발하여 체계적이고 전문적인 정보윤리교육의 초석을 놓고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌 분석을 통해 정보윤리 담당교사의 전문성 구성 요인을 개발하고, 이것을 바탕으로 예비 문항을 구성한 다음, 전문가 검토를 통해 예비 문항을 정선한 후 사전 검사와 본 검사를 통해 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하여 최종문항을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 규준표를 작성하여 평가도 구의 활용도를 높임으로서 최종적으로 정보윤리 담당교사의 전문성 평가도구를 완성하였다. 본 평가도구를 통해, 첫째 정보윤리 교사에게 필요한 자질을 제시할 수 있을 것이며, 둘째 정보윤리 담당교사의 역량 배양을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 마지막으로 이 평가도구를 통하여 체계적인 정보윤리 담당교사 연수를 위한 교육과정을 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.
