섬유보강재를 이용한 RC 기둥의 보강 효과 (Strengthening Effects of RC Column using Fiber Reinforced Polymer)

  • 아라미드 FRP로 보강된 RC 기둥의 전단보강효과를 평가하고자, 구조성능 실험을 수행하였다. 실험변수는 아라미드 시트 및 스트립 보강이며, 총 4개의 실험체를 대상으로 하였다. 실험 결과는 비보강 실험체를 기준으로 보강효과를 강도 및 에너지 능력 등을 평가하였다. 평가 결과 아라미드 시트보강이 강도증진과 아울러, 에너지 소산능력의 증진이라는 측면에서 매우 유효한 것으로 평가되었다.

  • In recent years, the development and application of green energy resources have attracted more and more /$^*$ 'tention of people. The training room presented here is focused on the terminal applications of a photovoltaic power generation system (PPGS). Through introducing the composition and the general design principles, we aimed at leading the students to master the fundamental skills required for its design, installation and construction. The training room consists of numerous platforms, such as: PPGS, Wind and Photovoltaic Hybrid Power Generation Systems, Wind Power Generation Equipments, Simulative Grid-Connected Power Generation System, Electronic Technology Application of New Energy, etc. This enables the students to obtain their project and professional skills training via assembling, adjusting, maintaining and inspecting, etc., various component parts of the photovoltaic and new energy power generation systems, to further grasp the fundamental and related theoretical knowledge, and to further reinforce their practical and operational skills, so as to improve their problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities.

CIPP 평가 모형을 적용한 대기업 사원 공학입문 교육 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction of New Employee Engineering Introduction Training Program Applying CIPP Evaluation Model Focusing on D Corporation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the satisfaction of the introductory engineering education program for the employees, who majored liberal arts or commerce, among the educational programs for industrial workers which are performed as an effort to spread the performance of the Innovation Center for Engineering Education, and reinforce the competitiveness through effective program operation. This study was performed on the basis of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). A factorial analysis and a regression analysis were conducted based on a survey made on 87 persons who completed the introductory engineering education program among the employees of D group who majored liberal arts or commerce. It is expected that this study will contribute toward suggesting the implications for designing and operating the educational programs for industrial workers in order to find out the important factors of satisfaction and to conduct the education operation with professionalism.

  • Generally speaking, durability, load carrying capacity and the life of structure becomes to be shortened in all structures as time passed. Also, we have to repair and reinforce because of tile decrease of the traffic volume and overloaded vehicles in the bridge. External prestressing method is most popular and effective strengthening method which can be used for the prestressed concrete-girders. When strengthening with external prestressing method, there are many ways to install anchorage system. But, These methods have many faults. For example, the achorage force is so small or an anchorage system installation damages an existing structure. So, this paper suggested a new anchorage system to strengthen without any damage to the structure and then confirm the increase of durability and the properties of behavior with experimentation.

응급실 간호사의 대처방식과 공감피로, 공감만족 (Coping Strategies, Compassion Fatigue and Compassion Satisfaction among Nurses in Emergency Room)

  • Purpose: This was a descriptive correlation study to identify emergency room (ER) nurses' coping types and factors affecting compassion satisfaction (CS) and compassion fatigue. Methods: During March and April 2013, 170 questionnaires were distributed to ER nurses working in general hospitals in D and C regions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. Results: Compassion fatigue was most strongly affected by emotional expression for burnout and by practical support pursuit for secondary traumatic stress. Positive coping, emotional expression, position, positive reinterpretation, and self-blame explained 42% of CS. Conclusion: Results indicate that nurses with moderate levels of career had high compassion fatigue and low compassion satisfaction. Thus these nurses need to be given an opportunity to achieve self-development and improve their ability as nurses; interventions that can reinforce positive coping strategies should be provided as personal coping strategies affect compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction.

개선된 신경망 알고리즘을 이용한 영상 클러스터링 (Image Clustering using Improved Neural Network Algorithm)

  • In retrieving large database of image data, the clustering is essential for fast retrieval. However, it is difficult to cluster a number of image data adequately. Moreover, current retrieval methods using similarities are uncertain of retrieval accuracy and take much retrieving time. In this paper, a suggested image retrieval system combines Fuzzy ART neural network algorithm to reinforce defects and to support them efficiently. This image retrieval system takes color and texture as specific feature required in retrieval system and normalizes each of them. We adapt Fuzzy ART algorithm as neural network which receive normalized input-vector and propose improved Fuzzy ART algorithm. The result of implementation with 200 image data shows approximately retrieval ratio of 83%.

  • Various structural materials have been used in construction projects using stones, connotes, and steels materials. Among of these projects, concretes may use widely because concretes have high compressive strength, and comparatively easy maintenance and management. Reinforced concrete Buildings will be deteriorated as time passed. These problems will be accelerated by propagation of cracks. In order to manage such cracks, time, efforts and expense are required. In this study, leakages of fluorescence and adhesive material were investigated using glass sensors that were embedded in a model beam and column. In addition, currents in glass pipe sensor were observed to find leakage of liquid in glass pipes. Progressive cracks were generated by fracture of glass me sensor. In this investigation, a reinforcement clothing system was wrapped for a glass pipe sensor, The glass pipe sensor that can make control and reinforce cracks simultaneously.

봉독약침 시술 후 발생한 봉독 과민반응에 대한 임상고찰 (The Clinical Observation of Bee Venom Hypersensitivity Reaction after Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture Treatment)

  • Objective : The purpose of this report is to introduce hypersensitivity reaction of bee venom pharmacopuncture, and remind caution when use bee venom pharmacopuncture. Methods : After skin test, we were treated with bee venom pharmacopuncture to severe lower back pain and facial palsy patients depending on the state of the individual. After the treatment, bee venom hypersensitivity reaction was appeared, and we retreated hypersensitivity reaction depending on progress. Result & Conclusion : Hypersensitivity reaction of bee venom appears as various symptoms depending on the patient's condition, procedure amount and procedure point. We might reinforce skin test, and remind caution when use bee venom pharmacopuncture.

  • The paper describes the implementation of the video conferencing system using public key infrastructure which is used for user authentication and media stream encryption. Using public key infrastructure, we are able to reinforce the authentication for conference participant and block several malicious hacking while protecting conference control information. The paper shows the implementation of the transportation layer secure protocol in conformity with Korea public key authentication algorithm standard and symmetric key encryption algorithm (RC2, SEED, DES and 3DES) for media stream encryption. The feature of the paper is transportation layer secure protocol that is implemented for protection of information on a user authentication and video conference and the media streaming encryption algorithm also can be envisioned with another block encryption algorithm. The key for media streaming encryption may be safely distributed by the transportation layer secure protocol.

육아 개념분석 (A Concept Analysis of the Child-rearing)

  • This study intends to analyse the concept on the child-rearing of parents. Through analysis, several concepts on the child-rearing would be cleared, and therefore the groundwork of the theoretical framework can be constructed. The concepts were analyzed by the method of Walker & Avant(1995). The attribute of child-rearing is as follows; nutrition supply, affectionate mind, caring, growth development supporting, protecting, instructing, pregnancy, delivery etc. The proper child-rearing helps reinforce child development, mother-infant attachment, social disposition, parental-role contentment and family relationship. This study would be helpful to the establishment of child-rearing paradigm. And therethrough this result although helps construct proper child-rearing as well as theoretical groundwork.
