As part of the target-specific convergence study of welfare focusing on the relationships between emotional labor, burnout, and goal-focused self-regulation, this study was designed to examine whether goal-focused self-regulation of the early childhood teachers buffers in the relation between emotional labor and burnout. A total of 231 childcare teachers participated in this study and by responding to a questionnaire including measures of emotional labor, burnout, and goal-focused self-regulation. Moderated multiple regression through simultaneously entry was performed for analysis using SPSS (PASW) 18.0 and PROCESS Macro for SPSS. First, the results indicated that the level of emotional labor increase, burnout of the early childhood teachers also increase. Second, goal-focused self-regulation was found to have a protective function in terms of buffering the negative effect of emotional labor on burnout. Based on the results, this study suggests the importance of mental healthcare and the need for internal resources development such as self-regulation.

This study analyzes the characteristics of broadcasting law and telecommunication law and suggested the key legitimate of regulation where convergence law would go for in the convergence circumstances by drawing the common and differential characteristics of two laws. Moreover, in the value of inherent pursuit of broadcasting law and telecommunication law, this paper examined whether these values continued to be reflected in the convergence law, and indicated the direction how these values should adopt in the convergence law. The result of this study shows that strong entry regulation has applied to both broadcasting and telecommunications industry. Also, both industries have been required to be universal service to realize the value. Meanwhile, the pursuit of original value of broadcasting law and telecommunication law can be summarized as secure of access and diversity, respectively. In the convergence law, it is necessary to compensate and modify the meaning of access and diversity based on traditional regulation.

The present study was to examine the relationship among work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment. Four-hundred and eighty-seven workers completed the instruments assessing work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment. The results showed that work-family conflict was negatively related to organizational commitment, but not significantly linked to anger regulation, and anger regulation was positively related to organizational commitment. It might be possible to address clearly the relationship among work-family conflict, anger regulation, and organizational commitment, especially the mediation effect of anger regulation, using a large sample.

The virtual advertising which emerged in new technology environment and new advertising environment has been executed lately. The right regulation of virtual advertising is very important to the growth of it, because virtual advertising is new form of advertising and it can change program contents easily. In addition, it's time for considering the overall supplementation of virtual advertising regulation, based on the results so far achieved. In this sense, this article examined the regulation of virtual advertising which has been executed since 2010. It first examines the characteristics of advertising in digital media convergence environment and the growth and effect of virtual advertising. Then, research problems were suggested. Based on the research problems, it examines the status of virtual advertising regulation for each country. Then, it analyzes and discusses the major issues related to today's virtual advertising regulation. The article concludes with policy recommendations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect stress, emotional regulation, and adjustment to college life of health college students. The survey was conducted from June 21 to 30, 2021 for 190 health students in G and J area. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, simple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that positive perception had positive correlation with negative perception(r=-.286,p<.01), emotional regulation (r=.296,p<.01), and university life adjustment(r=.520,p<.01). Negative perception was correlated with emotional regulation(r=-.619,p<.01), university life adjustment (r=-.428,p<.01) and negative(-). Emotional regulation had a positive correlation with university life adjustment(r=.341,p<.01). Positive perception, negative perception, and emotional regulation, which are sub-factors of perceived stress, were the factors affecting the adjustment to university life, and the explanatory power was 84%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program that can improve the adjustment of college students in health.

The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate the influence of interpersonal problems on sleep quality in college students and to analyze the mediating role of mental health and the moderated mediating role of emotional regulation. This was a cross-sectional study of 307 students at a college in Seoul. The results of hierarchical linear regression showed that interpersonal problems and mental health were statistically significant predictors of sleep quality in college students. A mediation analysis further revealed that students' mental health mediates the relationship between interpersonal problems and sleep quality. Additionally, there was a moderated mediating role of dysfunctional emotional regulation in this process. Our findings suggest that supportive and adaptive cognitive emotional regulation educational programs should be designed based on college students' maladaptive emotional regulation experiences and individual characteristics.

This paper attempts to assess the Basel Committee's bank supervisory standards and capital adequacy rules, and thereby rethink whether global convergence in banking regulation is desirable. To that end, it seeks to address the impetus for the creation of the Basel Committee, and explore driving forces behind the internationalization of bank regulatory and supervisory standards. Following the historical and theoretical analysis of the internationalization of bank regulatory standards, the movement toward global standards in banking is reviewed. More importantly, this paper seeks to explore the origins of the Basel Accord on bank capital adequacy. To do so, it largely relies on current theories on the process of negotiating the capital adequacy standards in the areas of political science and international political economy. At this point, this study takes a position as a break against the force of international market failure logic that has enjoyed an exceptionally positive reception among economists, political scientists, and legal experts. Nonetheless, it does not intend to freeze the international coordination and cooperation of banking regulation. Given the understanding of the politics behind the creation of the Basel Accord, this paper evaluates the Basel Accord of 1988 and the new capital adequacy framework(Basel II), and then moves beyond the assessment of the capital adequacy standards In doing so, this study draws lessons from Basel in search of a just world order in the global finance.

The aim of the study was to observe the influence and related mechanism of rebamipide on the intestinal contraction. Intestinal contraction includes the activation of thick or thin filament regulation. However, there are few reports addressing the question whether this regulation is involved in rebamipide-induced regulation. We hypothesized that rebamipide plays a role in intestinal contraction evoked by carbachol in rat intestine. Interestingly, rebamipide alone didn't inhibit and rather slightly increased the contraction in the denuded muscle. Therefore, rebamipide alone and together with indomethacin increases the ileal contraction suggesting that additional pathways might be involved in the regulation of ileal contractility. In conclusion, rebamipide has some effect on the regulation of contractility and anti-ulcer by NSAIDs.

Based on the Arrhenius equations, several hydration exothermic models that precisely calculate the influence of concrete's self-temperature duration on its hydration exothermic rate have been presented. However, the models' convergence is difficult to achieve when applied to engineering projects, especially when the activation energy of the Arrhenius equation is precisely considered. Thus, the models' convergence performance should be improved. To solve this problem and apply the model to engineering projects, the relationship between fast iteration and proper expression forms of the adiabatic temperature rise, the coupling relationship between the pipe-cooling and hydration exothermic models, and the influence of concrete's self-temperature duration on its mechanical properties were studied. Based on these results, the rapid convergence of the hydration exothermic model and its coupling with pipe-cooling models were achieved. The calculation results for a particular engineering project show that the improved concrete hydration exothermic model and the corresponding mechanical model can be suitably applied to engineering projects.

The aim of the study was to observe the influence and related mechanism of histamine and its analogues used for hypersensitivity tests and used as an indicator of impurities in drugs on the tissue-specific intestinal contraction. Intestinal contraction includes the activation of thick or thin filament regulation. However, there are few reports addressing the question whether this regulation is involved in histamine-induced regulation. We hypothesized that histamine plays a role in tissue-dependent regulation of intestinal contractility. Denuded ileal/colonic longitudinal and circular muscles of male rats were used and isometric contractions were recorded using a data acquisition system. Interestingly, histamine alone didn't increase the contraction of the circular muscle but increased the contraction of the longitudinal muscle. Histamine together with atropine (M3 receptor antagonist) didn't inhibit the contraction of the longitudinal and circular muscle. Therefore, histamine alone and together with atropine increases the ileal longitudinal muscle contraction suggesting that additional mechanisms (decreased receptor density, postreceptor signaling or distribution of agonists) might be involved in the regulation of ileal muscle contractility. In conclusion, histamine and/or atropine has some effect on the regulation of the longitudinal contractility regardless of M3 receptor and the simpler test would be preferred as the drug impurity test compared to more complicated tests.
