The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) system is a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) under development to provide APV-I SBAS service in the Republic of Korea. The KASS ground segment generates correction and integrity information for GPS measurements of KASS users using the accurate positions of KASS Reference Station (KRS) antenna phase centers. For this reason, the accuracy of KRS reference points through geodetic survey campaigns is one of the important factors for providing the KASS service in compliance with the required navigation performance. In order to obtain accurate positions, two geodetic survey campaigns were performed at several reference points, such as Mark, Center of Mast at Ground Level (CMGL), and Center of Hole in Top Plate (CHTP), of each KRS site using three different survey methods, the Virtual Reference Station (VRS), Flächen Korrektur Parameter (FKP), and raw data post-processing methods. By comparing and analyzing the results, the computed coordinates of the reference points were verified and Antenna Phase Center (APC) positions were calculated using KRS Antenna Reference Point (ARP) data, and the first KASS Site Acceptance Test (SAT#1) was performed successfully using the verified APC coordinates. After the first site survey activities, the KASS operators should maintain the coordinates with the required performance such that the overall KASS navigation performance commitment is guaranteed during the lifetime of 15 years. Therefore, the maintenance plan for the KRS antenna coordinates should be developed before the commissioning of KASS operation planned after 2023. Therefore, this paper presents a geodetic survey method selected for the maintenance activities and provides the rationale for using this method.

최근에 들어와서 참고문헌이 정보원으로서의 가치가 높아짐에 따라 참고문헌 데이터베이스 구축이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 각 학술지에서 제시하는 참고문헌의 기술규정이 서로 다르고 연구자들마다 참고문헌의 기술규정을 올바르게 인지하지 못한 채로 참고문헌을 다양한 형식으로 기재하고 있다. 이러한 요인들은 참고문헌 데이터베이스의 효과적인 구축을 어렵게 하는 요인이 되고 여다. 따라서 본 연구는 참고문헌 기술규정의 상이성을 면밀히 분석하여 서지기술상의 문제점을 밝히고, 이를 토대로 참고문헌 기술규정 통일화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 AMBA 기반으로 사용될 수 있는 H.264용 High Profile Intra Prediction을 구조를 제안한다. 설계된 모듈은 한 매크로 블록 당 최대 306 cycle내에 동작한다. 제안된 Encoder 구조를 검증하기 위하여 JM 13.2로부터 reference C를 개발하였으며, reference C로부터 test vector를 추출하여 설계된 회로를 검증하였다. 우리는 Hardware cost를 줄이기 위하여 plan mode를 제거 하였고, SAD 계산 방법과 8 pixel 병렬처리 등을 사용하여 Hardware cost와 cycle을 줄이는 방법을 채택하였다. 제안된 회로는 Full HD1080@fps 영상을 133MHz clock에서 동작시킬 수 있으며, 합성결과 TSMC 0.18um 공정에 램 포함 25만gate크기 이다.

This study addresses the reference spent fuel and its characteristics for developing a geological repository concept. As a disposal capacity of the reference repository system to be developed, spent fuel inventories were projected based on the basis of the Nuclear Energy Plan of the Long-term National Power Program. The reference spent fuel encompassing a variability in characteristics of all existing and future spent fuels of interest was defined. Key parameters in the reference fuel screening processes were the nuclear and mechanical design parameters and the burnup histories for existing spent fuels as of 1996 and for future spent fuels with the more extended burnup the initial enrichment and its expected turnup. The selected reference fuel was characterized in terms of initial enrichment, bumup, dimension, gross weight and age. Also the isotopic composition and the radiological properties are quantitatively identified. This information provided in this study could be used as input for repository system development and performance assessment and applied in fuel material balance evaluation for the various types of back-end fuel cycle studies.

Objectives : This study was to propose how to translate journal references into english for enhancing citation index of the journals published in the Korean Oriental Medical Society. Methods : Journal reference is mainly composed of author name, title or book name, journal name such as Index Medicus or publisher name, etc. In order to find the appropriate equivalents to the above major constituents, head words extracted from all the references of Journal of Korean Oriental Medical Society published in 2002 to 2009. A plan for English translation of the journal reference was formulated and the glossary was prepared. Plan for English translation of the journal reference : 1. Author: Author name was represented as capitalized last name and two initials of first name and listed up to six. If there are more, the first three or six authors were listed with 'et al'. 2. Terminology of traditional Korean medicine: Standard korean traditional medical terminology was one of the current representative dictionary with as much as 6040 headwords, which was needed to be translated into English in order to provide substantial equivalents available for English translation of journal reference. Therefor 4361 english equivalents were to be newly adopted except for 1679 overlapped with them in WHO-IST. Source oriented translation and target oriented translation were allowed to be appropriately selected depending on the condition. In addition, principle of English translation of acupoint,medicinal Herbs, Herbal formula and classical works were proposed. 3. Basically the names of journals should be set in italics and abbreviated according to the List of journals indexed for medline (formerly Index Medicus) published by the National Library of Medicine. however, abbreviation of korean oriental medical journals were not yet established. Thus establishment of tentative korean index medicus should be considered. Conclusions : For the enhancement of journal citation index of korean traditional medical journals, it was suggested that english translation of journal reference should be one of the alternatives enhancing citation rate.

With reference to nuclear emergency information concerning the national emergency plan for nuclear accidents, the response plan for the atmospheric nuclear emergencies of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) was reviewed and described for introducing an overview on it to the Korean Association for Radiation Protection (KARP).

This plan is to suggest the guide-line as a reference focusing on unique image using characteristics of Youngwol-gun, when any type of development is conducted. The study is doing on the present status and analysis for the whole of Youngwol-gun, the basic aim and an establishment of direction for landscape plane, the landscape plan for each rural and urban area(suggestion of guide-line), and the direction for development of landscape administration.

The general formulas of the operating characteristic(OC) function, average sample number(ASN) and average outgoing quality(AOQ) for the modified n-level skip-lot sampling plan(MMSkSP2) were derived using Markov chain properties by Cho(2008). In this paper, the OC curve, ASN and AOQ of a reference plan, modified two-level, three-level and five-level skip-lot sampling plans are compared.

The general formulas of average fraction inspected, average sample number and average outgoing quality in n-level skip-lot sampling plan are derived. Average sample number and average outgoing quality of a reference plan, three-level, five-level and ten-level skip-lot sampling plans are compared.
