디지털 디자인 및 패브리케이션 프로세스의 합리화 과정에 관한 연구 - 인테리어 패널 디자인 및 제작 사례를 기반으로 - (Rationalization Process for Digital Design and Fabrication -Based on the Case of Fabricating Interior Panels-)

  • 디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 건축 디자인은 CAD 및 CAM 기술을 기반으로 복잡한 형상의 표현 및 조작을 가능하게 하여 효율적이고 체계적인 디자인 프로세스로써 작용하게 되었다. 하지만 아직 비용절감과 품질향상에 관련된 프로세스의 효율성과 재현성에 관한 논의가 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 디자인 초기부터 제작가능성을 고려하는 통합적 디지털 디자인 프로세스의 개념적 접근을 목적으로 하였으며, 통합적 접근의 일환으로써 합리화(Rationalization)의 개념을 제시하고자 한다. 합리화는 비정형 건축의 곡면 패널의 제작과 관련되어지는 용어로써 제작과 관련된 요구조건을 검증하면서 본래의 디자인을 유지하는 디지털 모델의 재-디자인 작업을 의미한다. 본 연구는 통합적 프로세스 구축을 위한 실험적 연구로써 생성-재현-구축의 세 단계로 구성되는 디지털 디자인 프로세스에 합리화의 개념을 적용시킨 연구 모형을 도출하여 디자인 과정에 적용시킨 인테리어 패널 사례를 제작하였다. 사례의 디자인 프로세스를 분석한 결과, 각 단계에서 얻어진 정보를 활용하는 합리화 과정의 순환적 특징을 발견할 수 있었으며, 이는 소프트웨어의 상호호환성과 하드웨어의 기능적 요구조건에 대한 검증을 바탕으로 의도된 디자인을 유지시키면서 디지털 모델을 수정 및 보완하는 순환적 프로세스로 정의할 수 있다.

Issues in Real Estate Taxation and Rationalization of Property Taxation: Lessons from Real Estate Regulation Policy in Korea

  • Purpose - This study examines the regressive estate taxation issues and seeks measures for the rationalization of property taxation. Although various discussions on the reorganization of property taxation have been made, discourses on how much property taxation burden is given to homeowners and on whether the increase of property taxation should be shifted to tenants have not been properly carried out. Research design, data, and methodology - Therefore this study examined the property taxation issues and sought measures for the rationalization of property taxation based on homeowners' social and economic characteristics. This study deals with discussions on the directions for rational real estate reorganization and what desirable real estate market stabilization polices are. Result - This study investigates what issues and disputes the powerful real estate policies to ease overheat of the real estate market have caused and seeks directions to solve those. Conclusion - The study results supports that the real estate taxation would be levied in proportion to the economic capacity of real estate owners to pay taxes. It implies that tax levy not only in conjunction with income, but also in combination with existing real estate assets would be considered to be desirable in terms of comprehensive tax justice.

조립합리화를 위한 유연성 있는 Pallet 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flexible Pallet Design for Assembly Rationalization)

  • In the assembly system, a pallet plays an important role of transfer and storage. As products become various, many different pallets are also necessary. Since some of them are redundant, a design of pallet with high flexibility is important. This paper suggests design alternatives, in designing pallets with high flexibility. The purpose of this study is to rationalize assembly process of mid-small size products. Every pallet has suitability values depending on characteristic factors of a product, and this value is determined by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. As the characteristic factors of a product are changed, the suitability value is also changed. Design alternatives can be found by tracing change of the suitability value, which are based on correlation between the characteristic factors of a product and a pallet element.

가변형 책·걸상 설계를 통한 물류합리화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rationalization of Logistics Based on the Design of Variable Desks and Chairs)

  • Uniform and integrated college desks and chairs have low efficiency of loading for transportation and delivery and low efficiency of storage for warehousing due to their simple uniform physical properties, thus increasing logistics costs for companies and decreasing their competitiveness. In an effort to overcome the limitations of previous studies, this study analyzed the stages of logistics for desks and chairs in college lecture rooms via the transportation route including the factory warehouses and local warehouses and via the delivery route from local warehouses by the region to the orderers including college lecture rooms. The study developed a model for the rationalization of corporate logistics by making a variable folding desk and chair capable of distance adjustment according to height to replace the uniform and integrated college desks and chairs in lecture rooms. A model was developed between the old uniform and integrated college desks and chairs and the new variable folding desks and chairs for three scenarios of cost development including product storage costs, transportation costs from the specialized factory warehouses to the local warehouses by the region, and delivery costs from the local warehouses to college lecture rooms as the orderer. For the generalization of the model, it was applied to each of the 90%, 95%, and 99% service levels.

일본의 맨션관리의 적정화 추진에 관한 법률 고찰 (The Law on Promoting Rationalization of Mansion Management in Japan)

  • 일본의 맨션관리의 적정화 추진에 관한 법률은 맨션의 양호한 주거환경을 확보하여 국민생활의 안정을 향상시키고 나아가 국민경제의 건전한 발전을 꾀함을 목적으로 제정된 법률이다. 맨션의 증가와 맨션만이 가지는 거주형태의 특수성, 이에 관련한 법정비의 미비는 일본의 학계와 실무에서 꾸준히 제기된 문제이다. 또한 관리적 측면에서는 관리조합의 운영문제, 유지수선, 관리조합의 관리업자에 대한 관리위탁, 설계 준공도면의 정확한 인도 등의 문제도 지적을 받아왔다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 적정화법이 입법되었으나, 결국 적정화법은 맨션 관리에 관한 합의형성 등의 문제에 대해 그 해결책을 제시하고 있는 것으로 평가할 수는 있겠으나 한편으로는 맨션에서의 관리조합 및 구분소유자, 그리고 노후화가 상당히 진행된 맨션에 대해 고민, 예를 들면 거주자의 다양성 등으로 인한, 하는 지자체 등에 대해 여러 형태로의 의무 등을 제안 또는 제시하고 있음으로 해서 적정화법의 원활한 시행에는 다수의 난관이 존재하고 있는 것이 사실이다.

The Influence of CEO's Scandal on Consumers' Product Purchase

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore how consumers respond to the immoral actions of a CEO. More specifically, this research focuses on the moral reasoning processes used by consumers in order to maintain support for the CEO despite the immoral action. In addition, this research suggests that support for the CEO would improve product purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology: To test the hypotheses presented, an online research company was hired and online survey was conducted with adult participants. Online research company sent an email to the potential subjects asking their participation in an online survey. Subjects were able to participate in the online survey by clicking a link to the survey. When the participants clicked the link, they were instructed to read a fictitious newspaper article on a CEO's immoral action. And then, they were asked to answer several questions online. Responses were obtained from 336 adults participants and data were analyzed using SPSS Hayes Macro for a moderation effect and AMOS for a structural equation model. Result: Moral reasoning processes were divided into moral decoupling and moral rationalization and analyzed to determine their influence on product purchase. Also in this study, we suggest the public self-consciousness of consumers as an antecedent of moral reasoning processes, and argue that consumers with high public self-consciousness are more likely to engage in moral decoupling than moral rationalization. Conclusions: Our results showed that moral decoupling and moral rationalization improved the consumer's perception of corporate ethicality, which increased product purchase intention. In addition, consumers with high public self-consciousness were more likely to engage in moral decoupling than in moral rationalization. In addition, this research suggested that severity of the scandal would moderate the impact of public self-consciousness on moral decoupling. However, this hypothesis was not supported statistically since most participants perceived the scandal to be a highly severe incident, that may lead to an insignificant interaction effect between severity of the scandal and public self-consciousness. This research expands the scope of available research on corporate ethics and consumer responses to negative information involving celebrities and provides practical implications for corporate crisis management.

고장력볼트 마찰이음의 합리적 설계 및 시공에 관한 연구 (A Study on Rational Design and Construction of High-Tension-Bolt Friction Joints)

  • 최근에는 고장력볼트 마찰이음의 다양화에 대해서 실무적 관점에서부터 각종 실험적 연구가 실시되고 있지만, 이러한 연구 결과가 시방기준의 개정에 반영된 것은 거의 없는 실정이다. 특히 강교량에 있어서는 최근 합리화의 추진이 강하게 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따라 강교의 설계 및 시공상 가장 중요한 부분의 하나인 고장력볼트 이음부의 합리화의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 고장력볼트 이음부의 설계 및 시공의 합리화를 위한 방향을 제시하고, 설계기준으로의 반영을 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위하여 고장력볼트 이음부에 관한 국내외의 설계기준을 비교, 검토하여 설계에서 가장 중요한 인자인 미끄러짐 계수, 그리고 볼트 구멍의 크기에 대한 규정을 분석하였다. 한편 과대공 및 축력감소의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 고장력볼트 연결부에 대한 미끄러짐 시험을 실시하여 미끄러짐 거동을 평가하였다. 또한 최근에 수행된 고장력볼트 마찰이음에 관한 연구결과를 토대로 접촉면의 상태에 따른 미끄러짐 계수의 차이, 과대공의 영향, 채움판의 적용, 모재 틈새간격의 영향, 방청볼트의 사용성 등을 평가하였다. 이로부터 미끄러짐 계수의 경우 국내의 시방기준에서는 접촉면의 처리상태에 따라 일률적으로 적용되고 있는데 비하여 외국의 시방기준에서는 접촉면의 처리상태에 따라 세분화하여 규정하고 있다. 따라서 국내의 시방기준에도 접촉면의 처리상태에 따라 미끄러짐 계수를 세분하여 규정하여 설계의 합리화를 추진할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 외국의 시방기준에서 적용하는 정도의 과대공을 설계에 반영하면 시공의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

에른스트 마이의 노동자 계층 인식과 신 프랑크푸르트 운동 주거단지에서 나타나는 합리성 구현 방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ernst May's Cognition of the Working Class and the Rationalization in the Housing of the New Frankfurt Initiative)

  • Ernst May and the New Frankfurt Initiative are well known for the urban planning and the Housings in Frankfurt a. M. Their works tend to be underestimated because of some factors such as modest attitude toward modernism design vocabulary, short period that their programs lasts, and modification/recession of project in actual construction. So, This study aims to build up the relations related to Housing, such as situation of post World War I in German Society and Frankfurt, May's cognition on the working class, and realization of rationalization as a major tools of the modernity. Ernst May considered the working class with bipolar standpoint. Ernst May and His team considered working class and those families not only as object of relief but also as potential 'modern citizens' to be disciplined; he sympathize poor conditions of working class while discriminating them by their labor charge. Acceptance of Socially Disadvantaged group in construction were also proceeded in means of recession of cost. Even Ernst May and his team did not achieved the goals that they thought they could, their Siedlung and house designs articulated the sense of modernity, which presented in rationalization with highly practical manner. Those are realized in 3 directions; respectful considerations for existing traditional factors, application of extendable logics of physical/social hygiene, and reflection of issues with standardization and mass production.

도시철도 정거장의 구조형태에 따른 전력원단위 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the analysis about the power density according to the structural forms of the urban railway stations)

  • The urban railway station is a structure that consumes a large amount of electric energy. Thus, the rationalization of using electric power is acutely demanded, but statistical data and design criteria that consider operating power load characteristics and structures, are very insufficiency. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed that electricity consumption a year, characteristics, gross floor area of the station, structure, and etc, on the basis of Seoul metro station 1~4 line. Through regression analysis theory, we verified the overall features and the main tendency by analysis of specific parameter value(average, maximum, minimum, etc). The object of this study is the analysis about power density considering structure of the urban railway station, managing electric energy for the rationalization and setting a new standard of maintenance and construction.

선박블록 탑재용 러그구조의 설계합리화를 위한 연구 (A Study for Rationalization of Lifting Lug Design of Ship Block)

  • A basic study on the lifting lug design has performed through the rational and systematic process. In order to evaluate the proper design-load distribution around lug eye investigation of contact force between lifting lug and shackle pin is performed using non-linear parametric analysis idealized by gap element models. Gap element modeling and nonlinear analysis procedures are illustrated and discussed based on MSC/NASTRAN. Some analysis and design guides are suggested through the consideration of several important effects such as stress distribution pattern, circumferential contact force distribution along the lug eye face, loading share rate between lug main plate and doubler, effect of loading direction, relation between applied force and deflection and size effect of shackle pin radius. Additionally optimum design studies are performed and general trends according to the variation of design parameters are suggested.
