스마트폰 이용고객의 소비가치가 관계적 요인과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumption Value of Smartphone Users on Relational Factors and Repurchase Intention)

  • Purpose - As the smart-phone market adds new technologies and introduces new marketing trends, competition among companies is getting fierce. Now, smart-phone companies need to pay attention not only to attaining new customers but also to retaining customers, which means managing relationships to prevent customer defection. Therefore, how to satisfy customer needs and maintain long-term relations are both important to make consistent progress in the rapidly changing smart-phone market. To illustrate this point, the study focuses on analyzing the effects of consumption value on relational factors and buying intentions among smart-phone users. First, consumption value was divided into functional, economic, and emotional values. After that, the effects of these values on satisfaction and brand trust were confirmed. Additionally, effects of satisfaction and brand trust on repurchase intention were analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - The data was collected in a self-administered survey among 270 undergraduate students, using smart-phones between June 4th-12th, 2012. A total of 257 questionnaires were collected and used for the data analysis. A path analysis based on Lisrel 8.54 was used for the hypothesis test. Consumption value was divided into functional, economic, and emotional values. Subsequently, the effects of these values on satisfaction and trust in the brand were confirmed. Additionally, the effects of satisfaction and trust in the brand on repurchase intention were analyzed. Results - First, functional value, economic value, and emotional value - especially emotional value - were revealed to have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, emotional value was shown to have positive effects on brand trust, while functional and economic values did not. Third, satisfaction had positive effects on brand trust. In considering the relative influence on brand trust, satisfaction was the most crucial factor. It is clear that in the evaluation of the direct experience, using the product or the service plays an important role in building brand trust. Fourth, satisfaction and brand trust positively influenced repurchase intention. This indicates that both factors must be achieved to induce the repurchase Intention among customers. Conclusions - One can see that the enjoyable emotions consumers feel while using smart-phones is the most important factor in increasing levels of satisfaction. Moreover, this indicates that consumers pursue economic desires along with convenient functions in order to reduce opportunity costs. Additionally, consumers are affected by psychological and emotional messages in building trust, rather than practical and rational ones. Thus, in order to appeal to young clients as an attractive brand in the smart-phone market, approaching customers with an emotional value is recommended. In addition, in order for the brand to gain trust, the overall experience the consumer feels while using smart phones should be maximized. After all, one must fulfill the consumers' desire for a new experience and show a willingness to faithfully accomplish the responsibility of the brand to strengthen relationships with customers in the smart-phone market.

  • 현대의학의 급속한 발전에도 불구하고 암은 아직도 인간에게 건강과 생명을 위협하는 주요인의 질환으로 인식되고 있다. 암은 세포조직의 과잉성장으로 인해 발생하는 악성종양으로 성별이나 연령에 관계없이 신체 어느 부분이나 발생하여 죽음에 이르게 하는 불치의 병으로 간주되고 있다. 암환자들이 치료를 받는 기간동안 겪게 되는 문제들은 심리적으로 우울하고, 죽음에 대한 불안감이 나타나며, 자아 존중감의 상실을 경험하게 된다. 방사선 치료를 받는 암환자는 대부분 수술이나 화학요법과 더불어 추가적으로 방사선치료를 병행하는 것으로 알려져 있어, 방사선 치료를 받는 환자는 신체적 고통뿐만 아니라 경제적이나 심리적으로 불안하고, 치료에 대한 부담감이 더욱 가중되어 환자에 대한 심리상태의 안정이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 인간의 질병에 대한 치료는 신체적 치료와 심리정서적 치료를 병행하여 시행함으로써 좀더 완전하고 효율적인 전인치료가 되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 방사선치료를 받는 암환자의 특성과 사회적 지지에 따른 심리상태를 확인하여 환자의 전인치료를 위한 기초 자료로 제공하고자 실시하였다.

갑상선암 수술환자의 삶의 질 변화와 관련요인 (Changes in Quality of Life and Related Factors of Surgical Patients with Thyroid Cancer)

  • 본 연구는 갑상선암 수술환자의 치료기간에 따른 삶의 질 변화에 대해 알아보고, 삶의 질 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 갑상선암 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 개입 필요성과 증상관리 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 대전광역시 소재 일개 상급종합병원 이비인후과에서 2013년 7월부터 2014년 12월까지 갑상선암 진단을 받고 갑상선절제수술을 받은 환자 76명을 대상으로 하였고, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 t-test와 ANOVA에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나온 변수를 산출하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression)을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 수술 전과 후 1개월까지의 삶의 질 변화에서는 성별, 암 병력, 피로가 통계적으로 유의하였고, 수술 후 3개월까지의 삶의 질 변화에서는 병기, 암 병력, 불안, 통증이 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 있었다(P<.05). 회귀분석 결과 조사시기별 삶의 질 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 수술 전과 후 1개월에서는 우울과 피로였으며, 수술 후 3개월에서는 불안이었고, 수술 후 6개월에서는 모두 유의하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 수술 전과 후 1개월 시기에 우울과 피로 증상을 관리하여 환자의 신체적, 정신적 고통을 줄일 수 있도록 노력해야 하며, 수술 후 3개월에서는 불안 증상을 관리하여 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 이는 결과적으로 건강관리 시스템에 대한 부담을 줄이고, 공중보건에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 사회적 비용을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

지속가능성 측면에서 재난 임시대피소의 특성 연구 -쓰촨성(四川省) 원촨(汶川) 지진 사례를 중심으로- (A Study on the Characteristics of Disaster Temporary Sheltering in Terms of Sustainable Design -Focused on the Case of the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province-)

  • 본 연구는 2008년 원촨(汶川) 지진 이후 중국 정부가 이재민들을 위해 제공한 임시 집중 안치소와 텐트와 이동식 판자가옥 등 3가지의 임시대피소를 대상으로 그 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 지속가능성 측면에서 사회적, 경제적, 환경적 요소 중 12개 평가항목을 선정해 임시대피소를 분석하고 평가함으로써 각각의 특성과 문제점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 임시 집중 안치소와 텐트는 기반시설이 미비하고 위생상태가 나쁘며, 주거공간이 협소하고 개인 공간이 없어 기본 생활조차 불편하다는 문제가 있었다. 이동식 판자가옥은 건축비가 비싸고 건축자재가 친환경적이지 않고 농경지를 차지하며 자재가 재활용률이 낮으며 폐기물이 환경을 오염시키는 등의 문제가 있었다. 3가지 임시대피소의 공통적인 문제점은 우선 정부가 대피소 건설과 배치를 주도하고 이재민들은 정부의 지원을 받는 바람에 임시 커뮤니티의 건설과 관리에 대한 참여 의욕이 떨어진다는 점이었다. 다음으로 3가지 임시대피소가 모두 설계상 이재민들의 심리적 수요를 충분히 고려하지 못했으며, 특히 안전하고 위생적인 개인 공간에 대한 기본 요구를 전혀 충족하지 못하고 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 3가지 임시 대피소의 지속가능한 디자인과 임시 커뮤니티의 건설 및 관리 문제에 대한 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

컴퓨터화 변형 선다형 시험 방식에서 감점제가 시험 점수와 반응 포기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Penalizing Wrong Answers Upon the Omission Response in the Computerized Modified Multiple-choice Testing)

  • 정보통신 기술을 활용한 평가가 미래의 교육 평가를 주도할 가능성이 높은 가운데 이에 대한 국내 연구가 활발하지 않다. 컴퓨터를 이용하여 평가를 하게 되면 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이전에는 가능하지 않은 방식으로 학생들의 수행 능력을 측정할 수 있다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라 교육 현장에서 가장 광범위하게 사용되는 선다형 방식의 문제점을 극복하는 방안을 제시하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 답지가 문제와 함께 제시되는 선다형 시험 방식은 채점이 쉽지만, 학생들이 정답을 몰랐다가 답지를 보고 정답을 찾아낼 수 있다는 단점을 가지고 있다. Park(2005)은 컴퓨터의 상호작용성을 이용하여, 문제만 먼저 제시하고, 답지는 학생이 답을 먼저 생각하게 하고 나서 요청하면 짧게 제시되도록 하고 그 때 선택하도록 하는, 컴퓨터화 변형 선다형 시험 방식을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 이 방식에 감점제를 추가하면 학생들이 잘 모르면서도 답지를 보고 정답을 찾고자 할 가능성을 낮출 수 있는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 반응을 포기하면 감점이 없지만, 반응을 해서 틀릴 경우에는 감점이 이루어진다는 지시와 함께, 116 명의 대학생을 대상으로 상식 시험을 보도록 하였다. 조작된 변인은 감점 비율과 시험 방식이었다. 높고 낮은 비율과 전통적 선다형과 변형 선다형 방식이 교차된 4 실험 조건이 사용되었다. 종속측정치는 시험점수, 반응을 포기한 문항수, 그리고 자기보고 점수였다. 이들에 대한 이원분산분석 결과, 반응을 포기한 문항수는 컴퓨터화 변형 선다형 방식에서 유의미하게 많았고 시험 점수는 높은 감점 조건에서 유의미하게 낮아짐을 발견하였다. 논의에서는 실제 교육 현장에서 변형 선다형 시험방식에 감점제를 적용한 평가가 적용될 가능성과 함께 컴퓨터화 평가 도구 개발에 대한 인지과학적 연구의 활성화를 촉구하였다.

치매노인의 거주형태 및 서비스유형에 따른 간호관리의 효과분석 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Care of Patients with Alzheimer s Disease According to Residence Arrangement and Types of Services)

  • The problem of care of patients and families with Alzheimer's disease has become a conscious raising social policy issue in Korea. The government of the Republic of Korea has become cognizant of the situation and has begun searching for ways to remedy it. Thus, there is a need for a comprehensive under-standing of the situation in which patients and their families are struggling and the enormous problems of care. With a realization of the urgent need, this study was done to investigate the situation and the care needs of families with patients with Alzheimer's Disease, and to compare the effectiveness of services utilized by the families in terms of cost and effects on patient's conditions and on family live. The Subjects for the study were 29 families with hospitalized patients, 25 families utilizing hospital outpatient clinics, 14 families utilizing day care facilities, and 16 families with homebound patients. A total of 84 families were interviewed by four trained interviewers using structured and semistructured questionnaires. The data produced from these interviews included : the patient's stage of Alzheimer's disease, patient's bizarre behavior, hours spent on patient care per day, family burden and quality of life, direct and indirect costs encountered in the care of patients, and the families' evaluation of the effectiveness of the services received. The data were analyzed to determine the relationships between family charactersistics, patient's conditions and services utilization. The effectiveness of each of the service entities was assessed through families evaluation and hoped for service and comparisons were made between services in terms of the cost-effectiveness ratios. After initial comparison of cost-effectiveness ratios, further analysis was done to compare between groups for incremental effectiveness for each incremental unit of cost to determine the most cost-effective service entities. The findings of the study are as fellows : 1. The choice of living arrangement and the types of services are a function of the stage of Alzheimer's condition and the economic status of the family. 2. Comparision of the cost of care showed that most expenses were encountered in by families with hospitalization, families using outpatient services, and families using day care services in that order. The least expense was involved in the care of homebound patients. The economic burden felt by families was in the same order as expenses. 3. The average number of hours spent on daily patient care was 9.9 hours for the outpatient clinic users, 9.7 hours for homebound patients, and 5.4 hours for day care users. 4. There were significant differences in the patient's conditions (CDRL), bizarre behaviors and the families's burden by living arrangement and /or types of service. However, no significant difference was found between groups in the family's quality of life. 5. The families rated the services of day care center as most effective for the care of the patients and families, except for a few families who had experienced some improvement in the patient's conditions. The outpatient clinic users expressed psychological comforts mainly in that the patient was being taken care of. For those hospitalized patients, families expressed the comfort of being relieved of the burden of care and that the patient is being professionally cared for. Form the analysis of the costs, hours of patient care, patient's bizarre behaviors, family's quality of life and burdens, and family's evaluation of services, it is concluded that up to the mid stage of Alzheimer's condition, the utilization of day care center services is found to be the most cost-effective, and toward the end stage of the Alzheimer's disease, it is hoped that there will be a establishment of long term or short term in-patient facilities for the protection of patients and preservation of the integrity of families for less cost. Thus. it was concluded that the family centered system of care is the most effective for Korea with systematic support systems developed for the care of patients and their families according to the needs of families as the patient's condition deteriorates.

건설분쟁 중재제도의 차별화 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Differentiation and Improvement in Arbitration Systems in Construction Disputes)

  • The importance of ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution), which has the advantage of expertise, speed and neutrality due to the increase of arbitration cases due to domestic and foreign construction disputes, has emerged. Therefore, in order for the nation's arbitration system and the arbitration Organization to jump into the ranks of advanced international mediators, it is necessary to research the characteristics and advantages of these arbitration Organization through a study of prior domestic and foreign research and operation of international arbitration Organization. As a problem, First, education for the efficient promotion of arbitrators (compulsory education, maintenance education, specialized education, seminars, etc.). second, The effectiveness of arbitration in resolving construction disputes (hearing methods, composition of the tribunal, and speed). third, The issue of flexibility and diversity of arbitration solutions (the real problem of methodologies such as mediation and arbitration) needs to be drawn on the Arbitration laws and practical problems, such as laws, rules and guidelines. Therefore, Identify the problems presented in the preceding literature and diagnosis of the defects and problems of the KCAB by drawing features and benefits from the arbitration system operated by the international arbitration Institution. As an improvement, the results of an empirical analysis are derived for "arbitrator" simultaneously through a recognition survey. As a method of improvement, First, as an optimal combination of arbitration hearing and judgment in the settlement of construction disputes,(to improve speed). (1) A plan to improve the composition of the audit department according to the complexity, specificity, and magnification of the arbitration cases - (1)Methods to cope with the increased role of the non-lawyer(Specialist, technical expert). (2)Securing technical mediators for each specialized expert according to the large and special corporation arbitration cases. (2) Improving the method of writing by area of the arbitration guidelines, second, Introduction of the intensive hearing system for psychological efficiency and the institutional improvement plan (1) Problems of optimizing the arbitration decision hearing procedure and resolution of arbitration, and (2) Problems of the management of technical arbitrators of arbitration tribunals. (1)A plan to expand hearing work of technical arbitrator(Review on the introduction of the Assistant System as a member of the arbitration tribunals). (2)Improved use of alternative appraisers by tribunals(cost analysis and utilization of the specialized institution for calculating construction costs), Direct management of technical arbitrators : A Study on the Improvement of the Assessment Reliability of the Appraisal and the Appraisal Period. third, Improvement of expert committee system and new method, (1) Creating a non-executive technical committee : Special technology affairs, etc.(Major, supports pre-qualification of special events and coordinating work between parties). (2) Expanding the standing committee.(Added expert technicians : important, special, large affairs / pre-consultations, pre-coordination and mediation-arbitration). Fourth, a measure to increase the role of expert technical Arbitrators by enacting laws on the promotion of the arbitration industry is needed. Especially, the establishment of the Act on Promotion of Intermediation Industry should be established as an international arbitration agency for the arbitration system. Therefore, it proposes a study of improvement and differentiation measures in the details and a policy, legal and institutional improvement and legislation.
