학업병행 간호사의 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지와 간호전문직관의 관계 (Associations between job stress, social support, and nursing professionalism among nurses in postgraduate courses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the associations between job stress, social support, and nursing professionalism among nurses taking postgraduate courses, and to explore the factors influencing their nursing professionalism. Methods: The participants were 121 nurses who were enrolled in graduate school master's or doctoral programs in Korea. Data were collected from June 30 to August 31, 2021, using an internet-based self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The mean scores of job stress, social support, and nursing professionalism among the participants were 2.47 out of 4, 4.06 out of 5, and 3.47 out of 5, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in nursing professionalism among the participants according to the degree program (F=-2.76, p=.007) and the length of nursing career (F=4.35, p=.015). Their nursing professionalism showed a positive correlation with social support (r=.45, p<.001) and a negative correlation with job stress (r=-.43, p<.001). As a result of the multiple regression analysis, factors influencing nursing professionalism of the participants were found to be job stress (β=-.28, p=.003), social support (β=.23, p=.015), and the length of nursing career (β=.19, p=.018). The explanatory power of the model was 28.0% (F=12.62, p<.001). Conclusion: The present study suggests that organized efforts are needed to alleviate job stress and to increase social support for nurses in postgraduate courses in order to ultimately improve their nursing professionalism.

감염 전담 병동 간호사의 COVID-19 환자 간호업무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Nurses' Performance of Care in COVID-19 Wards)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nurses' performance of care in COVID-19 wards. Methods: The participants were 132 nurses who worked in COVID-19 wards at three hospitals, and were recruited from April 1 to May 31, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Results: Nursing performance was significantly and positively correlated with ethical sensitivity (r = .75, p < .001), nursing professionalism (r = .67, p < .001), and social support (r = .67, p < .001). Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with ethical sensitivity (r = .64, p < .001) and social support (r = .55, p < .001). Multiple regression analysis for nursing performance revealed that the most significant factor was ethical sensitivity (β = .47, p < .001). Ethical sensitivity, nursing professionalism, and social support explained 66.0% of total variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: Ethical sensitiviy, nursing professionalism, and social support significantly influence nurses' performace of care in COVID-19 wards. It suggests that intervention programs should be directed at improving nurses' ethical sensitivity, bolstering social support, and enhancing nursing professionalism.

임상간호사의 감정노동, 전문직업성, 사회적 지지가 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Research on Emotional Labor, Professionalism, Social Support, and Performance of Nurses in Clinical Field)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 감정노동, 전문직업성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이들 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 서울시에 있는 500병상 이상 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 230명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 위계적 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 변수는 현 부서에서의 근무경력, 전문직업성, 감정노동 빈도. 표면행위로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지는 감정노동의 진심행위와 간호업무성과 간에 긍정적 조절효과가 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 간호관리자는 간호업무성과를 높이기 위하여 간호사의 전문직업성과 사회적 지지를 높이는 간호인력관리 전략을 수립하고, 감정노동의 진심행위를 더 많이 할 수 있도록 간호조직문화를 형성할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지가 학과만족에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (The Convergent effect of Ego-resilience, Nursing professionalism, and Social support on Department satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지가 학과만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 확인하고자 하였다. 2017년 4월부터 5월까지 간호대학생 272명으로부터 자료가 수집되었다. 연구도구는 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지, 학과만족이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 일반적 특성과 관련한 학과만족의 차이는 학과선택 이유, 동아리 활동, 성적에서 유의미했다. 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지, 학과만족은 유의미한 상관관계가 있었고, 간호대학생의 학과만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 지지, 간호전문직관, 자아탄력성이었다. 간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 간호전문직관, 자아탄력성 증진을 위한 활동을 통해 학과만족이 향상될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. 이는 그들이 대학생활에 적응하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 내현적 자기애가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 사회적 지지와 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 시도하였다. 이를 위해 J소재 3개 대학교의 간호대학생 375명을 대상으로 편의표집하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 간호대학생의 내현적 자기애, 간호전문직관, 지각된 사회적 지지, 대인관계능력 간의 인과모형의 적합도가 양호한 것으로 나타나 변인간의 인과관계를 타당하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 내현적 자기애는 대인관계능력과 지각된 사회적 지지에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 대인관계능력은 내현적 자기애와 간호전문직관과의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타냈다. 넷째, 간호대학생의 대인관계능력은 지각된 사회적 지지와 간호전문직관에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 간호전문직관을 강화하기 위해 대인관계능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영아반 초임보육교사의 전문성지원 교사교육프로그램이 전문성 및 자아존중감과 교수효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Teacher Education Program for Professionalism Support for Beginning Child Care Teachers in Charge of Toddler Classes on Self-respect, Efficacy in Teaching and Professionalism)

  • Objective: This study tried to find out if a teacher education program that supports professionalism for beginning child care teachers in toddler classes is effective in professionalism, self-respect, and efficacy in teaching. Methods: The study subjects were 40 beginning child care teachers in toddler classes teaching in day care centers in Seoul, Incheon, and Gwangmyeong Gyeonggi-do. They were divided into an experimental group (20 teachers) and a comparative group (20 teachers). The collected data were applied to the SPSS 22.0 program. To find homogeneity of the two groups, a t-test was conducted. To analyze an intergroup difference, ANCOVA was conducted in the way of setting a pre-test score as a covariate. Results: The experimental group which participated in the program showed more positive effects than the comparative group in terms of professionalism, self-respect, and efficacy in teaching. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the results of this study, the program is expected to be meaningful in the field of early childhood education, and to lay the foundation for beginning child care teachers in toddler classes to become experts in their field.

영재교육 교사 전문성의 효율적 실천을 위한 행.재정 지원의 요구분석 (Needs Assessment of Administrative and Financial Support for Effective Performance of Teacher Professionalism of Gifted Education)

  • 영재교육의 수월성을 제고하는 데는 영재교육 교사가 자신의 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 행 재정 지원을 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영재교육 교사들이 자신의 교사 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 지원함으로써 영재교육의 질을 제고하는 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 영재교육 교사를 대상으로 1차 설문조사(236명) 및 2차 설문조사(123명)를 통해 영재교육 교사 행 재정 지원에 대한 의견 및 요구를 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과에 근거하여, 영재교육기관의 행 재정 지원, 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원, 그리고 영재교육교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원 체제에 대한 개선안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 영재교육기관 행 재정 지원 개선안은 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하고 일반학교 수업시수를 감소하는 방안, 도 지역 영재교육기관의 재정 지원을 강화하는 방안, 그리고 집단편성, 학생지도, 수업연계성의 행정지원의 체계성을 확립하는 방안이다. 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원의 개선안은, 학교장의 영재교육 인식제고를 위한 연수를 실시하는 방안, 학부모 교육을 통해 영재교육에 대한 올바른 인식을 개선하는 방안이다. 영재교육 교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원의 개선안은 영재교육 교사 연수를 지속적으로 확대 제공하는 방안, 우수교사 확보를 위해 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하는 방안, 영재교육 교수 학습자료를 개발 보급하고 지식네트워크를 구축하여 정보를 공유하는 방안, 영재교육 교사 특혜를 강화하는 방안이다.

Early Childhood Teachers' Professionalism, Teaching Efficacy, and Teacher-child Interaction

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' professionalism and teaching efficacy on their teacher-child interaction. A total of 761 early childhood teachers working at childcare centers and kindergartens in South Korea were selected as the participants for the study. The study variables were measured using survey questionnaires. Pearson's correlation analyses and regression analyses along with Sobel test were conducted. The results demonstrated that early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between their professionalism and teacher-child interaction. The results suggest the need to support early childhood teachers' recognition and development of professionalism as well as teaching efficacy that result in positive teacher-child interaction.

임상간호사의 전문직업성과 조직몰입 및 직무만족과의 관계 (Relations Among Professionalism, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and to the investigate the influencing factors of organizational commitment and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 386 nurses sampled from Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were analyzed by applying t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS 8.12. Results: A positive correlation existed among professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Major factors that influenced organizational commitment were job satisfaction, religion, educational status, and a sense of calling (one of the subcategories of professionalism), which explained 54.1%. Major factors that affected job satisfaction were organizational commitment, educational status, and the subcategories of professionalism including a sense of calling, a service to the public, self-regulation and professional autonomy, which explained 60.8%. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the professionalism is one of the critical factors linked to organizational commitment and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. In order to promote organizational commitment and job satisfaction among nurses, an appropriate practical support system, which is applicable to diverse conditions, should be developed and applied in nursing.

비영리기관 종사자의 소진이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 - 건강가정지원센터와 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 (The Effect of Burnout in Non-profit Organization Worker's on Organizational Effectiveness -A Focus on the Healthy Family Support Center and Multicultural Family Support Center)

  • This study focused on the Healthy Family Support Center and Multicultural Family Support Center, which supervise the main field of family resource management with institutional household factors. Our research objective was to present datas demonstrating an improvement in the organizational effectiveness of the Multicultural Family Support Center. The burn out average of employees working for the non-profit organization was 2.45, emotional burnout was 2.87, achievement was 2.43, and dehumanization was 2.06. The effectiveness average of the nonprofit organization was 3.56, profitability was 3.65, job satisfaction was 3.58, and organizational commitment was 3.45. The generic characters that caused burnout were age, information, and professionalism in research. The generic characters and burnout that affected the organizational effectiveness included a lack of accomplishment, and emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization, lack of information and professionalism, lack of external resources in that order. The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of burnout in order to prevent job changes and to provide basic data for the improvement of organizational effectiveness.
