영양상담을 통한 식사행동의 변화가 운동선수의 운동능력 향상에 미치는 효과 (A Behavior-Modification Approaches to Improved Exercise Performance for Athletes Through the Multipe Nutritional Counseling)

  • Management of nutrient intakes through behavior-mordification can be important for improving exercise performance in athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of nutritional counseling for improving exercise performance capability in athletes. The subjects were seven golfers and fourteen ju-do athletes from Hoseo university, and they have nor received professional hel[ from dieticians. Prior to nutritional counseling, their dietary intakes, lifestyles and dietary habits were evaluated. Nutritional counseling sessions were conducted by a trained dietician every 2-3 weeks for 3-4 month. After 5 counseling sessions, nutrient intakes, lifestyle and dietary habits were re-evaluated. Exercise performance capability was measured by maximal exercise stress test using treadmills. Individual data were assessed as quality index represents the better nutritional status. The common dietary and lifestyle problems were overeating binging, overeating, snacking and drinking alcohol prior to the nutritional counseling. After counseling sessions, the quality index of dietary habits seemed to decrease, especially in ju-do athletes, representing nutritional problems were resolved. Body fat and body mass index decreased in ju-do athletes, but not in golfers. Both athletes have shown to increase oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold and maximal oxygen uptake status, which represents that the athletic performance capacity was improved after counseling sessions. Their respiratory quotients were decreased. In conclusion, nutritional counseling sessions over five times are an effective and efficient approach to change dietary habits to improve exercise performance capacity. Furthermore, clients can have good dietary habits and learn how to manago muscle strength by behavior modification through multiple nutritional counseling sessions. 패션분야 융합인재 육성을 위한 캡스톤 디자인 교육프로그램 학습 모형 개발 - NCS 패션분야 중심으로 - (Educaction program development applying capstone design for convergence talent development in the fashion field)

  • In this paper, Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was developed and recommended in order to foster convergent talents armed with practical competences and real cooperative capabilities. In this era of convergence and creativity, the fashion world needs human resources with cooperative skills and true professional abilities. A case analysis, an in-depth interview, and 1,2 test method were used for data acquisition and analysis. The summary of this study is described below. First, this program needs to complement the NCS fashion design learning module. Second, material changes to creativity and practical competencies - knowledge, skills, and attitudes - of the students are assessed after applying Capstone Design to the NCS fashion design learning model. Third, the process of converging fashion curriculum with IT and electronic technology, developing a fashion design learning program, and applying the Capstone Design was tested to prove the effectiveness of convergent fashion design education. Among the changes observed between the trial and control groups, it was confirmed that sub-factors of creative personality, i.e. self-assurance and openness, were increased along with knowledge, core competences including communication capability, and self-directed learning capability. The greatest improvement on the technological side was observed in IT literacy while ability to respond to changes was also increased. Besides, effects were demonstrated in behavioral factors such as initiative, spirit of challenge, experience, and openness. Lastly, the Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was proposed in order to foster convergent talents in the fashion world.

테크니컬 디자이너의 업무 및 교육 실태에 관한 연구 -벤더(Vendor)와 에이전트(Agent) 테크니컬 디자이너를 대상으로- (A Study on Present State of Technical Designers' Work Responsibilities and Training Conditions -Targeting Technical Designers Working for Clothing Vendors and Agents-)

  • This study reported present state of clothing technical designers' work duties and working conditions, so as to suggest effective ways to develop professional training methods for them. Technical designers working for vendors and agents were surveyed as they represent the majority of technical designers in Korean clothing industries. Survey participants were 62 technical designers working for 6 clothing vendors and 2 clothing agents, and the survey closely inspected their work qualifications, duties and responsibilities, working conditions and training conditions. Survey was conducted from June $27^{th}$ to July $17^{th}$, 2012. The questionnaire examined frequency analysis and multiple response analysis using SPSS 19.0 Windows after investigating documents and work fields through personal experiences and interviews from technical designers for data collection and analysis. A chi-square test analyzed the preferred type of fitting for technical designers of vendors and agents. The results showed that 32.3% of those surveyed have more than 7 years of work experience and the highest level of education is predominantly a bachelor's degree (57 people, 91.9%). Among the work responsibilities, respondents did sample measuring more than four times a day. Also, the results showed that technical designers needed to qualify: first 'Fitting Technic', second 'Pattern Correction Capability', and third 'English Skills to Communicate with Buyers'; subsequently, education on several technics (such as measuring, grading, and fitting) were required for the job. Current technical designers answered that they need more various work-related education. However, the analyzed results showed that pre work-related training was insufficient. The data shows that technical designers require re-education in 'Pattern Correction Method' (61.3%) and 'Sewing Education' (64.5%).

  • 로봇은 인간을 모방하여 외부환경을 인식하고 상황을 판단하며 자율적으로 동작하는 기계를 의미한다. 로봇은 제조용 로봇과 서비스용 로봇으로 구분하고 서비스용 로봇은 전문서비스용 로봇과 개인서비스용 로봇으로 분류된다. 최근 제조업의 생산성 경쟁 심화, 안전 이슈 부상, 저출산과 고령화 심화로 인해 로봇산업이 부상하고 있다. 최근 로봇산업은 첨단기술 분야의 복합체로 기술혁신성과 성장잠재력을 가지고 있기 때문에 각광받고 있는 산업분야이다. IT, BT 및 NT 관련 요소들이 융합되어 구현되는 기술로서 그 파급효과는 매우 커지고 있다. 사회구조와 생활패턴의 변화로 인해 생명 연장과 건강에 대한 사회적인 관심이 높아지고 있으며 의료관련 분야에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이제는 인공지능(AI) 산업이 급성장하고 있기 때문에 대 중소기업 협력 강화를 통한 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보하는 것이 우선 과제이다. 대기업의 장점인 R&D 투자능력과 마케팅 능력과 중소기업의 장점인 로봇 기술을 결합해야 하며 협력 모델 구축 및 M&A를 통해 글로벌 대기업과 경쟁력을 확보해야 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 사회 환경의 변화에 따라 재난 발생 시 반복되는 재난현장 대응체계 현황검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 소방대공무원의 의식조사를 통하여 재난현장 대응체계의 현 실태 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 재난현장에서 재난안전대책본부와 긴급구조통제단의 유기적인 협조체계가 이루어져 명령에 대한 권한의 중복성이 없도록 행동의 범위 및 시점이 명확하게 개선되어야 한다. 또한 재난현장 대응능력 강화를 위한 체계적인 교육 및 훈련체계가 구축되어야 하고 그를 위한 인력 및 장비도 증가되어야 한다. 마지막으로 재난 발생 시 초동대응능력을 향상시키기 위한 전술 개발 및 대응계획 수립 등 세부적인 대책이 요구된다.

남자프로골퍼의 30 야드 칩샷과 피치샷 동작의 운동학적 차이 (Kinematical Differences of the Male Professional Golfers' 30 Yard Chip Shot and Pitch Shot Motion)

  • Even though there were no clear definitions of the short game and short game distance, short game capability is crucial for a good golf score. Generally, chip shot and pitch shot are regarded as two principal components of the short game. Chip shot is a short, low trajectory shot played to the green or from trouble back into play. Pitch shot is a high trajectory shot of short length. Biomechanical studies were conducted usually to analyze full swing and putting motions. The purpose of the study was to reveal the kinematical differences between professional golfers' 30 yard $53^{\circ}wedge$ chip shot and $56^{\circ}wedge$ pitch shot motions. Fifteen male professional golfers were recruited for the study. Kinematical data were collected by the 60 Hz three-dimensional motion analysis system. Statistical comparisons were made by paired t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan of the SPSS 12.0K with the $\alpha$ value of .05. Results show that both the left hand and the ball were placed left of the center of the left and right foot at address. The left hand position of the chip shot was significantly left side of that of the pitch shot. But the ball position of the pitch shot was significantly right side of that of the chip shot. All body segments aligned to the left of the target line, open, at address. Except shoulder, there were no significant pelvis, knee, and feet alignment differences between chip shot and pitch shot. These differences at address seem for the ball height control. Pitch shot swing motions(the shoulder and pelvis rotation and the club head travel distance) were significantly bigger than those of the chip shot. Club head velocity of the pitch shot was significantly faster than that of the chip shot at the moment of impact. This was for the same shot length control with different lofted clubs. Swing motion differences seem mainly caused by the same shot length control with different ball height control.

IT 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 역량: 컨설턴트와 고객의 인식 차이를 중심으로 (Consulting Competence of IT Consultants: Perceptual Differences between IT Consultants and Business Clients)

  • 전체 IT서비스 산업에서 IT컨설팅이 차지하는 비중이 증가함에 따라 우수한 IT컨설팅 인력 확보가 주요 현안으로 부상하고 있다. 이 연구는 IT 컨설턴트가 갖추어야 할 핵심 컨설팅 역량이 무엇이며 IT 컨설턴트가 이러한 역량을 실제 얼마나 보유하고 있는지를 조사하고, IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹의 인식 차이를 분석함으로써 향후 IT컨설턴트 양성 및 교육을 위한 사실 정보와 시사점을 제공한다. 선행 연구 검토와 IT컨설턴트와의 인터뷰에 의하여 6개 영역, 18개 항목으로 구성된 IT컨설팅 역량 모델을 구축하였다. 6개 영역은 (A)전문지 식, (B)문제 해결능력, (C)프로젝트 수행역량, (D)커뮤니케이션, (E)대인관계, (F)자세 및 가치관으로 명명되었다. 그리고 각 역량 항목별 기대수준과 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과, 18개 항목 중 17개 항목의 역량이 기대수준보다 실제 보유수준이 낮게 나타났으며, 특히 고객사에 대한 이해, 문제발견 능력, 창의적 해결방안 제시 능력 3개 항목은 그 격차가 커서 역량 개발이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 IT컨설턴트가 어떤 역량을 얼마나 갖추어야 하는지 그 기대수준(required proficiency)에 대해서는 IT 컨설턴트 그룹과 고객 그룹이 달리 인식하고 있으나, 실제 어떤 역량을 얼마나 갖추고 있는지 그 보유수준(possessed proficiency)에 관해서는 두 그룹간 인식 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 이러한 분석 결과는 IT컨설턴트 역할 인식에 대한 두 그룹간 차이를 이해하고 IT컨설팅 서비스 향상하는 과정에서 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Shipboard Training for the Efficient Maritime Education

  • Marine officers should have crisis control ability because ship operation needs not only highly specialized information, but also functional capability due to the fact that there always exist dangers at sea, which are different from those at shore. Therefore, marine officers should be trained on the related specialized information under the systematical educational system including shipboard training. Their training is also based on the strong spiritual power and physical strength through the strict training process. In order to have these vocational personalities, dormitory life training and shipboard training courses seem to be essential processes, which are required of maritime education. The introduction of automatic system into the ship as a result of the recent development of technology brings decrease of the full number of crew. Consequently, marine officers are increasingly under heavy burden, and should have more ship operation capabilities than before. Maine officers should have not only specialized information which differs from that at shore, but also vocational adaptability which can reasonably tackle with all the problems which exist on the spot and are obstacles to individual, spiritual, physical, natural, and social demands. So it is required that marine officers should have study many areas to deal with as extra curricula besides their major field of study, which are unique characteristics of the education for them. These vocational adaptabilities are based on the spiritual characteristics, such as self-developmental education, responsibility, meticulous care, attentiveness, voluntary, planning, readiness, spontaneity, accuracy, self-denial, obedience, leadership, and etc.

Business Intelligence and Marketing Insights in an Era of Big Data: The Q-sorting Approach

  • The purpose of this study is to qualitatively identify the typologies and characteristics of the big data marketing strategy in major companies that are taking advantage of the big data business in Korea. Big data means piles accumulated from converging platforms such as computing infrastructures, smart devices, social networking and new media, and big data is also an analytic technique itself. Numerous enterprises have grown conscious that big data can be a most significant resource or capability since the issue of big data recently surfaced abruptly in Korea. Companies will be obliged to design their own implementing plans for big data marketing and to customize their own analytic skills in the new era of big data, which will fundamentally transform how businesses operate and how they engage with customers, suppliers, partners and employees. This research employed a Q-study, which is a methodology, model, and theory used in 'subjectivity' research to interpret professional panels' perceptions or opinions through in-depth interviews. This method includes a series of q-sorting analysis processes, proposing 40 stimuli statements (q-sample) compressed out of about 60 (q-population) and explaining the big data marketing model derived from in-depth interviews with 20 marketing managers who belong to major companies(q-sorters). As a result, this study makes fundamental contributions to proposing new findings and insights for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) and policy makers that need guidelines or direction for future big data business.

한국중소기업을 위한 컨설팅서비스의 사후관리 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Post Management Impact of Consulting Service for Small and Medium Enterprise in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 컨설팅서비스 참여주체인 CEO, 프로젝트매니저, 전문컨설턴트, 부서별 부서장들의 역할과 컨설팅성과간의 관계에 있어 사후관리(Post Management)의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 컨설팅서비스 각 주체와 컨설팅 성과와의 관계에 있어 목표달성을 위한 지속적인 점검 및 관리활동은 궁극적인 컨설팅성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳐, 사후관리의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 참여주체별 지속적인 사후관리의 조절효과로 실증 분석함으로서 단기과업으로 인식되었던 컨설팅서비스를 지속가능경영의 실천을 위해 수반되어야 할 지식경영서비스의 중요한 일부분으로서의 역할을 확인하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.
