The purpose of this study is to determine the effective teaching method & content of consumer education perceived by high/vocational school students in daily life. The questionnaires were distributed to the 179 high school students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t- test and one- way ANOVA with scheffe test. As the results of this study were followed: 1. The content of consumer education was organized into four areas: choice making, financial management, buymanship, consumer citizenship All areas of the content were perceived more effective in daily life by vocational school students Especially choice making and buymanship were perceived more effective than the other areas 2. The effective teaching method were affected by the kind of school and grade. 1) The lecture and the practical teaching were more effective methods perceived by vocational students 2) The discussion group teaching was more effective perceived by 3rd grade, but the leeture and the practical teaching perceived by 1st grade.

본 연구는 가정과교육에서 청소년들이 스스로를 치유할 수 있는 능력을 함양할 수 있도록 "치유를 위해 우리는 어떤 행동을 해야 하는가?"의 항구적 문제를 설정하고, 가정과교육에서의 치유교육을 위한 실천적 문제 중심 프로그램과 교수·학습 과정안 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국과 미국 가정과 교육과정의 문헌고찰을 통하여 가정과교육과 관련된 치유의 항구적 관심사와 실천적 문제를 설정하고, 한국과 미국의 교육적 사례 분석하여 치유교육을 위한 실천적 문제 중심 프로그램을 설계하였다. 설계된 실천적 문제 중심 프로그램 및 세 행동체계를 기반으로 실천적 추론 수업을 위한 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 개발된 치유교육 프로그램 및 교수·학습 과정안에 대한 전문가 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 가정과교육을 통하여 청소년의 임파워먼트를 향상시킬 수 있는 치유교육 프로그램에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

This study examined the effects of a practical problem based home economics instruction using multiple intelligences teaching and learning methods for the prevention school violence by high school students'. The contents of this study are as follow. 1) Develop the practical problem-based instruction using multiple intelligence and teaching and learning strategies for each protective factor both in teaching method aspects and learning content aspects during the 29-period of lesson plans. 2) Examine the effects of the instruction in the changes of pre- and post- impulsivity and aggression, self-esteem, empathy and attitudes to school violence after implementing home economics lesson plans. 3) Evaluate the instruction. The subjects of this study were 288 first grade students (124 male and 164 female students). The study utilizes a quasi-experimental pre-post design. The effect of the instruction by the paired t-test results showed that the aggression and impulsivity by the learners had been lowered; however, empathy and self-esteem increased; in addition, learners' attitudes toward school violence had changed positively. In conclusion, self-esteem in school as sub-variables of self-esteem increased; however, there was no statistically significant difference.

In this study, we had tried to present a plan for improving the actual conditions of practical utilization of teaching material for 6th grade science developed by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development and distributed to all elementary schools in Korea. Also we presented ways of better utilization of the teaching material after investigating the actual conditions of practical utilization. A survey was made to investigate and collect all data in the major metropolitan cities, the Kangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and Kyeongsang area, respectively. We surveyed 316 6th grader teachers to investigate the actual conditions of distribution and utilization of teaching material as a general research. In addition, we surveyed 46 teachers to investigate the organization and content of teaching material as a particular research. The results are as follows. First, the teaching material was not approximately transmitted and kept to 6th grader teachers. Second, the utilization guide was not made. Third, it was reported that the thematic divisions of teaching material was a strong point, but the less detailed experiment manual was a weak point. Fourth, the consideration of content difficulties and simplicity was necessary to improve the material. Fifth, additional items should be included in the introductory presentation, convenience of reorganization, activity material causing learning interest, guidance of substitution experiment, and more concrete notice of experiment activity. Finally, there were positive responses of more than 4.0 point of Likert scale (1 to 5 point scale) in detail investigations of thematic items, which could have possibility that the teaching material was helpful to elementary school science field.

Currently, textbooks of practical arts in the elementary school are being revised for the sixth time. All the students in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade of elementary school will learn these new textbooks beginning in March, 1995. The purpose of this study is to develop teaching models suitable for the new textbooks of practical arts under the sixth curriculum in the elementary school. The results of this study are summarized as follow: 1. Teaching guidances with subject matters in new textbooks are presented in Table 2, 3, 4, 5. The subject matters for each grade are divided into four main areas under the sixth curriculum. 2. The subject matters under the sixth curriculum are clothing, food, houseing, gradening, computer, industry and commerce. These are included in the four main areas of handling, making, cultivating or breeding and keeping. Activities or contents in these main areas are not necessarily related to each other in sequence. 3. The subject matters in the main areas are not perfectly constructed in accordance with the level of child development. 4. Teaching models and their example for each teaching unit are presented in Table 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

본 논문은 코로나19로 인해 갑자기 수행된 비대면 수업을 진행함에 있어 이제까지의 수업모형으로는 한계를 느끼고 특히 예체능 계열에 속하는 디자인 전공자들의 이론과 실기수업방법의 비대면 수업 방법을 제안하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 연구자는 온라인 수업을 비롯한 쌍방향 수업, 플립러닝 등의 다양한 기존 스마트러닝 방법을 고찰하고 이제까지 연구된 사례를 바탕으로 각 연구들의 단점을 보완하면서 실기교과를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 수업방법설정, 수업진행, 평가, 사후관리 등의 4단계로 수업모형을 설정하고 이를 디자인전공자 대학생에게 수업한 결과 수업방법과 진행에 있어서는 효율적 진행이 가능했으나 평가와 사후관리에 있어서는 비대면 수업으로는 한계점이 있었다. 따라서 향후 평가와 사후관리 즉 실기 완성도의 고취를 위한 구체적인 실기수업방법 연구가 요구된다.

This study examined teacher perception of the instructional method. activities and material in terms of class quality enhancement. Also this study established instructional method. activities and material application Per 7th Practical Arts Education Course guidance domain. and type identification of the instructional method and activities unique to the Practical arts curriculum. Conclusions : 1. Teachers consider the instructional method and material beneficial. However in the item relevant to application of diverse instructional methods Per specific teaching objective and educational content in the actual classroom. the highest percentage responding. ‘relatively yes’ (39.7%) . balanced out with those answering. ‘no’(37.7%) 2. In linking the instructional method and material to secondary school home economics education, teachers experienced difficulty in teaching only the clothing education domain . 3. In each guidance domain, lecture method, problem-solving learning. cooperative learning. home project learning and functional learning were surveyed for instructional method suitability. Notably, home project learning was identified as a significant instructional method. This result begs in-dept analysis as home project learning may be utilized as a tool to compensate for the absence of practical educational objective condition fulfillment and to substitute for teachers unable to Provide such functional guidance in class. 4. In each guidance domain. role-playing. debate/discussion. case study research, practical exercise and activity reporting were rated as essential teaching ㆍ learning activities. 5. In each guidance domain.‘VCR’, ‘CD-ROM’ and ‘Web media’ were identified as suitable instructional materials .

The purpose of this study was to examine the school parent and student's perception of Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics and to suggest plan to school parent of multicultural and learning disability families. The subjects of this study were elementary and secondary teachers who teaching Practical Arts or Technology Home Economics. The instrument of this study was questionnaire including five sections: influence on students by Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics, interest in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics to school parents, school support with learning ability improvement, school parents support with home in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics, data form of school parents support with home in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. The findings of this study were as follows; Sociality development of students is influential by Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. School parents and students believe important subjects in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. Teachers ask for support with learning ability improvement for practical training space and programs in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. School parents ask for support with learning ability improvement of programs of teaching learning method for home education on Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics.

This study proposes using children's literature as a means of teaching and learning English as a foreign language and suggests practical strategies on the basis of transactional theory of reading suggested by Rosenblatt (1994, 1995). This study suggests three novels written for children or young adults: On My Honor (1986) by Marion Dane Bauer, The Giver (1993) by Lois Lowry and Hatchet (1987) by Gary Paulsen. These texts were selected because of their diverse topics, easy and comprehensible language, engaging stories, and authentic and rich expressions, making them effective materials for foreign language learners. This paper is organized as follows: First, it reviews research on teaching literature in English education and response-oriented language teaching to provide theoretical background of literature-based language teaching and learning. Second, it provides the background of the texts selected for the study. Third, it develops diverse, practical strategies for instructors who intend to use children's literature in EFL teaching. We expect to guide EFL instructors in adopting children's literature in their English class by connecting theory and practice and by providing diverse methods and strategies, and sample responses by EFL university students.

With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, the field of mixed reality applications has involved scientific research, medicine, entertainment, education, information dissemination, and people's daily lives; This paper will focus on the application of mixed reality in the field of education and teaching, relying on the characteristics of mixed reality technology. This article will use the combination of mixed reality and smart glasses to fully consider the characteristics of photography darkroom teaching, design and produce a mixed reality photography darkroom teaching software, and explore the feasibility of the application of mixed reality in teaching. This paper will use literature research methods, practical research methods, and survey methods as the main methods of research topics to determine the importance, feasibility, and necessity of the relevant theories studied in this paper. The application of mixed reality technology in photography darkroom teaching can not only solve many problems in the existing darkroom teaching methods, but also develop and expand students' Independent learning ability. It is concluded from this that mixed reality teaching software has the feasibility of sustainable development, which brings particular application value to the development and research of other education and art discipline software.
