Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyse research trends about medical leech in the last 10 years. Methods: We searched the papers with key words of 'medical leech', '水蛭' in China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI), Korean traditional knowledge portal, DBPIA, KISS. We classified the papers by year and content. Results: 1. Result of the classification on the basis of the research methods, 50 studies are clinical case reports, 301 studies are experimental paper, 599 studies are clinical trial study, 219 studies are literature review. 2. Result of the classification on the basis of the research topics, 454 studies are the effect of anticoagulant research, 84 studies are diabetes and renal disease research, 194 studies are pharmacological properties research, and 43 studies are effect of allergic and anti-inflammatory research. 3. The proportion of the coagulation effect study tends to decrease every year since 2006. 4. Leech research tends to decrease in last 3 years. 5. Recently, there are many research in psychiatry, orthopedic diseases and beauty. 6. There are 10 studies related to leech in Korean. Conclusions: The researches of medical leech are actively done. The diversity of subjects is getting wider and richer.

This paper aims to propose the typology suitable for games by analyzing the fashion styles of game characters and define the characteristics by type. The data collected was classified into the style groups with similarities, and the game character styles were named using representative terms. Then, five styles were identified and analyzed with the focus on clothing, hairstyle, and accessories: Creative Style, Attractive Style, Grotesque Style, Usual Style, and Suit Style. Creative Style was the unique style with partial addition or removal as the creative design. Attractive Style expressed the sexual attraction by design with significant exposure of body parts and skintight design. Grotesque Style showed grotesque, eerie, and dreary design. Usual Style was a plain and practical style. Finally, Suit Style was a kind of armor covering the whole body. The analysis results in this paper will bridge the difference of opinions between gamers and developers related to fashion style and, finally, help to enhance the competitiveness of game design.

The study empirically explored factors influencing How storytelling factors in social networking services, SNS, affect consumer response on the uses and gratification theory. conducted an analysis of 120 university students attending universities in the Seoul metropolitan area using an experiment. The results of this study are as follows: first, The storytelling factors, relevance and veracity have a positive effect on clarity. second, it has been shown that only veracity has a positive effect on parai-social interaction with media figures with emotional attachment. third, para-social interactions have been shown to influence content attitudes and orality sequentially. This study deals with the effect of SNS storytelling on the consumer's part, providing practical implications for enhancing content attitudes and word-of-mouth, by increasing para-social interactions with consumers while identifying the components that should enhance the way SNS is delivered in terms of storytelling.

This study compares and analyzes the tasks and evaluation methods of national technically qualified Skin Esthetic through systematic literature review of prior studies on qualification tests for Skin Esthetic qualification and process evaluation types that have been reorganized based on NCS. The national technical qualification is based on the ability to work through memorization-oriented theoretical tests and simple repetition of functions, and the Qualified qualification is relatively short in the period of test execution, and the reliability of its internal evaluation at the enforcement agency continues to be reduced. In the future, national technical qualification require innovation in the qualification system to reflect skilled demand at industrial sites, and course-based qualification for require supplementation and improvement of education and training courses so that they can learn skilled skills at the site.

To analyze the characteristics of Orientalism which is expressed in the fashion of the 1990's this study was examined according to three aspects such as form textiles and pattern and the aspects was considered with regard to Chinese Indian Japanese Korean, Southeas Asian and North African style. 1. In form Orientalism which is influenced by latest other fashion trend; Naturalism and Minimalism is expressed as a comfortable casual style which simplifies the way of wearing and mixes the characteristic elements of folk costume with western costume. The way of layerd wearing like knotting wrapping draping and the symbolic from which is inspired by the unique are of each country are shown. 2. In textiles Chinese Japanese and Indian silk as well as Southeast Asian and North African cotton show a splendid oriental impression using vivid color. On the other hand the linens of Korea like hemp and ramie emphasize natural characteristics and show a simple and unartificial oriental beauty. But in the use of material and color it shows a remarkable tendency to break the preconceived idea by coordinating a luxurious silk with a practical denim or harmonizing technical new-masterials with traditional materials. 3. In pattern the decorative elements of Orientalism such as a traditional pattern skills to dye embroidery and other decorations are emphasized on the form of western costume. The sketchy patterns of Chinese Korean and Japanese styles which include the pattern of a flower a bamboo and a butterfly are expressed using embroidery or textile printing. The geometrical seriate patterns of Southeast Asian and North African styles use traditional dyeing methods like Batik. Also the Indian technique of decoration like Mirro Work satisfies handcrafted royalty and feminine romantic taste in modern minimal fashion. The Orientalism expressed in the fashion of 1990's emphasizes the characteristics of people wearing colthing which break the preconceived idea by simplifying the form harmonizing differences between oriental and western cultures and mixing the elements of traditional costumes among countries. Most of all. Ethno using geonmetrical seriate pattern and technical new metal material and Romantic Ethnic using flower embroidery precious stones and beads are appearing as a distinctinve feature.

A Korean knot is one of the ornamental elements that our ancestors used intimately in their daily lives, and the diverse forms and structural features of the Korean knot have sufficient creative and aesthetic value for it to be recognized as one of beautiful products that was relished by individuals of the times. Starting from two strands, Korean knots make unique forms as they are overlapped or plaited, crossing each other in many ways. The forms of Korean knots were given names such as "nabi maedeup"(butterfly knots) and "gukwa maedeup" (chrysanthemum knots), in reference to things in the surrounding environment that were perceived as being similar in their appearance. It is considered that with their unique structure, such Korean knots may provide a good motif for creative design. As well, it is believed that combining the traditional beauty of Korean knots with a contemporary sensibility will lead to the creation of truly forward-looking design. Against this backdrop, this study aims to inquire into and analyze the formative characteristics and aesthetics of Korean knots, with an eye to their use in future design. In addition, it aims to help to put such historical knotting practices into practical and functional use in the future, through a study of previous uses of historical knotting practices with a modern sensibility. It is thus expected that this work will contribute to the inheriting and development of traditional culture, and ultimately to enhancing the status of Korean design in the world.

The study is intended to produce a modern Cheollik style one-piece dress that stays within the traditional concept of beauty. Specially, the study focuses on Cheollik of the Joseon Dynasty among various traditional costumes as its motif. As the Joseon Dynasty changed, the forms of Cheollik changed with it. People of all classes from the commoners to king wore it. Cheolik was different from other traditional costumes because the top and bottom were connected and so it was an easy to wear one-piece clothing. Initially, the ratio of upper and lower parts was one to one, but later on, the ratio changed to 1:2 as the topcoat became wider and length of the skirt was lengthened. Diverse types of pleat emerged such as fine pleat, opposite pleat and long pleat. Collar and string were also diversified and studied by applying the components. To study it, the author considered the previous studies about Cheollik first. Then, the Cheollik of the Joseon Dynasty was reproduced. Thirdly, with the motif of Cheollik components, the materials suitable to a one-piece dress design were selected, dyed naturally. Finally, One piece dress design was utilized by using the components and features of Cheollik. 8 pieces of one-piece dresses were made as an ordinary dress and the materials such as ramie, Oksa, hemp, silk, Yeon-hwamun dan and artificial silk were used. Hopefully, other traditional costumes can develop as a practical and ordinary dress.

I designed a dietary life kitchen utensils which is focused by the shape of split bamboo that has meaning of health and safety and the shaman who is the religion and incantation performer, and who solve problems, which are impossible to solve in common methods, by borrowing the power and granting the meaning which is connected with transcendent existence and principal. Having closest relation with human being's diet culture is being changed with adding beauty instead of the part of simple practical aspect in our normal life. I tried to show incantation effect with keeping the characteristic of kitchen utensils by granting the symbolic meaning of shamanism which is the shelter that is projected the desire of human beings. the materials were produced of an ebony and steel and varnished with lacquer for coloring. For hand shape, which is hard to treat in irregular forms, the religious image of shamanism was formed by casting which expresses the touch of an ebony and the cold characteristic of metal. an overall design doesn't detail excessively distort or largely transform the form of dietary utensils, keeps its individuality, and emphasizes the image by figuring a grip part which a human can see and a body can approach. in addition, I try to show a point that shamanism has affected human life for long time and symbolic meaning of bamboo-shape shows health and safety. And these things vest with each dietary life tools and should be the role of enzyme about the effect of human life.

Big data analysis, in the large amount of data stored as the data warehouse which it refers the process of discovering meaningful new correlations, patterns, trends and creating new values. The important issue of a meta-analysis is not the significance test, the effect size of the predictor variable on the criterion variable. We reviewed a total of 236 samples among 6 studies published on the topic related Collagen intake on skin between 2000 and 2016 in Korea. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, we concluded that the path between before and after of Sebum (SB) had the largest effect size of (r = .416) Therefore, the effect of the Collagen intake intervention showed an explanatory power of 17 (%) about. Next, the path between before and after of Moisture (MS) had the higher the effect size of (r = .318). Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. In addition, extract value from structured and unstructured on the data set in big volume means the technology to analyze the results. The findings published from many researchers at the same theme is a meta-analysis a method described with a summary. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. We reviewed a total of 21 studies to published on topics as collagen intake in Korea between 2000 and 2016, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.
