호텔 종사원의 임금 만족 및 인사 공정성이 직무 만족과 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Wage Satisfaction and Personnel Management Policy on the Hotel Employees' Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of wage satisfaction and personnel management policy on hotel employees 'organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Korean hotels. In the standpoint of management, almost all hotels seek to meet their employees' satisfaction whether they try to or not. The survey was performed on hotel employees in Seoul and 231 sheets are returned out of 300 sheets. This study use SPSS for WIN 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 to analyze the hypotheses. There are several prerequisites for employees' job satisfaction according to researches and theories. The main factors for employees' job satis-faction are drawn by the prior researches on wage satisfaction and personnel management policy. Then job satisfaction and organizational commitment are extracted to study how the two factors are affected. As a result, the satisfaction with wages affects job satisfaction not significantly. Followed by the results, the effects of the organizational commitment on the job satisfaction and the job satisfaction on personnel management policy were shown significantly. Based on the results, this study will give a suggestion that to get the organizational commitment from employees through job satisfaction, hotels should apply fair personnel management policy to their employees.

  • Purpose - This study aims to build other studies and research on the perception and association of fair hiring policy and employee job satisfaction. The reviews and further research of the performance appraisal and employee satisfaction topics provided a basis to conduct this study based on the challenges that result from equality hiring perception on the performance appraisal on the job satisfaction by employees. Research design, data, and methodology - The author collected many textual contexts from mostly peer-reviewed academic journals, which means that academic comprehensive integrity can be obtained by qualitative approach for this study with discussing and following a constructive review analysis. The content analysis aims to determine a textural dataset in the longtime frame from the newest textural information. Result - There is little doubt that this study was significant and relevant to the relationship between fair hiring policy and worker's job satisfaction, indicating that an organization that practices a fair hiring policy positively affects employee job satisfaction. After all, the employee needs are well catered for and meet appropriately. Conclusion - This study suggests that fairness extensively relies on the organization's ability to identify and eliminate any form of performance challenges regarding equity and has proved and determined the significant relationship between fair hiring policy and employees' job satisfaction

암환자 의료비 지원사업 대상자의 만족도 관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Beneficiary Satisfaction on Financial Aid Program for Cancer Patients in Korea)

  • Limited research has investigated the satisfaction of patients with cancer. This study was performed to explore patients' satisfaction and the related factors. The data were collected by telephone survey for the participants who were beneficiaries on the national financial aid program for cancer patients between January and October in 2009. Student's t-tests and analysis of variance were performed first to determine if the mean satisfaction score differed by the characteristics of study objects, followed by stepwise multiple regression analyses to examine the factors affecting satisfaction. When comparing the relating factors with patients' satisfaction according to the sociodemographic characteristics, the male, old-aged, higher educated, lower cancer stage, lung cancer group showed a significantly higher level of recognition for satisfaction. A public health center, better public relations, recognized more helpful, don't have expectation, put a person to expense, and don't feel pressured for medical cost groups were showed a higher level of recognition for satisfaction. The result of the multiple regression analysis, short waiting time, well known program policy, recognized helping of policy and had the financial burden had significantly influence on the satisfaction of patients with cancer.

농어촌버스 서비스품질 요인이 서비스 만족도 및 정책 만족도에 미치는 영향: 전라북도 농어촌버스 서비스를 중심으로 (The effect of Rural Bus Service Quality Factors on Service Satisfaction and Policy Satisfaction: Focusing on Rural Bus Service in Jeollabuk-do)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 4개 시군의 농어촌버스 이용객을 대상으로 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이들 사이의 영향 관계를 파악하여 향후 전라북도 농어촌버스 서비스 개선과 활성화 정책을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 대상 지역 4개 시군은 농어촌버스 이용객이 지속해서 감소하고 있으며, 최근 버스 이용 활성화를 위해 버스요금 단일화, 수요응답형 교통수단 등 여러 가지 교통정책을 시범적으로 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 조사 후 농어촌버스 서비스 만족도 및 정책 만족도에 영향을 미치는 세 개의 주요 서비스품질 요인 경제성, 편리성, 안전성을 도출하였다. 그리고 기존 연구에서 제시한 연구모형을 수정하여 세 개의 요인이 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계, 그리고 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 사이의 영향 관계를 검증하는 연구모형을 제시하였다. 연구모형 검증에는 고창, 김제, 부안, 정읍 4개 시군의 버스정류장과 버스집하장 인근에서 이용객을 대상으로 수집한 총 520부의 설문 자료를 이용하였다. 검증 결과 경제성, 편리성, 안전성 3개 요인이 서비스 만족도에 통계적으로 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정책 만족도에는 편리성과 안전성만이 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구가설과 달리 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향 관계가 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구가설과 다른 결과이지만, 전라북도 농어촌버스 교통정책 입안자와 실무관계자에게 단일요금제 정책, 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 개선에 관한 정책적 제언을 할 수 있는 의미 있는 결과였다. 결론에서 연구분석 결과와 단일요금제, 그리고 교통정책 등을 기반으로 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The Effects of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Perceived Firm-Efficacy, Policy Satisfaction, and Managerial Performance in SMEs and Startups: Focusing on Government Support Policies for SMEs and Startups

  • The government's various support policies have helped Korea's SMEs and startups to grow from the beginning to the end, from domestic companies to exporters. In particular, direct business support policies such as financial support, R&D projects, and export support have been effective in helping a large number of entrepreneurs and startup companies to establish themselves in the market and have achieved tangible results every year since the establishment of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. As such, the government is making significant efforts to create and promote various types of support policies and to help companies utilize them in their business. However, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of government policies and the achievement of managerial performance from the companies' perspective and to suggest the purpose of government support policies and the direction companies should take. Specifically, this study categorizes entrepreneurial self-efficacy into marketing, innovation, management, risk-taking, and financial management, using the relationship model of self-efficacy and collective efficacy to ultimately lead to practical results for SMEs and startups support policies. It uses perceived firm efficacy as a variable to reveal the influence relationship. In addition, the direct and mediating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and policy satisfaction on managerial performance were analyzed to determine what SMEs and startups support policies should do. The results showed that, first, among the five components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, innovation, and risk-taking efficacy positively affected perceived firm efficacy. Second, the specific components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, marketing, and financial management efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction. Third, we found that perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction and managerial performance, which are factors of SMEs and startups' policy performance. Specifically, perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction managerial performance. Fourth, we found that policy satisfaction positively influenced managerial performance.

노인장기요양보험 시설서비스에 대한 가족수발자 만족도 영향 요인 (Factors related to Family Caregiver Satisfaction with the Institutional care services under the Public Long-Term Care Insurance system)

  • This study examined the factors related to family caregiver satisfaction with institutional care services for beneficiaries under the Public Long-Term Care Insurance(PLTCI) system. Determining what contributes to family caregiver satisfaction is a critical step toward implementing effective quality improvement strategies. A national cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted from November to December 2008, using proportionate quota sampling based on the location and level of Long-Term Care of the beneficiaries. Total 1,745 family caregivers wrote informed consents and 733 (response rate 42%) completed questionnaires, which included caregiver characteristics, organizational resources, primary objective and subjective stressors, perceived quality of services, and family caregiver satisfaction. Family caregivers were satisfied overall with institutional care. In multiple regression analysis, there was a statistically significant difference in degree of family caregiver satisfaction according to caregiver characteristics(relationship to beneficiary), primary objective stressors (insurance type of beneficiary), perceived quality of services(respect to family caregivers' idea, ADL support, expertness of staff, careful concern of staff, fulfillment of client's requests, and safety of institution's environment). In public long-term care, satisfaction efforts are in an early stage of development. This study is meaningful as the first attempt to measure family caregiver satisfaction with institutional care for beneficiaries under the PLTCI system, and to identify factors affecting the satisfaction. Among the identified factors, the policy makers, the insurer, and the providers need to pay attention to perceived quality of services, in particular, to improve customer satisfaction. Our findings can provide quality care improvement initiatives in the public long-term care setting.

화장품 구매시 지각된 서비스품질, 점포유형에 따른 차이와 고객만족도 (Perceived Service Qualities in Cosmetics Purchasing, those Difference and Consumer Satisfaction among Store Types)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate perceived service qualities in cosmetics purchasing and, those difference and consumer satisfaction among cosmetics store types. Data were collected from 276 adult females and analyzed by using frequencies, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA and duncan test utilizing SPSS WIN 10.0. The results showed that consumers perceived service quality such as reliability and responsiveness, product policy, tangibles, store atmosphere policy, business policy, sales policy to cosmetics store. There were significant differences on service quality among cosmetics store types. Consumers using department stores highly perceived factors such as reliability and responsiveness, product policy, tangibles, store and atmosphere policy, but consumers using common cosmetics store lowly perceived these factors. There were significant differences with regard to use effect and pleasure in using to satisfaction among cosmetics store types. Use effect was revealed the highest to consumers purchasing cosmetics in department stores but the lowest in discount stores. Pleasure in using was revealed the highest consumers using department stores but the lowest common cosmetics store.

혁신형 제약기업 인증·지원 정책만족도에 대한 영향요인 연구 : 정책형성과정 변인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of Certification and Support Policy of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies : Focusing on the policy formation process variables)

  • 국내 제약 산업에는 2012년부터 혁신형 제약기업 인증 지원 정책이 시행되고 있다. 이 연구는 이 정책의 형성과정 및 정책만족도에 대한 이해관계자와 관련 전문가의 인식을 파악하고, 정책만족도를 설명하는 요인을 파악하기 위해 수행하였다. 혁신형 제약기업을 포함하여 제약기업, 대학, 정부출연연구소 관계자를 대상으로 이메일, 팩스 등을 통해 설문조사하였으며, 유효 응답률은 38.4% (61/159) 였다. 연구결과 정책형성과정 중 정책필요성(정책문제설정 단계)에 대한 인식이 가장 긍정적이었으며, 다른 모든 단계와 정책만족도에 대한 인식은 보통 수준이었다. 응답자 개인 변인 및 정책형성과정에 대한 인식 변인 중 정책만족도와 관련이 있는 변인을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 통해 영향 요인을 살펴본 결과, 정책결과 및 정책집행 단계의 일부 변인이 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 구체적으로 정책만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 인증기업의 성과(정책결과 단계)에 대한 인식인 것을 확인하였다. 또한 적정성 및 사후관리 능력(정책집행 단계)에 대한 인식 역시 정책만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기가 유사했다. 이는 수요자의 정책만족도에는 정책결과뿐만 아니라 정책집행과정에 대한 인식이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 다만 정책 시행 초기에 수행되는 등의 한계로 인해 향후 추가 연구를 통해 검증 및 보완이 필요하다.

청년 농업인 육성지원제도 개선을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석 (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis for Improvement of Young Farmers Fostering Support Policy)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.

공공데이터 품질 요인이 공공데이터 개방정책의 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Public Data Quality Factors Affecting the Confidence of the Public Data Open Policy)

  • This article aims to identify the quality factors of public data which have increased as a public issue; analyze the impact of users satisfaction in the perspective of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and investigate the effect of service satisfaction on the government's open policy of public data. This study is consistent with Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) of MIT, it focuses on three main qualities except Contextual Data Quality (CDQ) and includes seven independent variables : accuracy, reliability, fairness for Intrinsic Data Quality (IDQ), accessibility, security for Accessibility Data Quality (ADQ), Consistent representation and understandability for Representational Data Quality (RDQ). Basing on TAM, the research model was conducted to examine which factors affect to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service satisfaction and how service satisfaction affects to the government's open policy of public data. The results showed that accuracy, fairness, understandability affect both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; while reliability, consistent representation, security, and accessibility affect only perceived ease of use. This article found that the influence of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness and the influence of these two causes on service satisfaction in the perspective of TAM were significant and it was consistent with prior studies. The service satisfaction when using public data leads to the reliability of public data open policy. As an initial study on unstructured public data open policy, this article offered quality factors that pubic data providers should consider and also present the operation plan of public data open policy in the future.
