지식관리시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 주관적 규범, 성격특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Performance of the Knowledge Management System(KMS): Focused on Subjective Norm and Personality)

  • This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

아버지의 사회인구학적 변인과 유아의 정서지능이 교사가 인식한 유아의 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Father's Personal Variables and Children's Emotional Intelligence on Theirs Creative Personality Perceived by Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 아버지의 사회인구학적 변인과 자녀의 창의적 인성, 정서지능과의 관계를 살펴보고, 영유아의 균형 있는 발달을 위한 아버지의 변인을 탐색하여 적절한 부모교육 및 부모 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 대구 경북에 위치한 사립유치원에 재원중인 3-5세 유아 총 200명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 유아의 창의적 인성 측정 도구와 정서지능 체크리스트 '교사용 관찰검사지'를 사용하였다. 자료는 ANOVA 검증과 Scheff$\acute{e}$의 사후분석, 적률상관분석, 중 다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 연봉과 학력에 따른 창의적 인성의 하위변인과 전체에는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있 반면 아버지의 연령에 따른 유아의 창의적 인성 전체와 하위요인에서는 집단 간 유의차가 없었다. 둘째, 아버지의 학력은 유아의 창의적 인성 전체와 독특성, 그리고 상상유희성에 정적 영향을 미치고, 또한 유아의 정서지능 중 자기정서 인식은 창의적 인성 전체와 독특성과 다양한 관심, 그리고 상상유희성에, 타인정서인식은 다양한 관심과 상상유희성에, 타인정서조절은 독특성과 창의적 인성 전체에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과는 교육현장에서 유아의 정서지능이 유아의 창의적 인성을 증진시키는 의미 있는 방법임을 시사해준다.

  • Since personality lead to relatively consistent responses to one's own environment, consumers' distinct personality influences their buying behavior. In order to understand the relationship between consumer's personal characteristics and purchase behavior, the study investigated the effect of consumers' personality trait on the clothing selection criteria and preferred clothing image. Survey was utilized to collect the data and subjects were 333 high school students. Measures consisted of three main constructs: Consumer's extroversion and openness based on the Big-Five personality trait, clothing selection criteria, and preferred clothing image. The data were analyzed using PRELIS 2, LISREL 8.8, and SAS 9.2. The subjects was classified into three groups; Group 1 was a group of intermediate-level in openness and extroversion while Group 2 was a group of high-level in both personality traits. Group 3 was a group of high-level in openness but of low-level in extroversion. Clothing selection criteria were confirmed to have five constructs: other-directed, aesthetic, fashion & conformity-oriented, brand-oriented, and practical. In the buying situation, Group 1 prioritized fashion & conformity-oriented and brand-oriented criteria but regarded other-directed and aesthetic as less important than other groups did. Group 2 considered that all of the clothing selection criteria were important except practical. "The were six factors in the clothing image: elegance, simple, ethnic, masculine, active, and modem. The result showed a significant difference between groups in preferred clothing images. Group 2 liked most of the clothing images but group 3 did not. Group 3 preferred simple clothing image more than masculine or ethnic ones. Overall, the study concluded that the openness and extroversion of Big-Five personality traits could serve as a predictor of clothing selection criteria and preferred clothing image.

유아의 성격과 기질이 또래유능성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of a child's personality and temperament on peer competence)

  • 본 논문에서는 유아의 성격, 기질, 또래유능성 간의 관련성 및 설명력을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구대상으로 수도권에 위치한 5곳의 유치원에서 만 4세, 만 5세의 유아들의 성격, 기질, 또래유능성 검사를 실시하여 수집된 총 137명을 대상으로 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였더니 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 유아의 기질과 성격은 또래유능성에 유의미한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아의 기질에서 적응성이 또래유능성에 가장 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성격의 외향성과 내향성 하위요인과 기질의 적응성과 생리적 규칙성은 또래유능성에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 이를 고려하여 또래관계에서 유능함을 향상시킬 수 있는 유아교육프로그램의 개발이 요구됨을 알 수 있다.

식습관(食習慣)과 성격적(性格的) 특성(特性)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究) - 미국(美國)의 일부대학생(大學生)들을 중심으로 - (A Study on Relationship Between Food Habits and Personality (Chungbuk National University))

  • The objective of this research was to examine the relationship between food habits and personality. Two kinds of questionaries were distributed to 130 American college students. The data showed high relationship between personality and food habits. Poor diet group showed lower personality scores in personal adjustment, Affiliation, and nurturance while the scores in lability and succorance were higher than better diet group. A Considerable correalationship between eating preferences and personality was found. Vegetarian had higher scores in self - confidence, achievement, endurance, and autonomy while meat group were more dominant more aggressive and more changeable. Most of sweet food group were obese and had higher personality scores in abasement and deference.

상관개념(相關慨念: Correlative Concept)을 적용한 가구디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Furniture Design Using Application of Correlative Concept)

  • Recently, the aspect of consumers' preference for design has been changed to a pattern of respect for personality, based on 'personal value of passion'. The differentiated personal passion of modern people does not allow them to select mass-produced industrial product, and leads them to choose life style different from others. Specially, consumers want to express. their differentiated personality by preferring and possessing the originally designed products. Therefore, the originally designed products that are clearly identifiable become the object of consumers' consideration, and stimulate the consumers' desire to purchase. According to new needs of consumers, it is required to reconsider the old design pattern of furniture based on simplicity and propose new design for furniture to meet the needs of consumers. Mass production has resulted in a strong focus on simplicity rather than difficulty and complexity of the production process. This tendency shows the design pattern that leans toward one side excluding the expression of correlative concept among design elements. This one sided design leads modern people to have no personality, and shows only simple and uniform expression of passion. Therefore, this paper is purposed to develop furniture with more personality by applying correlative concept that has been taken less seriously in the field of design to furniture design.

안전분위기 안전사고의 관계 및 인적요인과 물적 요인의 상호작용효과 (The relationship between safety climate and accidents, and personal physical factors interactional effect)

  • Since Zohar(1980) emphasized the influence of social, organizational, and psychological context in occupational safety and health study, the research in this area tends to be emphasizing the influences of personal and physical interaction. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate model and safety accident, and the interactional or moderating effect of personal and physical factor on the above relationship. Author conducted a survey to 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry, and the chief results of statistical analysis are as follows 1) management involvement, safety education, precaution activities, and safety system have negative effects on safety accident, 2) a-type personality has interactional effect on safety accident with communication, precaution activities, and safety system. 3) physical job load has interactional effect on safety accident with precaution activities, and safety system.

연구개발 전문가 유형에 따른 인적자원관리

  • This paper empirically examines various personal characteristics and preferences of HRM (Human Resorce Mamagement) systems using data from 968 R&D professionals in 9 private R&D organizations. It identifies different patterns of reward and career development needs associated with 4 types of R&D professionals, who are categorized by personal characteristics: personality and attitude. A productive leader type shows active personal traits (which encompass high scores of need for achievement, risk-taking propensity, tolerance for ambiguity, and self-efficacy) and positive attitudes (which include high scores of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and low scores of turnover intention), while a cynical bystander type exhibits passive personal traits and negative attitudes toward a job. A passive adapter, who has passive personal characteristics but positive attitudes, and a frustrated champion, who is active in personality but negative in current job attitude, lie in between them. The results reveal that: 1) These four different types of R&D professionals show differences in their education, age and tenure level, and technical performance. 2) They have different career orientations and problem solving styles. 3) They also exhibit different preferences in performance appraisal criteria and rater, and reward structures. Based on these findings, this study suggests a contingent type of human resource management in terms of selection and staffing of R&D professionals, performance appraisal, incentive systems, and career development plans.

성격유형에 따른 원룸형 주거의 공간구성 및 가구 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Space and Furniture Preference in One-room Type Residence Considering Personality Type)

  • Single-person household is estimated to be about 26.5% of the total household in 2015, which counts as 5060000 in numbers. We opt to acknowledge the various requests of these single residents, and in order to raise their satisfaction, we investigated on how personal taste, psychological interest, and personality attribute affects the user's preference of space organization and furniture in one room housing. Using the qualified psychology program, Enneagram Personality Type Indicator, we surveyed young people under 30 years old (majority of single-person households), regarding space organization and furniture preference. With the help of a specialist, the survey was constructed with appropriate evaluation items (space organization in one room households, bed, sofa, furniture material, etc), and analyzed the relationship between the evaluated items and personality types. Results showed there is a relationship between personality types and spatial structure. First, preference of spatial structure differed for different personality types. Second, the shape and size of furniture was dependent more on the ease of usability and design rather than on the personality types. One thing to consider is that type 1 and 9 accounted for about 50% of the total surveys. This emphasizes that the preferred spatial structure of a dominant specific personality type should not be overlooked.
