MOOC 국내연구 동향분석: 2010년~2018년을 중심으로 (Domestic Research Trends on MOOCs: From 2010 to 2018)

  • 본 연구는 최근 10년간 MOOC에 관한 국내 연구의 동향을 분석하고 향후 MOOC를 활용한 교육 및 연구에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석대상으로 선정된 연구논문은 국내 학술지에 게재된 70편으로 분석결과, 국내에서 MOOC에 관련된 주제로 진행된 연구논문은 2012년부터 시작되어 2018년까지 매년 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 총 70편의 연구논문 중 연구대상을 명확히 밝힌 연구는 31편이었으며 그 중 대부분의 연구가 대학생을 대상으로 진행되었다. 연구방법의 경우 조사연구(27.1%)가 가장 많았으며 주요변인은 독립변인의 경우 학습자의 인구통계학적 특성, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 매개변인의 경우 만족도, 지각된 용이성 및 유용성, 종속변인의 경우 사용의도와 지속사용의향이 가장 많이 활용된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 MOOC와 관련된 주제로 진행된 연구들의 동향을 살펴보고 향후 MOOC의 교육적 활용 및 연구에 대한 방향성을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

인터넷전문은행의 지속적 이용의도에 있어서 지각된 위험의 영향력 : 수용요인의 조절효과 분석 (Relationship Between Perceived Risk and Continuous Use Intention of Internet Primary Banks : Moderating Effects of Acceptance Factors)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷전문은행에 대한 지각된 위험이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 지각된 위험과 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 수용적 요인의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 인터넷전문은행의 지속적 이용의도를 높이기 위한 지각된 위험의 대처방안과 수용요인의 전략적 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 인터넷전문은행 이용경험이 있는 20-50대 소비자 457명을 대상으로 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 근거로 수용요인의 상호작용효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 인터넷전문은행이용 소비자의 지각된 위험, 수용요인과 지속적 이용의도 간에는 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 지각된 재무적, 기능적 위험은 인터넷전문은행의 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유용성은 보안적 위험과 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과가 나타났으며, 편리성은 모든 지각된 위험과 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를 보였다. 인터넷전문은행의 안정적 정착을 확보하기 위해서는 소비자가 지각하는 재무적·기능적 위험을 완화하고 인터넷전문은행의 유용성과 편리성에 대한 확대가 이루어져야 한다.

Roles of Health-Oriented Personal Factors in Influencing Koreans' Perceptions about Telemedicine: Exploration of Regional Differences

  • This study aimed to investigate the roles of three health-oriented personal factors-health technology innovativeness (HTI), health consciousness (HC), and health information orientation (HIO)-in determining Koreans' perceptions about telemedicine. Based on an extended version of the technology acceptance model (TAM), two perceptual components-perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU)-of telemedicine were considered for this investigation. Data from 699 usable surveys were analyzed using path analysis. The results from the path analysis indicated that while HTI and HC had no or limited effects on the PU and PEOU of telemedicine, the effects of HIO on those two perceptual components of telemedicine were statistically significant. Moreover, the results from the path analysis showed that there were significant regional differences in the effects of HTI and HC on the PU and PEOU of telemedicine. In general, these effects were greater among the metropolitan residents than they were among the rural residents.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify a causal relationship between social tv services and intended acceptance of social tv service through the SERVQUAL five dimensions which mean generally assessment of superior user. Also I am going to analyze that how factors of intended acceptance of social tv service effect on intended acceptance through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use based on Technology Acceptance Model which provides theoretical basis for behavior response of information technology. This study is significant that social tv combine the five dimensions of service quality that mean assessment of overall excellent or superior user and Technology Acceptance Model that provides theoretical basis for describing an behavior response of information technology.

정보시스템 기반 서비스의 품질을 결정하는 요인에 관한 연구-두 모형의 비교 (A Study on Factors Determining the Quality of Service with Information Systems-Comparison of Two Research Models)

  • In the information system service sectors, it is crucial to measure the quality of service. Especially factors determining the quality of service should be identified. For that purpose, in this study, the factors of two research models-SERVQUAL and TAM-are compared, analyzed and tested with data of public procurement system service. The result shows that the factors identified include reliability and assurance of SERVQUAL and perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use of TAM. Also, it is observed that the two models sufficiently explain the variance of satisfaction. This study may help improve the quality of information system service.

  • The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of service properties, price expectancy, social influences, and switching costs on adoption intention of 4G in Vietnam. The research model was established by the theory of diffusion of innovation, technology acceptance model, service quality, social influences and switching costs. The result from customers using telecommunication services in Vietnam shows that adoption intention of 4G is affected directly by perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, price expectancy, social influences, prior service quality and switching costs. Whereas, switching costs have negative effect on adoption intention. Other factors such as personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use and prior service quality have an indirect effect on adoption intention of 4G.

사용 습관이 새로운 정보기술 수용에 미치는 두 가지 상반되는 효과: 전문성과 고착현상 (The Two Contrary Effects of Usage Habits on the Acceptance of a New IT: Lock-in and Expertise)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the two contrary effects of usage habits on the acceptance of a new IT. The one is a positive one which may be caused by expertise from the repetitive usages of a current system while the other is a negative one which would be due to lock-in. For this purpose, this study suggested three hypotheses which account for not only the negative effect of the habit in current system on the intention of using a new system but also the positive moderation effects on both relationships of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use with the intention of a new system. For the empirical tests of the hypotheses, this study surveyed acceptance of Google Docs for the users who have a habitual used word processor. The analysis by partial least square approach showed that the hypotheses were statistically supported.

Determinants of the adoption of new equipment at the individual level within an organization

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new equipment acceptance model in the industrial market and test it empirically using a field survey. To define new equipment acceptance factors of employees in the organization, we used the TAM as a useful model to analyze the acceptance process of new equipment. All of the data for the TAM were collected from the employees. Prior research studied the usage of general information technology using a computer and particular software, while we apply the TAM to the new equipment adoption. In this study, both theoretical review and empirical study were conducted and the model was set through the theoretical study which was tested through the empirical analysis. Management support and training/education were shown to have a positive effect on PU and PEOU. Personal innovativeness, management support, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were shown to have a positive effect on behavioral intention.

인터넷 뱅킹에서 고객이 인지하는 가치가 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Customer`s Perceived Value of Internet Banking an Customer Loyalty)

  • Recently, most banks in Korea provide internet banking services for customers, and the number of internet banking users is growing rapidly. However, the percentage of internet banking from the perspective of total banking transactions is only about 8.8%. In this thesis we identify customers' perceived value of internet banking and the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Furthermore, we illustrate the role of internet banking as the strategic channel of customer loyalty. We performed an empirical data analysis on internet banking users. The results showed that the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty is significant and customer loyalty toward internet banking sites has a positive effect on customer loyalty toward banks. The implications of this study are that internet banking sites should concentrate on delivering customer value such as ease of use, playfulness, and trust, and thereby strengthen customer loyalty.

Technology Readiness as Moderator for Satisfaction and Destination Loyalty in Augmented Reality Environments

  • Technology has been changing the travel experience of visitors. Particularly, augmented reality (AR) is one of the emerging technologies, which widely used in cultural heritage tourism sites. This study is based on a new technology acceptance model and future modified this model to examine the relationship between product beliefs, consumer satisfaction with AR, and destination loyalty in cultural heritage sites. Moreover, this paper examined the role of technology readiness (TR) forming travellers' loyalty of destination with a kind of travel technology--AR. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have significant effects on the satisfaction of AR towards the travellers' loyalty of destination. TR is found to have moderating effects on this model.
