항공기에 탑재되는 레이다는 연속적으로 I/Q 데이터를 획득하는 동안 주어진 시간 내에 신호처리를 완료하는 실시간성을 반드시 유지해야 하며, 공대공부터 공대지, 공대해, Ground Map까지 다양한 모드와 기능을 수행해야 하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 개발이 진행될수록 레이다 신호처리 SW를 구성하는 코드의 구조가 복잡해진다. 또한 여러 모드를 순차적으로 구현하는 과정에서 기존 코드를 재활용하기도 하고 신호처리 알고리즘의 일부분만 바뀌기도 한다. 이와 같은 이유로 실시간성을 유지하며 코드의 재사용과 부분 교체가 편리한 모듈화의 장점을 이용해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 공대지/해를 구성하는 모드의 신호처리 과정을 통해, 실시간성을 유지하며 항공기 레이다 신호처리 SW에 적용 가능한 모듈화 Framework의 설계 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 해상 무선 통신에서 선박의 흔들림으로 인한 신호의 편차문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 접근방법을 제안하였고, 이를 위해 송신기는 육상에 있고, 수신기는 선박에 위치한 선박과 육상의 통신 시나리오를 가정하였다. 선박은 파도와 바람의 영향으로 인한 해양의 환경 때문에 안정적이지 못하고, 지속적으로 흔들리게 되는데, 이러한 선박의 흔들림은 선박에 위치한 안테나의 흔들림을 유발하여 신호의 수신을 불안정하게 만든다. 여기서, 우리는 신호가 높은 비트 에러율을 발생 수신기에서 상쇄되는 것을 예측할 수 있는데, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 MIMO기술을 사용하여 해결하였다. 본 논문에서 여러 송신 안테나를 사용하는 빔포밍 기술을 구현할 것을 제안하였으며, 제안 방법에 대한 기술의 구현은 강건한 해상 통신 네트워크를 구성할 수 있다.

Recently, CFRP composites have often been used as the materials for lightweight pleasure yacht hulls. Because CFRP composites not only make the hull light but also have good physical characteristics, in the leading countries of the marine industries, CFRP yachts are being sold at a higher price. The design and construction of FRP composite yachts, including those made of CFRP, have to follow rules based on ISO 12215, such as the hull structure rules of the international classification societies. On the other hand, there are no rules related to CFRP composites in the Guidance for Recreational Crafts, which was newly revised by the Korean Register of Shipping. In this paper, ISO 12215-5 and Part B, RINA Pleasure Yacht (REGISTRO ITALIANO NAVALE) on the design pressure and scantling of CFRP hull structures are compared and analyzed. Through a comparative study and the application to a cruise yacht design, we try to understand how to design CFRP hull structures using the international standards, ISO 12215, and the rules of the international classification society, RINA.

국내의 강력사건은 헬기 경비함정을 이용, 즉각적인 대응 및 처리를 할 수 있으나, 공해상 원양어선에서의 강력사건 대응은 지리적 원거리로 인한 자연적 한계가 있고, 국내법 및 국제법적 판단이 필요하다. 즉, 선박의 국적, 발생해역의 법적 지위, 가해자 또는 피해자의 국적 등을 감안하여 대한민국이 형사관할권을 행사할 수 있는지를 판단해야하며, 이러한 자연적인 문제와 함께 외국에서 해양경찰이 실효적으로 경찰력을 발동할 수 있는가의 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 발생한 803광현호를 중심으로 관할권, 피의자 신병처리, 선상살인 사건의 근본 원인을 분석하여 향후 유사사례 발생 시 신속한 수사를 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

삶의 질이 높아지고 상품의 미적가치가 강조되면서 상품을 디자인하는데 있어 소비자의 감성을 고려하는 경향이 커지고 있다. 상품의 구매요인이 제품의 기능 중심에서 감성 중심으로 이동함에 따라 스토리텔링의 중요성이 과거보다 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스토리텔링을 적용한 감성마케팅 공예디자인 개발에 목적을 두고 스토리텔링 개념의 이해와 스토리텔링을 적용한 공예디자인 사례 분석을 하고 이를 바탕으로 도자접시에 설화인 별주부전의 이야기를 과거와 현재가 융합되어 위트 있게 변형되어진 내용으로 재구성하여 스토리가 담긴 공예품을 만들고자 하였다. 공예는 상품으로의 가치나 미적 가치에 용이한 분야로 디자인의 다양성과 독창성이 추구될 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 이제 표현적 가치뿐 아니라 의미적 가치의 부여와 함께 소비자의 감성과 욕구 충족을 시켜주는 공예디자인 개발이 필요하며 본 연구가 공예산업이 좀 더 고부가가치 산업으로 자리매김 할 수 있는 토대에 활용 되었으면 한다.

In the 21st century, boundary between different fields is coming down, convergence and consilience are taking place. It would not be an exaggeration to say key buzzword of the 21st century is 'convergence'. Also in the field of art and design, the border between the two areas is getting more ambiguous. With the reason, both the new awareness and interest on Art Furniture are becoming more heightened. So far as part of the decorative art category Art Furniture was covered. However Art Furniture is now no longer a fixture of that field, but became independent as a new genre of art. As proof of this, at the international representative art fairs including the Design Miami, PAD London, and The Salon of Art and Design which was recently established in New York, etc. Art Furniture is becoming a showcase as the main pieces. Moreover, at the world's major art market Sotheby's, Christie's, and Seoul Auction, Art Furniture's position is more successfully becoming extended. At this point the analysis of the status and the cause on the non-boundary phenomena between art and design is inevitably required to understand the disposition of the public and to develop the domestic furniture industry. Thus, this paper purposes to present the new direction for that the domestic Art Furniture encompasses the two areas with satisfaction to the demands of the public by studying on the non-boundary phenomena between art and design in contemporary Art Furniture.

본 연구는 부유식 파랑제어구조물의 계류방식을 말뚝계류식으로 하여 종래의 부유식 파랑제어구조물의 파랑제어기능을 보완하고, 친수성 구조물로 이용할 수 있는 다용도 구조물의 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부유체의 계류장치에 초기반력을 작용시킴으로써 발생하는 파랑제어 효과의 개선과 부유체의 동요제어 효과를 수치계산법을 통하여 논의하였다. 이 때 계류부에서 발생하는 비선형 마찰력을 선형모델화하는 이론을 전개한 다음 수치계산 및 실험값을 통하여 본 수치모델의 적용성에 관하여 논의한 결과 양호한 일치성을 보였다. 또한, 파랑제어 효과 및 부유체의 동요저감 효과를 동시에 만족할 수 있는 초기반력에 관하여 논의하였다.

본 논문은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 국가기술자격검정의 용접분야 실기시험 평가방법 개선을 목적으로 수행된 연구에 대한 내용을 기술한 것이다. 현행 용접기능장의 실기시험 내용을 체계적으로 분석한 후 최신 용접기술 동향을 반영하고 국가직무능력표준의 능력단위, 수행준거 등을 적용하여 용접기능장 실기시험의 새로운 평가방법을 제시하였고, 자문회의 및 시범평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였다. 향후 한국산업인력공단 기술자격출제실에서는 본 연구를 기초로 세부직무분야 전문가를 통한 출제 기준 개정을 완료 한 후 용접기능장 국가기술자격검정에 실제 적용할 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is to present the basic approach of producing the luxury fashion brands containing of the Korean traditional traits on the basis of traditional transformation with the modern concept, taking the 'Vivienne Tam' 2000's collections. This study has focused on its transformation of the traditional one of China, and made this as the subject of investigation. It's design characteristic could be defined as "modern interpretations of China chic", and it would be divided into two groups. The ingenious mixture of Chinese tradition into the modern chic could be concluded like these. The external characteristics is categorized in the three ways (1) the aesthetic application of the Chinese traditional patterns(dragon, water waves, peony, Japanese apricot flower, bamboo, bats, Chinese characters etc.), (2)the modern application of Chinese traditional costume details(front opening of Chipao, mandarin collar and knot buttons) and (3)the modernization of Chinese traditional technique(knotting, embroidery, beading and paper cutting). To deal with the internal characteristics, (1)the aesthetic mixture of East and West, (2)the formative expressions of the traditional view on the universe and religion are remarkable. The Chinese embodiment and the view of the universe and religion was integrated into the patterns of dragon, water waves, clouds, fire, woods, and metals. In order to afford the creative designer capable of encompassing the East and West, the teaching about the Korean tradition along with the technical and practical aspect of fashion is most important, while encouraging the professional designer to make a sophisticated ones which are attributed to the Korean tradition, and thereby come to be attractive to the world customer. The study about the Korean costumes, traditional colors, the symbolic meaning of the traditional patterns, cuttings, compositions, extending to the various kinds of myths, songs, paintings and crafts are essential for the Korean designer brand to be the global luxury brands.

거친 해역에서 내항성능이 우수한 선형을 만들기 위해서는 무엇보다도 수선면적을 작게 하여 파랑하중을 적게 받도록 하는 것이 가장 이상적인 방법으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 과대한 수선면적의 감소는 침수표면적 대 배수량비가 증가하여 속도 측면에서 불리한 점을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 일반 소수선면 쌍동선(SWATH Ship)보다는 수선면적을 키워서 속도와 내항성능면을 동시에 고려한 새로운 선형을 제시하고자 한다. 여객 350명, 항해거리 300 n. miles, 해상상태 4에서 운항속도 30노트로 쾌적하게 항주할 수 있는 선형을 설계하였으며 모형시험으로 검증하였다. 본 논문은 개발선형의 저항성능, 내항성능, 설계개념에 대해서 언급하고 다른 고속선형들과의 간접적인 성능 비교를 하였다.
