DC motor를 제어하기 위하여, 두개의 feedback sensor 즉, potenfiometer와 tachometer를 사용하고 있다. 최적 제어치를 얻기위한 제어 방법으로써 선형계로써는 kalman regular type, 비 선형계로써는 on-off relay-type와 상태 제환을 적용하였다. 역시, 추적각의 측정 방법으로서는. 측정치를 이웅한 위치와 속도 미분치를 이용한 위치와 속도, 그리고 관측기를 이용한 위치, 속도와 오제곱 분산치를 추정하여 추적각의 제어치를 비교 분석하였다.

In this study, epidemiological cut-off values were estimated for 44 Photobacterium damselae isolates, since clinical breakpoints have not been established for this pathogenic bacterium. The susceptibility of the isolates to 10 antibiotics was evaluated using internationally standardized disc diffusion protocols. Normalized resistance interpretation was used to generate statistically valid epidemiological cut-off values for the susceptibility data. There were not enough strains exhibiting full sensitivity to ampicillin and amoxicillin to allow analysis of these antibiotics. Because there were only a marginally sufficient number of strains exhibiting full sensitivity to oxytetracycline, the cut-off value generated provided only a provisional estimate. The valid wild-type cut-off values were <13, 13, 9, 22, 25, 27, and 28 mm for gentamicin, cephalexin, erythromycin, oxolinic acid, flumequine, florfenicol, and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, respectively. The application of these cut-off values should greatly facilitate the rational selection of antibiotics for use in commercial fish farms.

In applying LCD to TV application, one of the most significant factors to be improved is image sticking on the moving picture. LCD is different from CRT in the sense that it's continuous passive device, which holds images in entire frame period, while impulse type device generate image in very short time. To reduce image sticking problem related to hold type display mode, we made an experiment to drive TN-LCD like CRT. We made articulate images by turn on-off backlight, and we realized the ratio of Back Light on-off time by counting between on time and off time for video signal input during 1 frame (16.7 ms). Conventional CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamp) cannot follow fast on-off speed, so we evaluated new fluorescent substances of light source to improve residual light characteristic of CCFL. We realized articulate image generation similar to CRT by CCFL blinking drive and TN-LCD overdriving. As a result, reduced image sticking phenomenon was validated by naked eye and response time measurement.

Five reinforced concrete rigid frame and masonry infilled wall and cut off type masonry infilled wall were tesed during vertical and cyclic loads simultaneously. Experimental programs were accomplished to improve and evaluate the structural performance of test specimens, such as the hysteretic behavior, the maximum horizontal strength, crack propagation, and ductility etc. Test variables are hoop reinforcement ratio, with or without masonry infilled wall, and masonry method. All the specimens were constructed in one-third scale size. Based on the test results, the following conclusions can be made. For masonry infilled wall(IFB-1), maximum horizontal capacity was increased by 1.45 time in comparision with that of rigid frame(FB-0). For cut off masonry infilled wall (IFBC-1~3), maximum horizontal capacity was increased by 1.73~1.98 time in comparision with that of rigid frame(FB-0). For cut off masonry infilled wall(IFBG-1~3), ductility was increased by 1.48~2.08 time in comparision with that of masonry infilled wall (IFB-1).

An analytical threshold voltage model is proposed to analyze the threshold voltage roll-off and drain-induced barrier lowering (DIBL) for a junction-based double-gate (JBDG) MOSFET and a junction-less double-gate (JLDG) MOSFET. We used the series-type potential distribution function derived from the Poisson equation, and observed that it is sufficient to use n=1 due to the drastic decrease in eigenvalues when increasing the n of the series-type potential function. The threshold voltage derived from this threshold voltage model was in good agreement with the result of TCAD simulation. The threshold voltage roll-off of the JBDG MOSFET was about 57% better than that of the JLDG MOSFET for a channel length of 25 nm, channel thickness of 10 nm, and oxide thickness of 2 nm. The DIBL of the JBDG MOSFET was about 12% better than that of the JLDG MOSFET, at a gate metal work-function of 5 eV. It was also found that decreasing the work-function of the gate metal significantly reduces the DIBL.

In such special or precious occasions as a wedding ceremony, brides, handicapped or not, wish to wear a beautiful wedding dress. However, an ordinary wedding dress is not suitable nor convenient to a bride who has a bodily impediment. A one-piece type wedding dress, which even a normal bride needs assistants to help her wear, will create more inconvenience to crippled females. In this connection, this study is purposed to convert a normal ready-made wedding dress design into one suitable to the bodily handicapped females. For handicapped people on a wheelchair who generally put on and off a wedding dress while sitting on the chair, a one-piece type wedding dress is divided into the top and the skirt to make it a two-piece type wedding dress which is easy to get into and take off. The top should be separated from the skirt in such a manner that the wearer may not be aware of the division of the two pieces but easily put on and off since the sides or back of the top is opened. An opening is also given to the sides of the skirt so that handicapped people may sit on the skirt on the chair and then close the opening by themselves. Converting ready-made wedding dress design into functional clothes for handicapped people is really significant in that ready-made clothes can be recycled, their production cost reduced, and the economic burden of handicapped people relieved.

The functional dyes, which has various optical characteristics that can be applicable to field of electronic, photo electronic, such as sensor or electrode, were synthesized. Physical property and optical stability was studied with preparation of conductive type film as a kind of optical filter of plasma display panel, by adapting neon cut off dye, which can selectively absorbing between 580 and 610nm wavelength. The filter was prepared with PSA resin, which has functional group of - COOH and - OH, as binder. And the characters such as spectroscopy, heat-proof / wet-proof, thermal stability and commerciality, which must be held by functional dyes, were examined. Conductive type film is the kind of film includes only neon cut off dyes. For the neon cut off dyes, cyanine dyes can be applied. And it is observed that spectrum of before and after the durability test are not changed due to stability of dyes, as the result of coating on the mesh film with PSA binder.

This study aims to identify feasible policy direction of the 6th industrialization in agriculture based on the current agricultural and rural environment in Korea. To do so, this study employes a heckman selection model to correct a probable selection bias, utilizing the Korean agricultural census in 2010 and the agricultural statistics of farm enterprises in 2011. This study focuses on the differences of the farm and off-farm income determinants, according to conjoint types of the 6th industrialization such as Type 1 (primary+secondary+tertiary) vs. Type 2 (primary+secondary or primary+tertiary). The empirical results show Type 2 has much higher possibilities to earn farm and off-farm income in Korea, especially for farm enterprises. This study concludes with providing some policy implications reflecting rural and agricultural environment in Korea.
