지식기반사회로의 전환에 따라 교육정보화종합사업이 이루어졌다. 이에 따라 7차 교육과정에서는 컴퓨터 교육을 보다 넓은 의미의 정보통신교육이라는 용어를 사용한다. 아울러, 컴퓨터교육을 2001년부터 초등학교 1,2학년부터 주당 1시간씩 의무화하고 연차적으로 늘려갈 계획이다. 주당 1시간의 컴퓨터 의무교육과 별도로, 모든 학년 국민공통기본교육과정 10개 교과를 중심으로 교수학습과정에 10%이상 컴퓨터 활용 수업을 하도록 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 국민공통기본교육과정(1∼10학년)에 나타난 학교 컴퓨터 교육과정과 정보통신기술교육에 대해서 알아보고, 그것들이 학년에 따라 계열성 있게 구성되어있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이와 함께, 설문조사를 통해서 아동의 컴퓨터 능력 수준을 알아보고, 교사의 의견을 들어보는 등 현장의 실태를 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the connection among inquiry activities related to 'Metabolism' presented in life science textbooks developed according to the national common basic curriculum. To perform this, the type, process and context of inquiry activities of life science textbooks were analyzed. The number of inquiry activities is gradually increased from elementary to secondary school. As result of analysis, types, processes and skills, and context of inquiry were not balanced according to textbooks and school levels. It is suggested that the framework of evaluating inquiry activities based on curriculum objectives be provided when developing science textbooks. It also implies that teachers need to reconstruct inquiry contents and activities suitable to school situations when they teach in the real fields of education.

초·중학교 교육과정에서 공통 교육과정의 역할을 고려한다면, 학생들이 학교 학습과 실생활을 영위하기 위한 기초 학력을 탐색하여 명료화하는 것이 필요하다. 기초 학력은 특정 교과에의 활용을 지향하는 것이 아니라는 점에서 여러 교과를 아우르는 총론 교육과정에 명시되고 여러 교과 학습을 통해서 체계적이고 반복적으로 지도될 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 영국, 캐나다, 호주 교육과정을 분석하고, 총론과 여러 교과 교육 전문가들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 수리력의 개념과 구성 요소 및 수리력의 수준을 제안하고 교육과정 총론과 교과 교육과정에 반영하는 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 교육과정 총론에서는 수리력을 간단히 명시하고 교과 교육과정에서는 수리력 관련 내용을 암시하는 방안, 총론에서는 수리력의 개념, 구성 요소, 수준을 제시하고 교과 교육과정에서는 수리력 코드를 기술하는 방안 두 가지를 제안하였는데, 두 가지 안 모두 전문가들의 높은 동의를 얻었다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the recognition of the curriculum experts on 2015 integrated liberal arts and natural sciences curriculum revision. Research method is a delphi survey and the subjects are curriculum experts. The research results are as follows. Firstly, experts suggested common education for all students and students' opportunities to choose subjects. Secondly, the direction of curriculum revision was different by school level. The elementary school needs to foster convergence thinking. The middle school needs to educate common basic literacy education and the high school needs both the common education and the free choice of subjects by students. Thirdly, the separation of the liberal arts and natural sciences was caused by the separate thinking of custom, tradition and study and the separate exam application on liberal arts and natural science of college scholastic ability test. The solution about separation problem of liberal arts and natural sciences have been proposed to improve mathematics education and teachers' convergence education competency. Lastly, for the establishment of an 2015, integrated curriculum the reduction of the CSAT test area and the introduction of qualifying examination for English were required.

본 연구는 제 7차 교육과정의 국민공통기본교육과정에 따른 과학과 생물영역 물질대사와 관련한 개념의 수준과 연계성에 대해 조사하였다. 분석에 사용된 교과서는 초등학교는 1종 검인정 교과서를 사용하였으나, 중학교와 고등학교는 분석의 일관성을 유지하기 위하여 동일 출판사에서 개발한 3종의 교과서를 사용하였다. 물질대사와 관련한 개념은 초등학교에서는 42개, 중학교에서는 3개 출판사 평균 92개, 고등학교에서는 평균 59개가 제시된 것으로 조사되었다. 출판사에 따라 다소 차이는 있었으나 학교급이 올라감에 따라 점차적으로 구체적 개념에 대한 형식적 개녕의 비율이 감소하는 것으로 나타났으나, 학습개념의 수는 급격하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육과정 및 교과서 개발 시 학습단원에 따른 학습개념의 제시는 학습자의 인지 수준 및 제시되는 개념의 수를 적정화해야 하며, 단원과 학습 내용의 수직적 연계성을 고려한 구성이 필요하다.

The purpose of the present study is to develop several types of English teaching/learning models in view of cross-curricular approach in Korean elementary school. Brewster(1992)' model is suitable for younger children as well as the 1st or 2nd graders. For 3rd or 4th graders, Halliwel1(1997)' model seems more proper type in Korean EFL situation. There has been studying for cross-curricular approach in elementary English education. Many studies has recently focused the characteristics of elementary students by cognitive and psychological perspectives. Among them, Park(1996)'s research talks about the elementary school students. Han(1996)'s research based on the notion of applied to other subjects. Kim(1999)'s also emphasized the importance of linking other subjects. Kim(2003) argued the need of integrating English with other subjects. The elementary education as the National Common Basic Curriculum(NCBC) has the essence of cross-curricular approach, so the English education will be linked with other subject matters more and more, not just as for Communicative function based English education but as both content and function based subject matter.

현재의 공통사회(지리)교육전공 및 지리교육전공 학과의 교육과정은 교육부가 발행한 교원자격 실무편람 상의 기본이수과목만 제시하고 있고, 기본이수과목별 주요주제는 설정하고 있지 않다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 기본이수과목별 주요주제의 미 설정 상태는 공통사회(지리)교육전공 및 지리교육전공 학과의 표준교육과정의 부재상태로 연결되고 있고, 급기야 해당 중등교사 임용시험의 출제와 응시에 많은 애로를 야기하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 우선 공통사회(지리) 및 지리의 21개 기본이수과목들을 대상으로 주요주제를 설정하였다. 이러한 '공통사회(지리) 및 지리의 기본이수과목별 주요주제'는 '공통사회(지리)교육전공 및 지리교육전공 학과의 표준교육과정의 내용요소'와 '공통사회(지리) 및 지리의 중등교사 임용시험의 평가요소'를 설정하는데 기반이 될 것이다. 특히, 기본이수과목별 주요주제 설정'과 '표준교육과정 작성'은 교육부가 2009년 동시시행 예정으로 추진하고 있는 '사범대학 교육과정 개편'과 '중등교사 임용시험 제도 개편'을 감안하면, 시의적절한 일이다. 그러나, 본 연구에서 설정된 '공통사회(지리) 및 지리의 기본이수과목별 주요주제'는 사정상 짧은 시간에 이루어진 것이므로 재 연구되어야 한다. 기타, 표시과목 지리의 기본이수과목은 구성 자체에 많은 문제점들을 내포하고 있으므로 반드시 개정되어야 한다.

이 연구는 국민공통기본교육과정 해양영역의 용어, 학습개념, 탐구를 대상으로 학습 연계성을 분석하였다. 분석 대상 교과서는 제 7 차 교육과정에 의해 집필된 초등학교 4학년, 중학교 7학년, 고등학교 10학년 과학교과서를 사용하였다. 용어의 사용 빈도는 초등학교에서 중 ${\cdot}$ 고등학교로 학교급이 올라가면서 증가하였으나, 용어의 해설은 고등학교로 갈수록 감소하였다. 학습개념은 초${\cdot}$중${\cdot}$고등학교에 관계없이 구체적 개념이 형식적 개념보다 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 탐구상황은 순수 과학적 상황이 초${\cdot}$중${\cdot}$고등학교 전 과정에서 통해서 가장 높았다. 탐구과정은 초등학교에서 중학교, 고등학교로 올라감에 따라 기본적 탐구과정에서 통합적 탐구과정의 비율이 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다. 탐구활동은 초${\cdot}$중${\cdot}$고등학교에서의 토의, 실험, 조사의 탐구활동이 많았으나, 고등학교에서는 견학 및 과제 연구가 전혀 제시되지 않았다. 이러한 결과에서, 기본 교육자료인 교과서에는 학교급에 상관없이 주요 용어에 대한 설명이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 또한, 학습개념과 탐구상황은 학생들의 인지발달과 과학${\cdot}$기술${\cdot}$사회와의 관계에서 전인적 학습이 가능하도록 할 필요가 있다. 특히, 지구과학교육에서 탐구활동은 야외학습을 통한 교육적인 효과가 크기에 적절한 적용이 요구된다.

In order to adapt to the rapidly changing medical environment, it is important to advance not only the basic medical education in medical schools but also that of residents. The quality of the training environment and educational goals for residency must also be improved for specialists. Although each institute including internal medicine, general surgery, family medicine, etc., strives to standardize, sets educational goals, and develops content to train capable specialists, the education programs focus on special techniques and competency of medical care for patients. The training environment of each residency program is different in each trainee hospital, and hospitals are making an effort to set education goals for the residents and improve their education programs. In Korea, there is no common core education program for residents, while in the United States, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education is responsible for the development and evaluation of a standardized curriculum for residents, and in Canada, CanMEDs presents a basic curriculum to help residents develop competency. Fully capable specialists have more than just clinical competency; they also need a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, communication, cooperation, in addition to taking part in continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. We need to provide a core curriculum for residency to demonstrate attention to and knowledge about health problems of the community.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing-related content in middle, and high school textbooks under the National Common Basic Curriculum in Korea. Methods: Nursing-related content from 43 middle school textbooks and 13 high school textbooks was analyzed. Results: There were 28 items of nursing-related content in the selected textbooks. Among them, 13 items were in the 'nursing activity' area, 6 items were in the 'nurse as an occupation' area, 2 items were in the 'major and career choice' area, 6 items were 'just one word' and 1 item in 'others'. Conclusion: The main nursing related content which portrayed in the middle and high school textbooks were caring for patients (7 items accounting for 46.5%), nurses working in hospitals (6 items accounting for 21.4%). In terms of gender perspective, female nurses (15 items accounting for 53.6%) were most prevalent.
