회귀분석에서 몇 개의 관측치가 모형선택과정이나 최소제곱방법에의한 모형의 적합에서 지 대한 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 그러나 그러한 관측치가 회귀분석의 모든 면에 같은 정도의 영 향을 끼치는 것은 아니다. 본 논문에서는 개개의 관측치가 적합성의 총체적 측도에 미치는 영향을 측정할 수 있는 영향측도를 제시하였다. 이 측도는 자료를 모형에 적합시켜 구해진 잔차와 적합치 사이에 만족되는 비상관성의 성질을 이용하여 구해진 것이다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서 소개된 통계량들과 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 영향측도들을 실제자료의 분석을 통 하여 그 성질과 효율성을 비교하였다.

An SOFC consists of all ceramic complex oxides each with different electrochemical-property requirements. These requirements, in principle, can be made met to a great extent by controlling or tailoring the defect structure of the oxide. This paper reviews the defect structure, nonstoichiometry as a measure of the total defect concentration, and the defect relaxation kinetics of complex oxides that are currently involved in a variety of growing applications today.

In this paper we investigate the barrellednes of some spaces of X-valued measures, X being a barrelled normed space, and provide examples of non barrelled spaces of bounded linear operators from a Banach space X into a barrelled normed space Y, equipped with the uniform convergence topology.

Considering the human visual masking property, a modified relationship between the activity function and the visibility threshold is developed. This leads to a novel objective appraisal method for blocking effects in a lossy subimage coding by virtue of the human visual sensitivity. The appraisal criterion is examined using a series of reconstructed images that are DCT-coded at various bit rates. Experimental results show that the presented blocking effect measure well agrees with the subjective ranking.

Spectral information at a speech coder should be quantized with sufficient accuracy to keep perceptually transparent output speech. Spectral information at a low bit rate speech coder is usually transformed into corresponding line spectrum pair parameters and is often quantized with a vector quantization algorithm. As the vector quantization algorithm generally has high complexity in the optimal code vector searching routine, the complexity reduction in that routine is investigated using the ordering property of the line spectrum pair. When the proposed complexity reduction algorithm is applied to the well-known split vector quantization algorithm, the 46% complexity reduction is achieved in the distortion measure compu-tation.

In this paper, we propose a split criterion for binary decision trees. The proposed criterion selects the optimal split by measuring the prediction success of the candidate splits at a given node. The criterion is shown to have the property of exclusive preference. Examples are given to demonstrate the properties of the criterion.

A Hybrid Wall System(HWS) building, Kolon Bundang Tripolis was instrumented to measure the vertical deformation of core-walls and columns. The vertical shortening of individual members were measured at selected floor levels such as 1F, 12F, 25F, and 34F. The measurement has been taken during one year after the construction was started. Together with the measurement, concrete property tests were performed in the laboratory using the concrete obtained in the field. The measured vertical shortenings were compared with the calculated prediction values and the satisfactory agreement was obtained.

The stray current(leakage current) in DC railway system like as Metro Subway and LRT system happens electrical corrosion on theses superstructure facilities and also underground facilities that causes the public property losses. we must study and establish on the theoretical concept and concrete phenomena for electrical corrosion, In the construction period we intend to review and find out a lot of solution to minimize theses losses. we must investigate, measure and analysis natural atmosphere of these facilities locations to present a maintenance management guide for the upcoming operation stage.

In this paper, we propose a generalized Kullback-Leibler (KL) information for measuring the distance between two distribution functions where the extension to the censored case is immediate. The generalized KL information has the nonnegativity and characterization properties, and its censored version has the additional property of monotonic increase. We also extend the discussion to the discrete case and propose a generalized censored measure which is comparable to Pearson's chi-square statistic.
