The purposed of this study was to evaluate the effects of psycho-social maturity personality improvement program for university students. This program based on the book written by Lee et al.(2010) to improve the personality for university student was used. The program consisted of a total of 13 session and every session consisted of a 50 minutes lecture and 100minutes activity program. The researcher carried out the pre-test, post test and follow up test regarding psycho-social maturity and conducted Mann-Whitney U test and the ancova. The results showed who had participated in counseling groups reported significant improvement of psycho-social maturity total scores and sub scores, while the control group did not report any significant improvements. After 10 weeks follow-up point, these changes experienced by the experiment group on the improvement of the psycho-social maturity. Finally the personality program helped improve the psycho-social maturity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among family strength, creative personality, and career maturity. This subjects were the 508 middle school students living in Gwangju. Data was analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ANOVA, duncan test, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/PC 18.0 program. The major findings were as follows; First, the middle school students' family strengths, creative personality, and career maturity were higher than median(3.00). Second, career maturity showed significant difference according to all of family strength(family respect and affection, role sharing and problem solving, communication and family bonding, financial stability) and part of creative personality(self-conviction, perseverance/tenacity, openness of thinking, curiosity). Third, the middle school students' career maturity was influenced by self-confidence and humor. And the middle school students' career maturity was explained about 26% by these variables. The outcomes indicated that career maturity of middle school students is affected by creative personality.

This study aimed to verify the mediating effects of personality and job-seeking efficacy in the process of college students' career maturity affecting their career decision certainty level. To this end, an online survey was conducted with 254 college students attending domestic and foreign universities, which confirmed the mediating effect of job-seeking efficacy in the relationship between career maturity and career decision certainty level. In addition, the effect of career maturity on the level of career decision certainty, mediated by job-seeking efficacy, was shown to be controlled by personality, namely extraversion, confirming the moderate mediating effect of this variable. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a personalized reading instruction program with customized book selection for adolescents based on their personalities on their emotional intelligence and vocational maturity. The Enneagram personality test was utilized for selecting books based on the students' personalities and the effect of the reading instruction program was assessed using pre- and post-tests. The findings of the study revealed that the personalized reading instruction program was effective in improving emotional intelligence and vocational maturity for students with Ennneagram personality type 6. In addition, a qualitative analysis was conducted to investigate the participants' satisfaction level and their personal opinions. For future studies, independent research with a larger population and appropriate reading time based on each Enneagram personality type is suggested.

This thesis examines the effects of entrepreneurship on the career maturity of middle school students through moderating the effects of 5 personality factors. For that purpose, we have conducted a survey for 500 middle school students. We measured three aspects suggested by Kang Byung Ho (2011) for the entrepreneurship. The career maturity test for middle and high school students(Yim un and so on, 2012) to test the career maturity of middle school students and measure items suggested by Lee Tae Gyu and Yun Hye Hyun(2008) to test the five-factor model as a tool. The results were acquired using an SPSS 22.0 program to analyze the research results as follows. Hypothesis 1. 'How much entrepreneurship has an effect on the career maturity of middle school students?' This has shown that the higher the entrepreneurship is, the higher the career attitude and career probing ability is. At the same time, the risk-taking in entrepreneurship has no significant effect on the career preparation action. Hypothesis 2. 'The five-factor model will affect the controlling of the relationship between entrepreneurship and the career maturity (career attitude, career probing ability and career preparation action) of middle school students.' This five-factor model has affected the relationship between the entrepreneurship and career attitude, the sub-area of career maturity. However, it has not affected the career probing ability and career preparation action, another sub-area of the career maturity. This study is useful because we have probed the effect of entrepreneurship on the career maturity of middle school students and the control-effect of the five-factor model. We suggest that this study will give a chance to middle school students to realize their career, to probe and design their career and to cultivate their ability to live a active life in 21th century.

The purpose of this study is to examine career maturity, self - management, and university life satisfaction according to general characteristics of college students. 403 students from Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces were analyzed and analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis focusing on factors such as general characteristics, personality traits, career attitude and self - management. As a result, according to the frequency and general characteristics of university life satisfaction, overall university life satisfaction was 3.29 out of 5 out of 5, and fresh students were higher than second year students. Also, the more open the personality, the higher the sincerity. The more self - management is the student who manage the life, the better the proper behavior management and physical management. In addition, students with a lower level of personality and a higher degree of readiness were more satisfied with college life than attitudes toward career maturity than those with lower grades. Based on these results, students with friendly characteristics can prepare well in career attitude maturity It is important to guide students well so that they can improve their college life satisfaction.

This study was conducted to present implications for mathematics education by identifying the structural relationship among personality, negative emotion, motivation, and career maturity that affects elementary school student's mathematical academic achievement. The participants conveniently sampled 179 students, from 4th to 6th graders enrolled in the same elementary school, and data on their psychological variables were collected in the form of secondary data. The hypothetical structural equation model established based on prior studies was verified with a two-stage approach based on the collected data. It was confirmed that construct validity and construct reliability were secured through assessing the measurement model. In addition, as a result of analyzing the path coefficient of the final structural equation model, five paths were found to be significant: 'personality→motivation', 'personality→career maturity', 'negative emotion→motivation', and 'negative motivation→mathematical academic achievement'. In particular, the path of 'negative emotion→negative motivation→mathematics academic achievement' that can be confirmed through the results needs to moderate negative emotions to improve mathematical academic achievement, and at this time, negative motivation should be considered together.

The purpose of this study is to find relationships between the moral distress of nursing college students and career maturity, and between the moral distress of them and career preparation behavior by using a descriptive correlation methodology. Analysis is done using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression with IBM SPSS WIN/22.0. According to the general characteristics, the there is a significant difference in the subjects with an outgoing personality (F=-2.82, p=.001), who suffered from moral distress at an older age (F=.4.85, p=.029). There is a significant difference in career maturity among subjects with an extroverted personality (F=3.63, p=.001). The average score of the subjects' moral distress is 72.51±53.75, and by sub-area, futile care was the highest with 23.36±19.04, and the lowest with 7.61±8.56 in physician practice. The average of career maturity was 3.74(±.56), and by sub-area, career attitude was the highest with 3.98±.54, and the lowest with 3.61±.43 in professionalism. The average of career preparation behavior was 2.67(±.60). In this study, it was confirmed that the moral stress of nursing students is a factor affecting career maturity (r=-.510, p=.000) and career preparation behavior (r=-.353, p=.001). Therefore, It can be seen that it is necessary to develop an intervention program that can positively enhance the career maturity and career preparation behavior of nursing students through intervention for the moral anguish experienced by nursing students.

This qualitative content analysis aims to explore the meaning of experiences for college students who have experienced community service activities. This study aimed to find the essence of college students' community service experiences and provide them with basic data to develop effective personality education methods and service programs. The participants of this study were six college students with community service experience. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from May to September 2019 and were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method suggested by Graneheim & Lundman. The community service experiences of college students could be summarized by the core theme, "Becoming a social professional through growth and maturity", consisting of the following themes: together in a living experience, growth through sharing, achieving maturity toward professionalism, and experiencing one's limitations. Through this study, it was confirmed that the experience of college students' service activities would cultivate the human character and competency necessary to live with others, the community, and nature. The college student's service activities could be used as an important educational program in personality education.

The purposes of this study are to look into the formative characteristics of the miniskirt and to evaluate the visual effects and images according to changes in the silhouette and length of the miniskirt from analyzing the mini skirt style shown in 2007 S/S domestic fashion. The miniskirt style shown in 2007 S/S domestic fashion was analyzed with pictures from a fashion website "Interfashion Planning" from Feb. to May of 2007. As a result, the basic lines of the miniskirt are classified into two types according to the side line. The lengths of miniskirts are classified into five steps of 25 cm, 27.5 cm, 30 cm, 32.5 cm, and 35 cm from the natural waistline. The stimuli were produced with imaginative sewing system 3D CAD of i-design series. For the visual evaluation according to changes in the silhouettes and length of the miniskirt, we used 13 pairs of items to find the visual effects, and 23 pairs of adjectives to measure the visual images. The stimuli and adjectives were randomly given to the evaluators and were evaluated by the 7-point likert type scale. Data we got from this experiment was analyzed statistically by using the SPSS 12.0 and practiced the Factor Analysis and Correlation Analysis. Formative characteristics of miniskirts can be found in the lines, colors, and materials that are the elements of fashion designs, colors and materials are the characteristics of the cloth that is the medium of the expression of designs. The result of factor analysis of visual effects and visual images according to changes in the silhouettes and lengths of miniskirts, the visual effect was composed of the three factors of the length of the lower body, the thickness of the lower body, and the shape abdomen and it was showed that these three factors occupied 63.6% of the total variance. The visual image was composed of four factors of elegance, personality, attraction, maturity and these four factors got 67.6% of the total variance.
