This study was tried to find out the applicability of decision support system for forest land use conversion, which developed based on algorithm for forest land-use conversion. Decision support system developed by Ministry of Safety Administration is free from the existing licensed laws omission. And it made the input requirements for each value of the final result so that you can determine whether the permit was available by the laws and regulations related to the algorithm for forest land use conversion. Also, in order to do field surveys, equal sampling interval method is used to extract samples for the operability by comparing and analyzing the actual area. As a result, 88 areas of total 100 areas are able to get permission by the decision support system for forest land use conversion, and it means if there is enough data with sufficient research, it can make the availability permits easily.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute an important part of current industrial economies. Information technologies can be useful strategic weapons for SMEs by enhancing their competitiveness. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is a computing resource and software sharing model which can be accessed via the Internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level in SMEs. This study attempts to identify the determinants of SaaS adoption intention among Korean SMEs. Through the lens of the theory of planned behavior, this study adopts technological, organizational, environmental factors to explore the determinants of cloud computing adoption intention. The research population is the SMEs that have been funded by the Korean government. Partial least square method was used for empirical analysis of 190 samples collected through on-line survey. The results show that the positive attitude is influenced by business process improvements. Vender support and top management support are positively associated with subjective norm. Vendor support, top management support can relieve perceived behavior control factors. Government support directly influences adoption intention of cloud computing. These findings can provide useful strategy for both SMEs and vendors of SaaS.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of care burden among mothers of children with developmental disabilities on depression and the moderating effects of formal and informal social support. Method: The self-report questionnaires were administered to 200 mothers of children with developmental disabilities (aged 6~20 years) in pre-adulthood in Gyeongi-do. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. Result: First, There is a need to provide a mental health program that can relieve depression. Second, Individualized intervention strategies for mothers' psychological counseling and support programs for intensive case management and parenting stress management programs are needed. Third, Individual visit case management is required. In addition, it is necessary to expand the eligibility for care services and to maintain long-term programs. Conclusion: The findings suggested that there is a need to provide mothers with not only personal assistance program but also services such as mothers' psychological counseling, peer mentor program, and parenting stress management.

This study developed an online learning support program to provide academic support for students on academic probation by considering the positive perception and advantages of online education and at the same time reflecting the difficulty in contacting students who have been placed on academic probation. The program consisted of topics and contents that could increase academic self-management and academic resilience of college students on academic probation, and the purpose was to verify the effectiveness of the online learning support program after operation. The research results are as follows. There was a significant difference in academic self-management, learning regulation, and positive attitude of college students on academic probation. This can be seen as the fact that college students on academic probation acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for studying, and their determination to study had a positive effect on their academic resilience. The significance of this study is that it developed a program that can help improve the academic resilience of college students on academic probation and analyzed its effectiveness.

Record management, especially in schools as an institution's information centre, needs serious attention from government agencies. Under record management policy, there needs to be practical guidance on record management specific to schools. This paper aims to construct a record management model based on the Eight Indonesian Education Standards to support school accountability in Indonesia. The urgency of this paper in filling the gap in the Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) role is primarily to support school accountability. It is important to include educational laws and regulations in Indonesia to be a foundation in archive management, including preparing the ERMS. This study aims to develop a model of record management in schools. The final stage in this research is to find the final model. The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

Subcontractors have an increased risk of accidents compared to large contractors. Subcontractors' safety management system is in close association with workers in construction sites. Contractors should strengthen subcontractors' roll and responsibility and provide continual support to prevent an accident. And also these supporting system should be provided to subcontractors' headquarters as well as construction site. Contractors' priority management for subcontractors safety should be transferred from the post management for disciplinary action to the preventive management to improve subcontractors participation and safety performance. Subcontractors can not establish the safety management system with just a one time supporting only. Contractors support and monitoring should be provided to subcontractors regularly and continuously to establish their self safety management system. The subcontractors safety management system improvement program(SSMSIP) suggested in this study will be a effective supporting system for subcontractors to establish and improve their safety management system. If we carry out the objective and quantitative evaluations and supporting system such as SSMSIP and provide the consequential incentive program to subcontractors, it can contribute to the accident reduction.

Purpose: Recent studies have focused on policies aimed at supporting the independence of individuals with disabilities in communities. As part of this initiative, supportive housing, integrated care, and residential spaces offer tailored services based on individual needs and autonomy. The attitudes and knowledge of the administrators supporting supportive housing residents regarding health management can influence the well-being of individuals with disabilities. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the challenges faced by supporting housing workers in enhancing the self-management skills of individuals with disabilities. Methods: In this qualitative study, focus group interviews were conducted in August 2023 with nine administrators working to support housing in Seoul. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interview data. Results: The needs and challenges in enhancing the self-management skills of individuals with disabilities were as follows: (1) the complexity of health management challenges, (2) bidirectional strategies for strengthening health management capabilities, and (3) support for systematic health management. Additionally, eight subthemes were derived. Conclusion: By investigating the difficulties experienced and identifying the necessary support requirements for supportive housing workers, this study seeks to uncover insights and identifies areas for improvement and strategies for health management. This study acknowledges the educational and institutional support necessary to improve the health and quality of life of individuals with disabilities residing in supportive housing.

By means of the model competition, this research analyzed the factor of patient management, the factor of policy support, and the factor of medical treatment system. Concretely, the factor of policy support forms a positive effects on the factor of medical treatment system. Practically, well-established healthcare policy provide and facilitate the effective medical treatment system. of the hospital. And, in the effective medical treatment system, hospitals try to develop the patient management of the chronic disease. From the empirical research, this paper concluded that the factor of medical treatment system. mediated by the factor of policy support. Also, the factor of medical treatment system promotes the development of patient management in the chronic disease.

The aim of this study is to develop construction safety and health management cost prediction model using support vector machine (SVM). To this end, theoretical concept of SVM is investigated to formulate the cost prediction model. Input and output variables have been selected by analyzing the balancing accounts for the completed construction project. In order to train and validate the proposed prediction model, 150 data sets have been gathered from field. Effects of SVM parameters on prediction accuracy are analyzed and from which the optimal parameter values have been determined. The prediction performance tests are conducted to confirm the applicability of the proposed model. Based on the results, it is concluded that the proposed SVM model can effectively be used to predict the construction safety and health management cost.

This report presents the development of an integrated logistics support system for a large-scale machinery manufacturing organization. The system consists of 3 major production management systems and 5 assisting systems. The major systems are: i) production planning and control system, ii) cost control system, and iii) material management system. The assisting systems are: i) personnel management system. ii) technology transfer system, iii) quality assurance system, iv) marketing assisting system, and v) management information system. In addition, other management systems such as planning system, R.&.D. system can be considered according to the organizational need. Several system flow models are developed and presented for the total logistics support system.
