Activation of conventional market in small town is important in the reinvigoration of local economy as an economical center. The revitalization of local economy is closely related to the fosterage of conventional market. So the local government is trying to activate the market. However, the projects for the activation of conventional market are mostly centered on the modernization of facilities which is carried out at urban districts. Those facilities-centered plans, being carried out at urban district, lack the consideration of the peculiarities of rural districts and the regional conditions of the conventional market in small towns. And some projects for the modernization of facilities produce negative results. Especially the conventional market in small town shows a spatial structure of a five-day market and a market place and it was influenced by the spatial relationship between the permanent market and periodic market. So analyses on the spatial lay-out and form, store facilities, spatial distribution of types of business, spatial utilization on market place are needed to improve the physical environment of the conventional market. In this context, the study analyzed systematically the space of an old and lagged Hongseong conventional market located in central district of a small town. And It is expected that the results use as a basic data to establish effective space improvement plan for conventional market in small town.

한번의 질의로 사용자가 모든 요구를 표현하기 어렵고 만족시킬 수 없기 때문에 질의를 확장하는 연구가 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LSI(Latent Semantic Indexing)에서 사용자의 질의와 의미공간에서의 용어들간의 유사도를 구해 최상위의 용어들을 순서를 정해 질의확장을 하는 방법과 LCA(Local Context Analysis)을 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 문서 집합에 대해 3가지 가중치를 적용한 결과를 분석하고 질의확장시의 문제점과 향후 연구과제에 대해 설명한다.

General models for the relaxed proximal point algorithm using the notion of relative maximal accretiveness (RMA) are developed, and then the convergence analysis for these models in the context of solving a general class of nonlinear inclusion problems differs significantly than that of Rockafellar (1976), where the local Lipschitz continuity at zero is adopted instead. Moreover, our approach not only generalizes convergence results to real Banach space settings, but also provides a suitable alternative to other problems arising from other related fields.

The current article studied wave propagation in a nonlocal porous thermoelastic half-space with temperature-dependent properties. The problem is solved in the context of the Green-Lindsay theory (G-L) and the Lord- Shulman theory (L-S) based on thermoelasticity with memory-dependent derivatives. The governing equations of the porous thermoelastic solid are solved using normal mode analysis with an eigenvalue approach. In order to illustrate the analytical developments, the numerical solution is carried out, and the effect of local parameter and temperature-dependent properties on the physical fields are presented graphically.

The proliferation of wireless local area networks (WLANs) offering high data rate in hot spot area have spurred the demand for possible WLANs and third-generation (3G) cellular network integration solutions as the initiative step towards 4G systems. This paper provides a novel architecture for seamless location-aware integration of WLANs into 3G cellular networks and also an analysis for the efficient handover techniques. We introduce location as a key context in secure roaming mechanism for context-aware interworking in 4G systems. The fast secure roaming with location-aware authentication is implemented at an entity called location-aware service (LAS) broker that utilizes the concepts of direction of user and pre-warming zone. The location-ware interworking architecture supports seamless roaming services among heterogeneous wireless networks including WLANs, wireless metropolitan area networks (WMANs), and 3G cellular networks. This paper also includes a description of procedures needed to implement efficient mobility and location management. We show how the LAS broker with pre-warming and context transfer can obtain significant lower latency in the vertical handover.

학교교육개선을 위한 방안으로서 융복합교육에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하는 가운데 본 연구에서는 2009 개정 수학과 교육과정에 따른 중학교 1학년 수학교과서 13종에 수록된 실세계 기반의 과제 880개를 대상으로 융복합 맥락 차원 및 융복합 방식 차원과 관련하여 과제 구성상의 특징을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 융복합교육의 맥락 차원에서는 개인적 맥락이 가장 많이 나타났고, 융복합 방식 차원에서는 타 교과의 제재가 수학 문제해결과 직접적인 관련이 없거나 단순하게 설명문 형식으로 제시되어 있는 순차모형의 과제가 가장 높은 비율로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 수학교과를 통해 학습자의 융복합적인 역량을 함양하고 문 이과 통합을 통해 융합적 사고를 증진시키려는 목표를 달성하기에는 현행 교과서의 구성이 매우 제한적임을 보여주는 결과로써, 학습자가 살아갈 미래사회와 세계사회 맥락에서의 탐구가 가능한 과제 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. 이러한 맥락에서 타 교과의 지식 및 사회적인 쟁점과 수학교과를 융복합교육의 관점에서 보다 의미 충실하게 연결할 수 있는 과제 개발에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

The Korean central government has been investing a lot of efforts to promote performance of local governments. For example, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security (MOPAS) supported the local governments to develop and provide with a 'balanced score card' and a 'customer satisfaction innovation. ' Many other central ministries also conducted individual evaluations for local governments in their substantive policy areas. These evaluation systems of 78 appraisals for local governments conducted by the MOPAS and other ministries had made the local governments to work harder. However, most local governments have appealed their 'reform fatigue' caused by the overlapping evaluation systems. In this context, the MOPAS initiated merging the evaluations into a co-evaluation system under the new Government Performance Evaluation Act of 2006. In this process of introduction of new evaluation system, there are two significant movements. Firstly, as Korean Government has strong information technology, MOPAS has developed 'Virtual Policy Studio (VPS)' which evaluates the performance of each local government with on line. In other words, in the co-evaluation system for local government performance most evaluation steps are implemented by computer and Internet. So most stakeholder can access and work on the VPS in real time when they want to. And the other thing is that cooperation among stakeholders has been occurred in the co-evaluation system. Furthurmore the cooperative governance is systemized and sustain for a long time because MOPAS made IT based co-evaluation system. Therefore this paper intends to illustrate the process of introduction of VPS, main process of co-evaluation system based on VPS and analyze collaborative governance of the co-evaluation system.

이 연구의 목적은 국책 연구기관이 지역 발전과 지역혁신체제의 구축에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 대덕연구단지의 경험을 지역혁신체제 논의가 출발한 유럽의 경험과 비교 분석해 보는 것이다. 이를 통해 지역 발전을 위한 국책 연구기관의 역할 및 잠재력과 그 장애 요소, 그리고 정책 대안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 유럽의 경우 1990년대 중반 이후 지역 정책의 방향이 과학단지 같은 물리적 하부구조 조성에서 기술이전 촉진과 혁신을 유발할 수 있는 지역환경 조성 쪽으로 전환되고 있다. 대덕연구단지 사례 연구 결과, 이곳 국책 연구기관들이 최근 벤처기업의 창업과 산-연 네트워크 활성화에 어느 정도 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 그렇지만 여전히 유럽, 특히 독일의 지역화된 연구기관에 비해서 지역과의 양적, 질적 협력 수준이 미흡하다는 점이 발견되었다. 결론적으로 수도권에 연구 역량이 편중된 우리나라에서 지역균형발전을 위해서 향후 비수도권 국책 연구기관이 지역혁신체제의 거점 역할을 보다 적극적으로 수행할 필요가 있다는 점이 지적되었다.

대형할인마트와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 등장으로 지역 유통시장이 축소 위축되고 있는 상황에서 경영 여건이 어려운 재래시장은 심각한 어려움에 처해있는 실정이다. 그러나 재래시장은 유통부문의 거래물량이나 소비자의 이용빈도 측면에서 볼 때 아직도 중요한 위치를 점하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에 재래시장의 시설 및 경영현대화와 시장정비를 촉진하여 지역상권을 활성화하고 유통산업의 균형 있는 성장을 도모해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증평군 장뜰시장이 경쟁력을 갖고 지역경제를 활성화 할 수 있도록 사업환경을 분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하고, 정책적 판단에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

During the last several years, the high speed railway system has been constructed and it is scheduled to open sometime in 2004. To fulfil its duties, it is essential to view intermodalism in the context of broader technological developments in easy access to high speed railway station. And also, to understand the economic importance of intermodal transportation, continual research is needed on the costs and distributional effects of alternative intermodal mechanisms for public works, including direct service to local station or easy transfer to other mass transportation modes. In this paper, necessary courses for local governments involvement are taken, and additional resources must be found that will benefit the entire railway system.
