Micro features on the surface are well-known to have significant effects on optical or mechanical properties such as the optical interference, reflectance at the surface, contact angle, interfacial friction, etc. These surface micro features are increasingly employed to enhance the functionality of the applications in various application areas such as optical components for LCD or solar panel. Diverse surface features have been proposed and some of them are showing excellent efficiency or functionality, especially in optical applications. Most applications employing the micro features need manufacturing process for mass production and the injection molding and roll-to-roll forming, which are typical processes for mass production adopting polymeric materials, may be also preferred for micro patterned plastic product. Since the functionality or efficiency of the surface structures generally depends on the shape and the size of the structure itself or the array of the structures on the surface, it would be very important to replicate the features very precisely as being designed during the molding the micro pattern applications. In this paper, a series of research activities is introduced for roll-to-roll forming of micro patterned film including filling of patterns with UV curable resin, demolding of surface structures from the roll tool, control of surface energy and cure shrinkage of resin and dispose time and intensity of the UV light for curing of UV curable resin.
Although various models have been developed to establish the enterprise credit scoring, no model has utilized the enterprise human resource so far. The purpose of this study was to build an enterprise credit scoring model using enterprise human resource factors. The data to measure the enterprise credit score were made by the first-year research material of HCCP was used to investigate the enterprise human resource and 2004 Credit Rating Score generated from KIS-Credit Scoring Model. The independent variables were chosen among questionnaires of HCCP based on Mclagan(1989)'s HR wheel model, and the credit score of Korean Information Service was used for the dependent variables. The statistical method used for data analysis was logistic regression. As a result of constructing a model, 22 variables were selected. To see these specifically by each large area, 6 variables in human resource development(HRD) area, 15 in human resource management(HRM) area, and 1 in the other area were chosen. As a consequence of 10 fold cross validation, misclassification rate and G-mean were 30.81 and 68.27 respectively. Decile having the highest response rate was bigger than the one having the lowest response rate by 6.08 times, and had a tendency to decrease. Therefore, the result of study showed that the proposed model was appropriate to measure enterprise credit score using enterprise human resource variables.
This paper examines the determinants of efficiency in a KOSDAQ-listed manufacturing firm. We use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to estimate the efficiency of the export manufacturing firm. We employ two inputs (number of employees, equity) and one output (sales) in the DEA. The determinants of export manufacturing firm efficiency are estimated using the panel Tobit model. An analysis of 369 export manufacturing firms from 2013 to 2015 indicates the following results: First, the R&D intensity, the wage and salary intensity, total asset, and equity ratio each had a negative impact on both the CCR and BCC efficiency scores. However, export intensity had a negative impact on CCR efficiency scores in a KOSDAQ-listed total export manufacturing firm. Second, the R&D intensity had a positive impact on both the CCR and BCC efficiency scores, but export intensity, the wage and salary intensity, and equity ratio each had a negative impact on the CCR and BCC efficiency scores in a KOSDAQ-listed large export manufacturing firm. Third, the R&D intensity, the wage and salary intensity, total asset, and equity ratio each had a negative impact on both the CCR and BCC efficiency scores; respectively, in a KOSDAQ-listed small and medium export manufacturing firm.

The large-area crystallization of amorphous silicon thin films on glass backplanes is one of the key technologies in the manufacture of flat-panel displays. Joule-heating induced crystallization (JIC) is a recently introduced crystallization technology. It is considered a highly promising technique for fabricating OLEDs, because the film of amorphous silicon on glass can be crystallized in tens of microseconds, minimizing thermal and structural damage to the glass. In this study, we theoretically and experimentally investigated the temperature variation during the phase transformation. The critical temperatures for crystallization were determined for both solid-solid and solid-liquidsolid transitions, by carrying out in-situ temperature measurements and numerical analysis of the JIC.

Fine microgroove is the key component to fabricate micro-grating, micro-grating lens and so on. Conventional groove fabrication methods such as etching and lithography have some problems in efficiency and surface integrity. This study deals with the creation of ultra-precision micro grooves using non-rotational diamond tool and CNC machining center. The shaping type machining method proposed in the study allows to produce V-shaped grooves of $40\mu{m}$ in depth with enough dimensional accuracy and surface. For the analysis of machining characteristics in micro V-grooving, three components of cutting forces and AE signal are measured and processed. Experimental results showed that large amplitude of cutting forces and AE appeared at the beginning of every cutting path, and cutting forces had a linear relation with the cross-sectional area of uncut chip thickness. From the results of this study, proposed micro V-grooving technique could be successfully applied to forming the precise optical parts like prism patterns on light guide panel of TFT-LCD.

2-axis tracking solar PV system applying a fixed-type unit than in the same area as the panel's power output to more than 140% can be obtained that have been identified. However, this approach compared with fixed or 1-axis control system and control the complexity of trekking equipment power the cursor comes to a relatively small output PV unit is called. In this paper, a small PV power units as a way to improve the economics of the small output of multiple PV units in the central control unit in enclosed places an intermittent manner by a remote control for each unit of the trek at the same time to simplify the control mechanism to reduce power that will be introduced. also the construction of large-scale PV development plans in difficult environments can be utilized in a manner appropriate to introduce.

This paper proposed a new amplitude width modulation for OLED data driver IC. The data driver controls brightness of OLED by adjusting amplitude and width of the data drive current pulse. There were two conventional methods; pulse amplitude modulation(PAM) and pulse width modulation(PWM). The PWM method suffered from lower light emitting time efficiency at low luminance signal. The PAM method suffered from large chip area using DACs for each column. The proposed method was aiming at accurately controlling of the current level by MSB data and light emitting efficiency by LSB data to improve the inefficiencies of the PAM and a PWM. The proposed AWM driver circuit implemented using $0.35-{\mu}m$ 3-poly 4-metal CMOS high voltage process. The simulation result shows the improvement in the accuracy of the gray level control even though the driver circuit is smaller than the PAM.

Analog film/screen systems have been being changed to a digital x-ray imaging device using direct conversion materials. Photocoductors for a direct detection flat-panel imager require high x-ray absorption, ionization and charge collection, low leakage current and large area deposition. In this work, $HgI_2$ films with excellent properties for x-ray detector were deposited by screen printing method. The thickness of $HgI_2$ film was about $150\;{\mu}m$. The passivation layer is fabricated using a-Se and parlyene, the both fabrication $HgI_2$ film were compared for analyzing the leakage current reduction. We measured electrical properties-leakage current, photosensitivity, SNR though I-V measurement, As the result, $HgI_2$ film using a-Se passivation layer had the greater
Electroluminescent(EL) devices based on organic materials have been of great interest due to their possible applications for large-area flat-panel displays. They are attractive because of their capability of multicolor emission, and low operation voltage. In this study, glass substrate/ITO/TPD/$Eu(TTA)_3(phen)/Alq_3/Al$ structures were fabricated by evaporation method, where aromatic diamine(TPD) were used as a hole transporting material, $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ as an emitting material, and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)Aluminum ($Alq_3$) as an electron transporting layer. Electroluminescent(EL) and I-V characteristics of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ with a variety thickness was investigated. This structure shows the red EL spectrum, which is almost the same as the PL spectrum of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$. I-V characteristics of this structure show that turn-on voltage was 9V and current density of $0.01A/cm^2$ at a dc drive voltage of 9V. Details on the explanation of electrical transport phenomena of these structures with I-V characteristics using the trapped-charge-limited current model will be discussed.

$InGaZnO_4$ based thin film transistors (TFTs) are of interest for large area and low cost electronics. The TFTs have strong potential for application in flat panel displays and portable electronics due to their high field effect mobility, high on/off current ratios, and high optical transparency. The application of such room temperature processed transistors, however, is often limited by the operation voltage and long-tenn stability. Therefore, attaining an optimum thickness is necessary. We investigated the thickness dependence of a room temperature grown $MgO_{0.3}BST_{0.7}$ composite gate dielectric and an $InGaZnO_4$ (IGZO) active semiconductor on the electrical characteristics of thin film transistors fabricated on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate. The TFT characteristics were changed markedly with variation of the gate dielectric and semiconductor thickness. The optimum gate dielectric and active semiconductor thickness were 300 nm and 30 nm, respectively. The TFT showed low operating voltage of less than 4 V, field effect mobility of 21.34 cm2/$V{\cdot}s$, an on/off ratio of $8.27\times10^6$, threshold voltage of 2.2 V, and a subthreshold swing of 0.42 V/dec.
