불확정제약조건의 추론에 의한 일반화된 job-shop의 일정계획 (Reasoning of Uncertain Constraints in a Generalized Job-shop Scheduling)

  • 이 연구의 모형은, 자원(기계, 인력), 주문(작업)의 의미를 확정한 "일반화된 job-shop"이다. 이 모형의 제약조건을 파악한 후, 불확정 제약조건의 표현과 추론방법을 연구하였으며, 이를 위하여 일정계획 수립 기능들을 모듈화하였다. 불확정제약조건에 따라 모듈들을 선택적으로 사용하기 위한 추론 과정은, 먼저, 납기만족이 우선이며 제약만족(CSP) 일정계획 모듈을 사용하고 그렇지 않으면 디스패칭 모듈을 사용한다. 그리하여, 납기, 작업시간의 불확정성과 자원의 변동, 새 주문의 추가, 일정계획 목표의 변경등을 반영하는 일정계획 수립방법을 제시하였다. 이 논문은 제약만족 일정계획과 디스패칭 일정계획을 하나의 틀에서 함께 사용함으로써, 일정계획 목표의 변경이나 제조환경이 변화에 대처할 수 있음을 보인다.수 있음을 보인다.

Measuring Acceptance Levels of Webcast-Based E-Learning to Improve Remote Learning Quality Using Technology Acceptance Model

  • This study aims to improve the quality of distance learning by developing webcast-based e-learning media and integrating it into an e-learning platform for functional job training purposes at the National Research and Innovation Agency, Indonesia. This study uses a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess and predict user perceptions of information systems using webcast platforms as an alternative to conventional applications. The research method was an online survey using Google Forms. Data collected from 136 respondents involved in practical job training were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the technology acceptance model. The results showed that the proposed model effectively explained the variables associated with the adoption of web-based e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia for participants engaged in functional job training. These findings suggest that users' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, benefits, attitudes, intentions, and webcast usage significantly contribute to the acceptance and use of a more effective and efficient webcast-based e-learning platform.

부품외주를 고려한 조립형 Flowshop 일정계획 해법 개선 (An Improvement of Algorithms for Assembly-type Flowshop Scheduling Problem with Outsourcing)

  • This paper improves algorithms for an assembly-type flowshop scheduling problem in which each job is to assemble two types of components and makespan is the objective measure. For the assembly, one type of the components is outsourced with job-dependent lead time but the other type is fabricated in-house. When both components for a job are prepared, the assembly operation for the job can be started. This problem had been proved to be NP-Complete, so branch-and-bound (B&B) and heuristic algorithms have already been developed. In this paper, we suggest other dominance rules, lowerbound and heutistic algorithms. Also, we develop a new B&B algorithm using these improved bound and dominance rules. The suggested heuristics and B&B algorithm are compared with existing algorithms on randomly-generated test problems.

로트 스트리밍 흐름공정 일정계획의 스트레치 최소화 (On Lot-Streaming Flow Shops with Stretch Criterion)

  • Lot-streaming is the process of splitting a job (lot) into sublots to allow the overlapping of operations between successive machines in a multi-stage production system. A new genetic algorithm (NGA) is proposed for an n-job, m-machine, lot-streaming flow shop scheduling problem with equal-size sublots in which the objective is to minimize the total stretch. The stretch of a job is the ratio of the amount of time the job spent before its completion to its processing time. NGA replaces the selection and mating operators of genetic algorithms (GAs) by marriage and pregnancy operators and incorporates the idea of inter-chromosomal dominance and individuals' similarities. Extensive computational experiments for medium to large-scale lot-streaming flow-shop scheduling problems have been conducted to compare the performance of NGA with that of GA.

일과 삶의 균형(WLB) 지원제도가 종업원 인게이지먼트에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Work-Life Balance(WLB) Support Systerm on Employee Engagement - Focused on Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support -)

  • 본 연구는 복리후생적 인사제도로 인식되고 있는 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도(일, 가족, 성장 지원제도)가 종업원 인게이지먼트(조직몰입, 직무몰입)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 이들 간의 관계에서 조직지원인식(수단적, 정서적)의 조절효과에 대해서 검증하고자 하였다. 연구모형 및 가설검증을 위해 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도를 시행하고 있는 회사의 종업원 537명을 대상으로 분석 하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종업원 인게이지먼트의 조직몰입과 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도의 관계에서는 성장, 일, 가족 지원제도 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 종업원 인게이지먼트의 직무몰입과의 관계에서는 성장, 일 지원제도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 조직몰입의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 직무몰입과의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 수단적, 정서적 지원 모두 성장지원제도를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 연구가 활발히 진행되지 않았던 일과 삶의 균형(WLB) 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 영향관계를 검증하는 실증연구라는 점에서 학문적 의의와 함께 복리후생적 인사제도의 활용을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공했다는 점에 의의를 둘 수 있다.

  • 계산 그리드 컴퓨팅은 수많은 컴퓨팅 자원들을 이용하여, 슈퍼 컴퓨팅이나 이전의 분산 컴퓨팅으로 해결 할 수 없는 대용량의 연산 문제를 해결한다. 계산 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 자원은 이 기종으로 구성되어, 효율적인 작업 처리를 위해서는 스케줄링 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 계산 그리드에서 효율적인 작업 스케줄링을 위하여 퍼지로직 기반의 그리드 작업 스케줄링 모델을 제안한다. 퍼지로직 기반의 그리드 작업 스케줄링 모델은 퍼지로직을 이용하여 자원의 효율성을 평가하며, 평가된 기반으로 그룹을 구성하여 작업을 할당하는 모델이다. 우리는 DEVS 모델링 & 시뮬레이션 환경에서 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하고 Random 스케줄링과 MCT 스케줄링 모델과의 비교 실험을 통하여 제안된 퍼지로직 기반의 그리드 작업 스케줄링 모델이 작업완료시간, 작업손실, 통신량을 개선함으로써 더욱 더 안정적이고 빠른 작업 처리 서비스를 그리드 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다는 사실을 증명하였다.

지식베이스 시스템과 형식 방법을 이용한 효과적인 인적자원 관리 (Effective Human Resource Management through knowledge based systems and formal methods)

  • Human Resource Management (HRM) performs numerous activities in organizations including employee recruitment, selection, placement, job analysis, training and development, and labor relations. POSCO (Pohang Steel Company) has concerned with employee management related to job placement and analysis among these activities because of the problems of over-complexity of placement precedures for the variety of recruits, the frequency of selection, a large amount of job descriptions / specifications, and their changes. This study, as a phase of developing the entire HRM systems in the organization, briefly summarizes the preliminary information related and describes an implementation of expert system as a means for effective job placement based on the principle of right-person-in-right-place with identifying aptitudes and personalities of employees. Thus, a new approach for developing a job description/specification using a formal specification language like Z is also proposed. The result of this study will cultivate the performance of personnel, prevent conflicts between labor and management, promote overall productivity of organization, as well as helpfully verify job analysis.

응급구조사의 직무만족도와 영향요인에 대한 문헌고찰 (Job satisfaction of emergency medical technicians and influencing factor: a literature review)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the degree of job satisfaction of emergency medical technicians and its influencing factors through systematic review of prior studies. Methods: Databases were searched including national assembly library, national digital science library, korea education research information service and korean studies information service system to conduct systematic literature review. Results: The included studies were published from 2004 to 2017. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria to the retrieved 92 studies, a total of 11 studies were included for the final analysis. The questionnaire developed by Slavitt, Stamps, Piedmont and Haase was the most common tool used from the included studies. In the study using 5 point Likert type scale, the average job satisfaction level of emergency medical technicians was 3.18. It was 2.86 based on 4 point scale. Conclusion: According to the study results, the satisfaction level of emergency medical technicians is around the medium level. Effective strategy should be developed to improve job satisfaction based on the findings of the influencing factors to emergency medical technicians' job satisfaction.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

정보시스템 인퓨전(Infusion)에 대한 연구: 사회-기술적 체계 관점 (Investigating Information System Infusion: A Socio-Technical System Perspective)

  • Many organizations have spent huge investments on information systems (IS) but are unable to achieve the maximum benefits expected. The problem of system underutilization of implemented IS is a major factor that causes the lackluster returns on organizational investments in IS. In light of the need for solutions to underutilization, researchers are beginning to explore IS infusion to enhance task performance. IS infusion is the extent to which an individual fully uses the system to enhance his or her task performance. So far, there has yet to be any significant finding or theory to explain the phenomenon. Therefore this study offers a conceptual framework on IS infusion based on the socio-technical system perspective. Particularly, this study investigates the influence of job fit, task competence, technology competence, self-determination with technology and self-determination with task on IS infusion. The analysis following the collection of empirical data found that job fit and self-determination with technology are positively related to IS infusion. This study serves as a basis for future research and suggests important implication to managers and system designers in promoting IS infusion.
