실직으로 인한 임금 손실과 지속 원인에 대한 연구 (Study on the Persistent Wage Losses of Displaced Workers)

  • 이 논문은 한국노동패널 조사 자료를 이용하여 실직자들이 겪는 임금 손실의 정도를 실직 발생 직후에서 부터 4년 후까지 분석하였다. 종전에 국내에서 이루어진 연구들에서는 주로 실직 직후에 발생하는 손실에 초점이 맞춰졌는데, 실직으로 인한 손실이 지속될 경우 이는 손실을 과소 추정하는 것이 된다. 논문의 분석 결과에 의하면 실직 발생 4년 후에도 실직으로 인한 임금 손실이 유의미하게 지속되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 실직으로 인해 발생하는 일자리 경험의 손실과 반복 실직의 발생에 크게 영향 받은 결과인 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 작업치료사의 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식이 직무스트레스와 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 작업치료사 173명을 대상으로 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식, 직무스트레스와 직무몰입을 평가하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식, 직무스트레스와 직무몰입(p<.01) 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식의 하위요인 중 교육경험(p<.01)과 윤리문제의 심각성(p<.05)은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식의 하위요인 중 교육경험(p<.05)은 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들을 통하여 직업윤리의 중요성을 인식하고, 이를 향상하기 위한 체계적인 교육이 필요할 것이다.

중소기업 종사자들의 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성 인식이 직무역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Person-Job Fit and Organizational Justice Recognition on the Job Competency of Small and Medium Enterprises Workers)

  • 국내 중소기업 종사자들은 수십 년의 직장 근무경력에도 불구하고 퇴직 후 직장에서 쌓은 직무역량을 활용한 자영 업종에 진출하지 못하고 있다. 대기업과 달리, 중소기업은 당장 성과에 치중하다 보니 종사원의 중장기적인 직무역량 향상을 위한 시스템을 제대로 갖추지 못하고 있다. 중소기업 종사자들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 분석하여 중소기업 인사담당자를 위한 실무적인 시사점을 도출할 필요가 있다. 선행연구에서는 의료, 공무원, IT 등 특정 업종 분야에서 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 독립변수 분석은 있지만, 중소기업 종사자들에 대한 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 일반 종사자들의 직무역량을 종속변수로 하고 이에 영향을 미치는 독립변수를 선행연구에 기초하여 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성으로 설정했다. 이들의 하위 변수로는 직무 적합성에는 지식, 기술, 경험, 욕구를, 조직 공정성에는 분배, 절차, 배치 공정성을 각각 도출하였다. 국내 중소기업 종사자를 대상으로 2019년 2월~3월에 걸쳐 Likert 5점 척도에 의한 설문조사를 진행했으며, 323명으로부터 설문을 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 직무 적합성의 4개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 지식, 기술, 경험은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 욕구는 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 조직 공정성의 3개 하위 독립변수 가운데, 배치 공정성은 직무역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 분배와 절차 공정성은 그렇지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업 인사담당자는 채용, 배치, 승진 등 단계별로 지식, 기술, 경험, 배치 공정성 등의 독립변수를 적절히 활용하여 종사자들의 직무역량을 향상할 필요가 있다. 직무역량을 객관적으로 측정하지 못하는 본 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 향후 직무역량 모델링 연구가 필요하다.

  • This study is about implementing an job matching web service system based on the Job seeker's company assessment model proposed by the researchers. Basically, the Job seekers' company assessment model is based on the concept that each job seeker can evaluate the recruitment company candidates using job seekers's own major consideration factors. Using the implemented information system, each job seeker's main considerations in job searching process are evaluated and stored and compared to those of other job seekers' or groups' characterized by sex, job experience residential area and etc. by finding out and listing up the companies in the order of the preference of job seeker own or belonging groups, job seekers can be helped to find suitable companies which fit well to themselves.

Models of Variables Predicting Job Satisfaction of Clothing Salespeople

  • This study explores the variables that predict the job satisfaction of clothing salespeople. A total of 270 questionnaires obtained from clothing salespeople were submitted for analysis. The results show that job stress was a negative influence whereas customer-orientation and self-efficacy were positive influences on the job satisfaction of clothing salespeople. The relationships were repeatedly investigated by the groups divided by personal and store characteristics. Job stress was not different by job experience, job position, and the price level of the products for sale; however, customer orientation, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction were different by those factors. In the case of more experienced salespeople with high positions, job stress would not be a predictor of job satisfaction. The study findings confirmed variables predicting job satisfaction, as well as revealed some personal and store characteristics that can affect the relationships of the variables.

게임기업 CEO의 관련사업경험이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 -사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Empirical Study on Relationship Between Corporate Performance and Related Business Experience of Game Company's CEO : Moderating effect of Social Capital)

  • As the CEO`s of game companies should be ready for the rapid change of technical environment of game industry, highly skilled employees and the social capital become very important factors in doing game business. 2013 Korea Game White Paper shows that many game companies prefer employees with job experience. The social capital and network help game companies get industrial information easily. This study empirically examines the relationship among CEO`s related business experience, corporate performance and social capital based on 134 Korean game companies. CEO`s characteristics are measured by using demographic characteristics including age, amount of education, and prior job experience and psychological characteristics, but this study focuses on related business experience. The results of this study show some significant relationship between the related business experience of CEO and nonfinancial performance of the firm. Secondly, this study verifies the moderating effect of the social capital between the related business experience of CEO and non-financial performance of the firm. The results of the moderating effect of the social capital show that social capital increases the non-financial performance.

  • The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker's loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group's job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

중소 병원 간호사들의 업무상 손상경험에 영향을 미치는 요인파악 (Factors Associated with Work-Related Injuries of Nurses in Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors associated with work related injuries of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals. Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with nurses in eight hospitals from October 2007 to January 2008. A questionnaire was designed to collect information on nurses' work related injuries, and individual and job related characteristics. The response rate was 65.1%. Data from 294 nurses were analyzed. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine factors associated with work related injuries. Result: Of the 294 nurses, 19.1% (n=56) responded as having at least one injury during their job performance. The logistic regression analysis revealed that the significant factors influencing work related injuries were job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital's location. Nurses with a higher job satisfaction were less likely to experience work related injuries (OR=0.58). Nurses with a higher stress recognition (OR=2.57) and those working at hospitals in metropolitan cities (OR=3.28) were more likely to experience work related injuries. Conclusions: The result of this study indicated that a substantial proportion of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals had experienced injuries related to nursing job. Interventions to prevent work related injuries among nurses should take into account the job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital characteristics.

투석실 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 자기효능감과 직무만족도 (A Study on the Professional Self-concept, Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Hemodialysis Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the level of professional self-concept, self-efficacy and job satisfaction among nurses who work at hemodialysis units. Methods: With convenience sampling, 128 nurses working at hemodialysis settings in Chungcheong Province were participated in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 14.0 with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The mean scores were 2.68 for professional self-concept, 3.65 for self efficacy and 3.14 for job satisfaction. There were significant differences in professional self-concept according to age, religion, position and clinical experience. There was statistically significant difference in self-efficacy according to age. Also, there was statistically significant difference in job satisfaction according to age, marital status, hospital type, position, clinical experience, and the number of patients per nurse. Job satisfaction was positively correlated with professional self-concept and self-efficacy. Conclusion: These findings provided that interventions to enhance professional self-concept as well as the strategies to improve self-efficacy are very important.
