Recently, developing countries such as Mongolia are trying to establish Internet-based e-Commerce infrastructures. This paper aims to propose methods for establishing e-Commerce infrastructure in Mongolia where the usage rate of the Internet are growing. At first, current situation of e-Commerce in Mongolia has been analyzed. In addition, public opinion on this sector and consumer behavior have been researched in order to define the problems and issues. Government policies of the countries including Korea, where the level of e-Commerce development is high, were benchmarked and a strategic plan has been developed to resolve the issues. Finally, for the purpose of making e-Commerce widely adopted by Mongolian people, we have developed an Internet shopping mall which can solve the issues identified in this paper. It is expected that the results of this research could help the Government of Mongolia establish policies for supporting e-Commerce development.
Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.
There are recently a lot of inconvenience because every client should be set to the proxy server on the browser in order to control the access by means of the client authentication in the proxy server. The client authentication technology using the transparency cache in this paper will be transparently used for every user in the internet which option of the authentication function is simply set in the cache server. In addition, the administrator will get the benefit since he can control the traffic of each client and strengthen the security. And also, this system is expected to use in the eCRM deeply rotated to the tendency of the client in the field of the e-commerce like shopping mall in the internet since the administrator can monitor the pattern of the client using the internet. This technique can be applied to the company affiliated research center, the EC website, and the military where it is essential for the tight security even though there are no additional security devices.
Recently internet shopping malls provide newer and more varied goods and services to meet the demand of their customers. And as new companies enter the on-line shopping mall business, competition in this specific market is getting stiffer. Therefore, to keep a more sustained relationship with their customers, internet shopping malls need to satisfy their customers with their goods and services and to make them loyal customers. Unlike bricks-and-mortar stores in real life, This study also aims to propose an on-line physical environment model, and to develop the existing on-line research into a physical environment. The physical environment is measured on the four dimensions and 4 measurement units and the on-line physical environment, trust, and purchasing decisions are also explained. This study makes contributions as follows. First, online physical environments contain theoretical syntheses and operational definition. Second, this study finds that trust is an important part of an on-line transaction. Third, this study provides an insight into some of the factors preceding purchasing decisions. Lastly, this study finds that the consumer's comprehension of the on-line environment has a considerable influence on trust and purchasing decisions.

Large global online shopping malls, such as Amazon, offer services in English or in the language of a country when their products are sold. Since many customers purchase products based on the product reviews, the shopping malls actively utilize the sentimental analysis technique in judging preference of each product using the large amount of review data that the customer has written. And the result of such analysis can be used for the marketing to look the potential shoppers. However, it is difficult to apply this English-based semantic analysis system to different languages used around the world. In this study, more than 500,000 data from Amazon fine food reviews was used for training a deep learning based system. First, sentiment analysis evaluation experiments were carried out with three models of English test data. Secondly, the same data was translated into seven languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, German and English) and then the similar experiments were done. The result suggests that although the accuracy of the sentimental analysis was 2.77% lower than the average of the seven countries (91.59%) compared to the English (94.35%), it is believed that the results of the experiment can be used for practical applications.

The purpose of this study consists of two parts: (1) to find the determinant variables of the website users' continuous using Intention in a certain website, (2) to examine the relative influences of the variables influencing the users' behavior in online environments. The framework of this study is based on the combination of some theories - Davis(1989)'s TAM, Fishbein(1975)'s TRA, Hoffman et al.(1997), Schneiderman(2000), Yoon(2002), Lee and Turban(2001), Sultan et al.(2002), Shankar et al.(2002a, 2002b), McKnight et al.(2002), Chen and Dhillon(2003), Heijden(2003) and so on. Major findings of this research are summarized as fellows: First, determinant of website continuous using intention was affected by 1) the-attitude and 2) the trust of the website except of perceived usefulness. Second, the website attitude was affected by the perceived usefulness, design, experience, reputation. But perceived ease of use did not affect the website attitude. Third, the website trust was affected by the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, design, experience of website. But the reputation of website did not determine the trust of Website in this research model.

Internet communications have provoked new forms of online word-of-mouth(WOM) communication and it has become more powerful. At this point, this study analyses the effects of information characteristics(direction, consensus) of online WOM. Especially, quasi-experiment can systematically manipulate the direction and the consensus of online WOM information and it perceived the difference in the effects in this study. Female consumers who have purchased clothing at online shopping mall in past 6 months participated in the experiment by completing 4 type questionnaires(N=600). Data are analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, one way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. The Results of this study are as follows: (1) The direction of online WOM information significantly influences consumer's reliability of information, attitude, and purchase intentions. These effects are more significant when negative WOM information than positive information and two-sided information was given. (2) Though there is the difference in reliability of information, the consensus of online WOM information does not have influences on consumer's attitude and purchase intentions. (3) Consumer's clothing involvement is related to WOM information searching. The highly involved consumer is more effected by online WOM information than the lowly one.
Nowadays, personal media is a new tool for communication as digital cameras and mobile phones are developing rapidly. We are concerned over Cyworld users who could have different personal characteristics which will influence on buying patterns in on line shopping behaviors. The purpose of this research was to observe fashion attitudes and purchase behavior of Cyworld mini homepage users, for establishing marketing strategies by understanding consumers. For this study, one line survey was used for 500 male and female subjects who are 20 to 40 years old. Only reliable 441 questionnaires were used for analysis. The SPSS program was used for frequency, K-means cluster, t test, and chi-square test. A total of 441 respondents were clustered on the basis of 8 item self-disclosure scale, using the K-means procedures. The results indicated that respondents were clustered into two segments; 267 respondents(active attitude towards self-disclosure) and 164 ones(not active). We examined fashion attitudes in mini home page and buying behavior by self-disclosed variable. Those who are involved actively in self expression and self-disclosure considered more fashion style and trend. The major motivates of web surfing was finding a good design, and good price. High self-disclosure group tends to search many shopping mall for right design and low self disclosure group tends to search them for the right price. High self-disclosure group tend to shop the fashion products more, while low self disclosure group tend to purchase books more through the internet. We realized that active group in self-disclosure purchased their clothing accidently when they visit Cyworld.
