Satellite navigation system such as GPS is becoming more important infrastructure for positioning, navigation and timing. But satellite navigation system is vulnerable to interferences because of the low received power, complementary navigation system such as eLoran is needed. In order to develop eLoran/GPS navigation system, integrated eLoran/GPS navigation algorithm is necessary. In this paper, new integrated eLoran/GPS navigation algorithm is proposed. It combines the position domain integration and the range domain integration to get accurate position with less computational burden. Also an eLoran/GPS evaluation platform is designed and performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm using the evaluation platform is given. The proposed algorithm gives an accuracy of the range domain integration with a computational load of the position domain integration.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

In this paper we proposed an algorithm selection method based on the features of video inputs which are acquired from the large scale integrated surveillance system. The example of integrated surveillance system is the metro railway system. Automated surveillance system at large area saves the human resource and minimizes the non-observing spots. We have analyzed the input video under this system in order to apply adequate video analytics algorithms in each installing places and for each situation. Based on the analysis, we suggested event processing scenarios and video analytic algorithm selection.

In this study, the problems in the domestic disaster management system were identified through the examination of the system, relevant implications were drawn through the present status of domestic integrated disaster management system, and the consciousness survey for the integrated disaster management system targeting fire-fighting officers in the front line of the disaster was carried out to identify the measures to improve the system. Based on the findings, the measures to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system was presented, and the contents of the measures are as follows. In order to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system, the following measures should be prepared for each item. In the organizational aspect, the coordination system between government agencies should be established properly and the relevant information should he shared and delivered smoothly. In the legal and institutional aspect, the improvement is required to prevent any miscommunications in the coordination and joint operation plan through the collaboration between government agencies should be established in consideration of characteristics of each government agency. Also, in the aspect of system, the equipment should be maintained and updated continuously in order to respond to rapidly changing disasters and the organization, laws, institutions and system should be improved systematically and harmoniously. And, the detailed measures appropriate for the characteristics of domestic disasters should be prepared through the examination of advantages and disadvantages of integrated disaster management system in advanced countries in details and the detailed plans for the establishment of integrated situation management system in relevant organizations and the unification of situation room through the establishment of efficient integrated management system should be established.

The significance of an integrated environmental management system implementation can be summarized into three sections. The first is that the paradigm of a permit system will be changed from the existing media-specific permits to cross-media permits. In the near future, the cross-media license will be granted based on the diagnostic results of the plant. The second is that it will be established through a social concensus, i.e., consultations with stakeholders and direct participation in the system design process of stakeholders. The third is that it will have flexibility in its operating system. In the near future, it will be possible to management an environment through its industrial workplace itself and determine if emission standards are being complied with or not through statistical methods. In addition there is also an urgent need for complementary parts in order to enhance the driving force of the integrated environmental management system which is based on transparency, reliability and flexibility. In other words, it is necessary to continuously promote in order to diffuse consensus and increase an understanding of implementation through an integrated environmental management system. It is also necessary to establish a new organization and educate authorized representatives so that they have the tools to smoothly perform the system.

Beginning in 2000, domestic large hospital based integrated health information system has been developed from order communication system to electronic medical record system. However, today's advanced medical information system is integrated with unit of the system because user needs is complex and various. And, the problem is authority management of health information system in complex systems of large size hospital. It is also a serious problem of private information exposure because of user's authority management defect. In this paper, we analyze the problems of past hospital information system and propose an efficient and appropriate management authority in operating environment. It also introduces the instances applied into a large hospital EMR system, developing proper authority management to match the characteristics of the integrated medical information system. The proposed system is based on solutions of authority management system suitable for integrated health information system, as well as the next generation of EMR.

The LTE system decided to build an integrated disaster safety communication network in order to cope with disasters quickly after the April 16, 2014 disaster, and 333 agencies in 8 areas will build a unified disaster safety communication network. It plans to integrate LTE-R, a railway integrated wireless network, and LTE-M, a land-based communication network, in the 700MHz band. LTE-R, a wireless integrated network, and the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, are currently using VHF and TRS, which are voice communication-oriented communication systems, in order to cope with demand for high-speed railway service, With this possible LTE-R, it is possible to provide advanced services such as radio-based train control and improve railway safety. The company plans to invest KRW 1.1 trillion in new routes to be launched in 2018 and the existing route to be improved in the future, and to build up all routes of general and high-speed railways to LTE-R by 2027.

The virulence of superoxide dismutase (SOD) mutants of Vibrio vulnificus, as tested by intraperitoneal injection into mice, decreases in the order of sodC mutant, sodA mutant, and sodB mutant lacking CuZnSOD, MnSOD, and FeSOD, respectively. The survival of SOD mutants under superoxide stress also decreases in the same order. The virulence of soxR mutant, which is unable to induce MnSOD in response to superoxide, is similar to that of the sodA mutant, as the survival of the soxR mutant under superoxide stress is similar to that of the sodA mutant. Consistently, the lowered survival of the soxR mutant is complemented not only with soxR but also with sodA. Thus, the virulence of V. vulnificus is significantly affected by the cellular level of SOD activity, and an increase in SOD level through MnSOD induction by SoxR under superoxide stress is essential for virulence.

Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.

This paper is to research the present condition of settlements in rural areas of the Integrated Cheongju city. Especially the study is focused on the 243 Ri of old Cheongwon-gun(county) from the geographical language. The numbers of settlement with geographical language collected in 243 Ri (10 Myun, 3 Eup, and 4 Gu) are 1,180. The geographical languages could be classified into 6 categories. The main results are as follows: The geographical languages of 243 Ri are classified and categorized in the order of nature(116 Ri, 68.31%), manmade(30 Ri, 12.34%), and location related(23 Ri, 9.46%). The geographical languages of nature are quite much in comparison with the others. The geographical languages of 1,180 settlements are classified and categorized in the order of nature(520units, 44.06%), location related(329 Units, 27.88%), and manmade(184 Units, 15.59%). The geographical languages of nature are much in comparison with the others, but are less than them of 243 Ri.
