This paper is to develop an integrate curriculum of rhythm education activity program and to find the possibility of applying the program into actual music education field for kindergarten children. The outlook of this study is to develope a program integrating the elements of movement, language and rhythm to apply the program to 5 year old children for 6 weeks through 12 sessions, and to observe and analyze their level of rhythm creativity and rhythm reading ability.The analysis of the field observation data and recording data showed that the children achieved natural and better understanding of rhythm. Seen from the perspective of rhythm creation activity, while the integration of the elements of movement and rhythm influenced directly to enhance the level of understanding rhythm and the integration of the elements of language, rhythm helped indirectly to have better understanding rhythm through connecting the notions of rhythm and movements. However, when only rhythm and movements were combined, children tended to misunderstand the relative durations of ♩ and ♪ just as different tempos not as 2:1 duration relativity. And ♫ was too misunderstand as ♬ due to different durations of korean words when only rhythm and language were combined. To overcome the limit of understanding, all of the three elements; rhythm and movements and language should be integrated and constant auditory experiences are recommended.

This study explored the relationship between users' integrated estimates (motivation, activity, & performance) of telecommunication companies' CSR & service qualities and their preference and intention to subscribe telecommunication services. The data were collected from 637 college students for understanding the relationship among variables in KT and SKT. The result indicates that social benefit motivation, legal/moral activity, and social performance of the integrated CSR estimates affected their preference. The estimate of philanthropic activity, however, was not significantly affected on preference. On intention to take telecommunication services toward KT and SKT, the estimate of social performance was only a significant variable in KT and legal/moral activity and social performance were statistically significant in SKT. Generally, the estimate of service quality was the most affective factor toward telecommunication preference and intention to subscribe its services.

Background: Eucommia ulmoides has long been used as an herbal medicine for the treatment of diabetes, hypertension and other diseases in many Asian countries. Methods and Results: This study aimed at evaluating the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of its water (EU-DW, and REU-DW) and ethanol (EU-EtOH, and REU-EtOH) extracts, as well as those of non-roasted E. ulmoides (EU) and roasted EU (REU) cortex. The following were assessed in each extract: total phenolic and flavonoid contents, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS), and nitrite radical scavenging activities, reducing power, DNA damage prevention activity, and nitric oxide (NO) inhibition activity. Both EU and REU extracts showed high phenolic and flavonoid content, dose-dependent DPPH radical scavenging capacity, high reducing activity, and considerable DNA damage prevention activity. EU extracts showed remarkable ABTS free radicals scavenging capacity. REU extracts showed a higher radical scavenging capacity and played an important role in inhibiting NO production. Conclusions: The results of this study suggested that aqueous and ethanol extracts of EU and REU possess antioxidant capacities, and prevent oxidative damage to DNA, probably owing to their phenolic and flavonoid content. Therefore, EU and REU could be candidates antioxidant supplements.

If Korea Research & Development reinforces integrated control function, indeed would Korea Research & Development's output be increased? Truly, could Korea's competition be ultimately improved with technology innovation and accumulation of knowledge. Can reinforcement of Integrated control that reinforced efficiency of Research & Development's investment effects make Korea Research & Development's investment,itself, be decreased? I try to answer clearly that in a way to reorganize Korea technology Administration's system, introduced Korea Research & Development integrated control system's establishment is what to effect Korea innovation system's direction after answering clearly previous mentioned problems. In this study, to answer these problems view theoretical discussion about Korea innovation system, integrated control system and system dynamics. Set up analytic tools of system dynamics which includes Korea innovation system and integrated control system. Then, draw a general casual loop diagram, which includes established Korea Research & Development's integrated control system, of Korea innovation system's activity. In based these, develop situation model to analyze trend of Korea innovation system and derive a political meaning by analyzing value of Korea innovation system's major inflow, outflow and stock variations according to extent of Korea Research & Development's integrated control in the same model.

In this paper we present an integrated design methodology for relational database based on object-oriented analysis and design. The integrated design methodology is based on business profile and has six phases. In the first phase, business use cases are identified and described by macroactivity diagrams and then the macroactivity diagrams are transformed to detailed business activity diagrams by using objects, object flows and business worker's responsibilities. In the third phase, the detailed business activity diagrams are transformed to business class diagrams that describe the static structure of the entire business system based on detailed business activity diagrams. In the four phase, the business class diagrams are transformed to class diagrams that represent the initial conceptual model of the target relational database. In the five phase, we add additional transformations on the class diagrams with generalization and specialization of associations, roles, activities, additional classes and redundant associations. Eventually, the final class diagrams are transformed to relational database schema. The methodology presented in this paper by applying that proposal for organic connection between object-oriented analysis and design methodology and relational database design methodology. And it will be able to deal with integration management. By the integrated design methodology, we can make more easily software systems based on relational database. In the case study, proposal integrated design methodology applied for a visa issuing system.

Aldose reductase (AR) is a critical enzyme in the development of the diabetic complications. AR, the first enzyme in the polyol pathway, catalyzes the reduction of the aldehyde form of glucose to sorbitol with concomitant conversion of NADPH to $NADP^+$. None of aldose reductase inhibitor (ARI) has achieved worldwide use because of limited efficacy or undesirable side effects. Therefore, evaluating natural sources for ARI potential may lead to the development of safer and more effective agents against diabetic complications. Forty eight Chinese herbal medicines have been investigated for inhibitory activities on AR. Among them, seven herbal medicines, Buddleja officinalis (whole plant), Lonicera japonica (leaf and flower), Polygonum aviculare (aerial part), Polygonum aviculare (whole plant), Salvia miltiorrhiza (root), Schisandra chinensis (stem), and Zanthoxylum armatum (leaf and stem) exhibited a significant inhibitory activity against AR. Particularly, L. japonica and P. aviculare showed two times more potent inhibitory activity than the positive control, 3,3-tetramethyleneglutaric acid (TMG).

This study seeks into an education goal and an achievement level based on investigating relationships between NCS communication abilities and communication educations for petty officer major students. Also, the study looks deep into approriate Integrated document training materials. A goal of the petty officer's communication education, which is supposed to achieve more than the average standard is improving abilities to understand documents and create documents related to the real petty officer's life. The goal of this communication study is designed with considering the petty officers' ability factors and the detailed weekly achievement goals based on characteristics of petty officers. the proper way to reach the goal of the Integrated document training materials is constructed as three step process; Presenting subject - group activity - handing in final activity report. Also, the education is designed to write evaluation forms continuously for students to keep eyes on their achievement levels. As the importance of NCS is emphasized these days, the Integrated document training materials present the ways how this education is needed to go on, and this shows ways to improve students' document writing abilities. For the last, the study mentions a proposal for further tasks on this field.

This study investigates how domestic entertainment companies' CSR activities, risk management, and producing abilities affect consumers' perception of their integrated brand assets. A survey was conducted on college students enrolled in a four-year university, and a total of 423 data were used for analysis. The result indicates the following. First, consumer evaluation of economic activity and philanthropic activity showed a positive causal relationship with the perception of integrated brand assets. Second, the higher the risk management and producing ability on evaluation of entertainment companies, the more positive the perception of integrated brand assets. Third, the main effect of producing ability was found to be significant among the four companies. In addition, regardless of the evaluation level of CSR activities and risk management, the group with a high producing ability evaluation showed a higher perception of integrated brand assets than the group with a low level of evaluation.

Stable MCF-7-ERE cells, in which pERE-Luc reporter gene has been stably integrated into the genome of the MCF-7 cells, were used to detect the estrogenic activity of various dietary flavonoids.in either pure chemical or mixtures. Estradiol (E2) induced luciferase activity in dose dependent manner and this activity was inhibited by tamoxifen (Tam) concomitant treatment.(omitted)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Eleutherococcus senticosus (ES) on the laccase and cellulase activity of Ganoderma lucidum mycelia. Following the addition of ES, the laccase activity of Ganoderma mushroom mycelia was found to be 0.84-2.18 times, 0.61-2.37 times, and 0.78-2.17 times the activity of mycelia treated with sawdust in Yeongji-1 (Y1; ASI-7004), Yeongji-2 (Y2; ASI-7071), and nokgak (GN; ASI-7013), respectively, with the laccase activity of Y2 being the highest at 0.947 U/min. Using the Congo-red assay, a wider clear zone was formed because of the CMCase activity of mycelia treated with ES than that of mycelia treated with sawdust. Cellulase activity was found to be 1.84-2.24 times, 1.77-1.87 times, and 2.74-2.81 times that of mycelia treated with sawdust in Y1, Y2, and GN, respectively, with the cellulase activity of GN being the highest at 0.172 U/min. However, the addition of ES did not affect the growth of G. lucidum mycelia.
