Selection of proper root barrier as destination part of greening is very important in Root penetration resistance plan. To select proper root barrier, it need to understand composition of greening part, size, kind of plant, connection with waterproofing layer. In this point of view, we have establish greening on the roof or concrete structure, not been understand the structural mechanism. It means that we misunderstood about purpose of greening and using it. So, chosen materials and construction method was not proper for greening, it caused water leakage and decrease performance of concrete structure. Therefore, we would suggest 5 items of test methods considering environmental condition for green roof. Watertightness by water of greening part, root penetration resistance test by root penetration, bacteria resistance by must or bacteria in soil, chemical resistance by rain and chemical agent of fertilizer, and load resistance by soil depth, size of plant. These suggested test methods could be referred as guideline to test in green roof system because of not exist any performance appraisal guideline or standard. Consequently, it should be analysis as technical and institutional subdividing test methods and it need to study constantly as varied angles.

In this study, we identify the obstacles that occur through the relationship between I-U cooperation and look for factors that can overcome them in the 'university administration's efforts' and 'Trust between I-U'. In the study of existing I-U cooperation, the relationship between industry and university has accumulated experiences and various channels of bilateral cooperation by sustaining interactions and absorbing capacity of knowledge by path dependence. However, as cooperation increases, 'I-U cooperation barrier' are inevitable, which is explained by two perspectives: 'Difference in mutual recognition' and 'Institutional barriers'. In order to induce the achievement of effective I-U cooperation, it is necessary to overcome these obstacles stemming from mutual relations, and it will be possible to maintain the relationship of continuous I-U cooperation. The researchers conducted research on companies participating in the I-U cooperation technology development project of the 'Ministry of Small and Medium Venture Business', which is a representative I-U cooperation program in Korea. This project will be promoted in the 'Small & Medium Business I-U cooperation Center', an administration-dedicated organization of the university. The researchers measure 'University administration's efforts' and 'Trust between I-U'to overcome'I-U cooperation barrier' In order to clarify the data of the research sample, a questionnaire survey of organizational units was conducted for all companies participating in the 'I-U cooperation technology development projects' of the SMEs and Startups between 2011 and 2015, and the responses of 356 organizations were drawn. The results showed that the higher the level of 'University administration's efforts' and Trust between I-U', the lower 'Difference in mutual recognition' and 'Institutional barriers'. Particularly, it showed higher explanatory power to overcome 'Institutional barriers' among obstacles. Therefore, it should be accompanied by the interest, implementation and institutional support of I-U-R subjects to raise the level of these two factors that can overcome 'I-U cooperation barrier'.
Utilizing Q methodology, this study explored typology on journalists' barriers to science reporting. Two research issues were raised: First, what are the subjectivity factors and characteristic feature of journalist's barriers to science reporting; Second, what are the commonalities and differences among them. 20 science journalists were interviewed in-depth to find out their subjectivity factors. Korean journalists' type of barriers to science reporting could be classified into 4 groups as follows: Type I(N=8) is "reporting tendency barrier" type. Type II(N=3) is named for "institutional and systematic framework barrier". Type 3(N=5) belongs to "situational barrier" type. Type 4(N=3) is "scientific knowledge barrier" type.

This paper studies the factors that increase the sustainability of Industry-University cooperation in the current structure of domestic I-U cooperation, which is highly dependent on government support. First, we examine the extent to which the 'I-U Relationship Strength' can be explained by the cumulative 'Experiences of I-U cooperation' and 'Width of various I-U cooperation channels', and the 'I-U cooperation barrier' can be explained by the 'Difference in mutual recognition' and 'Institutional barriers' on sustainability. In addition, the factors that can lower the 'I-U cooperation barrier', such as the 'University administration's efforts' and 'Trust between I-U', are examined. The researchers examined the factors affecting the sustainability of I-U cooperation and the factors affecting 'I-U cooperation barriers' in the 'I-U cooperation technology development projects' of the Ministry of Small & Medium Venture Business and Startups with its long history of domestic I-U cooperation programs. In order to clarify the data of the research sample, a questionnaire survey of organizational units was conducted for all companies participating in the 'I-U cooperation technology development projects' of the Ministry of SMVB and Startups between 2011 and 2015, and the responses of 356 organizations were used. It was found that the greater the 'Width of the I-U cooperation channels', the higher the sustainability and that the greater the 'Institutional barriers', the lower the sustainability. However, through the 'University administration's efforts' and 'Trust between I-U', it is possible to overcome the 'I-U cooperation barrier'. Ultimately, the systematization of Industry-University-Research institute subjects is needed to realize sustainability. In other words, it is necessary to have a linkage program that can broaden the link between industry and universities, that is to broaden the scope of I-U cooperation. Moreover, it is necessary for the government to provide institutional support to promote desirable I-U cooperation policies. Finally, it is essential to change the universities' core organizations in order to improve the level of university administration services.

Background: Clinical trials on cancer subjects have one of the highest dropout rates. Barriers to recruitment range from patient-related, through institutional-related to staff-related factors. This paper highlights the low response rate and the recruitment barriers faced in our Qigong exercises trial. Materials and Method: The Qigong trial is a three-arm trial with a priori power size of 114 patients for 80% power. The University Malaya Medical Centre database showed a total of 1,933 patients from 2006-2010 and 751 patients met our inclusion criteria. These patients were approached via telephone interview. 131 out of 197 patients attended the trial and the final response rate was 48% (n=95/197). Results: Multiple barriers were identified, and were regrouped as patient-related, clinician-related and/or institutional related. A major consistent barrier was logistic difficulty related to transportation and car parking at the Medical Centre. Conclusions: All clinical trials must pay considerable attention to the recruitment process and it should even be piloted to identify potential barriers and facilitators to reduce attrition rate in trials.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the meaning and nature of post-traumatic stress among industrially injured workers. Methods: In this study, Colaizzi's phenomenological research method and an in-depth interview were used, and data were collected from 8 industrially injured workers among adult men and women over the age of 20, those who are able to express their opinions, have experienced injuries due to industrial accidents, and those who have been injured for more than 6 months who had participated in the study from 1st May 2021 to 30th September. The in-depth interview with research participants took approximately 30 minutes to 90 minutes on average. Results: The research results were classified into five categories, eleven thematic collections, and 27 themes. The Five categories were 'maze with no exit', 'erased existence', 'impenetrable barrier', 'tightly closed iron gate', and 'overcoming reality hurdles'. Conclusions: This study can help understand and describe the experiences of post-traumatic stress among workers who have experienced industrial accidents by taking a phenomenological approach. It suggests the need for program intervention and institutional improvement for psychosocial rehabilitation as well as an institutional approach toward these targets.
