  • It is increased electrical energy consumption with the development of intelligence society in the subway station and thus an energy conservation through efficient use of electricity became more important. This paper shows a reasonable design load density in subway stations, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, peak power consumption, demand factor, etc., for 34 subway stations and 10 electrical design offices. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyse the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, maximum and thus it was carried linear and nonlinear regression analysis.

  • In 3-phase 4-wire inverter, the unbalanced loads cause to increase the neutral current which brings the voltage deviation between the split dc-link capacitors to be larger. In order to solve this problem, a neutral leg is provided additively to the ordinary inverter circuit and the associated control methods are devised. This paper proposes a new neutral-leg controller based on a PR controller and shows relatively good performance even under unbalanced linear loads and nonlinear loads. The proposed control strategy illustrates its effectiveness under the various operating conditions through simulation works.

철도환경소음을 줄이기 위한 소음감소기의 설치제안 (Installation Effect on Noise Reducer for Railway Traffic Noise)

  • Community noise, especially a rail traffic noise has been serious social issues in Korea. Our society needs practical tools to reduce noise levels for public who live near the railway lines. This paper proposes a noise reducer for railway traffic noise. At the beginning, various types of reducers are discussed, with the advantages and disadvantages with respect to acoustical phenomena. Then, the acoustic effects are discussed based on an insertion loss measurement. After several types of reduces are installed at fields, the noise level is monitored with and without the reducer. The result shows that the proper selection of reducers affects the noise level by 6 dB. The statistics of the mean and a standard deviation turns out to be 3.2 dB and 0.8 dB, respectively. Noise reducers are strongly recommended for the place where apartments are densely constructed alone the railway. Installation of noise reducers seems to be an effective and practical solution for the community traffic noise reduction.

  • This paper describes experiments of the breakdown characteristics by temperature change of $SF_6$ gas and Imitation Air(I-Air) in model GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear). From the results of the experiments, the breakdown characteristics classify the vapor stage of $SF_6$ according to Paschen's law, in which the stage of coexistence for gas & liquid of the voltage value increases. This results in large deviation and the breakdown of the voltage(VB) low stage as the interior of the chamber is filled with a mixture of $SF_6$ that is not liquefacted and remaining air that can not be ventilated. The ability of $SF_6$ liquid($LSF_6$) insulation is higher than high-pressurize $SF_6$ gas. The VB of the I-Air decreases as the temperature drops and the VB also drops. It is considered that the results of this paper are fundamental data for the electric insulation design of superconductor and cryogenic equipment that will be studied and developed in the future.

  • Two patients with partial edentulous maxilla were scheduled to undergo installation of implant fixtures using a tooth-supported surgical template based on computer assisted treatment planning. After 3-dimensional (3D) computed tomographic scanning was transferred to the OnDemand3D (Cybermed Co., Seoul, Korea) software program for virtual planning, fixtures of MK III Groovy RP implant of the Br${\aa}$nemark System (Nobel Biocare AB Co., G$\ddot{o}$teborg, Sweden) was installed using the In2Guide (CyberMed Co., Seoul, Korea) tooth-supported surgical template with a Quick Guide Kit (Osstem Implant Co., Seoul, Korea) system in the posterior maxilla of each patient. Sinus floor elevation with a xenogenic bone graft procedure was also performed simultaneously in one patient. Fixture installations were completed successfully without complications, such as sinus mucosa perforation, bony bleedings, fenestrations, or others. During the last two-year follow-up period after prosthetics delivery, each implant was found to be fine with no other minor complications. The entire procedures are reported and the literatures on use of tooth-supported surgical template was reviewed.

신경회로망을 이용한 SVC 계통의 안정화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the SVC System Stabilization Using a Neural Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 FACTS(Flexible AC Transnission System)로 분류되는 여라 기기중 기존의 전압제어 및 무효 전력보상기들이 가지고 있는 바속응성과 불연속성 문제를 해결해줄 수 있는 정지형 무효전력 보상가(Static Var Compensator : SVC)를 포함한 전력계통에 신경회로망 제어기를 적용하여 안정화에 관하여 연구하였다. 제안된 신경회로망 제어기는 오차와 오차변화량을 입력하는 오차역전과 학습 알고리즘을 사용하고, 학습시간올 단축하기 위해 모멘텀 방법을 사용하였다. 제안된 방법의 강인섬을 입증하기 위해 중부하시 및 정상부하시에 초기 전력을 변동시킨 경우와 초기에 회천자각을 변동시킨 경우에 대하여 시스렘의 회전자각, 각속도 편차 특성 및 단 자전압의 동특성을 고찰하여 다른 시스템보다 응답특성이 우수합을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 FACTS 기기의 일종인 전력조류 극대화 및 제어 기능과 함께 외란에 의한 과도시의 전력계통 안정화 기능을 수행할 수 있는 TCSC용 전력시스템 안정화 장치 설계에 대하여 연구하였다. TCSC용 전력시스템 안정화 장치 설계시 파라미터 선정은 복잡한 수식이 필요 없고 계산시간을 감소시키며 적은 반복횟수로도 최적해를 찾을 수 있는 자연 생태계의 진화를 모의한 유전 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 전력 시스템의 저주파 진동에 강인성을 갖는 TCSC는 TCR(Thyristor Controlled Reactor)과 커패시터의 병렬구조에 의해 용량성과 유도성에 걸친 범위가지 연속적으로 제어할 수 있는 구조로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 제안된 방법의 강인성을 검증하기 위해 여러 가지 운전조건에 대해 전력계통 안정도 및 고유치를 해석하여 기존의 안정화 장치를 적용한 경우와 비교함 으로써 유용성을 입증하였다.

곡관의 하류에 설치된 전자기유량계의 유량신호 특성에 관한 실험적 연구(난류 유동) (An Experimental Study on Installation Effects of Pipe Elbow on the Electromagnetic Flowmeter Characteristics (Turbulent Flow))

  • An electromagnetic flowmeter(EMF) essentially averages the velocity distribution over the pipe cross- sectional area, and the measured value is dependent on the velocity profiles. In this study, installation effects of 90$^{\circ}$long elbow(KS B 1522, ISO 3419) on the EMF characteristics was investigated. A commercial EMF was adopted and the distribution of magnetic field in the electrodes cross section was measured. In the experiment, the national flow standard system, of which measurement uncertainty was evaluated in accordance with ISO 17025 recommendation, was used fur characterization of EMF. The leading line has 150D long straight pipe to established a fully developed flow before entering into the elbow and the elbow was installed downstream of it. then the flowmeter was tested within 50 D from the elbow. The installation effects of the flowmeter were investigated by varying the mean velocity(Reynolds No.)in pipe section, the locations and the direction of electrodes plane.($\phi$) From the experimental results, we find the optimal conditions to get most accurate measurements. Generally, the deviations from the calibration value were less than 0.5 % in farther than 10D distance from the elbow and the direction of electrode plane. $\phi$ = 90$^{\circ}$yielded the smallest measurement deviation. These characteristics were shown consistently in turbulent region regardless of the mean Reynolds number.

국내 태양광시스템 설치지역을 위한 일조시간에 의한 일사예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimating Solar Radiation Using Hours of Bright Sunshine for the Installation of Photovoltaic System in Korea)

  • Solar radiation data are the best source of information for estimating average incident radiation. Lacking this or data from nearby locations of similar climate, it is possible to use empirical relationships to estimate radiation from days of hours of bright sunshine. It is necessary to estimate the regression coefficients in order to predict the daily global radiation on a horizontal surface. Therefore many different equations have proposed to evaluate them for certain areas. In this work a new correlation has been made to predict the solar radiation for 16 different areas over Korea by estimating the regression coefficients taking into account hours of bright sunshine. Particularly, the proposed straight line regression model shows reliable results for estimating the global radiation on a horizontal surface with monthly average deviation of -0.2 to +0.5% and each station annual average deviation of -1.6 to +1.7% from measured values.

연안어선 자기컴퍼스에 관한 연구 (Performance of Magnetic Compasses Installed on the Small Fishing Vessels)

  • 한국의 연안어선에 장비된 소형자기컴퍼스의 장비현황과 성능을 연구하기 위하여 소형어선 219척의 선박제원과 자기컴퍼스 이용에 대한 현장 설문조사를 행하고, 그 중에서 총톤수 4-6톤급의 실험대상 어선 4척을 선정하여 그 선박의 자기컴퍼스의 설치위치별 자차측정과 성능실험을 행하고, 이를 검사, 조사하였다. 주요한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조사 대상으로 한 총톤수 1-10 톤급 연안어선 219척 중 4톤 미만의 어선은 약 50%를 차지하였고, 자기컴퍼스의 제작연도가 20-30년 경과된 어선이 14척이나 되었으며, 자차수정용구를 비치한 어선은 2척 뿐이었다. 2. 컴퍼스의 설치위치별로 측정된 자차를 분석한 결과, 기관실위의 브리지갑판상과 브리지내의 컴퍼스받침대위 및 브리지위의 컴퍼스 갑판상에 자차수정을 한 자기컴퍼스를 설치하여 사용하면, 브리지내의 컴퍼스대의 위와 브리지위의 컴퍼스 갑판상에서는 잔재자차가 $\pm$1~2 $^{\circ}$ 정도였으나, 기관실 위의 브리지갑판상에서는 그 잔재자차가 $\pm$5 $^{\circ}$로 이곳은 컴퍼스 설치 장소로서 부적당함을 알 수 있었다. 3. 연안어선에서 사용 중인 자기컴퍼스의 제반특성은 표준규격인 반주기의 평균치가 12초 이상이어야 하고, 3회 이상 진동해야하는 기준에 미달하였으며, 측정치인 자기능률 1400 CGS는 소형컴퍼스의 표준치 400$\pm$30 CGS와는 큰 차이가 있었다. 4. 실험 대상 어선에 장비하고 있는 자기컴퍼스의 수반각은 6~16 $^{\circ}$로서 한국표준규격인 1~1.5 $^{\circ}$에 비해 너무 크게 나타나 그 표준규격에 부적합한 것으로 판단되었다.
