Because global innovation-based competition is increasing and the amount of R&D expenditures becomes severely large, it is more likely that mergers and collaborative ventures tend to affect adversely to R&D competition Against this trend, enforcing agency of advanced countries including U.S.A are reassessing certain aspects of competition policy toward mergers and acquisition to ensure that procompetitive, efficiency-enhancing transactions are permitted. The role of competition policy is developing and appropriating new technology and protects the risks involved in the licensing contract of technologies. The role of intellectual property rights is also contrived to promote technological innovation and to increase consumer welfare. That is to say, dynamic efficiency of intellectual property rights includes (l) increase in social welfare and (2) promotion of growth by improvement of quality through invention and commercialization of new product as well as enhanced productive efficiency thorough appropriating new process. Because intellectual property rights are licensed to make use of complementary inputs, the rule of reason approach seems proper when applying antitrust law. To analyze the "Antitrust Guidelines for the Licensing and Acquisition of Intellectual Property"by DOJ and FTC in U.S.A, the author surveyed pros and cons on innovation market approach. This approach will only be used in a narrow range of situations when the evidence is solid, concentration numbers are extremely high, and the agencies can predict with a high degree of certainty that the merger will likely lead either to a slowing in the pace of innovation or the loss of an alternative research track that is likely to lead to a product beneficial to consumers. The author introduces the studies on licensing contract of intellectual property rights and competition polices on behalf of potential inquirers. Also the author invites the interdisciplinary researchers to analyze further with a model on the aspects of the "Notice 1995-10 for Types and Criteria on Unfair Transaction Behavior in International Contracts" by Fair Trade Committee of Korea.

This study focused on whether employees' perceived leader's creativity has a significant effect on employees' job satisfaction and innovative behavior. In addition, this study analyzed the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived leader creativity and employee satisfaction with the job or innovation behavior, and analyzed the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion. This study conducted confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for each factor using the measurement tool verification method using the SmartPLS 3.0 structural equation model, and empirically analyzed the research model. As a result, it was found that the creativity of employees' perceived leaders did not directly significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and innovation behavior. However, it was found that positive psychological capital significantly mediated the relationship between perceived leader creativity and job satisfaction or innovative behavior. In addition, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy have a complete double-mediation relationship between the employees' perceived leader's creativity and employees' innovative behavior. However, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy don't have a double-mediation relationship between the employee's perceived leader's creativity and employees' job satisfaction. Finally, Team cohesion was found to moderate the relationship between perceived leader creativity, positive psychological capital (or creative self-efficacy). However, the research model that the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion on the relationship between leader's creativity, the mediating variables(positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy), and job satisfaction (or innovative behavior) was significant only for groups with high team cohesiveness. This study examined the needs of the times for the importance of creativity of perceived leaders and analyzed the relationship between factors influencing job satisfaction and innovation behavior of organizational members. The study is meaningful in that it suggested a plan to establish a specific organizational strategy to enhance positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy.

The research surveyed 267 women of 20 years old or older living in Taegu City. SPSS package was used for data analysis and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA(analysis of valiance). and Duncan test were used The results are as follows: 1. Lifestyle factors for the research object were found as 'Consumption-oriented','family-oriented', 'Economic-oriented','Leisure-oriented','conservatism-oriented'. The categories for analysis according to these factors are classified into 5 categories, category 1 is Leisure/Family-oriented group, category 2 Consumption/Leisure avoidance-oriented group, category 3 Economy/Family Apathy-oriented group, category 4 Conservatism-oriented group, and category 5 Consumption/Innovation group. This study investigates internet shopping behavior of consumers. The rapid growth of the internet shopping markets is solely dependent on the voluntary adoption of internet shopping medium by the personal users. But the studies on this topic are very limited. Based on these facts, this study, recognizing the internet shopping medium as an innovation, studies how consumers understand and use innovative internet shopping medium by applying and extending the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis et. al.(1989). The results of the survey on 947 consumer panel reveal that compatibility, system quality have positive impact on the formation of perceived ease of use. And it is also shown that the perceived ease of use, system quality, and compatibility have positive influence on perceived usefulness, but computer-efficacy has no effect on perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that perceived usefulness and compatibility have positive effect on attitude toward internet shopping behavior, but perceived ease of use has no effect. In addition, perceived security and social norm, as opposed to the hypotheses, are shown to have no effect on internet shopping behavior. Lastly, applications and related limitations are discussed.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shopping medium determinants and consumer behavior differences based on the value of consumption. Methodology: The subjects of the survey were adult men and women in their 20s or older living in Korea, and 283 valid responses were obtained. A Logit model was used to identify consumption value factors and shopping medium choices. A t-test was conducted to analyze the differences between consumer behavior based on preferred shopping medium (on/offline). Results: The inclusion of community-oriented factors such as eco-friendliness and social contributions lead to higher likelihood of choosing offline shopping. In addition, consumers who value self-expression and who are price sensitive are more likely to choose online stores. Conclusions: It was found that community-oriented factors lead shoppers to choose offline shopping, and the need for self-expression lead shoppers to choose online stores.
E-commerce has grown to be perceived as an integral component of modern customers' lives. Fast innovation enables businesses to implement new business ideas that enhance customers' shopping experiences. The motive is to study the allurement of unrestrained buying behaviors resulting from Live Streaming Commerce in the presence of Emotional imagery. The conceptual model and hypotheses for the study have been framed based on the SOR model. A survey was conducted in north India, where data was collected from 577 consumers experiencing live streaming and analyzed with the help of AMOS and SPSS software. The repulsive behavior scale has been developed by using qualitative research. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between the stimulus of livestreaming and unrestrained buying behaviors with the mediating role of emotional imagination. Two crucial mediating factors, pleasure, and arousal (fervent imagination), have successfully predicted experiential shopping behavior. The study has implications for online marketers and policymakers, as marketers can use our developed model to understand consumers' different buying behaviors, and policymakers can select and design specific features for the social presence of live streaming. Integrating three different types of unrestrained buying behavior influenced by live streaming would add to the literature. The study adds value to the literature by developing a scale to measure repulsive behavior after testing and validating with experts.
