This thesis suggests method that How sound sources used to simulation that can be used to military training and education divide each frequency and each bandwidth filtering method. method for frequency dividing and denoising are suggested into Wavelet analysis. And We materialize authoring tool about filtering that design for wavelet job.

The purpose of this study is to survey the development trends of school libraries in the western world namely U. S. A., Canada by analyzing such items as education and environment, staff, policy, standard and professional organization, and to find out how and why they were able to maintain efficient library services. The major findings are summarized as follows : (1) There are school district supervisor whose functions are to direct and supervise the school libraries in the district. (2) The school district supervisor, school administrator, Teacher and Teacher librarian all recognize the importance of its educational role and cooperate together for the development. (3) They gether statistical data on school library for continuous revision of statement, guideline and standard. (4) Not only the educational organization and the library organization but also the private foundation conduct systematic research and extend financial aid for the development of school library. (5) The Compulsory Codes and pertinent laws have been enacted to promote school library development.

This study was tried for the improvement of software process ability of the software firms, and analyzed empirically the impact that a software process infrastructure level influences on the software process level and process performance. The questionnaire were developed and data were collected from the process improvement correspondences or project quality managers of the 78 software firms. The result was shown that management-organization infrastructure was composed of software process improvement organization's role and activity, process standard and education, management system and supporting, management guides and procedures. And organization's standard development procedure or criteria, process asset, process support tools were included in technical infrastructure. This study provides that some components of software process infrastructure had an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance.

This study examined a methodology of architectural integrated design education from the design methodology of architects in 1990s, particularly FOA, who thought of architecture as a material organization. Their design method starts from a prototype, which is a technical and material mediator, and processes a number of materials as specific information into an architectural organization. This method is used in the architectural design studio so that the students can integrate the knowledge leant from other classes into architectural proposals. Three case studies show they can successfully organize their proposals with structural and functional materials, which suggests that the FOA's design methodology is a potential solution for architectural integrated design education.

In this study, the direction for hierarchical curriculum organization about software education in Korea was suggested in terms of overall execution of software education. The international case studies especially was conducted in order to suggest the propel educational programming language for level of students in the programming activity. In terms of the international case studies, the type of programming language was examined, which is suggested to each school level as a part of required regular curriculum. Then, the direction was supposed to suggest the instructional system organization of software education for Korea through the result of case studies. The results of case studies indicated that elementary school use the block based programming language, and text based programming languages are used from middle school.

Although a number of studies concerning the performance of information system (hereafter, IS) have been performed, those in governmental organizations have rarely conducted. Moreover, there were not many that the perceptual level of individuals might have influence on the information system performance actually. This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between personal perceptual level on the operation and performance of IS, as a result of project for public innovation which deployed in a governmental organization. The targeted IS is for task management. Our survey's respondents are real users in a governmental organization. As a result of statistical analysis, the affecting factors, the perceptual level of individuals such as task process standardization, training and system education, and the active participation of manager positively affected system performance. The result of study can provide some implications to the governmental organizations who want to improve the system performance and efficiently operate their own IS for achieving the organizational goals.

This paper examines the influence of neutralization techniques and voluntary actions on intention to comply information security policy. Data were collected through an online survey and hypothesis results were all hypotheses were supported. The results of this study improve understanding on the voluntary nature of employee behavior for participating in the organization's policies and the rationalization of the employees trying weakening the organization's policy intentions. The organization shoud implement specific education and training in order to suppress the rationalization of employees and develop a plan to have a kinship with the employees of the organization.

Along with the advance of Information technology and the introduction of the information era, cyber education through the internet has been activated in universities and private educational organization. However, most cyber education is not being practically applied in government employ. This study looks at the influential factors of cyber education in order to create a cyberspace where the public official can obtain information at a place and time convenient to them. This will provide a chance to activate cyber education effectively. The hypothesis was approved through multiple regression analysis was executed in order to explain and predict the relationship between influential factors and cyber education effects. The results of the study show the influential factors of education effect as follows: - the instruction design and contents factors such as interesting educational contents, interaction between leamers and teacher, and positive instruction, all had an important influence. - the learner factors, such as a desire to leam, motivation, and interest in the lesson, also had a significant influence. - the environmental factors such as systematical basis and support, atmosphere, and consideration of others had a large effect on the education effect.

At the Information Age, the significant influence of computer education taking role of computer literacy education as well a information literacy education has been magnified. Since 2000, the 7th curriculum reform has been influenced on Korean education system. Therefore, this paper suggests to implement in textbook duvelopment of cumputer education based on the 7th curriculum reform focused on middle school education. It includes the design of textbook, its contents and organization, various teaching-learning situation method, and evaluation including real situational problems fashioned to the educational paradigm shift.
