기존 고객의 보험상품 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Existing Customers on the Intention to Repurchase Insurance Products)

  • 본 연구는 브랜드, 다이렉트 구전 커뮤니케이션, 역량, 보험서비스가 보험상품 재구매에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고 이를 통해 효율적인 보험상품 재구매를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형의 적합도와 각 개념에 대한 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객에게 다른 사람과 차별화된 나만을 위한 특별한 서비스를 받고 있다는 인식을 심어줘야 한다. 둘째, 고객은 구전 커뮤니케이션을 통해 보험서비스의 장점을 주변사람들에게 전파함으로서 보험서비스의 혜택을 같이 누리고자 하는 마음이 생긴다. 셋째, 고객은 보험서비스가 보험설계사의 역량이라고 생각한다는 것이다. 따라서 보험서비스의 전문성을 높여야 한다. 넷째, 보험설계사는 고객에게 퀄리티있는 정보를 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 보험회사는 보험서비스의 다양화를 통해 고객이 특별한 서비스를 받는다는 마음을 생길 수 있는 보험서비스를 개발해야 한다.

영재교육 담당교원의 핵심역량 인식에 대한 중요도와 실행도(IPA) 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of the Core Competence of Gifted Education Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 영재교육 담당교원의 핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도는 어떠한지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 수학과 과학영역의 영재 담당 교원 114명을 대상으로 영재교육 담당교원의 핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도 설문을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 IPA Matrix를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영재교육 담당 교원들의 핵심역량에 대한 중요도과 실행도에 있어 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, IPA Matrix 분석을 살펴보면 핵심역량 중 지식과 이해, 연구와 교수, 열정과 동기, 윤리와 도덕의 역량은 중요도와 실행도 모두 높게 나타났으나, 소통과 실행, 전문성 교육과정개발 역량은 중요도와 실행도 모두 낮게 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 세부역량별 차이에 있어 인지적 역량군에서는 '영재성 발달에 대한 지식', '질문에 대한 창의적 답변 능력', '교과 간 융합능력', '창의적 문제해결력 증진을 위한 교수능력'과 정의적 역량군에서는 '영재학생의 문제행동파악'이 중요도는 높지만 실행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수학-과학 영역별 핵심역량의 중요도와 실행도를 분석한 결과, 차이가 있는 영역은 '열정과 동기'로 수학에서는 중요도와 실행도 모두 높은 영역에 위치하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 과학에서는 중요도는 낮고 실행도는 높은 영역에 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 수학영역과 과학영역의 세부역량별 차이를 살펴본 결과, 수학영역에서는 '영재성 발달에 대한 지식'과 '학급에서의 영재아 판별 능력', '정보수집과 활용능력', '다양한 질문에 대한 창의적 답변능력'이 중요도에 비해 실행도가 낮은 영역에 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 과학영역의 경우는 '해당교과에 대한 고차원적 분석과 종합능력', '해당 교과와 타 교과와의 융합 능력', '영재아에게 적합한 자기주도학습력 향상을 위한 교수법', '영재학생의 문제행동 파악'과 '상담기법을 활용한 영재 상담'이 중요도는 높으나 실행도가 낮은 영역에 위치하는 것으로 나타났다.

기술경영 경쟁력 측정지표의 개발 (Towards Measuring Competitiveness : A Management of Technology Approach)

  • This study aims to develop a framework to measure MOT competitiveness of enterprises while proposing a concept called management of technology competitiveness (MOTC). The framework of MOTC based on both resource-based view and competence-based view is consisted of technology competitiveness and management competitiveness. A variety of metrics to measure MOTC are extracted through substantial literature review. As technology competitiveness metric, this study examines R&D investment, R&D workforce, R&D facilities, intellectual property assets, and utilization of information and communication technology; as metric of management competitiveness, leadership competitiveness, maturity of the R&D systems, collaboration and partnership, learning and innovation, and commercialization are considered. We then confirm and derive the multi-dimensions of MOTC through its reliability and validity analysis. The study is expected to provide useful guidelines and references for enterprises' self-evaluation of technology and management competitiveness that is equally applicable to small, medium, and large enterprises that must compete in the global marketplace.

  • 본 논문은 인터넷과 유 무선통신을 포함한 초고속통신망의 발전추세에 따른 전자무역 거래 서비스 수용방안에 대하여 전자무역 시장의 여건 변화, 소비자 보호라는 두 가지 측면과, 빠르게 IP환경으로 개편되고 있는 전자무역 시장을 VoIP 서비스 기술과 접목하여 새로운 시장 창출을 위한 VoIP 서비스 기술 활성화 방법, 전자무역 거래를 하기 위하여 기업이 어떠한 핵심역량을 보유해야 하며 현 상황에서 어떤 방향으로 발전해야 할 것인가에 대하여 설명하고 향후 전자무역의 시장변화를 예측하고 중 장기적인 경영 전략의 관점에서 VoIP 서비스 기술 활용에 대해 연구 분석하였다.

  • The fusion type human resources, it is a new human resources to scientific and technical information society of the future demands, and means to enjoy life with a creativity and expertise of fusion of various fields, to communicate in consideration of others. Fusion human resource education(STEAM), of "human resources to practice respect and compassion", "human resources equipped with communication skills", "human resources to pursue creativity and innovation" "human resources to understand the knowledge of the fusion to take advantage" in training I have presented to the area of core competence of the 4C 'Creativity"," Communication","Convergence', 'Caring'. In this study, the area of c ore competency for each element by elementary, middle, and high schools around the analysis of the target can be made by each school level to develop a practical program in the sense of basic research is to conduct. The findings are as follows: First, Area of Creativity, communication area, the contents fusion region, as well as care areas, to the detailed item capacity, the design of the class that contains the entire area should be performed. Second, Elementary and secondary school level analysis, design of the class containing the entire region up to capacity detail is required. High school was required study of school full of normal. Third, In general, for STEAM class environment and teaching model was developed by applying operations. Research and methods of teaching a wider variety of form was required. Later in this study is to develop programs and organize. and It intends to become the base to be able to interest and interest in science education by structured around the status of problems that can be found in the life of around themes STEAM.

PBL기반의 치과의료커뮤니케이션 교육과정을 통한 일부 치위생학과 학생들의 치위생 의사소통 역량수준 평가에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Level of Communication of Dental Hygiene Students after Completing a PBL-Based Dental Communication Curriculum)

  • Background: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate changes in the communication capabilities of dental hygiene students after completing a problem based learning (PBL) dental communication curriculum. With this information, we intend to gather the basic data necessary to stress the need for and value of an education in communication regarding dental hygiene. Methods: PBL-based education was provided to a total of 49 third-year dental hygiene students who took the dental communication class taught by the Department of Dental Hygiene at S University during the 2nd semester of 2020. The relevant self-evaluation was modified, based on the aim of the present study, to refer to three basic key competencies related to the communication capabilities of dental hygienists. An assessment of dental communication competency was conducted by analyzing the changes in self-evaluations before and after completing the course, for each question, using a paired t-test. The statistical significance level was set at p < 0.05. Results: Analysis of core competencies before and after PBL-based dental communication education indicated that all competencies were significantly improved after education (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Dental hygiene students' dental communication skills increased significantly after completing PBL-based dental communication education. Therefore, a PBL-based dental communication curriculum is effective in improving dental communication skills for dental hygiene students.

문학텍스트를 활용한 대학 교양영어 수업: 의사소통의 언어적 측면과 정서적 측면을 중심으로 (Utilizing Literary Texts in the College EFL Classrooms: Focused on Linguistic Aspects and Affective Ones)

  • 본 논문은 대학교의 교양 영어 수업에 문학 텍스트를 활용하는 것이 학생들의 언어적, 정서적 의사소통 능력의 향상에 미치는 효과를 검토하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 통제 그룹은 지정된 교재만을 사용하였고, 목표 그룹은 교재와 더불어 네 편의 단편 소설을 읽고 일련의 추가 활동을 수행하였다. 그들의 영어 의사소통 능력 향상을 측정하기 위해, 연구자는 학생들로 하여금 사전 시험과 사후 시험을 치르게 하였고, SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 비록 사후 시험에서 목표 그룹의 성적 평균이 향상되긴 하였지만 그 차이가 유의미한 수준에 이르지 못하였기에, 이들의 영어능력 향상이 본 연구에서 제시한 전략에 의한 것임을 확인할 수는 없었지만, 이 전략을 통해 목표 그룹의 정서적인 의사소통 양상이 촉진되었음은 추정할 수 있었다.

커뮤니케이션매체 특성과 교수행위 특성이 협력적 상호작용과 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Characteristics of Communication Media and Instruction Behavior on Collaborative Interaction and Project Performance)

  • In the new web based learning environment which has recently emerged, a variety of new learning objectives and teaching methods suited to this learning environment have been adopted. Recently, web based project-based learning methods have received a great deal of attention from those wishing to improve learning performance. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of characteristics of communication media and instruction behavior on collaborative interaction and project performance through web based group projects. The characteristics of communication media were divided into richness, flexibility, and ease of use, and the characteristics of instruction behavior were divided into support and expression, which are independent variables. Collaborative interaction as a mediate variable, was divided into information sharing and negotiation. Project performance was the dependent variable. To verify the proposed research model empirically, an experiment was conducted in which learners participated in on-line and off-line courses with group projects. The group project was conducted virtual product development(VPD), and designed a web-site about the VPD. At the end of the project, a survey was conducted. Of the 270 students, 239 responded. The students were assigned to groups of 3 or 4 members, and represented different genders and levels of computer competence. The reliability, validity, and correlation of research variables were analyzed using SPSS 14.0, and the measurement model and the structural goodness-of-fit of the research model were verified through SEM analysis using Lisrel 8.54. We found important results as follows; First, richness and ease of use has positive impacts on each of sharing information and negotiation. This suggests that richness and ease of use are useful in sharing information which is related to the task and agreeing in opinions among group members. However, flexibility has not positive impacts on sharing information and negotiation. This implies that there is no great difference in performance of PC and information literacy of user. Second, support and expression of instructor have positive impacts on sharing information and negotiation. This indicates that instructors play an important role in encouraging learners to participate in the project and communicating with them, sharing information related to the project, making a resonable decision and finally leading them to improve a project performance. Third, collaborative interaction has a positive impact on project performance. This result shows that if the ability to share information and negotiate among students was improved then a project performance would be improved as well. Recently, in the state of revitalized web based learning, it is opportune that web-based group project is practically conducted, and the impact of characteristics of communication media and characteristics of instruction behavior on sharing information, negotiating among group members and improving a project performance is verified. On the basis of these results, we propose that forms of learning, such as web based project, could be one of solution which is to enforce interaction among learners, and ultimately improve learning performance. Moreover web-based group project is able to make up for a weakness which makes it difficult to make interpersonal relations or friendship among learners in computer mediated communication or web based learning.

핵심역량에 기초한 중학교 수학 수업 방안 탐색 -수학 영재 수업을 중심으로- (Schemes to incorporate key competencies for the gifted in the middle school math teaching)

  • 본 연구는 기존에 교육과정 총론 수준에서 논의되고 있던 핵심역량을 수학 교과 수업에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 창의성이나 문제해결력과 관련된 수학적 능력은 뛰어나지만 대인관계 능력과 의사소통능력이 부족할 수 있는 수학 영재를 연구 대상으로 하여, 그들의 역량이 신장되어가는 과정을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 그래프를 내용 목표로 선정하고, 대인관계능력과 의사소통능력을 역량 목표로 설정하여 이 두 가지 목표를 달성하기 위한 핵심역량 기반 수업을 설계하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용하였다. 수업 참여 관찰을 통해 수학 영재 학생들의 학습 과정에서 대인관계능력과 의사소통능력이 신장되는 것을 확인 수 있었으며, 그 이외의 역량들이 복합적으로 함께 신장되는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 역량 목표가 수학 수업에서도 달성될 수 있다는 가능성을 나타내는 것으로, 앞으로 이에 대한 좀 더 심층적인 연구가 필요할 것이라 생각된다.

Learning a Foreign Language Using Information Technologies for Comfortable Implementation of the Professional Position of a Future Specialist in a Foreign Language Environment

  • At the present stage, the main directions of the professional position of a specialist in the implementation of English-language Education are to improve and spread the practice of learning languages throughout a person's life by involving information, communication and digital technologies in the educational process. Computerization of the educational process in Higher Education Institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions. The necessity of ensuring timely training and retraining of specialists of various profiles (in particular teachers) on the effective use of domestic and foreign electronic resources with the help of modern information technologies for the implementation of the professional position of a future specialist in a foreign-language environment is noted. The main goal of teaching a foreign language (the formation of students' communicative competence, which means mastering the language as a means of intercultural communication) is defined. The types of speech activity that cover the content of teaching a foreign language are highlighted. The main types of assessment in a foreign language are shown - current (non-classroom), thematic, semester, annual assessment and final state certification. The task of the teacher is drawn, which is to create conditions for practical language acquisition for each student, to choose such teaching methods by means of information technologies that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity; to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of learning a foreign language.
