문헌정보학 전공자의 정보기술 수용요인에 관한 분석적 연구 (An Analysis on Factors of Information Technology Acceptance of LIS Undergraduate Students)

  • 이 연구에서는 문헌정보학 교육과정이 전공자의 정보기술 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 정보기술수용모형을 이용하여 두 가지의 이질적인 정보기술환경에서 전공자와 비전공자간, 그리고 전공 성숙도별 정보기술 수용에 대한 요인적 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 문헌정보학 전공자와 비전공자간 정보기술 수용요인은 사회적 특성을 나타내는 주관적 규범 변수에서 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 전공성숙도에 따라 저학년 집단에서는 비전공자와 큰 차이가 없었으나 고학년 집단에서는 각 변수의 영향력이 저학년 집단에 비해 큰 것으로 나타났다.

디지털 신세대의 패션트렌드 인지도와 수용도가 패션정보 활용도에 미치는 영향 (The Study of New Digital Generation's Utilization of Fashion Information)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate recognition degree and acceptability of fashion trends of new consumers who live in digital era, and to determine how these factors have influence on their use of fashion trend information. The study was conducted with 696 people from 15 to 34 years old. A self-administrated questionnaire based on the results of previous researches was developed. The data were analyzed with statistical analyses such as frequency analysis, mean, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. The results are as follows: first, new digital consumer's recognition degree (RD) of fashion trends is 7.85 on the average, given that the top of scale is 20.0, it is quite low. Of fashion trend RD, fashion item RD is the highest. The female subjects recognize fashion trends better than the male subjects. Second, fashion trend acceptance of new digital generation is classified into 5 factors: 'search acceptance', 'lead acceptance', 'follow acceptance', 'non-acceptance', and 'delay acceptance'. The female subjects show higher degree in the factors of 'search acceptance', 'lead acceptance' and 'follow acceptance' of fashion trend than the males; hence it means that the females have more positive attitudes in fashion trend acceptance than the males. Third, there are significant differences between genders in the fashion information utilization. Compared to the males, the females more use fashion information on style, fabrics and color. Concludingly, their fashion trend recognition degree and acceptance made an influence in part on their utilization of fashion information.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify a causal relationship between social tv services and intended acceptance of social tv service through the SERVQUAL five dimensions which mean generally assessment of superior user. Also I am going to analyze that how factors of intended acceptance of social tv service effect on intended acceptance through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use based on Technology Acceptance Model which provides theoretical basis for behavior response of information technology. This study is significant that social tv combine the five dimensions of service quality that mean assessment of overall excellent or superior user and Technology Acceptance Model that provides theoretical basis for describing an behavior response of information technology.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보시스템품질요인이 기술수용모형과 사용자의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보기 위해 정보시스템품질을 시스템, 정보, 서비스에 보안성을 포함하여 최근 대두되고 있는 IT보안의 중요성도 정보시스템품질의 요인으로 보았다. 이러한 정보시스템품질이 기술수용모형과 사용자의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검정하기 위해, 기술수용모형은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성으로 구분하였고, 사용자의도는 사용자가 수용의도만 가지고 있는지 활용의도도 있는지 구분함으로써 확장된 정보시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 정보시스템품질요인이 기술수용모형에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 부분채택되었다. 서비스품질은 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술수용모형은 사용자의도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 모두 채택되었다.

  • Purpose: Traditionally, information technology acceptance have been considered one of the most important research issues. However non-acceptance, which was main objective of acceptance theories, have not been included in main research area by communities of information systems. This study is to identify the factors influencing non-acceptance of information technology and suggest a total research model for explaining the phenomena of non-acceptance. Design/methodology/approach: Grounded theory was adopted as a principal research method. which is an inductive technique of interpreting qualitative data about a social phenomenon to build theories about that phenomenon. Data were collected by depth interview and open question on potential non-adopters during 3 months. The collected data were coded by two main coding paradigm in ground theory, open coding and axis coding. Findings: Factors influencing non-acceptance, status quo, imitation, value evaluation, and concerning risk were extracted from open coding. These factors were integrated into system 1 thinking and system 2 thinking, which were from axis coding. More specifically, status quo and imitation are system 1 thinking which are more responsive and emotional thinking and value evaluation and concerning risk are system 2 thinking which are more rational and reasoning thinking.

  • Today, the development of internet brings many changes in formation exploration and acceptance. Not only the customers can come into contact much information about the firm and its product by quick and easy search, but also they produce information by themselves or can spread the information via the internet. Nowadays, customers are progressive information explorer and producer on online. In this sense, this study examined the effects of e-word-of-mouth information characteristics on the consumer's perceived usefulness and perceived acceptance of e-word-of-mouth information in the food service industry in order to suggest directions to enhances marketing strategies for marketer. The research model for this study was designed based on the hypothesis that the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information and credibility of the information influenced both the user's perceived usefulness and acceptance. Based on total 277 customers obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed validity, reliability and fitness of research model. The analysis results on these factors are as follow. First, the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information; vividness, consensus, direction had an influence on the customer's perceived usefulness. Second, the characteristics of e-word-of-mouth information; vividness, consensus, direction had an influence on the customer's perceived acceptance. Third, the reliability of information had an influence on the customer's perceived usefulness and the credibility of e-word-of-mouth information perceived acceptance. Fourth, the customer's perceived usefulness had an influence on the customer's perceived acceptance.

개인의 특성변수에 기초한 u-Commerce 수용요인 실증분석: 기술수용모형의 적용 (An Empirical Study of Individual Factors Affecting the u-Commerce Adoption : An Application of Technology Acceptance Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify and analyze the factors that influence the acceptance intention of u-Commerce users under ubiquitous computing environments. To accomplish this, the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) of Davis(1989), which has widely been cited in new technologies such as information technology(IT) and information systems(IS) studies was used to develop the research model. First of all, personal characteristics affecting the acceptance intention of u-Commerce were identified as individual variables through literature review. Utilizing the use of the individual variables and the TAM model, the u-Commerce acceptance intention model was established. The research findings indicated that IT acceptance forms and frequencies in IT use did not have a significant impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of u-Commerce. It was also found that the perceived usefulness proposed in the u-Commerce acceptance model influenced the perceived usefulness. Both ease of use and usefulness were identified to influence attitude for use. Finally, usefulness and attitude for use also positively influenced acceptance intention. The contribution of this study was the examination of the factors affecting acceptance intention of users in u-Commerce and the verification of the usefulness of the TAM model in describing the acceptance of u-Commerce users using structure acceptance model. Furthermore, this study has empirically analyzed how personal characteristics widely used in the study of acceptance of IT can influence the acceptance of u-Commerce.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that impact the user's intention to accept technology when Introducing new information security systems for the workers of a semiconductor company. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the factors of a company's information security systems, namely reliability, expertise, availability, security, and economic efficiency, all significantly and positively impacted performance expectations. Second, the performance expectation of introducing information security systems for a company significantly and positively impacted the intention to accept technology. Third, the social impact of introducing information security systems for a company had a significant and positive impact on technology acceptance intention. Fourth, the facilitating conditions for introducing a company's information security systems significantly and positively impacted technology acceptance intention. Fifth, as for the moderating effect of innovation resistance, the moderating effect was significant in the paths of [performance expectation -> technology acceptance intention], [social impact -> technology acceptance intention], and [facilitating conditions -> technology acceptance intention]. The implication of this study is that the factors to be considered when introducing information security systems were provided to companies that are the actors of their proliferation, providing the base data to lay the foundation for introducing security technologies and their proliferation.

The Impact of Senders' Identity to the Acceptance of Electronic Word-of-Mouth of Consumers in Vietnam

  • Studies related to Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) show that the acceptance of eWOM information is an important factor in customer purchase decisions. When consumers accept eWOM information, they tend to use that information in considering before making purchase decisions. In Viet Nam, there are few studies about eWOM information, especially on the acceptance of eWOM information. Research is conducted to test the influence of consumers on the perception of the senders' identity to the acceptance of online reviews (a kind of eWOM) in Viet Nam - a case study in Ho Chi Minh City. Using adjustment techniques, inspecting the scales and a theoretical model represent the relationship among the influential factors. The research is based on a sample of 522 consumers who use the Internet to search for product reviews before buying and used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships among the variables. The research results show that the scales of the variables: Message Quality, Source Credibility, Perceived Message Usefulness, Perceived Senders' Identity, Perceived Message Credibility, Message Acceptance attain the validity and reliability in the research. The research contributes to the understanding of the determinants that influence the acceptance of eWOM information, which are informational factors, and factors related to consumer skepticism.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특성과 사용자 수용간의 상황적 관계분석 (A Contingent Analyses on the Relationship Between the Characteristics of Internet Shopping Mall and User Acceptance)

  • It is generally agreed that realizing the full potential of the internet shopping mall(ISM) requires careful identification of customer needs and expectations. However, a quantitative framework to explain and predict users' behavior toward ISM has not been well established because the research on the user acceptance of ISM is still in its infancy. This study proposes a model which uses factor analysis to identify factors of ISM characteristics and individual characteristics affecting user acceptance of ISM. Predictive models based on the multiple regression analyses select the factors and their interactions with individual characteristics that significantly influence user acceptance. Results show that five factors including economy, convenience, credibility, reliability, information risks, and performance risks affects user acceptance. In addition, individual differences in terms of innovativeness, playfulness, and recreational shopping traits have both direct and interaction effects on user acceptance. The implication of this study is that, although user attitudes towards ISM characteristics in general are important to their acceptance behavior, the level of importance depends upon different user groups.
