Identification of mountain-cultivated ginseng and cultivated ginseng using UPLC/oa-TOF MSE with a multivariate statistical sample-profiling strategy

  • Background: Mountain-cultivated ginseng (MCG) and cultivated ginseng (CG) both belong to Panax ginseng and have similar ingredients. However, their pharmacological activities are different due to their significantly different growth environments. Methods: An ultra-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)-based approach was developed to distinguish MCG and CG. Multivariate statistical methods, such as principal component analysis and supervised orthogonal partial-least-squares discrimination analysis were used to select the influential components. Results: Under optimized UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS conditions, 40 ginsenosides in both MCG and CG were unambiguously identified and tentatively assigned. The results showed that the characteristic components of CG and MCG included ginsenoside Ra3/isomer, gypenoside XVII, quinquenoside R1, ginsenoside Ra7, notoginsenoside Fe, ginsenoside Ra2, ginsenoside Rs6/Rs7, malonyl ginsenoside Rc, malonyl ginsenoside Rb1, malonyl ginsenoside Rb2, palmitoleic acid, and ethyl linoleate. The malony ginsenosides are abundant in CG, but higher levels of the minor ginsenosides were detected in MCG. Conclusion: This is the first time that the differences between CG and MCG have been observed systematically at the chemical level. Our results suggested that using the identified characteristic components as chemical markers to identify different ginseng products is effective and viable.

만성질환자의 운동이행계획 수립에 미치는 영향 요인 분석 (Analysis of Influencing Factors on Commitment to a Plan for Physical Exercise among Korean Adults with Chronic Disease)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting those commitment to a plan for exercise among Korean with chronic diseases by Pender's health promotion model. Methods: The participants in this study were 315 Korean adults over 18 years of age with chronic diseases who were recruited in hospitals or public health centers in Korea. The instruments used in this study were individual characteristics instrument, Rosenberg's self-esteem scale, Ware's perceived health status, Profile of Mood States and Pender's commitment to a plan for exercises scale. Results: The results of analysis showed that Korean adults with chronic diseases were perceived with relatively low commitment to a plan for exercise while they were perceived with moderate self-esteem, health status, and mood. There were significant differences in the commitment to a plan for exercise according to education level and economic level. The positive relationship between self esteem, perceived health status, and commitment to a plan for exercise were significantly correlated. The experience for exercise was the most influential variable on commitment to a plan for exercise accounting for 40.3% among Korean with chronic diseases. Conclusion: For planning a targeted strategy to increase regular exercise among Korean adults with chronic diseases, nurses have to assess the prior experience of exercise of them. These nursing activities lead to improve their quality of life and encourage to control their symptoms.

PPL 광고효과요인이 광고태도에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Relation between Consumers' Product Placement Effect Factors and Attitude of Advertisement)

  • 본 연구는 PPL 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 소비자의 신념인식을 통해 알아보고, PPL 광고효과요인이 광고태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 310명의 대학생 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, PPL광고효과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 7개로 나타났다. 즉, 연예인관여도, 노골적묘사, 협찬사신뢰성, 소비조장, 브랜드차별성, 윤리성 및 정보제공 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 광고태도 지각에서 소비자는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 과거에 비해 좀 더 긍정적인 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, PPL광고효과요인과 광고태도 관련성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연예인 관여도 협찬사, 신뢰성 및 정보제공 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 간접광고제작 실무자에게 간접광고효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 신념 요소가 무엇인가에 대한 자료를 제공할 뿐 아니라 PPL 시장진출에 관심 있는 광고대행사의 간접광고 제작 전략마련에 기초적 자료를 제공해 줄 것이다.

커피전문점의 브랜드 속성과 가격공정성이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 - A 커피전문점을 대상으로 - (Effects of Coffee Shop Brand Attributes and Price Fairness on the Purchasing Behavior - Focus on the Case of Coffee Shop A -)

  • As many companies are performing brand management as a marketing strategy to establish long-term relationships with their customers, consumers decide the actual purchasing behavior by understanding the brand attributes of the relevant company based on an evaluation standard of the products. This paper provides the basic data for improving the competitiveness of the coffee shop market continuously, and analyzes the influential relationships between each variable by limiting the brand attributes of the coffee shop and the price fairness factor that would be expected to affect the consumers' purchasing behavior as the cause variables. The results showed that the-out of brand attribute factors of the coffee shop, the brand awareness and perceived quality had significant effects on the price fairness while the influence of the shop image on the price fairness was not verified. In addition, all the brand awareness, shop image, and perceived quality had significant effects on the purchasing behavior while the statistical significance between price fairness and purchasing behavior was verified. The rationality of the price presented by the coffee shop could be judged depending on the quality perceived by the consumers. Similarly, once consumers classified the propriety of price and then perceived that a suitable price had been set up regarding the quality and service provided by the coffee shop, it was highly possible for them to include it in their actual purchasing behavior, despite the higher price than other brands'. Further research on the psychological variables affecting the purchasing behavior by securing more diverse consumers to understand their purchasing behavior for a wide range of research subjects and the generalization of research results, will provide useful data for establishing marketing measures necessary to form strong relationships between consumers and brand in the currently-saturated coffee shop market.

도서관 웹사이트의 하이퍼링크 네트워크 분석 (A Study on the Hyperlink Network Analysis of Library Web Sites)

  • 본 연구는 국내 도서관 유형별 웹사이트의 하이퍼링크 네트워크 구조분석을 위하여 총 32개 웹사이트의 하이퍼링크를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 크롤러를 이용하여 하이퍼링크 데이터를 수집한 후, 도서관 유형별 웹사이트를 대상으로 네트워크 내에서 나타나는 전체적인 특성과 도서관이 특히 집중하고 있는 웹사이트가 무엇인지, 중심성 값이 높은 도서관 웹사이트는 어디인지를 다양한 측면에서 분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 분석 대상 전체 도서관 중 연세대학교 학술정보원 웹사이트가 연결정도중심성, 매개중심성, 근접중심성, 아이겐벡터중심성 값이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 도서관 유형별로 살펴보면, 국가도서관은 국립세종도서관, 공공도서관은 서울도서관, 대학도서관은 연세대학교 학술정보원 웹사이트가 네트워크 내에서 상대적으로 영향력 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 앞으로 도서관 웹사이트의 효율성과 효과성을 제고시키기 위한 운영 전략 수립에 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 유휴산업시설 재생공간 방문자들의 장소성이 방문만족도와 체류시간에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 서울시 영등포구에 위치한 문래예술창작촌을 연구대상지로 선정하였으며, 방문자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석결과, 문래예술창작촌의 장소성 요인인 매력성, 의미성은 방문만족도와 체류시간에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매력성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 역사성은 방문만족도와 체류시간에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 방문만족도는 체류시간에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 유휴산업시설 재생공간의 장소성을 진단하고, 추후 도시공간 계획가 및 관리자가 유휴산업시설 재생공간을 활성화시킬 수 있는 장소마케팅 전략을 수립하는 데에 유용한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다.

일부 보건계열 대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Identity by Health Science College Students on Job Preparation Behavior)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to evaluate the influential factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity by health science college students on their job preparation beaviors. Methods: The total 714 questionnaires were distributed to juniors and seniors of health science college, and the result was statistically analyzed through IBM SPSS statistics 20.0. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of job preparation behavior between male students and female students, and while seniors showed highly active job preparation behaviors, those who had high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, and outgoing personality had highly active job preparation behaviors. 2. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, outgoing personality, and high expected salaries showed high career decision-making self-efficacy level. 3. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement and highly outgoing personality showed high level of career identity. 4. Subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were collection of job information, goal setting, planning, and self-assessment, and all of them showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. 5. Among subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, "self-understanding" and understanding of job information showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. Conclusion: For improvement on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of health science college students, individual support, psychological support, educational support and other supports regarding job employment to provide wide paths and methods for job preparation behaviors are essential, and through various job employment education program and graded counseling, job preparation behaviors shall be promoted as a great strategy.

한국의 국가적 이미지가 의료관광품질의 기대 형성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Country-image on Expectation of Medical Tour)

  • Medical tourism is a contemporary phenomenon which has its root in both tourism and health service. Especially, Korea's medical tourism market has grown dramatically after activation of foreign patient attraction law. The purpose of this study is to find out which is the most influential factors among political, economic, relative and national image in case of Japanese tourists when they purchase Korean medical tourism. This study estimates the Japanese tourists' Trust in the Korean health service quality and tourism service quality. It means perception of medical tourism. The results are as follows; The political, relative and economic image not have any significant influences on tourism service and trust in health service quality. And just the national image has a positive influence on tourism service and trust in health service quality. Tourism service quality is related with trust in the health service quality. Trust in health service quality is only related with purchase intention of medical tourism. The implications of this study are: First, the national image factors such as thoughtfulness, high education and polite attitude should be utilized as a Korea medical tourism marketing strategy to differentiate itself from the other foreign country in Japan. Next, the differentiated national image in Japan will be the most important factors for Korean hospital and tourism companies to attract medical tourists.

패션쇼 관람만족에 영향을 미치는 패션쇼구성요인에 관한 연구 (The effects of the components of a fashion show on viewing satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify how the components of a fashion show can influence the perception of the spectators, and what the spectators most like in a fashion show. Through the analysis on the literature reviews and in-depth interviews with professional's organizing fashion shows we established a list of the main components, which allowed us to set up a questionnaire. The results regarding the viewing satisfaction of the spectators at a fashion show were investigated and came out as follows: First, the components of fashion show are generally viewed to be four factors: the program, the directing, the model, and the sets. These four factors are influencing the perception of the spectators and are very important to the success of a fashion show and the enjoyment of a fashion show by spectators. Second, it is shown to us that the most influential factor for the perception is 'the directing'(stage scenery, background music, lighting, effects etc.), and the next is 'the sets'(convenience seat, display, service facilities etc.). So, in order to raise the level of satisfaction for the spectators, it is advisable to concentrate on these two main factors. Finally, we would suggest that the organizer of a fashion show shall carefully analyze how spectators understand and perceive the components of a fashion show. This study provides information about how the components of a fashion show can influence the spectator's perception and presents suggestions on how to improve a fashion show by reorienting it towards the satisfaction of the spectator. In addition, there needs to be a strategy by customer satisfaction experience to reinforce a customer-oriented fashion show and heighten a viewing satisfaction for spectators.

국가이미지가 중국 소비자의 구매의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Country Image on the Chinese Consumers' Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 중국에서 중요한 소비 계층으로 급성장하고 있는 중국 대도시의 대학생들을 대상으로 경제발전, 교육수준, 제품품질, 기술연구, 생활수준, 민주체제의 요소로 국가이미지를 측정하여 일본과 한국의 국가이미지가 중국 소비자의 식품, 의류패션, 생활용품, 음악제품, 자동차, 가전제품의 구매의향에 미치는 영향의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 국가이미지가 중국 소비자들의 제품별 구매의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전자제품을 제외한 식품, 생활용품, 의류패션, 음악제품, 자동차 구매시 한국의 국가이미지가 중국 소비자들의 구매의향에 미치는 영향은 일본보다 다소 작은 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상 표본 구성의 한계로 인해 본 연구의 일반화에는 주의가 필요하나 국가이미지의 각 구성요소가 제품구매에 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하여 국가 차원에서의 국가이미지 구축 전략의 필요성을 확인하고, 또 각 기업들이 자체적으로 중국시장에서의 브랜드인지도를 높이기 위해 노력해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
