This study investigates what decisions have an impact on bank performance. A panel regression analysis was conducted using data from the financial statements of banks located in the United States from 2013 to 2022, and the effects of explanatory variables were examined through hierarchical panel regression analysis divided into financial decision-making and management decision-making. In addition, by analyzing performance separately from the creditor and shareholder perspectives (hereinafter referred to as overall) and from the shareholder perspective alone, it suggests which elements should be utilized and how to improve performance from each perspective. When a panel regression analysis was performed using only liquidity and stability, dependency on deposits and the interest coverage ratio had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of overall performance, and the debt ratio also had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of shareholder performance. When adding non-technical factors, only the labor cost ratio among non-technical factors was found to be statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, and although the non-technical factors were not statistically significant from the shareholder performance perspective, the cash ratio was found to have a statistically significant impact. Lastly, when adding technical innovation elements, the intangible asset ratio was not statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, but was significant from the shareholder performance perspective. The significance and implications of this study are that there are differences in factors that can affect the performance of overall or shareholder and that various decision-making factors can affect a bank's performance.

Due to developments in information technology and ensuing changes in the concept of time and space, the significance of national boundaries has been weakened, bringing to attention the heightened competition among nations. In order to respond to these transformations, the Korean government is increasing its efforts to raise the authenticity of the National Technology Qualification System(NTQS) by closely linking NTQS testing method and procedure to practical knowledge and skills in the industry field. This initiative is based on the recognition that the human resources development is a crucial factor in determining a nation's competitiveness. This study aimed, first of all, to diagnose the problems directly and indirectly affecting the testing method in the current NTQS. And then, differentiated solutions according to grade and improvements in the testing infrastructure were suggested. The ultimate purpose was to provide a blueprint for enhancing national competitiveness through increased authenticity and efficiency of the NTQS. Research methods applied during this study include: the collection and review of qualification-related literature; a series of conferences with leading experts; interviews with vocational educators and researchers from qualification-related institutes; a survey of national qualification holders from a variety of professions and industries; and participatory observation at qualification exam centers. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience to the senior center staff and policy makers through a research of "Life satisfaction" in the senior centers with a systematic review and meta-analysis of the considerations of the elderly, published in foreign journals for the past 10 years. We searched published studies in the Medline Complete, Pub-med central and Scopus databases from January 2007 to November 2017. The main key words used "Elderly AND(And OR aged) AND Personal Satisfaction/ or life satisfaction" and out of 595 searched articles a total of 6 studies were selected. After qualitative analysis of the contents of the study, meta - analyzes were conducted for factors with more than three quantitative values. The factors affecting life satisfaction of the elderly were physical health (pooled effect size 0.582, p = .000), mental health (pooled effect size 0.423, p = .000), economic problems (r = .51, p =. 001), social activities, and daily living. It is expected that this study which provides an understanding of life satisfaction of the elderly would contribute to provide general information for developing social consensus on the employment in the super aging society should help improve the quality of welfare facilities for senior citizens in the future.

Recently Ransomware attacks are continuously increasing, and new Ransomware, which is difficult to detect just with a basic vaccine, continuously has its upward trend. Various solutions for Ransomware have been developed and applied. However, due to the disadvantages and limitations of existing solutions, damage caused by Ransomware has not been reduced. Ransomware is attacking various platforms no matter what platform it is, such as Windows, Linux, servers, IoT devices, and block chains. However, most existing solutions for Ransomware are difficult to apply to various platforms, and there is a limit that they are dependent on only some specific platforms while operating. This study analyzes the problems of existing Ransomware detection solutions and proposes the onboard module based Ransomware detection system; after the system defines the function of necessary elements through analyzing requirements that can actually reduce the damage caused by the Ransomware from the viewpoint of users, it supports various OS without pre-installation and is able to restore data even after being infected. We checked the feasibility of each function of the proposed system through the analysis of the existing technology and verified the suitability of the proposed techniques to meet the user's requirements through the questionnaire survey of a total of 264 users of personal and corporate PC users. As a result of statistical analysis of the questionnaire results, it was found that the score of intent to introduce the system was at 6.3 or more which appeared to be good, and the score of intent to change from existing solution to the proposed system was at 6.0 which appeared to be very high.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of controlling consulting service quality in relation to the factors of success and performances of the social enterprises. In order to achieve the objective of this study, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activity was defined to be the factors of success and the research model and hypothesis was set according to the theoretical basis of the factors of success, performances and the quality of consulting services. The results showed that first, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activities as factors of success all had significant effects on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest, having great influence on the securement of market competitiveness of the social enterprises. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the effects of controlling the quality of consulting services in relation to the relationship between the factors of success and management performances of the social enterprises, network activity showed to have significant effect on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest. Through this study, the importance and the necessity of the improvement of consulting services and network activities of social enterprises were highlighted and the necessity of a new consulting principle in the consulting industry that can be specialized to social enterprises is proposed.

The purpose of this study is, to analyze the recent trend of studies on SaaS(Software as a Service) in Korea and to suggest a direction for the future research. For this purpose, the relevant literatures published in Korea Citation Index and literatures presented in conferences were gathered. Among these literatures, total of 39 samples were selected and used in the systematic literature review. The result shows that the application of SaaS in actual operations of industries are widely proliferated. However, the studies on SaaS generally lacks in its number and types. For example, studies so far are only on field of engineering and technology. Considering the fact that SaaS is moving towards the service orientation, studies on SaaS should develop in the fields of policy, business, individual and society sides of studies. In addition, the existing studies uses different concepts of relations between SaaS and ASP(Application Service Provider), as well as, different definitions of SaaS. Lastly, our research analyzed the problems of utilization of SaaS and found that, the quality, performance and security are presented as the core of the problems.

Our society is rapidly changing with the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, the emergence of a generation with new characteristics, and the untact era following the With Corona policy. Although the transition to untact is accelerating in the field of performing arts, in the case of opera, face-to-face performances are mainly conducted by experts and enthusiasts through on-site performances. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of creating opportunities through the influx of new customers such as the MZ generation and the departure of existing experts and enthusiasts. In this study, in order to examine these existing problems, we conducted literature review and case analysis, compared the opera face-to-face/non-face-to-face performance characteristics, derived an activation plan, and conducted expert interviews to secure the coherence and validity of the plan. In conclusion, we thought that it was difficult to improve the sound and sound quality, impairing the sense of presence and emotion due to many shortcomings when operating non-face-to-face as a music genre with the characteristics of opera. Therefore, we established the direction of activating the opera mainly face-to-face, but making good use of the advantages of non-face-to-face, which is not limited by region and time, and promoting the direction of activating face-to-face and non-face-to-face performances complementary to each other through the concept of cultural enjoyment.

The operating regulations of the undergraduate co-op amended and announced on July 6, 2021 aim to enhance the quality of co-op and improve student rights through the standardized operation. However, among the revisions, 75% of the minimum wage and up to 25% of job training are acting as great difficulties in corporate participation in the co-op. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the concept of the co-op and the main contents of the revision of the Ministry of Education's operating regulations, and to examine companies' perceptions and responses. As a result of the study, some companies were not aware of the revision of the notice in detail. In addition, the revisions related to the training support fee was found to be the biggest concern among the corporates, and the burden of job training also existed among the corporates. Based on the research results, policy improvement directions were discussed, and the implications and limitations of this study were also suggested.

The defense industry has recently been focused on boosting exports of weapon systems. Investigation and selection of promising export items for SMEs in the defense industry is essential to establish a defense promotion policy. This study presents a model for selecting promising export items applicable to the defense industry through case studies, such as criteria for selecting promising items from other organizations. The evaluation index is largely composed of three categories, competitiveness of the item itself, capabilities of the exporter, and ripple effect of the export, and consists of eight detailed evaluation indicators. The relative weight between categories was calculated through the AHP method. In the selection model, if a certain score is exceeded, it is then possible to adopt a promising item or verify validity. In particular, promising items were selected by applying this methodology to those involved in the defense industry. Using the model presented in this study, it is expected that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises with relatively high export competitiveness and excellent quality items will be given priority, and more effective and intensive export support will be possible.

Adapting the maintenance criteria of Seoul City pavement is not applicable for borough pavement due to differences between the pavement of Seoul city and the borough, such as priority of maintenance, traffic volume, thickness of pavement, and pavement deterioration rate by distresses. To develop an efficient and reasonable evaluation method of the Seocho borough pavement condition within a limited budget, this study suggested the borough pavement condition evaluation model based on the PMS (Pavement Management System) of Seoul Metropolitan SPI (Seoul Pavement Index). The SPI was modified to predict the remaining life and determine the proper maintenance method for the pavement in Seocho borough. This was suggested to reflect the rate of the designed performance life and field performance life of pavement as well as the pavement condition at the stage of the completion of construction. Primary variables, such as crack, rutting and IRI in the final model affect the overall performance life due to their even composition. Therefore, the suggested model considering the lowered criteria, design performance factor, and construction factor can be used for the more efficient maintenance of Seocho borough pavement.
