식품안전수준에 대한 지수 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Index for Food Safety Status based on the Statistical Data)

  • Measuring the food safety has been focused only on the psychological consumers' recognition of food safety. The actual measurement tool should consist of the evidence-based statistical data to assess the level of national food safety in scientific perspectives. This paper described the development of a concept to measure the food safety of the food chain based on OECD PSR framework. This paper discusses the elaboration of a set of 8 food safety related data issued as statistical data, and which were same weighted. These food safety statistical data (FSDs) were derived as the basis of measuring the variation of food safety during 2013-2019. The values of the primary production indicator (PPI), the processing and manufacturing indicator (PMI), and the distribution and consumption indicator (DCI) are 0.558-0.859, 0.533-0.691, and 0.979-0.982, respectively. The food safety status (FSS) derived from the safety indicator values of each of the three stages is 0.700-0.810. In order to increase the level of food safety, it is necessary to pay attention to PMI and PPI management. In the future, continuously calculating the level of food safety, managing it like the level of psychological safety, and further expanding it to the level of food safety between countries will help establish policies to improve the level of food safety in Korea.

유휴농지 농업적 활용 평가지표 설정 및 현장적용 (Establishing Evaluation Indicator for Agricultural Utilization of Idle Farmlands and Field Application)

  • Self-sufficiency rate of food in South Korea is almost at the lowest level among OECD countries, and the decrease tend of farmland is expected to be continued. In this situation, the government has been revised the target self-sufficiency rate of food, and carried forward various policies in order to achieve it. One of those policies is the restoration business of idle farmland which is planned to carry forward after 2015. This study set up indicators evaluating effective use of idle farmland, and tried to apply in the field before carrying forward restoration business. The result of this study may be summarized as follows. First of all, it reset an evaluation indicator that was based on the evaluation indicator developed in order to set application directions of idle farmland. Next, it selected 30 idle farmlands with reset evaluation indicator among 11,635 which were inspected nationwide in 2012. Before applying indicator, it measured the condition of recycling such as accessibility of farmland, condition of irrigation and drainage system, land state, and surroundings by field investigation. Then, it calculated composite score in each target area through applying indicators, and verified the indicator by comparing calculated result with the one which was decided from field investigation. Finally, it carried out field investigation, correct and upgrade some problems of the standard of score calculation that was found during applying previously set evaluation indicator to target area, and established the final standard of calculation for evaluation indicator.

도시생태현황도의 활용효과 측정지표 개발 및 효과분석 (Development of Measurement Indicators and Effective Analysis for Utilizing Effects of Biotop Map)

  • This study aims at choosing indicators to measure the effect of utilizing biotop map, and analyzing its effect by an indicator from the perspective of performer. The Primary performance indicators are made through specialist survey using SMART. As a result, three indicators are chosen: "Discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect)", "Plan and execution of environment and ecology plan in an urban development site", "Minimizing ecological damage in an urban development." The result in each indicator is as follows. The indicator of discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect), the average reduction rate in statistically meaningful level reduced 6.08% and 11.64% respectively in 2004-2005. In this period, environment information system was established and the reduction effect is shown in this period by reinforcing environment effect estimation using biotop map. As to the indicator of utilizing biotop map in an urban development site, the Seongnam P site case shows that biotop map was used when they set up an development plan. In case of minimizing ecological damage in an urban development, the Gwangjingu G-dong case shows that it was used to appoint preservation sit, and mediate development restrict area. Accordingly, the biotop map utilizing effect is confirmed through core performance indicators and verification of the indicators using SMART. The further research is encouraged to find evaluate indicators and verify the effect quantitatively to increase the use of biotop map.

고정도 엔진 지압계에 관한 연구 (1) <온도 특성에 의한 영점이동의 보상> (A Study on the Precision Engine Indicatior(I) (Zero-shift Compensation of the Engine Indicator with a Electronic Device))

  • Development of modern internal combustion engine requires more precise indicator. In the case of strain gage-strain tube type indicator, thermal expansion of the indicator's fixed part makes zero-shift in spite of water cooling. Therefore, the authors analyzed the cause of zero-shift phenomenon on strain gage-strain tube type indicator and proposed a new device to compensate the zero-shift of indicator by electrical method without detoriorating the dynamic charcteristic. As the results, we found that the zero-shift is varied linearlly according to temperature variation of the indicator's fixed part and appling a new device, we can improve the zero-shift of indicator about 0.63% (0.63 kg/$cm^2$) of full scale, though we got 10% of it without the device at the cylinder head operating temperature (c.a. $200^{\circ}C$).

우리나라 대도시의 지속가능발전성 비교평가 (Comparative Appraisal of Sustainable Development in Korean Metropolis)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 7대 대도시를 대상으로 지속가능발전성을 비교 평가하였다. 국가지속가능발전지표 목록 등을 참고하여 3개 부문, 14개 지표군, 42개 하위지표를 선정하여 정량적 지표체계를 구축하였다. 대도시간 비교분석을 위해 지표별로 7대 대도시의 평균값을 기준으로 지속가능성을 상대평가 하였으며, 이 때 필요시 역기능지표를 순기능 지표화 하여 모든 지표를 동일한 스케일로 비교 가능하도록 하였다. 그 결과 서울이나 울산과 같이 특정산업이 집중한 도시에서 경제적 지속가능성이 높았으나 환경적 지속가능성은 낮았고, 지역경제가 낙후된 광주에서 환경적 지속가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 부산, 대구, 인천은 전반적으로 지속가능성이 낮은 반면, 대전은 3개 부문 모두에서 조화롭게 지속가능성이 높아 대도시 중 통합적 지속가능성이 제일 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop geostatistical model for evaluating the abundance of deep-sea manganese nodule. The abundance data used in this study were obtained from the KODOS (Korea Deep Ocean Study) area. The variation of nodule abundance was very high within short distance, while sampling methods was very limited. As the distribution of nodule abundance showed non-gaussian, indicator simulation method was used instead of conditional simulation method and/or ordinary kriging. The abundance data were encoded into a series of indicators with 6 cutoff values. They were used to estimate the conditional probability distribution function (cpdf) of the nodule abundance at any unsampled location. The standardized indicator variogram models were obtained according to variogram analysis. This SIS method had the advantage over other traditional techniques such as the turning bands method and ordinary kriging. The estimating values by indicator conditional simulation near high abundance area were more detailed than by ordinary kriging and indicator kriging. They also showed better spatial characteristics of distribution of nodule abundance.

자동화 지표 계산 및 공장자동화 순서 결정을 위한 방법 (An automaticity indicator computation and a factory automation procedure)

  • The paper provides a methodology to obtain the automaticity indicator of a factory and the sequence of enabling technologies of factory automation. The automaticity indicator is the measure of the current automation status of a factory and can be used as a crucial criteria for the future automation schedule and investment. Although most industries have their own computation methods which usually consider the number of workers in the shop floor, this research covers five evaluation items of automation, such as, production facility, material transfer system, inspection and test system, information system, and flexibility. The detailed evaluation models are developed for each item. Automation sequencing prioritizes the enabling technologies of factory automation on the basis of several criteria which consist of two phases. The first phase includes the automation indicator and the second phase includes six sub-criteria such as production rate, quality, number of workers, capital investment, development duration, development difficulty. For this evaluation, AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) is introduced to prevent the decision maker's subject intention. As results of the automaticity indicator and automation sequence, the manager can save time and cost in building constructive and transparent automation plans.

농촌마을 발전단계별 평가지표 기준 설정 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Evaluation Indicator Standards on Development Stages of Rural Village)

  • This study aimed at setting up the grading indicator standards on development stages for phasing the continuous development process. To achieve the objective of this study, after referring to the proposed cases derived from the reference analysis, the development stages were classified. Also grading criteria of indicators according to development stages were established through the statistical analysis and expert group checking. Development stages of rural village were stepped into 4-stages through the reviews and analysis of reference literature ; preparation-entry-development-advanced stage. Reasonable achievement level of each development stage was established by considering the necessary development period and benchmarking reference target together. On the basis of these clear stepwise development phases, the grading criteria were proposed for determination of the incumbent development stages.

학생건강증진을 위한 학교보건지표체계 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of School Health Indicator System for the Health Promotion of School Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the school health indicator system for the health promotion of school children. Methods: Logic model was adopted for developing conceptual framework of school health indicator system and reviewed school health indicators developed by WHO, CDC, MEST and KCDC. Results: School health contents were classified into five area; school health policy, health promotion of school children, school health education, physical environment and community linkage. School health indicator system was developed for each area based on the logic model. Conclusion: Conceptual framework of school health indicator system was developed and school health indicator system was suggested according to the five school health areas.

  • 최근에 국내 일부 대학과 대학도서관에서는 경영혁신의 일환으로 성과관리시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 이를 위해 BSC를 도입했거나 도입을 고려하고 있다. 따라서 BSC를 적용하여 대학도서관 성과의 측정도구인 성과지표를 개발하고, 개발된 성과지표의 상대적 가중치를 산정하여 대학도서관의 사명달성과 성과제고에 어떠한 성과지표가 중요한지 분석할 필요성이 있다. 또한, 성과지표는 개발 과정에서 개발 주체의 특성과 관점에 따라 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 성과지표에 대한 상대적 가중치 부여에 있어 전문가집단 간 차이를 분석할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 BSC 기반 대학도서관 성과지표 모형을 도출하고, 도출된 성과지표 모형의 평가요소별 중요도와 성과지표 모형에 대한 상대적 가중치 부여에 있어 전문가집단 간 차이를 분석한 연구이다.
