The purpose of this study is to examine Korean teachers' needs in in-service teacher training and variables related to their needs. This study was conducted with teachers from Korean language centers in Korean universities. The following three research questions were investigated: (1) What are the teachers' experiences of Korean language teaching and in-service teacher training? (2) What are the teachers' needs and expectations for the content and components of in-service education programs? Are there any disparity between teachers' needs and institutional needs? (3) What are the variables to be considered in designing an effective in-service teacher education program? In order to answer the research questions, a survey was developed and distributed to university Korean language institutions and Korean language teachers. The results indicated that both institutions and teachers are highly aware of the importance of the need for in-service teacher training. The results also suggested that a more teacher-centered, bottom-up approach should be implemented for successful outcomes of teacher education programs. Based on the results, this study offers a summary of the need for in-service teacher training and variables (both individual teacher variables and environmental variables) to be considered in designing the content and components of a teacher education program.

서비스산업은 면대면 고객응대가 필요하며 이는 종사자에 대한 교육훈련의 필요성을 제기한다. 즉, 종사자에 대한 교육훈련이 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 살펴보는 것은 의미있는 일이다. 본 연구는 교육훈련을 통한 성과가 다양한 요소들의 복합적인 역할에 기인할 것으로 생각하고 단순히 교육훈련만의 효과를 검증하기보다 교육훈련에 임하는 종사자의 태도가 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 연구의 결과, 종사자에 대한 교육훈련이 보다 효과적인 성과를 내기 위해 필요한 요소로 여겨진 교육훈련에 대한 종사자의 태도는 교육훈련에 대한 교육만족을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 조절변수인 것으로 확인 되었다. 결국, 교육훈련에 대한 태도가 긍정적일수록 교육훈련이 직무성과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서, 교육훈련전 교육태도에 대한 고취가 우선시 될 필요가 있으며, 향후연구에서는 교육태도의 역할에 대해 더욱 심도있게 살펴볼 필요성이 대두된다고 할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze service occupation types and to develop training programs for the aged. Methods: This study used descriptive study design. The research process consisted of three stages: first, identified the demand of service manpower for the aged; second, investigated present jobs and education programs in Korea and Japan; and last, developed service jobs and education programs for the aged. Results: Potential users considered "health management" to be the most important area. They thought "providing job" as second most important. According to the result of analyzing Korean policies, there were 9 service occupations in 5domains. So, we derived 10 occupations such as 'daily living manager', 'care manager', 'care worker', 'health manager', 'education specialist', 'leisure manager', 'good manager', 'housing manager', 'financial specialist' and 'retirement consultant' in 5domains as healthcare, leisure, goods, housing and finance. Finally, we developed their tailored training programs. Conclusion: According to this study, there should be various occupations qualified by the government, and training programs should be settled. And healthcare providers must included in developing standardized training programs.

The purpose of the study was to investigate relationships among food safety training, knowledge, and practices of school food service employees. A questionnaire that identified employees' food safety training experience, knowledge, and practices was developed based on a review of literature. A total of 341 Korean school food service employees participated in the survey; the final usable responses were 293 (a response rate: 86%). Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS for Windows (version 10). Most of the respondents (> 86%) took training sessions on 'proper hand washing' and 'proper food storage temperatures', whereas less than 60% had training on 'monitoring procedures and corrective actions at critical control points'. The mean score of their food safety knowledge was 8.02 out of 11. The majority of the employees knew correctly 'potentially hazardous foods (93.2%)' and 'diseases and symptoms with which they are excluded from working (87.0%)'; less than 50% chose a correct answer for 'sanitizing food contact surfaces.' A chi-square analysis revealed that the employees' actual knowledge did not differ significantly by whether they had food safety training (at the level of a =0.01), except one topic 'diseases and symptoms with which they are excluded from working.' Their self-reported practice scores were rated as 2.98 - 3.39 based on a 5-point Likert-type scale (1-not at all, 5-always). Employees' food safety training should be conducted continuously and repetitively to improve the effectiveness of the training.

The purpose of this study is in making a important way for in-service training of science teacthers. So the study was carried out to analyze the text books of in-service training school in Gyeongnam, Kyungpook, Junpook province and Pusan city and to survey teacher's opinion by questonnaires collected from teachers in Gyeongnam province. The result abtained are as follows : 1. The contents of. tire text books for in-service training course have very critical defference at each province. 2. Most of teachers wanted to get more updating information of the science and more comprehensive knowledge of higher level' of science subject. 3. In order to obtain comprehensive basic concept, develop of inquiry ability, and promote of scientific attitude, the thinking experiment which is selected to experimental subjects of secondary school are need to be selected. 4. The new text-book model for in-service training course should be developed, and the finnancial support will be required to develop such a text.

이 연구는 발명교사교육센터에서 추진하고 있는 현직교사 대상의 발명교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 1년 후 시점에서 이수자가 인식하는 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 연수 내용의 교육 활용도, 발명교육 능력 향상도를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2013년 동남권 발명교사교육센터의 직무연수를 이수한 현직교원 60명을 대상으로 하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수 후기에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 60명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 30명, 연수 후기 작성에 참여한 인원은 12명이다. 동남권 발명교사교육센터에서 2013년에 추진한 현직교원 대상의 직무연수 현업적 용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.07점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 연수 이수 1년 후 이수자가 인식하는 현업적용도의 하위 항목은 교육능력 향상도 4.39점, 연수 유용도 4.11점, 교육 활용도 3.94점, 학습 파지도 3.82점의 순이다. 현업적용도의 전체 평균 4.07점을 기준으로 보았을 때, 교육능력 향상도와 연수 유용도는 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였고, 교육 활용도와 학습 파지도는 상대적으로 낮은 값으로 확인되었다. 연수 이수자의 현업적용도에 대한 질적 분석 자료로 확보한 12편의 연수 후기에 대한 내용을 분석한 결과, 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 교육 활용도, 교육 능력 향상도를 직 간접적으로 설명할 수 있는 의미 있는 사례를 도출하였다.

교원정보화 연수는 연수내용과 연수의 운영 및 관리면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 정보화 연수 내용이 응용 소프트웨어 기능 위주의 매뉴얼 학습이 대부분이고, 비체계적이며 중복되는 내용들이 많았다. 또한 정보화 연수가 필수가 아니기 때문에 정보화 연수를 한번도 이수하지 않은 교사들도 있었다. 특히 교원 정보화 연수 및 교원정보활용능력인증제의 기준인 교원의 정보통신기술 활용 능력 기준(ISST)는 개정된 정보통신기술교육 운영지침과도 큰 차이를 보이고 있어 개정이 필요하였다. 본 연구에서는 현 교원 정보화 연수의 현황을 알아보고, 연수의 내용 및 운영상의 문제점을 ISST와 개정된 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침과 분석해 교원 정보화 연수 개선의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다.

본고는 우리나라 기업교육훈련의 요인을 시장실패와 정부개업의 초점에서 살펴보았다. "인적자본기업패널조사" 1차 자료를 분석한 결과, 숙련의 일반성이 높지만 기업교육훈련의 시장실패는 비교적 크지 않았고 제조업에 국한된 현상으로 나타났다. 기업교육훈련에 대한 정부의 개입 역시 제조업에서는 효과가 있었지만, 비금융서비스업에서는 효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 분석 결과는 기업교육훈련의 시장실패를 규정하는 것이 비금융서비스업에서는 어려우며, 이에 모든 업종에 동일하게 적용되는 정부의 기업교육훈련 개입에 대한 검토가 요청됨을 시사한다.

Purpose: To discuss the records and legal standards of emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and abroad, to identify the problems, and to provide the basic resources for improving the EMT-basic training institutions. Methods: We received advice through an advisory meeting of experts (professors of department of emergency medical technicians) and interested parties (Korean Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, officials of emergency medical technician training institutions) and referred to various reports published by governments, official institutions, and other trustworthy organizations. Also, we communicated with the related experts abroad (3 countries) on the phone or by email for surveys. Results: Compared to the abroad, it is necessary to categorize the standards and procedures of designating the emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and improve the management of training institutions to train competent emergency medical technicians. Conclusion: It is necessary to designate and manage continuously the emergency medical technician-basic training programs for the systematic primary healthcare service.

최근 점점 높아지는 고객의 욕구를 충족시키고 그에 따른 고객만족도의 향상을 위하여 고객접점 직원들에 대한 서비스 교육훈련의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 서비스 교육훈련은 고객만족도 향상을 위해서 뿐만 아니라 고객을 응대하는 접점직원들의 고객응대에 대한 서비스 역량을 향상시켜 주기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 서울메트로 고객접점 파트에서 근무하는 2013년부터 2016년 상반기 사이에 입사한 신입 역무원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이들이 신입사원 양성교육을 통한 서비스교육훈련을 받은 후 현장에 배치되었을 시 고객접점에서 고객을 응대하고 서비스를 제공 하는데 있어 직무에 대한 만족도 및 조직에 대한 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증적 연구를 진행하여 보다 나은 교육프로그램으로 개선점을 찾고 사업 전반에 걸친 서비스교육훈련의 중요성에 대한 인식을 일깨우려한다.
