This paper focuses on the re-creation method of historically valuable literatured tale, "Samguk Yusa" to fairy tale as well as the problems and way of improvement shown in its recreation process using five publication samples. In case of the fairy tale based on the tale having original text, the understanding and judgement about that text as well as the focusing and causality of the story are needed to the fairy tale author. Moreover, it needs clear title for the comparison and relationship with original text and also it requires the fitting arrangement of history and fiction to evoke the imagination of child. In addition, to rise more interest of child, the various literary expression showing beauty of language, selection and understanding of original tale, acquirement of formal beauty as a literature and binding of books should be considered effectively. Through the effort of problem solving and new writing approaches for tale re-creation, we will get more interesting and instructive fairy tale, "Samguk Yusa".

More than three years have passed since Korean companies introduced Six-Sigma. Each company used a lot of quality improvement tools for years. However, the tools have been taught to the companies with a little understanding of Six sigma tools. Therefore, it is difficult to use the tools correctly at appropriate time. This survey paper was conducted on MBBs and BBs of the manufacturing companies that introduced Six-Sigma. It is intended, in this paper, to provide the companies that will be introduce Six-Sigma a guideline of training course and tools by understanding the importance of each DMAIC stage of Six-Sigma, examining the frequently used tools in each process and their performances, and selecting the key tools for each stage based on the result of this survey.

This paper is an analysis study where we surveyed how well pre-service teachers understand the mathematical concepts taught in elementary school. We analyzed the results focusing on the following: First, what are the pre-service teachers' understandings of the equal sign and variables? Secondly, how exact are their understandings of other elementary school mathematical concepts? The survey was done on the students in Teachers College of Jeju National University. We hope that the results of this study will help the improvement of mathematical education for elementary pre-service teachers.

This study is about the satisfaction and the usage of users' manual for mobile phones with multi-functions. The users' manual is redesigned by including ergonomic factors verified through survey. This paper is to propose a redesigned users' manual which is more readable and understandable than original users' manuals. The degree of improvement is measured by the usability evaluation. There are significant differences(p<0.05) in the number of functional description original users' manuals. And the degree of users' satisfaction with the description of Crystal Display) are significant diffenences among the original users' manuals. In the as of description, the significant differences are partially found. The users' manual is re arranging the explanations of functions compactly in a table form, and reducing the cl has also $3cm^*2cm$ LCD figures to facilitate the understanding. The usability evaluation users' satisfaction and understanding for the redesigned users' manual are higher than original users' manuals.

There exist a number of information systems planning(ISP) methodologies. As the level of market competition gets intensified, firms are more likely to engage in organizational transformations such as BPR and CPI(continuous process improvement). Because this new requirement should be incorporated into ISP methodology, the number of ISP methodologies available will be continually increasing. However, we could not find a framework for understanding and classifying these divergent methodologies. So, we here present a framework for classifying ISP methodology classes. With this framework, we categorize different classes of ISP methodologies and identify their limitations in terms of missing elements and links. And we move on to present new technical innovations and other methodological advances that, if properly integrated with ISP methodologies, would help us derive an IT infrastructure plan more effectively. Furthermore, in search of software tools or aids supporting the application of ISP methodologies, we identify requirements of ISP-supporting software tools and evaluate functions of existing software tools, then suggesting a future direction to that end.

Meiotic homologous recombination generates new combinations of preexisting genetic variation and is a crucial process in plant breeding. Within the last decade, our understanding of plant meiotic recombination and genome diversity has advanced considerably. Innovation in DNA sequencing technology has led to the exploration of high-resolution genetic and epigenetic information in plant genomes, which has helped to accelerate plant breeding practices via high-throughput genotyping, and linkage and association mapping. In addition, great advances toward understanding the genetic and epigenetic control mechanisms of meiotic recombination have enabled the expansion of breeding programs and the unlocking of genetic diversity that can be used for crop improvement. This review highlights the recent literature on plant meiotic recombination and discusses the translation of this knowledge to the manipulation of meiotic recombination frequency and location with regards to crop plant breeding.

This paper is focused on culinary practice. The objective of this research was to develop Instructional Media for efficient culinary practice at high school. For evaluation, Instructional Media were developed and used for culinary practice at a high school located in Chunan. Understanding, interest and scholastic achievement in culinary practice were evaluated and compared for the study group using the developed Instructional Media and the control group not using the developed Instructional Media. Understanding (p<.001), interest (p<.01) and scholastic achievement(p<.01) were higher in the study group than in the control group. The important contributions of this research include the reduction of practice time and improvement of scholastic achievement. The Instructional Media developed in this research will increase the students' interest, reduce the difficulties of culinary practice, and improve the students' culinary skill. The study and development of culinary practice is limited to CDs and illustrated books, and research on the development of various Instructional Media will continue.

Gait analysis plays a key role in the research field of exploring and understanding human movement. By quantitatively analyzing the complexity of human movement and the various factors that influence it, it is possible to identify individual gait characteristics and abnormalities. This is especially true for people with walking difficulties or special circumstances, such as amputee, for example. This is because it can help us understand their gait characteristics and provide individualized rehabilitation plans. In this paper, we compare and analyze the differences in ankle joint motion and angles between normal and amputee. In particular, a filtering process was applied to the ankle joint angle data to obtain high accuracy results. The results of this study can contribute to a more accurate understanding and improvement of the gait patterns of normal and amputee.

The research shows misuse cases of quantitative regression analysis used in QC circle activity and six sigma movement which presents guidelines of correct use for quality practitioners. Additionally, the qualitative regression analysis that responses nonconforming ratio of variable y, is reviewed based on misuse cases for proper use by practitioners in the field. In most cases, there are frequent errors that involve the correlation analysis or ANOVA, regardless of using quantitative regression analysis. In addition, qualitative regression analysis for the nonconforming ratio that has dependent variable of discrete and categorical data, is often applied with quantitative regression and result in ineffective quality improvement.

This study's purpose is to suggest a pedagogical method based on using animated movie in liberal arts English classes and to examine the direction that using animated movie as learning material should take. To this end, in this study, the content understanding and expression concentration stages using animated movie are presented. After students learned in class through animated movie, two tests were conducted to investigate the change in learners' acquisition of English expressions. As a result, subjects' learning of English expressions showed a significant improvement over time. An open-ended questionnaire was also conducted to ascertain learners' satisfaction level and their perceptions of classes using animated movie, with learners' satisfaction found to be high overall (77.1%). Students identified the reasons for their high satisfaction rate as the following: "fun and a touching story", "beneficial composition of textbooks", "efficient teaching methods", "sympathetic topics", and "appropriate difficulty". When using video media in class, instructors should maximize and leverage the advantages of video media, which are rich both in context and in their linguistic aspects.
