Universities that offer architectural engineering programs in Korea are making efforts to introduce innovation teaching methods to cultivate teamwork, creativity, flexibility of thought and practical skills needed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, there is a lack of specific measures to support them. In this regard, this study investigated a method of application development for building construction courses applied with the innovation teaching methods. It mainly focused on 'improvement directions for existing learning management systems' and 'online learning support plans using the innovation teaching method' as research contents. It is expected that these improvement directions can be applied to the field of education through the development of mobile and web-based applications. In the follow-up research, the development of specific software for field application will be carried out.

This study has explored the elements of e-teaching portfolio for enhancing teaching expertise in higher education. This study is carried out through the literature review and expert's focus group interview. As the result of this study, seven elements of e-teaching portfolio for enhancing teaching expertise in higher education have been found. First, 'personal background' include curriculum vitae, course responsibility, and other educational activities. Second, 'teaching philosophy' include the principals on teaching and learning, statements of teaching philosophy. Third, 'learning environment' include the characteristics of students, the previous learning contents, and physical environment. Forth, 'course contents and methods' include teaching strategies and instructional materials, Fifth, 'instructional evaluation' includes the principals of evaluation and the examples of learning outcomes. Sixth, 'endeavor for improvement of instruction' include evidence of activity for teaching improvement and instruction feedback from peer and students. And e-teaching portfolio also includes research career and awards history element.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to survey the needs of oriental medical students about the existing teaching methods and to investigate satisfaction of student-oriented teaching & learning method on the oriental medical ophthalmology & otolaryngology class. Methods : 1. Oriental medical ophthalmology & otolaryngology were studied by student-oriented teaching method with 36 persons( 4th grade, school of Oriental medicine). 2. The satisfaction of school lesson was surveyed with questioning paper before & after applying student-oriented teaching & learning method. Results : 1. 88.9% students replied that the general teaching method is a lecture at school of oriental medicine. 2. They replied that Problem based learning(36.1%) & Team based learning(22.2%) are more effective teaching methods than lecture(19.4)%). 3. 66.6% students replied about the necessity of improvement of major subject's teaching method. Conclusions : 1. The interest & understanding degree were improved compare with other class by lecture. 2. It was positive about the interaction with professor and students(64.8%). 3. It was positive about the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the future(64.7%). 4. It was negative about the present national examination(67.6%). 5. Meditation was helpful at classwork(64.7%).

최근 스마트 기기 보급과 함께 스마트교육 환경의 등장에 따른 새로운 교수 학습 방법에 대한 논의가 증가하고 있다. 이 같은 추세 속에서 본 연구는 스마트교육 체제를 이해하기 위해 교육내용, 교육환경, 교육방식, 교육과정 측면에 대한 총체적인 접근을 통해 스마트교육의 통합적 특성을 고려한 CTLA(Creation Teaching Learning Assessment) 모델을 바탕으로 한 초 중 고(K-12)의 국내 외 실제 스마트교육 사례를 분석하였다. 스마트교육의 교수 학습 유형은 국외사례, 국내사례, 교수 학습 모형 별로 분석하여 각 유형별 현 스마트교육의 긍정적인 부분과 보완 및 추가연구가 필요한 부분을 제시함으로써 스마트교육을 체계적으로 정립 및 구현하여 성공적이고 내실있는 스마트교육이 실현될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

수학사 관련 교수 학습 자료 개발에만 치중하였고 개발한 교수 학습 자료는 학습내용에 알맞은 수학사나 수학자의 일화로 실제 수업시간 중 흥미유발 자료로 사용하는데 그쳤다. 본 연구에서는 수학사를 보다 적극적으로 활용하기 위해서 문제 파악, 문제추구 및 해결, 적용 발전, 과제 파악 등의 각 학습 단계에서 활용할 수 있는 수학사 자료를 개발하여 실제 수업에 적용해 봄으로써 수학 사업을 개선하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다.

The purpose of this research is to explore the effects of the POE(Prediction-Observation-Explanation) teaching-learning model on the academic achievement and the capability of scientific inquiry of elementary school students. POE teaching-learning model is a three stage process modeling scientific inquiry : Prediction, Observation, and Explanation. This research is to see the effectiveness of the POE method in earth science class by applying this simple practical strategy out of various methods in science teaching with the purpose of improving the capability of scientific inquiry and the academic achievement of learners. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the POE strategy in science teaching-learning was found effective for the improvement of learners' scientific inquiry capability. Second, the POE strategy in science teaching-learning is effective for the improvement of learners' academic achievement in science. The findings mentioned above suggest that using the POE strategy in science class of elementary science education has significant effects on improvement of scientific academic achievement and scientific inquiry capability of learners compared with the general science teaching-learning strategy. It also shows to be highly recommendable for use in science class.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide a basis for improvement and enhancement of nursing education by investigating learning outcomes that apply to fundamentals of nursing and teaching methods used in classes. Methods: Data were collected from 111 professors of fundamentals of nursing who responded to the self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square test. Results: For learning outcomes in fundamentals of nursing the most frequent number of outcomes was two (35.2%), or three (32.4%). For learning outcomes in fundamentals of nursing practicum, the most frequent number of outcomes was two (32.4%), or three (31.6%). In fundamental nursing classes, teaching methods used most frequently were lectures (98.2%) and videos (60.4%), and in practice classes, demonstration (98.2) and open laboratory (90.9%). Constructivist teaching methods that were utilized in fundamental nursing were team-based learning (19.8%) and case-based learning (19.8%), and for practice classes, objective structured clinical examination (29.7%). In the cross analysis, 28.8% of the nursing professor used the constructivist teaching methods in fundamental nursing and in practice classes. Conclusion: There is a need to continue to improve teaching methods for new nurse-educators and professors and to discuss learning outcomes of fundamental nursing.

In the sustainable waste management, the necessity of environmental education which improves acquisition of the knowledge, attitudes and values for the environment is being emphasized to help students make environmentally desirable decision and promote responsible environmental behavior. However, the environmental education in high schools, as a whole, would be susceptible to many problems caused by tile educational administration focusing only on the college entrance examination. Therefore, this study modifies and applies a program using four teaching/learning methods (Investigation study, Internet-based learning, Field work, Issue analysis study) which deals with the sustainable waste management as the learning subject for the environmental education, and tries to find its effects on the students' environmental sensitivity and environmental conservation behavior in high schools. The main results of this study are summarized as fellows. First, the waste management program had little influence on the environmental sensitivity of experimental groups, while it had positive effect on their improvement of the environmental conservation behavior. Second, there were little meaningful effect on general environmental conservation behavior, but there were some significant results to environmental conservation behavior related to the sustainable waste management. In addition, positive results were found in ecomanagement and consumerism, whereas there were no meaningful results about in persuasion and legal action, which were sub-domains of the waste management program. Among the waste management programs, the school waste investigation study had the most positive effect on the students' recognition and solution of environmental problems as well as improvement of environmental conservation behavior. The easiest one of the four teaching/learning methods was the Internet-based learning, while the most difficult one of them was the issue analysis study. Consequently, in order to achieve the goals of the environmental education in the academic field, there has to be selected the most suitable one of the teaching/learning methods and to be applied to the class, according to the detailed objectives and loaming contents for the environmental education.

본 연구는 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 프로그래밍 교과목에 플립드 러닝 교수법을 적용하여 프로그래밍 교과목에 대한 학습 효율성을 증대시키기 위한 전략을 연구한다. 전통적 수업 방식에서 벗어나 다양한 교수법, 학습 설계모형을 융합적으로 적용하여 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 소프트웨어 교육의 효율적인 학습 모델을 설계하는 것에 대하여 연구한다. 학습자 중심의 플립드러닝(Flipped Learning)기반 프로그래밍 수업을 설계하고 이를 현장 적용하는데 효과적인 적용 방법에 대한 전략을 모색한다. 또한 본 대학의 교양 수업 중 컴퓨팅 사고 교과목에 플립드러닝 교수법의 효율적 적용 방법을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 혁신 교수법의 하나인 플립드러닝 교수법을 적용하여 프로그래밍 교과목 수업의 질적 개선과 실습교육의 효율성 및 학습자 성취도 증진을 위한 방안을 고찰한다. 본 연구에서는 전통적 수업 방식에서 벗어나 다양한 교수법, 학습 설계 모형을 융합적으로 적용하여 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 소프트웨어 교육의 효율적인 학습 모델을 설계하는 것이 목적이다.

This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.
