경주지역 특급호텔에 종사하는 조리사들의 직무에 대한 실태와 의식조사 연구(II) -조리사들의 조리기술과 조리사 및 외식산업의 발전에 관한 견해- (A Study on the Job Attitude of Cook at Deluxe Hotel in Kyongju(II) - An Analysis on Development of Technics, Cook and Food Industry -)

  • A survey was conducted to get information on the job attitude of cooks working for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. Total 203 cooks participated the survey and the results were as follows: They believed that the most important factor for good cooking is the deep attention. Although 51% of the cooks estimated their level of expertise as average, 64% of them believed that their level of cooking is higher than those of other areas. They indicated that an important factor to be a good cook is a sincere attitude but not an academic background or knowledge. However, they believed that their insufficient knowledge on cooking is the greatest hinderance for improvement of cooking skill. For promotion, the ability of cooking and human relationship were indicated as important factors. Cooks for Korean dishes had the best prospect, while Western cooking had relatively lower prospect among them. For the improvement of hotel cooking department, a recruitment of superior manpower, adjustment of hotel policy, expanded study opportunity, and proper arrangement of equipments were suggested in order.

  • 도시의 밀집화, 고층화, 다양화로 인해 재난의 규모가 커지면서 소방산업의 경제적 기대효과도 커지고 있다. 그러나 국내의 소방산업은 태동단계로 법제도가 미비할 뿐만 아니라 체계적 육성전략이 수립되지 않은 상태이고, 산업구조 또한 대다수 영세업체로 이루어져 있어서 인력, 인프라, 기술력이 매우 열악한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태동산업인 국내 소방산업을 고부가가치형 산업으로 육성하기 위해 3가지 성장동력 세부 분석요인을 설정하여 각 요인별 현황을 살펴보고, 국내 성장동력산업인 IT산업과 비교분석을 통해 문제점 도출 및 육성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 뉴미디어 콘텐츠 산업은 독자적으로 또는 타 산업과 융합하여 지속적으로 성장해 나갈 것으로 예상되고 있지만, 기업들은 관련 전문 인력 양성이 부족한 수준이라고 보고 있다. 질 높은 인력의 공급을 위해서는 현장 직무수행능력을 중심으로 한 표준교육과정을 개발하여 산업체에 필요한 핵심인력을 양성하고, 산학 간의 기능 부조화(Skill Mismatch)를 줄여나가야 할 것이다. 최근 고등학교 수준에서 취업 가능한 전문인력을 양성하여 일자리와 연결하는 정책들이 활성화되어 제조, 금융 등의 영역에서 일부 성과를 내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 특성화 고등학교와 전문대학 일부 학과에서 활용할 수 있는 뉴미디어 콘텐츠 분야 표준 교육과정 개발을 위하여 관련 산업 현황과 규모, 고용 실태를 살펴보고, 교육과정 개발 방향을 설정하였으며, 데이컴기법(DACUM)을 이용하여 직무모형과 핵심능력을 도출하고 해당 지식, 기능, 태도를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 주요 교과목을 구성하고, 표준적인 편성표를 제안하였다. 마지막으로 교육과정의 적용 운영 시 고려해야할 점들을 제언하였다.

완전자동화된 단속적 재료 공급식 가변적층 쾌속조형공정 밀 장치 개발에 관한 연구 (Investigation Into the Development Of Automatic VLM-ST (VLM-STA) Process and Its Apparatus)

  • Rapid prototyping (RP) technologies have been widely used to reduce the lead-time and development cost of new products. $VLM-_{ST}$ process has been developed to overcome the currently developed RP technologies such as a large building time, a high building cost, an additional post-processing and a large apparatus cost. $VLM-_{ST}$ process requires an additional human interaction due to the manual stacking and bonding. Hence, building time, building cost and the part quality are dependent on the skill of labor. A novel RP process, fully automated $VLM-_{ST}$ process ($VLM-_{ST}$), has been developed to improve building efficiency of the process and the human dependency of the part. The objective of this work is to propose a $VLM-_{ST}$ process and to develop an apparatus for implementation of the process. $VLM-_{ST}$ process and its apparatus have various technical novelties such as two step cutting using a rotating table, an automatic stacking method using two pilot holes and two reference shapes, a concept of automatic unit shape layer (AUSL), and an automatic bonding using the bonding roller and building magazine. In order to examine the efficiency and the applicability of the proposed process, various three-dimensional shapes, such as a piston, a human head shape and a human bust shape, were fabricated on the apparatus.

Near-infrared Spectroscopy and an Example of HAM Study;Brain Activation in the Development of Drawing Skills

  • Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) can be used to monitor brain activation by measuring changes in the concentration of oxy- and deoxy-hemoglobin (Hb) by their different spectra in the near-infrared range. Because NIRS is a noninvasive, highly flexible and portable device, it is very suitable to study brain activation when a human repeatedly performs a manipulative task, and possibly provides useful information to construct human adaptive mechatronics (HAM). There is some evidence that the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) plays a major role in working memory and it is proposed that the use of working memory decreases as a human develops manipulative skills. In the present study, we investigated the activation of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) of the brain in Brodmann's areas 9 and 46 in drawing tasks to examine whether NIRS can measure the changes of DLPFC activation as a human develops manipulative skills. Subjects performed a mirror image drawing task and a square drawing task by ones' left hands. In the mirror image task the subject drew following a star shape based on a mirror image of it, but square drawing did not involve mirror image and was estimated to be simpler. The changes of the concentration of oxy-Hb was higher in the mirror image drawing than the square drawing in most subjects. The changes of oxy-Hb decreased as the subject repeated the drawing task in most subjects. In conclusion, The activation of DLPFC measured by NIRS can reflect the brain activity in the development of manipulative skills.

유도 경기력 향상을 위한 유도 인형시스템 개발 (Judo-doll System Development for Enhancement of Judo's Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop three Judo-doll systems for enhancement of Judo's performance. Traditional Judo training requires a human training partner. Unfortunately it is not always easy to find one. Multifunctional Judo-doll training system has therefore been developed, and is described here. The system consists of a dummy, a power generating mechanism, and kinematic links. The power-generating mechanism generates forces similar to those of a human, by adjusting deadweights and controlling powderbrake's forces. The powderbrake force is controlled by the microprocessor according to the exercise scenario. The kinetic links, which mimic a human training partner's motions, has been developed based on a $Vicon^{TM}$ system's analysis of the movement of human training partners. This mechanism whose name is "L link-wire" consists of L type links, wire, roller, and dead weight. This mechanism generates the force that leads the link to the neutral position regardless the link is pushed or pulled. The lifting mechanism that lifts the doll when the one-armed shoulder throw skill is applied is also developed. A 32-bit microprocessor controls the whole system; it reads the loadcell data, controls the electromagnetic force, and communicates with a PC via Bluetooth. The training history, including loadcell data, date, and training time, is stored in the PC for analysis. This training system can be used to enhance the Judo performance of any self training player.

지리교육내용의 표준설정 방법 - 지적영역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Content Standard of Geographical Education)

  • 현행 교육과정의 지리교육내용은 포괄적이고 추상적으로 제시되고 있다. 또한 전체 교육의 일부분으로 설정되기 때문에, 지리교육 자체의 교육 내용 체계화를 이루기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 현행 교육과정을 보완하고 지리교육 내용을 체계화하는 방법으로, 지리학에 기반을 둔 지리교육 내용의 표준 설정 방법을 제안한다. 지리교육의 표준 설정 방안으로 대주제, 기본 주제, 주요 표준, 표준, 상세 표준을 제시하였다. 대주제는 지리교육 전반을 통찰하는 대개념으로서 '인간과 환경의 상호작용 이해', '장소 또는 지역에 대한 이해', '인간과 장소의 상호작용 이해'의 3개를 선정하였다. 기본 주제는 '지리적 기능', '자연 환경' '인문 환경', '장소 및 지역', '인간과 장소의 상호작용'의 5개를 선정하였다. 표준은 구체적이고 측정 가능한 지리교육내용을 제시하는 단계로서 '주요 표준'표준', '상세 표준'의 3단계로 상세화했다.

  • 본 논문은 효율적인 IT고급인력양성정책 추진을 위하여 IT고급인력을 정의하고, 지금까지 추진되어 온 정부의 IT고급인력양성 정책의 변천과정을 살펴보았다. 또한 국내외의 고급인력양성정책 비교 및 문제점을 분석하여 미래지향적 IT고급인력양성 정책방향을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 IT분야 국가 R&D 로드맵과 연계한 고급인력양성체계 구축, 공급확대 유지 및 글로벌 경쟁력을 배양하는 고급인력양성으로의 비전 전환, IT기반 융합인력양성으로의 범위 확대, R&D연계형 인력양성사업의 성과제고를 위한 연구방향의 명확화 등 4가지 기본방향과 이에 따른 세부추진 방향을 제시하였다.

산업기술인력 부족의 결정요인 분석 (The Determinants of S&E Workforce Shortage in Korean Manufacturing Sectors)

  • It has been pointed out that the shortage of the Korean science and engineering workforce is a key issue in enterprises' competitiveness. The Korean government has conducted various surveys and research projects to determine the current situation and its causes. Nevertheless, the surveys report different results, and, to date, very few in-depth studies have been conducted on the factors that lead to such a shortage. This study aimed at investigating the factors that cause the shortage of the science and engineering workforce by looking at a recent survey on the actual employment conditions in manufacturing and major service industries. The study also estimated the determinant factors, based on the results of a survey conducted on 5,967 enterprises. Particularly, the probability of the workforce shortages are defined as a logistic probability function, which includes a diverse number of explanations that represent the characteristics of an enterprise and its internal demand conditions on workforce. The findings showed that key determinants include not only the factors that have been recognized by previous studies, but also research propensity and competitiveness aw well as the enterprises' internal demand conditions on human resources. In other words, an enterprise is more exposed to the problem of workforce shortage when it performs its R&D more proactively and its innovative activities are more organized. It has been further analyzed that the R&D and internal demand variables are more eminent to the shortage problem on skilled workers, which proves the shortage of workforce is not only caused by the quantitative aspect but also hold qualitative aspect characterized by skill obsolescence and mismatch in the labor market.

  • Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Then, which subject is included in granting autonomous motivation as that\ulcorner We must study about that subject first. First, we should study about essence of granting autonomous motivation. Granting autonomous motivation is the course of accompli¬shment of ideal human individually. Conclusion This theory will be developed by classification as above. Reflecting many times and experiencing a skill for himself, he should teach his men the skill. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.
