절제와 간소, 자율성, 소득 수준에 따른 성인소비자 유형분류와 유형별 행복 비교 (Classification of Consumer Types by Moderation and Simplicity, Autonomy, and Income Level, and Comparison of Happiness Accordingly)

  • This research examines the effects of consumers' moderation and simplicity, autonomy, and income level on happiness, and based on this, classifies consumer types and examines the differences in consumer happiness and life happiness in accordance with this classification. The questionnaire survey was conducted on adults in their 20's through 60's. Moreover, hierarchical regression analysis, cluster analysis, and the analysis of variance were conducted. The results of this research are as follows. First, on consumer happiness, moderation and simplicity, income level, autonomy, education level, and gender had significant effects; on life happiness, moderation and simplicity, income level, autonomy, and education level had significant effects. Second, consumers were classified into three types according to moderation and simplicity, autonomy, and income level, and when making a comparison based on these factors between consumer happiness and life happiness, both consumer happiness and life happiness showed significant differences, but the detailed aspects were different. In the case of consumer happiness, non-autonomous moderation and simplicity type were reported to have the highest sense of happiness, followed by autonomous moderation and simplicity type, and passive moderation and simplicity type, but in the case of life happiness, autonomous moderation and simplicity type were reported to have the highest sense of happiness, followed by non-autonomous moderation and simplicity type, and passive moderation and simplicity type.

간호대학생의 주관적 행복감에의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Subjective Happiness in Korean Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine subjective happiness related factors in Korean nursing students. Methods: A purposive sample of 200 nursing students was recruited for the cross-sectional survey design. The instruments were perceived stress scale, major satisfaction scale, resilience scale, and subjective happiness scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hierarchical linear regression, and the Sobel test for testing mediating effects. Results: The mean score of stress, major satisfaction, resilience and subjective happiness was 2.21, 3.95, 3.60 and 5.03, respectively. Perceived health status, stress_positive perception, stress_negative perception, resilience_self confidence, resilience_positivity, resilience_social support had significant effects on subjective happiness. Explained variance for the subjective happiness was 53.4%. Resilience had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between stress and subjective happiness (Sobel test: Z=-5.67, p<.001). Also, resilience had a mediating effect in the relationship between major satisfaction and subjective happiness (Sobel test: Z=5.65, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, nursing intervention programs focusing on improving resilience are recommended to improve subjective happiness in nursing students.

대학생의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 구조분석 (Structural Analysis of Factors Influencing University Students' Happiness)

  • This study was conducted to investigate a correlation of factors that have an influence on the happiness of college students, and to investigate the effect of factors on happiness of college students by analyzing the structure of influencing factors of happiness. To this end, 430 freshmen in college were selected and tested on character, self-esteem, self-leadership, and happiness. The measurement tools used in this study were the 30 questions of Character Scale that Choi Min-Soo and Im Eun-Young(2013) developed and modified by Im Eun-Young(2015), a Self-Leadership Scale of Manz(1998) classified into behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy that Wang Ji-Seon(2011) translated and modified. a Self-Esteem Scale(SES) of Rosenberg(1986) that the researcher modified and used, and The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire of Hills and Argyle(2002) that Choi Yo-Won(2002) translated and the researcher modified. According to the research result, for correlation with happiness, self-esteem was .86, self-leadership was .74, and character was .66, and for correlation with self-leadership, character was .70, self-esteem was .66, and correlation between character and self-esteem was .57. Secondly, for direct effect on happiness, self-esteem was .62, character as .20, self-leadership was .19, and for direct effect on self-leadership, character was .49 and self-esteem was .38. Thirdly, indirect effect of character on happiness through self-leadership was .94 and indirect effect of self-esteem on happiness through self-leadership was .73. Through these research results, it was identified that character, self-esteem, and self-leadership of college students are the influencing factors on happiness, and that self-esteem is the biggest influencing factor on happiness of college students among the three variables. The results of this study suggested that university students' personality had a positive relationship with self-esteem and that university students' personality, self-esteem, and self-leadership altogether had a direct influence on happiness. Moreover, both personality and self-esteem of university students had an indirect influence on happiness through their self-leadership.

청소년의 공감능력과 가족건강성이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emphatic Ability and Family Strengths on Happiness in Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 가족건강성, 공감능력과 행복감의 일반적인 경향을 알아보고, 가족건강성, 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 이를 통해 청소년의 행복감을 증진하는데 도움을 주는 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 첫째, 청소년이 인식하는 공감능력은 '개인적 고통'을 제외한 '관점 취하기', '동일시', '공감적 관심'에서 중간 값 보다 높게 나타났으며 성별에 따른 공감능력의 차이를 살펴보면, 여학생이 남학생에 비해 전반적으로 공감능력이 높았다. 청소년이 인식하는 가족건강성은 하위영역 모두에서 중간 값보다 높게 나타났고, 성별에 따른 가족건강성의 차이를 살펴보면 '의사소통 및 유대'를 여학생이 남학생 보다 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년이 인식하는 행복감은 중간 값보다 높게 나타났으며, 성별에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년의 행복감에 공감능력 중 동일시, 공감적 관심, 개인적 고통이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가족건강성의 하위변인 중 가족존중 및 애정, 역할공유 및 문제해결력, 재정적 안정이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인들은 행복감을 39% 설명해 주고 있다. 따라서, 청소년의 행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 건강한 가족관계 형성을 위한 가족관계 강화 프로그램을 활성화하고 공감능력 향상 프로그램을 개발하여 학교나 가정에서 지속적인 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

1인 가구 남성과 여성의 행복감 관련 요인: 2017년 지역사회건강조사 자료 활용 (Factors related to Happiness of Male and Female Individuals in One-Person Households: Using the 2017 Community Health Survey)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the happiness level of one-person households according to gender in Korea and identify factors influencing householders' happiness. Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study design using the 2017 Community Health Survey data. The participants were 8,724 male and 16,810 female individuals in one-person households. Complex samples descriptive statistics, cross analysis, general linear model, and multi-order regression were conducted to identify the health status, health behavior, and factors influencing happiness. Results: The mean score of happiness was higher in female than male individuals. The main factors of happiness of male householders were suicide thought experience, subjective health level, and experience of having necessary medical services. The main factors of happiness of female householders were suicide thought experience, household income, depression experience. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and implement nursing interventions and policies according to priorities for the happiness of one-person householders.

간호학생이 소그룹 콜라지 작업을 통해 구성한 행복의 의미 (Understanding the Meaning of Happiness Expressed by Nursing Students through Collage Art Works: A Content Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aims to understand the meaning of happiness among undergraduate nursing students through small group art works. Method: A qualitative study design was utilized. Data were collected from the students' clinical experiences and were analyzed with qualitative content analysis. The texts were a collage and related essays written by 36 senior nursing students about the impressions on happiness through small group art works. Result: There were three categories and sixteen themes classified. The three categories that emerged were definitions of happiness, feelings about happiness, and attitudes toward happiness. First category includes seven themes: hope, youth, balance, values, life, self-consciousness and companionship. Second category includes five themes: pleasantness, joy, preciousness, conflict, and disappointment. The third category includes four themes: doing something to be happy internally, doing comprehensive nursing care as a professional nurse, understanding that physical splendor isn't requirement for happiness, and letting everyday life be faithful. Conclusion: The results of this study may affect the students‘ major in human service area of understanding about the nursing students’ genuine happiness or human flourishment.

간호대학생의 행복에 관한 인식- Q 방법론적 접근 - (Perception of Undergraduate Nursing Students toward Happiness: A Q-Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze types of undergraduate nursing student's perception toward happiness. Method: The Q-methodology, which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item, was used. The 34 selected Q-statements from each of 41 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: Four types of perception of happiness in Korean undergraduate nursing students were identified. Type I is a family support vs. emotion type, Type II is a self satisfaction vs. perception type, Type III is a relation oriented vs. action type, and Type IV is a self regulation vs. belief type. Conclusion: It can be concluded that obtaining happiness by pursuing a satisfactory life through creation of values can play an important role in happiness. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that the concept of happiness might be included in nursing curriculum.

아동 및 청소년이 지각하는 행복에 대한 인식 연구 (Children's and Adolescents' Perceptions of Happiness)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of the perceptions and conditions of happiness between children and adolescents, and also of the perceptions of happiness according to their needs level of the conditions of happiness. There was a total of 649 participants, of which 405 were children and 244 were adolescents, all of whom were attending elementary school, middle school, or high school. The children and adolescents completed a questionnaire on the perceptions of happiness and the conditions of happiness which consisted of 57 (for children) or 58 (for adolescents) items. The results were as follows: First, children and adolescents both felt happy regarding the variables of 'flow', 'health and appearance', 'leisure' and 'interpersonal relations'. However, it was found that children felt happier than adolescents. Second, children and adolescents perceived achievement-related variables as important conditions of happiness. Additionally, variables of 'relations with parents and relatives' and 'positive emotions' were the conditions that children needed. However, adolescents rated the needs of the conditions of happiness higher than children. Lastly, children and adolescent groups who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a high level were found to be happier than those who perceived the necessity of the conditions of happiness at a low level. The findings have implications of providing educational, psychological and environmental support to improve the happiness of children and adolescents.

교양체육 수업의 재미요인이 행복감과 사회적 체형불안에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cultural Physical Education's Enjoyment Factor on Happiness and Social Physique anxiety)

  • 이 연구는 교양체육 수강생의 수업에 대한 재미요인과 행복감 및 사회적 체형불안이 어떠한 관계를 형성하고 있는지를 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2013년도 경인지역에 소재한 대학에서 교양체육 수업을 수강하고 있는 학생 380명을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 PASW 18.0과 AMOS18.0프로그램을 활용하였으며, 연구의 목적에 맞도록 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 교양체육 수강생이 인지하는 수업 재미요인은 행복감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양체육 수강생이 인지하는 행복감은 사회적 체형불안에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양체육 수강생이 인지하는 행복감은 수업 재미요인과 사회적 체형불안 사이에 완충역할을 하는 매개효과가 있었다.

성인학습자의 평생학습 행복지수에 관한 연구 (A study of adult learners in the Lifelong Learning happiness)

  • 이 연구는 평생교육에 참여하는 성인학습자 특성과 평생학습 행복지수의 관계에서 성인교육자 특성, 학습참여동기 및 교육기관 특성의 매개 효과를 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 성인학습자의 성별, 학력별, 연령대별, 거주지별, 평생학습 참여경험, 직업, 참여하고 있는 평생교육 프로그램 유형에 따라 평생학습 행복지수의 차이는 없으며, 둘째, 성인학습자 특성이 평생학습 행복지수에 직접적 영향을 미치지는 않고, 셋째. 성인학습자 특성은 성인교육자 특성, 학습참여동기 및 교육기관 특성에 영향을 미치며, 넷째, 성인교육자 특성은 평생학습 행복지수에 영향을 미치지 않지만 학습참여 동기와 교육기관 특성은 각각 평생학습 행복지수에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 다섯째, 성인교육자 특성은 성인학습자 특성과 평생학습 행복지수에 매개 역할을 하지 않으나 학습참여동기와 교육기관 특성은 성인학습자 특성과 평생학습 행복지수에 대해 각각 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 평생학습 경험을 통해 행복지수를 높이기 위하여 성인학습자의 참여동기와 성인교육자가 성인학습자 특성 이해의 향상과 교육기관의 교육서비스 질이 매우 중요함을 시사한다.
