A vague graph is a generalized structure of a fuzzy graph that gives more precision, flexibility and compatibility to a system when compared with systems that are designed using fuzzy graphs. In this paper, we define two new operation on vague graphs namely normal product and tensor product and study about the degree of a vertex in vague graphs which are obtained from two given vague graphs G1 and G2 using the operations cartesian product, composition, tensor product and normal product. These operations are highly utilized by computer science, geometry, algebra, number theory and operation research. In addition to the existing operations these properties will also be helpful to study large vague graph as a combination of small, vague graphs and to derive its properties from those of the smaller ones.
We propose coincidence and common fixed point results for a quadruple of self mappings satisfying common limit range property and weakly compatibility under generalized ${\Phi}$-contractive conditions i Non-Archimedean Menger PM-spaces. As examples we exhibit different types of situations where these conditions can be used. A common fixed point theorem for four finite families of self mappings is presented as an application of the proposed results. The existence and uniqueness of solutions for certain system of functional equations arising in dynamic programming are also presented as another application.
This paper examines two different approaches to resolving a theoretical problem which the bottom-up approach version of Discourse Representation Theory of Kamp et al. (2003) faces in dealing with anaphoric relations between pronouns and their potential antecedents in conditional sentences where consequent clauses precede their corresponding conditional clauses. In one of the approaches, every element is processed in the order of occurrence and conditional operators in a non-sentence-initial position cause the ongoing DR to split in two with the same index. The definition of accessibility is accordingly modified so that the right DR can be accessible from the left DR. In the other approach, a different type of discourse representation structure, K ${\Leftarrow}$ K, is introduced, which allows us to resolve the target problem without modifying accessibility proposed in Kamp et al. (2003). Compatibility of these two approaches with the bottom-up version of DRT is evaluated by examining their applicability to the analysis of quantified sentences where pronominal expressions precede generalized quantifiers.
C. Vetro [4] gave the concept of weak non-Archimedean in fuzzy metric space. Using the same concept for Menger PM spaces, Mishra et al. [22] proved the common fixed point theorem for six maps, Also they introduced semi-compatibility. In this paper, we generalized the theorem [22] for family of maps and proved the common fixed point theorems using the pair of semi-compatible and reciprocally continuous maps for one pair and R-weakly commuting maps for another pair in Menger WNAPM-spaces. Our results extends and generalizes several known results in metric spaces, probabilistic metric spaces and the similar spaces.
The behaviour of elasto-plastic planar arches subjected to dynamic loads in presented. The governing equations are formulated through the dynamic equations and compatibility conditions. The latter is established by applying the generalized conjugate segment analogy. Bending moments at the nodes and axial forces in the members are considered as primary variables in the elastic regime. They are supplemented by the rotations at the nodes and dislocations in the elements when plastic hinges occur. Newmark-${\beta}$ method is adopted in the time marching process. The interaction diagram of each element is treated as the yield surface for the element and the associated flow rule is enforced as plastic flow occurs. The method provides good prediction of dynamic response of elasto-plastic arches while requiring small core storage and short computer time.

It was recommended for all ship engaged in international voyages to carry the Satellite Emergency position Indicating Radio Beacon according to Global Maritime Distress & Safety System but also it is tending to be diffused to require the satellite EPIRB installed in small vessel such as a fishery boat by domestic regulations of each countries. Otherwise the domestic regulation can't evaluate exactly the compatibility with the satellite system and the performance of the equipment itself required by international regulation. And even if it is required the performing of the performance inspection in accordance with international regulation, it is difficult to grasp the characteristics of equipment by a generalized measuring equipment. Hence this study performed the measurement for the matters related with an wave forms, modulation characteristics, frequency and the power, etc through the design and implementation of the test bench capable of ensuring most of test items regulated by international regulation. Through this study, it has been paved the way being capable of preparation of the standard regarding to transmission repetition period, phase variation and frequency stability related with the system compatibility and in conclusion, it is enable to improve the performance of a main distress communication equipment directly connected with the life of a survivor.
This study generalizes the lateral load-displacement relationship of reinforced concrete shear walls from the section analysis for moment-curvature response to straightforwardly evaluate the flexural capacity and ductility of such members. Moment and curvature at different selected points including the first flexural crack, yielding of tensile reinforcing bar, maximum strength, 80% of the maximum strength at descending branch, and fracture of tensile reinforcing bar are calculated based on the strain compatibility and equilibrium of internal forces. The strain at extreme compressive fiber to determine the curvature at the descending branch is formulated as a function of reduction factor of maximum stress of concrete and volumetric index of lateral reinforcement using the stress-strain model of confined concrete proposed by Razvi and Saatcioglu. The moment prediction models are simply formulated as a function of tensile reinforcement index, vertical reinforcement index, and axial load index from an extensive parametric study. Lateral displacement is calculated by using the moment area method of idealized curvature distribution along the wall height. The generalized lateral load-displacement relationship is in good agreement with test result, even at the descending branch after ultimate strength of shear walls.

As a reversible Jacket is having the compatibility of two sided wearing, the matrix that both the inside and the outside are compatible is called Jacket matrix, and the matrix is having both inside and outside by the processes of element-wise inverse and block-wise inverse. This concept had been completed by one of the authors Moon Ho Lee in 1989, and finally that resultant matrix has been christened as Jacket matrix, in 2000. This is the most generalized extension of the well known Hadamard matrices, which includes both orthogonal and non-orthogonal matrices. This matrix addresses many problems in information and communication theories. we investigate the properties of the Jacket matrix, i.e. determinants, eigenvalues, and kronecker product. These computations are very useful for signal processing and orthogonal codes design. In our proposal, we provide some results to calculate these values by using a very simple mathematical model with less complexity.
In this study, a simple numerical approach for a circular tunnel opening in strain-softening surrounding rock is proposed considering out-of-plane stress and seepage force based on Biot's effective stress principle. The plastic region of strain-softening surrounding rock was divided into a finite number of concentric rings, of which the thickness was determined by the internal equilibrium equation. The increments of stress and strain for each ring, starting from the elastic-plastic interface, were obtained by successively incorporating the effect of out-of-plane stress and Biot's effective stress principle. The initial value of the outmost ring was determined using equilibrium and compatibility equations. Based on the Mohr-Coulomb (M-C) and generalized Hoek-Brown (H-B) failure criteria, the stress-increment approach for solving stress, displacement, and plastic radius was improved by considering the effects of Biot's effective stress principle and the nonlinear degradation of strength and deformation parameters in plastic zone incorporating out-of-plane stress. The correctness of the proposed approach is validated by numerical simulation.
In this paper, a meshfree shell adaptive procedure is developed for the applications in the sheet metal forming simulation. The meshfree shell formulation is based on the first-order shear deformable shell theory and utilizes the degenerated continuum and updated Lagrangian approach for the nonlinear analysis. For the sheet metal forming simulation, an h-type adaptivity based on the meshfree background cells is considered and a geometric error indicator is adopted. The enriched nodes in adaptivity are added to the centroids of the adaptive cells and their shape functions are computed using a first-order generalized meshfree (GMF) convex approximation. The GMF convex approximation provides a smooth and non-negative shape function that vanishes at the boundary, thus the enriched nodes have no influence outside the adapted cells and only the shape functions within the adaptive cells need to be re-computed. Based on this concept, a multi-level refinement procedure is developed which does not require the constraint equations to enforce the compatibility. With this approach the adaptive solution maintains the order of meshfree approximation with least computational cost. Two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method in the adaptive shell analysis.
