Spatial structures is a appropriate shape that resists external force with only inplane force by reducing the influence of bending moment, and it maximizes the effect of structure system. An economic analysis is one of the most important factors to determine the project feasibility. Large spatial structures project is more need to comprehensive technology than a general construction project. In order to result in success of these project, it is desired that analyze an essential elements(for example, large budget, professional engineer, construction method, etc.) in the whole life cycle of buildings by schematic preparation from the early feasible study steps. We collect the data and analyze construction cost through this study which examines general remarks of existing spatial structures and researches its examples. This study is aimed to apply basic data to establish database the spatial structures.

Starting from an overview on the research on thunderstorms in the last forty years, this paper provides a general discussion on some emerging issues and new frameworks for wind loading on structures in mixed climates. Omitting for sake of simplicity tropical cyclones and tornadoes, three main aspects are pointed out. The first concerns the separation and classification of different intense wind events into extra-tropical depressions, thunderstorms and gust fronts, with the aim of improving the interpretation of the phenomena of engineering interest, the probabilistic analysis of the maximum wind velocity, the determination of the wind-induced response and the safety format for structures. The second deals with the use of the response spectrum technique, not only as a potentially efficient tool for calculating the structural response to thunderstorms, but also as a mean for revisiting the whole wind-excited response in a more general and comprehensive framework. The third involves the statistical analysis of extreme wind velocities in mixed climates, pointing out some shortcomings of the approaches currently used for evaluating wind loading on structures and depicting a new scenario for a more rational scheme aiming to pursue structural safety. The paper is set in the spirit of mostly simplified analyses and mainly qualitative remarks, in order to capture the conceptual aspects of the problems dealt with and put on the table ideas open to discussion and further developments.

A Study on the construction of Chulik in the early 16th century based on the shrouds from the excavated grave of Kim, Heum-Jo(1461∼1528) is reported in this paper. This paper first reviews the general construction methodology found in the shrouds from other graves in early 16th century revealed from a report on Chulik from the excavated grave of Kim, Heumjo. This paper finds that there exist at least three different Chulik forms according to the ratios between upper portion and lower portion in Chulik. The upper portion to the lower portion ratio grows with time. Among the three forms, this Chulik of interest falls in the first one of the three forms. This new finding of the chronological evidence for the first category of the three forms provides us the latest chronology for the first category, which is up to the year 1567. This paper also shows that the second and the third categories of Chulik in early Chosun Dynasty lasted until 1580\`s and until 1590\`s, respectively. Several remarks on construction methodology found in the Chulik of interest are also reported in this paper.

The Durbin-Watson (DW) test in regression model and the Ljung-Box (LB) test in ARMA (autoregressive moving average) model are typical examples of correlated error tests. The DW test is used for detecting autocorrelation of errors using the residuals from a regression analysis. The LB test is used for specifying the correct ARMA model using the first some sample autocorrelations based on the residuals of a tted ARMA model. In this article, simulations with four data generating processes have been carried out to evaluate their performances as correlated error tests. Our simulations show that the DW test is severely dependent on the assumed AR(1) model but isn't sensitive enough to reject the misspecified model and that the LB test reports lackluster performance in general.

The real moment-angle complex (or, more generally, real polyhedral product) and its real toric space have recently attracted much attention in toric topology. The aim of this paper is to give two interesting remarks regarding real polyhedral products and real toric spaces. That is, we first show that Moore's conjecture holds to be true for certain real polyhedral products. In general, real polyhedral products show some drastic difference between the rational and torsion homotopy groups. Our result shows that at least in terms of the homotopy exponent at a prime this is not the case for real polyhedral products associated to a simplicial complex whose minimal missing faces are all k-simplices with $k{\geq}2$. Moreover, we also show a structural theorem for a finite group G acting simplicially on the real toric space. In other words, we show that G always contains an element of order 2, and so the order of G should be even.

In the present paper, we first give some examples of self-mappings which are asymptoticaly nonexpansive in the intermediate, not strictly hemicontractive, but satisfy the property (H). It is then shown that the modified Mann and Ishikawa iteration processes defined by $x_{n+1}=(1-\alpha_n)x_n+\alpha_nT^nx_n\ and\ x_{n+1}=(1-\alpha_n)x_n+\alpha_nT^n[(1-\beta_n)x_n+\beta_nT^nx_n]$,respectively, converges strongly to the unique fixed point of such a self-mapping in general Banach spaces.

Protection activity is divided by the security measures of preventive action and immediately protective reaction in case of emergency situation. The purpose of this study is to emphasis the importance of prevention when providing security for protectees. What I suggested in this thesis is summarized below. Chapter III concerns the classification, security technic of preventive action. Classified involving security information, security action, security measures. This paper describes introductory remarks on risk management and risk-based design for ships and offshore installations with potential hazards. Clients' requirements on safety and performance was related to the risk management and risk-based design. A general procedure for risk-based design was also suggested with each step explained in detail. Various risk-based design approaches were emphasized with their needs and methodological characteristics taken into account. Related rules, standards, and regulations were summarized. The last part included recommendations for Korean ship building industries about the risk management and risk-based design.

Here we see that the $p-Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operators, the generalized $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operators of order one, the discrete generalized $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operators, and their adjoints are all posinormal operators on ${\ell}^2$, but many of these operators are not dominant, not normaloid, and not spectraloid. The question of dominance for $C_k$, the generalized $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operators of order one, remains unsettled when ${\frac{1}{2}}{\leq}k<1$, and that points to some general questions regarding terraced matrices. Sufficient conditions are given for a terraced matrix to be normaloid. Necessary conditions are given for terraced matrices to be dominant, spectraloid, and normaloid. A very brief new proof is given of the well-known result that $C_k$ is hyponormal when $k{\geq}1$.
