  • In recent years, the theory of Wiener-Hopf equations has emerged as a novel and innovative technique for developing efficient and powerful numerical methods for solving variational inequalities and complementarity problems. In this paper, we provide an account of some of the fundamental aspects of the Wiener-Hopf equations with major emphasis on the formulation, computational algorithms, various generalizations and their applications. We also suggest some open problems for further research with sufficient information and references.

  • Explicit formulas are given for the first and second Zagreb index, degree-distance and Wiener-type invariants of splice and link of graphs. As a consequence, the first and second Zagreb coindex of these classes of composite graphs are also computed.

  • In this paper, we consider a control system for semilinear differential equations in Hilbert spaces with Lipschitz continuous nonlinear term. Our method is to find the equivalence of approximate controllability for the given semilinear system and the linear system excluded the nonlinear term, which is based on results on regularity for the mild solution and estimates of the fundamental solution.

  • The concept of Gibbs’ phenomenon has not been made for higher dimension in wavelets. In this paper we extend the concept in two dimensional wavelets. We give the fundamental concept of jump discontinuity in two dimensions. We provide the criteria for the existence of Gibbs phenomenon for both separable and tensor product wavelets.

  • The connectivity problem is a fundamental problem in graph theory. The best known algorithm to solve the connectivity problem on general graphs with n vertices and m edges takes $O(K(G)mn^{1.5})$ time, where K(G) is the vertex connectivity of G. In this paper, an efficient algorithm is designed to solve vertex connectivity problem, which takes $O(n^2)$ time and O(n) space for a trapezoid graph.

  • In the current work, the intuitionistic fuzzy version of Hyers-Ulam stability for a nonic functional equation by applying a fixed point method is investigated. This way shows that some fixed points of a suitable operator can be a nonic mapping.

  • We define an operator version of the relative Rényi entropy as the generalization of relative von Neumann entropy, and provide its fundamental properties and the bounds for its trace value. Moreover, we see an effect of the relative Rényi entropy under tensor product, and show the sub-additivity for density matrices.

  • In this paper, using the notion of the imprecise set, the idea of an imprecise group is introduced including some examples. The two key rules of classical set theory are obeyed by this extended version of fuzzy sets, which the existing complement definition of a fuzzy set failed to do. With the support from general group theory, the paper also provides some fundamental properties of an imprecise group here. Additionally, it includes a few characteristics of imprecise subgroups, and abelian imprecise group.

  • Countries that considered importance of the quality management of higher education are strengthening through various systems and methods. Field of computer science also, they have constantly made efforts, such as constituting standards of curriculum for the management of the quality of higher education. If we know the priorities of the knowledge area mentioned in the standard of curriculum of computer science, we can give implications to the composition of the content system. Therefore, we derive the ranking based on base on CS2013 the lesson time number of Tier 1, Tier 2, Elective, and detail areas for content elements. As a result, the knowledge area with the highest priority was Software Development Fundamentals. The knowledge area is recommended as a beginner course in CS2013 because it is a basic element. The priorities of these areas may provide implications for future elementary and secondary informatics curriculum, higher liberal arts informatics curriculum, Informatics curriculum of teacher training agency.

  • Objectives Damum is a general and fundamental concept in Oriental me야cine that deals with symptoms of diseases. but as far as Damum is concerned there has not been significant researches in terms of clinical medicine but only researches in the field of medical story. Therefore hopefully this study could contributes to the development of Damum which is very essential concept in Oriental medicine. Methods First of all we have made basic twenty-three items list through conducting researches on documents in regards to Damum, and finally designed twenty-nine survey inquiry by so called Delphi study-method that is based on opinions of professional groups. we have conducted a survey of twenty-nine inquirys on sixty-one cases and asked three Oriental medical doctors who are Damum specialists to diagnose and measure clinical values regarding Damum, followed by studying interrelationship between survey results and clinical values. conclusively we have made out a final Damum questionnaire form by selecting significant question items based on the results of the study. Results According to the analysis of the studies, fourteen question items were selected. Conclusions As far as Damum discriminant is concerned, additional verifing processes are needed to be carried out through more clinical cases. And it is through that more clinical studies are needed to be done in regards to Damum.
