레스토랑의 친환경 기능성 인덕션이 이용자 만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of restaurant's eco friendly inductions on the user's satisfaction and the repurchase intention)

  • 본 연구는 최첨단 친환경의 인덕션 렌지를 매립한 음식점 테이블의 인덕션 서비스스케이프와 이용자 만족 및 재구매 의도의 영향관계에 대한 선행연구의 내용을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설계하고, 변수들 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 본 논문의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 조사 대상자의 인구 통계학적 특성으로서 남성 응답자가 104명, 여성 응답자가 106명으로, 남·여의 비율이 거의 비슷하게 참여하였으며, 응답자들의 직급 및 직책으로는 레스토랑 대표가 68명, 레스토랑 운영자 혹은 관리자가 142명이었다. 인덕션 렌지를 매립한 음식점들의 종업원 숫자 또한 5명 이상의 음식점이 62.4%로 나타나 일반 음식점 평균(2.8명) 보다 대형매장의 형태로 확실히 구분되어 나타났다. 회귀분석에 의한 가설 검증결과 ①레스토랑의 친환경 기능 인덕션 서비스스케이프가 이용자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, ②레스토랑의 친환경 기능 인덕션 서비스스케이프가 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, ③레스토랑의 친환경 기능의 인덕션을 매립한 음식점운영·관리자의 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 본 연구에서 제시되었던 가설은 채택 되었다.

생체되먹임을 통한 삼킴훈련이 삼킴장애가 있는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 삼킴기능과 만족감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Swallowing Training with Biofeedback on Swallowing Function and Satisfaction in Acute Stroke Patients with Dysphagia)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 표면 근전도 생체되먹임을 통한 삼킴훈련이 삼킴장애가 있는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 삼킴기능과 식이수준, 만족감에 미치는 효과를 알고자 하였다. 본 연구는 뇌졸중 후 삼킴장애 환자 16명이 참여하였다. 모든 대상자는 실험군과 대조군으로 8명씩 무작위 할당되었다. 두 군은 4주간 주 5회, 하루 30분의 전통적 삼킴장애 치료를 받았다. 실험군은 표면 근전도 생체되먹임을 통한 삼킴훈련을 30분을 추가적으로 수행하였으며, 대조군은 삼킴훈련을 30분 수행하였다. 평가는 삼킴기능을 확인하기 위하여 기능적 삼킴장애 척도와 침습-흡인 척도를 통하여 측정하였으며, 식이수준은 기능적 구강 섭취 척도를 이용하였다. 중재 후, 각 치료 만족감을 평가하기 위하여 시각상사 만족감 척도를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과, 실험군과 대조군은 중재 전과 후로 삼킴기능과 식이수준에서 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<0.05). 중재 후, 두 군간의 치료 만족도는 유의한 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 두 군 간 변화량 비교에서 실험군은 대조군보다 식이수준에서 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<0.05). 표면 근전도 생체되먹임을 통한 삼킴훈련은 삼킴장애가 있는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 식이수준 향상에 효과적인 치료법으로 사료된다.

전자책 뷰어의 사용만족에 영향을 주는 품질 요인: 콘텐츠 유형별 비교 (e-Book Viewer's Quality Factors Influencing User Satisfaction: Comparison by Content Type)

  • 정보기술의 발달은 유형의 '책'에서 무형의 '전자책'으로의 인식 전환을 불러 왔고, 전체 도서출판 시장에서 전자책 시장의 증가세는 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 하지만, 무형의 콘텐츠와 독자를 연결시켜주는 접점(인터페이스)의 역할을 하는 전차책 뷰어에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단말기나 PC 등에 설치하는 전자책 뷰어의 사용만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하고, 이러한 관계가 콘텐츠 유형별로 어떻게 다른지를 살펴보았다. 전자책 뷰어의 품질을 시스템 품질과 인터페이스 품질로 구분하여, 용이성, 기능다양성, 상호작용성, 디자인 편리성, 직관적 디자인, 감성적 디자인을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 또한 이러한 품질 속성이 종속변수인 사용만족에 미치는 영향이 대표적인 전자책 콘텐츠 유형인 만화, 소설, 학습 콘텐츠에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 가설 검증 결과에 따르면, 전체 그룹에 있어서는 상호작용성을 제외한 모든 독립변수가 사용만족에 유의한 영향을 주는 것이 밝혀졌다. 콘텐츠 유형별로는 만화를 볼 때 전자책 뷰어의 용이성, 디자인 편리성, 감성적 디자인의 품질이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았으며, 소설을 볼 때에는 전자책뷰어의 직관적 디자인, 감성적 디자인의 품질이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았고, 학습 콘텐츠에서는 전자책 뷰어의 기능 다양성과 상호작용성이 높을수록 사용만족이 높았다. 본 연구의 결과가 향후 전자책 뷰어의 설계 및 기획, 전략과 구축에 유용한 가이드라인이 되길 희망해본다.

AHP를 이용한 군 취사식당 기능공간 분석 (Analyzing the Functional Spaces of Military Dining Facilities Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This research used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the importance and priority of functional space and evaluation factors of each functional space of the military dining facility. Dining in the military is an important factor in restoring combat power and promoting morale. The military dining facility serves as a not only for meals, but also for watching TV, education and club activities. Workers working in dining facility spend most of their work hours in dining facility, perform tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, and leftover disposal, and take breaks. As such, the military dining facility is a space where various functions are performed, and space planning should take into account these various functions when planning the building of the dining facility. However, the criteria for defense and military facilities, which are the basis for planning the space of military dining facility, are calculated only by simply analyzing the standard floor plan to match the size of the person-to. Therefore, when there is space to be reduced in the total area, there are side effects such as leaving visible table space without consideration for priority or functional space, unseen office space, and adjusting the entire area through reduction of the lounge. Accordingly, based on the priority of the space that the staff of the military dining facility considers important, this research aims to analyze the characteristics of each functional space through classification according to its unique function. This can be an indicator that can be used as a basis for future revision of the building floor area standards of the defense and military facilities standards, and it can improve usability with an efficient space plan that takes into account the characteristics of the Korean military and the satisfaction of its workers. Furthermore, efficient use of the defense budget through rational building plans can contribute to budget reduction.

공항 환경이 공항이용객의 감정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -인천국제공항을 중심으로- (A Study on the Influence of Airport Environment on Airport Users' Emotions -Focused on Incheon International Airport-)

  • Recently Following changes in the airport industry, this study aims to investigate the relationship between physical servicescape elements, a travelers' enjoyment and/or anxiety, and traveler satisfaction in the airport environment context. Six airport service scape factorsd design, scent, functional organization, air/lighting conditions, seating, and cleanlinessd should be considered when evaluating traveler response. airport design features and pleasant scent have a positive influence on traveler enjoyment, generating satisfaction. This study also provides valuable implications for airport design, organization and development. By combining previous research on servicescapes and airport design, this study confirms the significance of servicescape attributes in transit service settings in Inchon international airport. The results of this study may help airport industry practitioners understand the airport environment from a passenger's perspective.

Sweet Bee Venom 약침을 이용한 산후 De Quervain's disease 치험 3례 (De Quervain's Disease after Delivery Treated with SBV Herbal-acupuncture : Clinical Study on 3 Cases)

  • Purpose: To investigate effect of Sweet Bee Venom on postpartum's De Quervain's Disease. Methods: We investigated 3 patients diagnosed as De Quervain's Disease. Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture was used for treatment of De Quervain's Disease, once every two days, 5 times. Pain, satisfaction at treatment and function of wrist were measured with VNS, Baumgaertner's nine point scale and dynamometer. Results: Pain reduction, functional improvement, increased grip power were found out in cases treated with Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture. In every cases, they represent high subjective satisfaction with treatment. Conclusion: Clinical results show that Sweet Bee Venom Herbal-acupuncture has a good analgesic effect in De Quervain's Disease.

  • In rhinoplasty, osteotomy is becoming more and more frequent as a way to achieve aesthetically pleasing and functional results, as well as patient satisfaction. In procedures to correct a deviated nose, osteotomy to correct the bone plays an essential role in addition to correction of the septum and cartilage, and osteotomy can reduce the wide nose bridge and give a slightly higher appearance in Asian rhinoplasty. However, osteotomy is relatively invasive, and the nasal bones of Asians are often low and thick, so bleeding or swelling during surgery can be somewhat more severe, and a stuffy nose can occur after surgery if osteotomy is performed incorrectly. Since side effects are possible, it is necessary to have a precise understanding of the relevant anatomy and technique. Several articles have described nasal bone osteotomy in rhinoplasty, and this review article introduces the methods presented in various articles, describes indications and limitations, and reviews the relevant anatomical structures and techniques in an accurate manner. We introduce a method that can increase patients' satisfaction and the completeness of surgery through accurate osteotomy, as well as reducing the risk of side effects.

  • A control panel layout method based on the constraint satisfaction problem(CSP) technique was developed to generate an ergonomically sound panel design. This control panel layout method attempts to incorporate a variety of relevant ergonomic principles and design constrains, and generate an optimal or, at least, a "satisfactory" solution through the efficient search algorithm. The problem of seeking an ergonomically sound panel design should be viewed as a multiple criteria problem, and most of the design objectives should be understood as constraints. Hence, a CSP technique was employed in this study for dealing with the multi-constraiants layout problem. The efficient search algorithm using "preprocess" and "look ahead" procedures was developed to handle the vast amount of computational effort. In order to apply the CSP technique to the panel layout procedure, the ergonomic principles such as spatial compatibility, frequency-of- use, importance, functional grouping, and sequence-of-use were formalized as CSP terms. The effectiveness of the developed panel layout method was evaluated by example problems, and the results clearly showed that the generated layouts took various ergonomic design principles into account.esign principles into account.

항공사 e-티켓 이용에 대한 고객 만족에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Customer Satisfaction of e-Ticket Process)

  • This study investigates how airline customers evaluate e-ticket process newly adopted by many of airlines. Customers are highly satisfied with the easy of confirmation on their itineraries and the channel provided through while they are worry about the likelihood of leakage of personal information during e-ticket process. Highly experienced customers on the usage of e-ticket are more concerned about ancillary aspects such as visual image of I.T.R(Itinerary and Receipt) and travel information than functional aspect such as easy of confirmation on itinerary. And also experienced customers are more likely to repurchase e-ticket and when purchasing tickets they do it through internet and call center of airlines rather than travel agencies and ticket office of airlines.

Service Quality and Information Value of Online Travel Chat - A Case from KTO's 1330 Chat

  • Tourism businesses use chat services to provide immediate customer support and to help users navigate within a website, but there are more outcomes of this interaction that should be examined. The current study aimed to discover if the online travel chat service quality and information value of the online travel chat service lead to user satisfaction with the service and visit intention to a recommended destination by Korea Tourism Organization's 1330 Live Chat. The results indicate that information value (functional and innovation) and online travel chat service quality (reliability, assurance, and security) lead to satisfaction with the live chat service and visit intention to a recommended destination. The results can benefit practitioners who want to expand and improve their customer service interaction and recommendations, and to scholars who study the relationship between customer services in tourism recommendation and sales context.
